I don’t think I can ever move without Roadway Movers again. This was my first time moving out of a home with actual furniture, and I truly could not tell you the first thing about doing that securely and efficiently for a long distance move 800 miles away.

Jhonatan and his team were incredible — so professional, organized, and timely. I genuinely didn’t have to lift a finger, I literally got to just sit back and watch. Super seamless experience.

They even helped secure and tape up my self packed boxes, and handled wrapping and moving all of my furniture, including my mirror and TV, with so much care. Watching how carefully everything was wrapped gave me so much peace of mind, especially since moving in itself can always be so stressful.

This was a 10/10 experience and I'll be recommending any of my Houston friends and family straight to Roadway, Jhonatan, and his crew!

The most seamless moving experience I’ve ever had everything was handled with so much care. The movers were extremely nice and highly professional. I had a ton of fragile and expensive items that they were so delicate with and boxed with such care. They took their shoes off on carpet and laid down protection on the hardwood. What would typically take me a week to move myself? They were able to do in a morning for the first time I was even able to go out to dinner the same day that I did a move!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Melvin and his team were fast and efficient. They were also very polite and handled all of my furniture with extreme care. They communicated with me every step of the way and were also very patient when explaining different aspects of the move to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving, especially when moving to a different state. I moved from CA to TX and they delivered very fast (on the first estimated delivery date). I had a very positive experience with Melvin and his team.

I used Roadway Moving for my move from my house into an apartment in DT Austin and honestly, first time I’ve used movers and I genuinely wish I did this so much sooner.

Booking was super, communication was on point the whole time, and the crew showed at 9am on the dot and got my entire house moved within two hours. Wrapped all my mirrors, art, and TVs and delivered them without a single issue.

Whole move was way faster than I expected.

BOOK WITH ROADWAY! From the beginning, the customer service with Roadway was THE BEST. I had great communication with Roger to book our long-distance move from TX to NY, and there were no surprises on pickup day (which is so rare in this industry!). Jonathan and his crew that came on pickup day were SO friendly, so meticulous, and overall did an incredible job. It was actually an enjoyable day, which I feel like never happens on a moving day. 10/10 would recommend and will use them again.

They made moving from Texas to Virginia so easy and for a better price than a lot of other companies. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They call and update you on everything in a timely manner and make sure you understand everything every step of the way. My movers called 30 minutes before they got to my apartment and Melvin took away all the stress of packing up my apartment. They wrapped all my furniture so well to prevent damage and the same for the extra boxes they helped me pack. Everything is double and triple wrapped to protect your items and they put QR codes on all your boxes so you can track them the whole time. Everything they did during the packing process showed that they too cared about my belongings and ensuring they safely got to Virginia. Every person I spoke to with the company is kind, helpful and more than willing to give you any information to ease your mind during your move.

Roadway moving services moved me from California to Texas. And did an excellent job I wasn’t there for pickup but the delivery to my new home in Austin, TX by Mevin And his 2 associates whom are based out of Dallas was everything they showed up 30 minutes early on the 1st delivery window day . Nothing was broken or misplaced I give roadway moving services a 10/10 . And will be definitely using them for future moves

The team from Roadway Moving was the most professional, efficient, and amazing team I've ever had for a move! They made the entire process seamless and truly made me feel like a princess! They handled all of my items with such care, came so prepared and made sure that I was relaxed during move-in day, which is typically not the case. I didn't have everything packed up (things in drawers of dressers or bedside tables), and they took care of it, placing everything into boxes neatly and carefully. They even came with wardrobe boxes and moved all of my hanging clothes so I didn't have to drag them in black trash bags! My new place is on the third floor with no elevator, and they did not complain once carrying all of my boxes and furniture up 2 flights of stairs on a hot day in Texas. Jonathan and his team were beyond trustworthy and I will be recommending Roadway to everyone I know!!

Roadway was absolutely wonderful! They were so careful with our stuff! So professional and kind. They moved us from storage to our new home and when I tell you they went above and beyond to make sure we were settled! I will never use anyone else!

I just moved to a new apartment in Dallas & had literally one FULL day to move out & in from the old to the new place! Complications on the apartment side but WOW I am so blessed with Roadway! The movers were so efficient & gave me the time to sweep & mop my old place & stayed at my new place getting all my belongings safely AND rebuilt in the appropriate rooms. Truly the best experience on such a busy day + Operating my business on the side this day...without them I would have truly broke down LOL.

My first time ever hiring movers and wow let me just say I don’t know why I didn’t hire movers sooner! They were so kind and professional, efficient and took care of all of my thing like their own! I had a very short move (literally just across the hall), but Roadway Moving treated it with the same care and professionalism as a full relocation. I just had roadway move my apt recently and I am so impressed with the entire process. My husband was extremely nervous since he had TVs broken in the past. As soon we mentioned that they went above and beyond to make sure he felt secure. They used special boxes for the TVs, wrapped every single piece of furniture we had & made sure we didn’t lift a finger. I even told them to not worry and just throw the furniture wherever since they were working so hard but he said no - he was going to make sure everything was put exactly how it was moved. They even gave us extra boxes at the end and helped pack random items laying around the house. Customer service is so important to us and they really showed that here. I am so pleased and will most def be using them again for all my future moves !!

We recently used Roadway Moving for a move between apartments less than half a mile apart, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and extremely careful with every item.

They went above and beyond by protecting all of our furniture thoroughly and even taking the initiative to pack small miscellaneous items we hadn’t prepared, which made the process completely stress-free. You could tell they truly cared about doing the job right, not just getting it done quickly.

I was especially nervous about a few high-value and fragile items, including our OLED TV and a delicate samurai statue, as we’ve unfortunately had TVs damaged during prior moves. Luka, Ender, and Joel handled everything flawlessly. They packed and secured these items with exceptional care, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

The last move I had was a nightmare but the amazing team at Roadway that loaded my stuff seriously restored my faith in movers many times over! It seemed they were taking so much care to wrap and cushion everything to protect it. They were efficient while still taking time where needed to be thorough in how they prepped everything to be loaded. I was seriously impressed!!

First things first, let me set the tone for you. I had to move during the Texas storm last week, and when I say Roadway took care of me the entire way, I’m not lying. This was my first apartment move, and they made it so easy and fast.

They were on time, super helpful, and always checked if I needed anything extra. The roads were icy, it was extremely cold, and the highways were basically unpaved, but they handled everything like without a struggle. The move only took two hours despite the conditions of outside and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with a move like this. As a New Yorker, I know only a true New Yorker can get it done during a day like that. Thank you guys so much!
