When Josue, Sammy, Edgar, Osmar, and Arlington first arrived (on time), they were so polite and walked the house with me to go over everything on the plan for the day. New York City to Austin, Texas, I have moved probably about 10 times in my life, I would say this is definitely one of the easiest and pay free experiences I’ve ever had that’s all due to the company, And the gentlemen going above over and beyond. We had a move from Dallas TX to Tampa FL. Every loading/unloading employee was kind. Also our rep Jonain was great! However, both of our 70 and 65 inch TVs were broken. Both desks of ours were also broken. Screws were also lost by the team during our move so the legs to our coffee table, and end tables were left unconnected and are unusable now. Unfortunately quite a few glass items broken as well. We haven’t gone through all boxes yet but unfortunately from what we’ve unpacked this is already the amount broken so far. I know it’s a risk and we were to expect sometimes to be broken, especially with an interstate move, but honestly did not expect the large and expensive items to be the items to break. I hate to leave a low rating review, but I’ve never had so many items broken with a moving company. 😢 I’m hopeful these items can be recovered considering the amount paid for the service and the 2 week wait window it took for our items to arrive.

Update from after the move: Once my delivery came a couple weeks later, I was suprised when I found my tv, bedside table drawer, and crystal glass broken, alongside a few other things. Also my tv and tv stand was missing many of the screws and my outdoor furniture never arrived. The moving crew was very nice, but it’s upsetting to still not have all of my stuff and it’s been over a month later.

From beginning to end, this was such a stress-free experience! I have never had movers that took the time to individually wrap my fragile items and make sure every single thing was safe. What impressed me most was the attention and care they showed with some of one of my largest items. I have an armoire that weighs at least 500 pounds, and I was concerned about it being moved safely. Really impressed with our move with Roadway! Movers in Texas (Vuksan and Danilo) were incredibly friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ended up in the right place. Price was pretty reasonable and you can pay extra per day to have your items come sooner if you need to.

I recently used Roadway Moving for my move, and while the administrative side of booking the service was not the smoothest experience, the moving crew absolutely made up for it.

Stefan, Allan, Alejandro, and Victor were amazing from start to finish. They took great care with my items, were extremely thorough, communicative throughout the entire process, and genuinely cared about doing a great job for the customer. It’s rare to find a team that is both efficient and attentive, and these four delivered exactly that.

I can't begin to rave enough about our move experience. Melvin was our coordinator and he took amazing care of us. The conditions at our locations would have tested any moving crew. We had multiple flights of stairs, no elevator access, and hallways so narrow that most people would have thrown up their hands in frustration. Not Melvin and Omar. This is now my second time using Roadway and I could not be happier with the entire process. They are so attentive, clean, timely, and made the whole process smooth as could be. Such a smooth experience with Roadway Moving from start to finish. They arrived right on time and worked so efficiently, everything felt organised and stress-free. They disassembled my bed and reassembled it quickly with no issues at all, which made settling in so much easier.
