I can't begin to rave enough about our move experience. Melvin was our coordinator and he took amazing care of us. We moved after 35 years in the same place so it was super stressful getting ready for the move. These guys arrived early and just took charge. They were so kind and so professional. Melvin was at the top of his game. And had an awesome crew! We couldn't be more grateful!

I moved from TX to NY and had a great experience with Roadway! They kept me up to date along the entire process. The pricing was extremely fair considering I was moving long distance. I also liked that the price was fixed and there were no surprises at the end. Bojan was my mover at my destination and he was great - quick, kind, and considerate of my items and surroundings! I highly recommend.

Amazing service. We're repeat customers, and will definitely use Roadway again. Moving is the worst, but when you're dealing with professionals, it becomes not only manageable, but downright pleasant.

We had a very complex situation, which involved separating possessions and making thorough inventories, and the Roadway team worked with us all the way using their impeccable packing and moving skills, while ensuring that everything works out the way we need it. Alex was the first one to visit a few weeks in advance, taking inventory of our possessions, giving us the quote and answering all questions. Then, Klaudio stepped in to assist with additional questions (and followed up after the move), Kejsi handled the COIs, and Christian made sure everything was in order the day before the move. Everyone was personable, responsive and helpful throughout.

As the day of the move approached, we became very anxious, but once Ryan’s crew arrived on the day, it was clear we were in good hands. Ryan took his time to assess the situation, organized his crew efficiently, and made sure that a stressful day felt structured and manageable. Every single one of the guys was very competent, attentive and consistently careful with our things. They did their work while heeding the special instructions, and always keeping a friendly demeanor.

Ryan’s crew did not just “pack things” and “move boxes”: they knew how to think through a difficult situation, adapted in real time, and kept everything under control. Ryan’s crew did outstanding work, and it was really beautiful to watch how good they are at it. Roadway as a company has clearly mastered the science of moving seamlessly, but it is the people who work there who truly make it stand out. And we’re very grateful for each and every one of them, but especially to Ryan’s crew, for their hard work, care, and professionalism.

Daniel was our head guy for a local NYC move. Daniel and his team were fantastic. Extremely thorough, professional, helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. We feel like we were getting a real high end support.

I’ve used Piece of Cake before for my previous moves. They’re always rushed to get to the next job and didn’t properly cover the furniture. When getting a quote the sales person explained that at Roadway they usually only do one job a day and all of the movers have at least a few years of experience. That’s what sold me on it. And they really were so thorough. Never felt rushed.

It’s a bit annoying to have to call to get a quote vs. Piece of Cake does everything online. But that one phone call is worth it. The scheduling, adjustments, reminders etc. leading up to the move were also seamless.

I chose to use Roadway for my big move out of state from NY to SC. This move was a scary decision to make, but having roadway involved made it that much easier! The way this company was efficient, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process is why I am recommending them to everyone I know!! Hopefully we don't have to move again, but if we do- Roadway is the first call I will be making !

Everyone at Roadway Moving that I had the pleasure of dealing with, was in fact a great pleasure, very friendly, very professional, the office staff, and the movers exceeded and went above and beyond my expectations, and I’m a real fussy man, everything they blanket wrapped, they as well plastic wrapped to my surprise ( included, not an extra charge ) the moving team in California did excellent job wrapping my belongings, and they were happy smiling a lot, as well the moving team in Florida were happy smiling a lot too, all my belongings arrived in outstanding condition, many thanks for a job well done 😃👍

So nice to work with, they communicated with us multiple times before moving day to make sure everyone was on the same page and there wouldn’t be any surprises. The move itself was quick, and all of our belongings were set up in the new home easily.

I had the most incredible moving experience thanks to roadway. The crew that I could not recommend more was led by Melvin and his team of 3 - Jose, Omar, and Osmar. They did a full move out / partial move in and could not have been more quick and efficient while still very careful with my items. They were also so friendly and even helped me fix an issue I had with my couch after the move. I could not be more appreciative for their positive attitudes and helping hand!

This was by far my easiest move. I felt so bad not helping but they read my mind and treated everything I owned with such care. The whole process took 4 hours to go from my 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom which is insane.. It happened so quick and they unloaded and unpacked almost everything. I was on my couch in my new place with a glass of wine by 7pm with almost everything fully unpacked. Not to mention they were so friendly and transparent from my first initial quote, to them leaving from my new place. Would highly recommend

I cannot recommend RoadWay enough. Hugo Reyes, Noé, and Cristian were not only so efficient at packing and unpacking all of my belongings and handling them with care, but they were also so kind and made what could’ve been a stressful moving day an actually fun day. Couldn’t have done it without such a great team.

I had a 5 star experience with Roadway and the Milacic brothers, Aleksa and Adrian, for my recent medium-sized, interstate move. On the office side, it was easy and efficient to schedule, execute contracts and coordinate. Very good communication, reasonable prices. In regard to the actual move, the Milacics were prompt, professional and hard workers. They were patient and careful with my furniture, and went above & beyond to make the move easier on me. I highly recommend and specifically would request the Milacic brothers again for any future moves.

We just completed a move with Roadway Movers and I can’t speak highly enough about our experience with them. They were on time and fully prepared to tackle this very difficult move. Our moving was thrusted upon us suddenly. Therefore, we ( or rather I, because the packing would have been entirely on me), did not have the time required to pack up. We chose
the full “white glove@ service and it turned out wonderfully. Not only was this move smooth- the cost was well below some of the cost I was getting from other movers. In many cases 40% lower. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone.

