The quickest move I've ever had! The team was punctual and packed up all my stuff so quickly - we made it to two different stops and unpacked at my new place all in under two hours. Plus the team was super friendly and hard-working - I tried to help tape up a box one time and they told me to just sit back and relax. 10/10 would use again.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Roadway Moving. I’ve moved 14 times in the last 10 years, so I feel like I’ve seen it all—and this was, without question, the easiest and best move I’ve ever experienced.

From start to finish, everything felt seamless. The team was incredibly professional, kind, and just so on top of every detail. They worked hard the entire time and didn’t leave until everything was completely done, which meant so much. Not a single thing was broken or damaged, which honestly still feels like a miracle.

One of the most impressive parts was how they handled packing—especially all of our clothes. It was so organized, so efficient, and truly took so much stress off of us. It felt like they anticipated needs before we even had them.

You can tell they really care about the experience they’re creating for their clients. It didn’t just feel like a service—it felt like being taken care of by people who take pride in what they do.

I’ve had some chaotic, exhausting moves in the past, but this one was peaceful, smooth, and honestly kind of enjoyable (which I never thought I’d say about moving). I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Roadway made my moving experience super seamless and easy. I did not really have time to pack up my apartment myself, so having the packing and moving option was helpful. They worked efficiently and made sure all of my items made it to my new house in excellent condition. Great communication as well.

Roadway moving moved me from Miami to Charlotte, Nc and I wish I could give me them 10 stars on here because they really deserve it. I’m five months pregnant and I can’t believe that moving to another state was the easiest task I’ve completed so far( they actually completed it ) Both sets of movers in Miami and Clt were super sweet, personable and professional. Communication via email prior to the move was also super smooth with Fabjola and their moving specialist Danny. My stuff arrived earlier than expected

Thank you for making my NYC move stress-free! This was my first time moving on this scale and my first time moving to a walk up. Needless to say, I was stressed! That is, until I found Roadway Moving. The entire team made the process super easy and straightforward. When Richard called me the morning of to announce his arrival, his high energy set the day off right! They were not only on time, but very early, but respectfully waited until closer to the scheduled time to contact me (I noticed their truck on my block around an hour ahead!) Richard and his team were amazing, took care of my items, and were champs moving up my 6th floor walk up! They disassembled my very old dresser and reassembled it in even better condition. I don't look forward to eventually doing this 6 floor move again when I leave one day, but I know I'll be enlisting the help of Roadway Moving again when the time comes!

Marjan and his crew from Roadway were great! They were so kind and considerate the entire time. Every time we tried to lift a box they jumped right in to stop us! They were polite, focused, efficient, and respectful. I am grateful for their help in making our moving day easier!

I would not recommend Roadway Moving. This was a terrible experience, especially for a long-distance move and considering the premium prices they charge and the level of service they claim to provide.

As a return customer, I expected professionalism and care, but the experience was the opposite. The crew was clearly rushed, and one of the movers was visibly frustrated and focused on getting to the next job. This resulted in my belongings being handled carelessly. My TV was damaged despite being in good condition prior to the move, and several furniture items were not treated with the level of care you would expect from a company positioning itself as high-end.

The packing process was also mishandled. The movers misplaced the original screws for my desk, and when it was reassembled, incorrect screws were used, leaving it wobbly and unstable. This was completely avoidable and shows a lack of attention to detail.

Overall, this experience fell far below expectations. For the price they charge and the promises they make about quality service, I expected much better. I would not recommend them, especially for long-distance moves.

I had a long distance move and Roadway helped me relieve so much stress with it! I didn’t lift a pinky when it came to moving my furniture. They took my bed apart and put it back together, wrapped all of my furniture carefully and the staff was really kind. I have recommended them to so many friends already :)

If there was a way to give them six stars, I would.

I'm in the process of moving from Los Angeles to Washington, DC. I found one company with great ratings, but was charging way too much. Then I found Roadway, who gave me a much better price. Note that they do airline-style pricing, with the cost being cheaper the earlier you book.

From the beginning through my stuff arriving, their communication was excellent. I always knew where I was in the process and got all my questions answered quickly.

Then, when the guys came to load my stuff, they went out of their way: they helped pack some things I hadn't sorted yet. And when I realized that I had forgotten to send my bike (listed on the manifest but I had left it in the garage), I asked if I could drop it off at their storage facility. They said no need, as they had another move nearby the next day and came and picked it up!

The estimate for delivery was up to 19 days but they got it there in ten. Everything was great and I even hired them to remove old furniture in the new home.

These guys were so good that I almost thought it was a scam. But it was all legit and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for movers - local or national - you definitely need to start here.

The whole process was so smooth and effortless for me.
All of my belongings arrived in the exact condition they collected them in, they dismantled and reassembled my bed and a few other small furniture items.

I am extremely satisfied with my move, Jose Adrian and his crew did a phenomenal job! They were nice, professional and quick! They moved my 2 bedroom/ 1 bath in literally 4 hours and they were 30 minutes early from the scheduled time. I would definitely recommend and use Roadway in the future because they are the most affordable moving company in South Florida and may moving in experience was stress free.

I used roadway to move in downtown Miami and they were great! Honestly I couldn’t have had a better experience on my moving day and while scheduling my move. They were super easy to coordinate with and handled everything from finishing my packing, wrapping/ boxing my stuff, covering the floors, loading and unloading the truck, and they even set up all of my furniture in my new place. The guys were super polite, nice, and fast. I would 100000% recommend roadway over any other moving service and will definitely be using them for my next move.

