Above-and-beyond service which isn't always the case when dealing with movers! I have used a few different moving companies over the years but after my recent move with Roadway Moving, I will only hire them for any future move.

Communication was A+ far before the actual move with an initial overview call + an additional call right before the move. I would definitely recommend writing down everything you are moving to be prepared for these calls. They emailed me their insurance information/filled out HOA forms within hours of me sending the forms over.

As a single woman, I felt very comfortable around the whole crew. They may not realize it but their kindness and respectfulness really made a positive impact on the day for me. They generally made a fairly stressful experience so much easier. Also, these guys are absolute BEASTS. So organized, fast, & took great care in every step of the move. I could not believe how fast room were being emptied.

Another thing I would recommend is to get the wardrobe boxes. I fit my entire closet in 5 wardrobe boxes (I put my folded clothes in bags at the bottom of each box)! This was my first time using wardrobe boxes and it was so easy to just take my clothes directly from their boxes and move them into my new closet.

My other belongings arrived & landed in pristine condition. Not a scratch on a doorway or floorboard was made & they finished far earlier than I expected. This is a no brainer 100% recommendation from me!

Roadway Moving made moving such an easy and seamless experience! They packed all of our furniture with so much care, wrapping it with moving blankets and plastic. They made sure to protect our floors during the moving process and had so much attention to detail. Some of our furniture had to be disassembled during the moving process and they made sure to rebuild it at our new apartment. I would highly recommend working with Roadway Moving. We had the best team: Andres, Elmer, and Santiago. Will definitely be using them the next time we move!

WOW, I will never move again without hiring roadway! Three incredibly professional and hard working people came to move out my three bedroom home. We had lots of fragile music equipment and everything made it safe and sound. They were quick and professional highly recomment!

The movers were over an hour late. When they finally got here the one in charge said the first 15 wardrobe boxes were free, then proceeded to charge me for them at the end. The movers were not careful with my items. Things were shoved in boxes carelessly. Cleaning supplies were thrown in with food items. They packed up trash with my belongings, they also packed things I told them NOT to pack. One of the movers was packing my jewelry box and asked if any of them were worth anything, thought that was inappropriate, walked in on him taking pictures of my belongings then proceeded to ask if they’re worth anything as well.
All in all, my stuff arrived at my new location, but now I have over 10 boxes full of stuff I didn’t want brought to my new home.

Dzenis and his two staff helped with our move from NYC to California. They were troopers carrying almost 20 boxes and multiple furniture down our 4 flight walk up in NYC. All furniture and fragile equipment like my Dyson protected extra with padding, bubble wrap, etc. All so kind as well. They arrived on time and finished packing our 1 bed apartment in under 2 hours. This is our 2nd time using Roadway, they’re our go-to company for movers. Ken at Roadway helped coordinate the moving logistics and he is incredible.

I’ll be sure to update my review once my move is complete, but I wanted to share how great my experience with Roadway Moving has been so far. Much of that is thanks to my sales person, David Trujillo. From the start, he has gone above and beyond to make sure I fully understand the process and feel comfortable every step of the way. He’s also incredibly responsive and that level of reliable communication makes all the difference. Thanks again to David — I’m looking forward to a smooth and successful cross-country move!

The BEST experience !! Roadway was so professional through the entire process. You even get your own moving coordinator assigned so you can text/call whenever questions come up. They did an incredible job packing and securing everything. NOTHING was damaged. I will definitely be using the next time I move!!

Melvin Ponciano and crew arrived on time and were incredibly easy to work with and very efficient. They saved me a lot of stress because I knew I was in very good hands. Melvin will take great care of you, too. Too bad I can only give five stars!

moving is SOO stressful, can’t tell you how much I appreciated roadway moving. I must have adjusted my inventory 6-7 times, Dale was always there to answer questions and shoot me a new contract. Our local move with Roadway Moving exceeded our expectations. The moving team of 5 (two trucks) packed us up and moved us to our new home in 1 day. They were hard working, careful and extremely professional. Our salesperson Belinda was amazing and she even came onsite at the beginning of our move to check in and say hello. We also received a visit from a QC manager midway through the move which was a nice touch. He took pictures, checked in with us to make sure we were happy and then spoke to the moving team. I HIGHLY recommend Roadway Moving and I will be calling them the next time there is a need... Hopefully not too soon!

This is my third cross country move. Found Roadway online, and based on their rating, record, responsiveness, and guidance leading up to the move out day, I would recommend them. Not the cheapest option but I went that way in my first cross country move and regretted it. The crew arrived on time (I was able to track their truck en route) and they were quick, professional, and good humored. Julio (crew lead) was really great too work with. Thank you!!

Abdiel, Manny, Francisco, and Duniesky all did an excellent job on my 2 moves. They made the process as stress free as possible. Abdiel and his team were respectful of my property and home. They packed and delivered everything with care. Will request him and his team again in the future, and would recommend highly to others.

Roadway Moving made this move way easier than I expected. We moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment about 5 miles away, and the whole thing was done in around 4 hours, which honestly blew me away.