Raul and Alex were absolutely wonderful and handled our move with professionalism, a positive attitude, and gentle care. I could not have asked for a more seamless move. These two men were magicians - packed up the moving truck, drove 420 miles, and back to New York in the same day. Highly recommend!

His team did a great job of managing a high traffic street, promptly moving our boxes, and packing delicate items like art, monitors, and mirrors safely and securely. Decided to move with Roadway Moving on my most recent move in NYC. From the beginning to end of the move the movers were thoughtful and thorough with the move. We reviewed all aspects of my furniture and they wrapped each large piece of furniture individually. it took one hour to pack and one hour to unload my 1 bedroom, it was such a quick move! I would highly recommend roadway for both local and long distance moves.

I had the absolute best experience with Roadway! They came on time and packed up everything in my apartment quickly and efficiently. The men were kind and took such great care of my stuff. I have over 1k books and they packed all of them with care and when I unpacked, none of the covers were creased or bent! I can't recommend them enough. The next time I move, I will certainly call them!

My fiancé and I found out we had to move across the country with a week's notice. We had so much on our plate, but Roadway made the move so easy. They showed up on time, wrapped literally everything (precious items, fragile decor, kitchen, etc), moved everything out in a few hours and made it all seamless. I recently moved from LA to NYC and you can imagine the stress I had about a cross country move. Roadway literally made this process so seamless and alleviated so much stress for this event. Irina was so helpful in assisting me in taking inventory of what I was moving and was flexible as my items changed and even included extra boxes for me the day of the move in case I needed! The movers were absolutely incredible for both pickup and delivery. I didn't have all the tools to take a part my bed frame and they literally brought their tool box and did it for me. My things made it safely across the country in just 8 days and I so appreciate Roadway and would recommend them to anyone!

Isma and team were excellent. They were thorough with packaging my belongings, had a great attitude, and kept me updated on how the process worked. Very professional crew. The Roadway moving support was also very good. I don’t think they need as many touch points and check-ins but that’s just my preference, they were over-communicative which I’m sure others definitely appreciate!

This was by far my most seamless move! The movers arrived right on time and immediately took over with finishing packing. They wrapped all of my fragile items and furniture to ensure no damage. They also provided cardboard to go on the corners of my walls to make sure I get the full security deposit back. Would use them again for sure! The staff were friendly and efficient!

Update: Amazing service on the backend. Stuff was quickly moved into a 3rd floor apartment with care and precision. Extra attention paid to the fact that some stuff was coming into an apartment and the rest was going into a storage unit. The crew was just as good as the packing crew and was thrilled with the service.

Only negative was a lack of communication once the stuff was packed, however, I think there may have been some extenuating circumstances. Either way I will not hesitate to call Roadway in the future!

Amazing. 7th move in 12 years and this was the best experience. From the very start the initial management team was very communicative and helpful. The crew who did the move was amazing, very professional and courteous. No one seemed annoyed to be doing their job. They expected nothing of me and treated my property with the utmost care. Slightly higher price than other movers, but well worth the cost for the work ethic and professionalism.

I only had about a week to figure out a long-distance move, which was super stressful, but they made the whole process really easy. They were very responsive from the beginning and gave me a quote that was honestly way better than I expected.

I worked with Eddie to get everything set up, and then John and Alex during the actual move, and they were all great. Everyone was friendly, professional, and just easy to work with.

I have hired other professional moving companies before, but had seen so many great reviews for Roadway on social media that I decided to try them. They live up to the hype! Roadway sent a team of 4 to pack up my entire apartment and load it into my new home. They were extremely courteous, careful, and efficient - protecting every piece of furniture with wrapping and blankets. They also laid down mats everywhere they went to avoid damaging the floors of my old and new home. The crew was super friendly and respectful. Roadway was even open to doing a multi-stop move, stopping at my boyfriend's apartment to add a few additional bulky items to the truck before final unload. I couldn't believe it! It made my moving day stress free and painless. I got to enjoy the experience and feel excited about my new home without being completed exhausted at the end of the day. Could not recommend Roadway more - you will have a great experience if you choose them for your move!

Team Hugo Reyes and Yordani were the best! They secured all of our items and did everything they could to accommodate us. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that our items were secure and that they would be delivered successfully! They are both very nice and made a move out a fun experience.

BEST. MOVERS. EVER. Look, I've heard some absolute horror stories from people about long-distance moving. I was cautious about hiring any company, but a friend recommended Roadway after they moved from Los Angeles to NY. I thought their price was fair considering I had another set of friends recently move from California to Texas with another national line, and it cost them twice as much as Roadway quoted me for a roughly same-sized apartment. They wrapped up my furniture with great care (blankets, cardboard corners, plastic), protected my floors with rubber mats and covered the edges of main doorways they were moving through. Tons of communication happened prior to the move and after. OH and the best part. Our stuff arrived across the country in exactly one week. UNHEARD OF!

10/10 experience. Super efficient, careful and thoughtful throughout the entire move out/move in process. Estuardo’s team were incredible and we were so impressed by how quickly they solved issues along the way (disassembling furniture as needed, parking the big truck on a tight city street, getting a giant plastic shed into a tiny yard etc). Roadway moving coordinators were also so easy to work with from the estimate process to checking in before the move and on moving day. Would recommend roadway moving every time!