Eugenio was the Forman of the move. He was kind and communicative and efficient. Juan and Pedro did a great job along with Eugenio packing everything with care and patience. They didn’t rush and took the time to make the move as stress free as possible.. The first person I met was Richard who gave me an estimate and he did a great job explaining how the move will go and has been helpful every step of the way! I highly recommend Roadway Moving!

We had the most incredible experience with Roadway. We only had a week to move, so I was slightly panicked about how quickly everything had to come together. I called Roadway and within a few hours, we had a virtual call so they could see how much they would have to pack and we then received a rate not long after that. Klaudio, our moving contact, followed up a couple times over the course of the week to discuss the move itself. He was so lovely, kind and efficient. Regarding the move itself, the 4 guys who helped us move were also lovely, kind, and efficient. A move is typically so stressful and I can honestly say that their support made it so easy.

Dzenis and the team did an AMAZING job. They were able to finish the job a whole 3 hours ahead of schedule and were very flexible. Everyone was great, nice and helpful. We didn't have to touch a single thing and they packed everything within less than 3 hours of arriving. It was a 1bedroom apartment, but they still worked very quickly. Good communication overall from the roadway team as well. This was a local move within NYC.

I recently did a local move in McKinney Texas from a 2bd apt. The crew handling the move Melvin , Samuel and Omar were exceptional. Great communication, efficient and handled my property with care. My move out was on the 3rd floor, no elevator and the move in also had stairs. They got the job done smoothly. I would not hesitate to use again.

I had a great experience with this moving company. Despite a few hiccups during the move due to the many restrictions imposed by my building, the team handled everything professionally and efficiently.

What really stood out was their communication from the different departments I dealt with on the day of the move (adjustments, planning, support)—they kept me informed every step of the way, even notifying me promptly when they had a flat tire on the way to my new place. That level of transparency and accountability made a big difference.

I also want to give special kudos to the moving crew—Miguel, Emanuel, and Noe. Miguel showed true professionalism and made it clear they take their work seriously. Emanuel kept me at ease throughout the obstacles we faced, reassuring me to “trust them” and reminding me that I hired them for a reason, which was both comforting and professional. Noe was incredibly helpful as well, always willing to go the extra mile and support me with whatever was needed. They are an exceptional crew, and I truly hope they are well recognized for their outstanding work.

Excellent moving experience. Hired to move us from Miami Florida back to New York City. The company was professional and made the experience very easy. I had a slight issue at the beginning with a non-responsive agent, but the owner (Ross) and Sales Director (Ben) stepped in and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. The best moving company I have ever worked with! They came right on time, packed everything and never complained about all of the stairs or tight corners. They are incredibly kind and hard working - all of my items made it safe and sound to my new apartment! This year, there’s been a lot of moving for me, and moving is so stressful. I’ve heard great reviews from my nyc friends about roadway moving, so I decided to get a quote from them. After talking to them, I knew I wanted to go with them. Their customer service, attention to details, and organization are 5-star levels. One thing that really stood out to me was that instead of asking me how many boxes I need, they asked me to send them pics of my place and stuff, and they calculated the number of small, medium and large boxes I need. It’s so easy to underestimate and get a different price at the end.

Also, I know I wanted packers because its speeds up the entire process of moving and settling in. I’m so glad I did with Roadway. It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They’re so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition.

It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough. They’re all so polite, friendly and efficient. Within 1 day, I already feel 95% settled in.

Roadway moving was the best decision I’ve ever made!! My movers were amazing, so positive and helpful. My moving day couldn’t have been any easier, they finished my packing, wrapped, loaded, unloaded and unpacked everything for me SO quickly!!

I can't say enough great things about Eugenio, Abdil, and Pedro! They were on time, communicative, and went above and beyond.

On top of being skilled movers, they were genuinely kind and respectful throughout the entire process. Great attitudes, great communication, and a great team dynamic that made the whole day go by quickly.

Robert and his team went above and beyond my expectations. They moved everything seamlessly, and made sure to keep all our belongings safe and clean. They were also able to dispose of some large unwanted items, which was a great time saver for us. Would definitely book them again for future moves

Moving from a storage unit (a stored 1BR + office apartment) in NYC to a house in Florida.

Everything was amazing! They picked my full apartment that was in a storage unit in NYC, repacked a lot of things to properly protect my belongings (better than I would) and delivery it to Florida. No damage, no missing items, they even did closed my storage unit contract and left the unit clean!

The delivery day they send you a link where you can follow the truck. And the delivery guys were very nice and kept asking where to drop each item and if I need help unpacking and assembling things (which I didn't since I wasn't sure of were I will want each thing in my new house).

I used Dumbo twice before while moving in NYC and Roadway was way better in communication, packing and taking care of my belongings.

Their team handled everything from packing and protecting our belongings to carefully delivering, unpacking, and reassembling everything in our new home. Every item was treated with care, and their attention to detail really stood out.

This is my third time using Roadway and they made my move easy once again. The crew was super nice and careful with all of our belongings. Nothing was broken or lost. We had a few wardrobe cabinets that were complicated to take apart and put back together but they did it perfectly with no damage. Thank you Roadway!