Melvin, Samuel, and Omar from the Dallas crew were amazing. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and got straight to work. They were really careful with everything, wrapping furniture, protecting fragile items, and making sure nothing got damaged. Everything arrived safely, and nothing was scratched or broken.

I also have an autoimmune condition, so moves like this can be really hard on me physically and just overall stressful. They truly took that stress off my plate. I did not feel like I had to micromanage or worry about anything. They handled it all, and that made a huge difference for me.

They worked quickly but did not rush in a careless way. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing and had a good system down. It just felt really smooth from start to finish.

Overall, this was one of the best moving experiences I have had. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and low stress move.

i used roadway after considering between them and another moving company, but i ended up going with roadway since they offered the best deal with full-service packing! they packed and moved everything SO QUICKLY! i couldn't believe how fast they were packing and unbuilding everything. i couldn't recommend roadway enough!!!

I absolutely hate everything about moving, but Roadway made the process so easy for me. They packed and moved all my belongings, and it was the least stressful move I’ve had. They communicated with me from beginning to end to ensure I had all my questions answered. Richard, Jose, and Wilson arrived promptly on move-in day and were so nice during the whole move. I felt so bad that they couldn’t easily access my building entrances because of NYC parking issues, but they never stressed and figured it out. I’ll continue using Roadway for my future moves!

I had an incredible experience with Roadway! They provided both packing and moving services including taking apart and re-assembling my couch and dismounting my TV. It was worth every penny. I couldn’t believe how easy they made the process. Everything made it in one piece undamaged to my new apartment and the team was so pleasant to work with- especially the team lead Lucio!

Some of you may have seen my previous review, of an atypical and severe mishap by Roadway that resulted in a significant amount of damage to my belongings during the move. Needless to say, it was not a happy review.

But Roadway Moving was quick to address the issue, taking utmost care and responsibility to make sure they fully understood my situation, the severity of it, where it possibly went wrong, and worked closely with me to make it right. I never felt like a bothersome customer being passed around from Rep to Rep; I felt like someone who was actually heard and taken seriously. That’s a rare thing to feel from a large company.

This has proven to me that Roadway is a company that contains a lot of integrity, and prides themselves on high-quality service and commitment to their customers, and I respect them a lot because of it. It’s no wonder they have so many positive reviews.

Shoutout to Ross and Esi for taking the time to talk to me and resolving the issue, and for being receptive about learning from this unfortunate and unprecedented case.

My 1000th (6th or so) move with Roadway and each team is just as good if not better than the last. Braihin and his team were AMAZING. 1000/10 could not recommend Roadway more. Also, Danny who helps coordinate the move was AS ALWAYS helpful and kind!

Carlos and his team were amazing! We used them for our Orange County move. They helped move several large pieces of fragile furniture (large mirror, italian travertine desk, etc) and everything arrived without a scratch. Would use them again!

I used Roadway when I moved from Brooklyn to Madison so I recommended that my mom use them too when she moved to Wisconsin. Jay was great at communicating with her and accommodating her schedule. Filip and his team did an amazing job packing all of her belongings (and she has a lot of little things and dishware and photos, etc.) including her baby grand piano. They were really careful handling everything and were also very friendly! I would definitely recommend Roadway for your moving needs!

A dear friend recommended Roadway Movers to me—he has an incredible collection of high-end furniture and art, so I knew he wouldn’t steer me wrong. As someone who works in ceramics, I have a lot of very fragile pieces, along with delicate plants and some beautiful furniture and artwork. Finding the right movers felt…high stakes.

I truly could not recommend Roadway Moving more. My husband and I received just a few days notice that we needed to fully vacate our apartment and move into temporary housing for maintenance on our building. When we initially reached out to Roadway, we didn't even have details of where our final destination would be as we were still scrambling to find a furnished listing that made sense for us as business owners who work from home. They were super patient and supportive throughout the whole process. We finally found temporary housing but we still had to pack up our entire lives. They helped us carefully pack everything and sort which boxes would be going to our storage unit and which would be coming with us. Their crew was so calming and kind which was so great during a really stressful and unexpected situation for us. They are the best and we will definitely be using them again down the road when we find a permanent home!

Melvin, Samuel, & Omar were the dream crew!! They unloaded my move from Ohio to Texas. They communicated their arrival time with me & when they showed up they got right to work. The 3 gentlemen were kind, efficient & respectful of my home & belongings. They cleaned up when they were done, assembled my furniture and even put floor mats down to be sure to keep my floors clean. I had some packages at my door that they even helped me bring inside. I would rehire them again & again!! They had smiles on their faces the whole time & even greeted my puppy. I enjoyed having them along for my move.

Cannot say enough good things about Roadway!! I get easily stressed so to have them handle the move and me not lift a finger was incredible. They were so careful, due-diligent, and had excellent communication. I was so impressed by all the prep and double checking to make sure nothing went wrong. Moving team was good, supportive, and efficient. However, i got charged an extra fee by their moving partners in canada of 612 dollars after they indicated roadway said i would be responsible for it. Roadway reached out and said they would refund a fee I got from their international moving partners, which I appreciated.
