I’ve moved with roadway twice. Once long distance and once short. Both times have been absolutely seamless. The team is really good about communicating, and I have not had a single broken glass, damage, or anything either time. It’s truly such an easy experience it’s almost a no-brainer absolutely love roadway!

Amazing experience with Roadway Moving this past Friday. Crisanto and his crew were prompt, professional, and incredibly efficient. I loved being able to track their arrival in real time. Such a great touch.

They handled all of my furniture (including three huge mirrors, one being 7') with care, helped me figure out how to fit my couch, and even set up my rugs and space so it was easy to move around afterward.

Five stars without hesitation. When we decided to make the move from Texarkana to Dallas, we knew we needed a team that could handle the distance and the challenges waiting at both ends. Roadway Moving delivered in every possible way.

From the moment they arrived, Melvin and Omar set the tone for what would be an exceptional experience. These two professionals approached our belongings with genuine care and attention. Fragile items were wrapped meticulously. Heavy furniture was maneuvered with precision. Nothing was rushed, and nothing was overlooked.

The conditions at our locations would have tested any moving crew. We had multiple flights of stairs, no elevator access, and hallways so narrow that most people would have thrown up their hands in frustration. Not Melvin and Omar. They measured, they strategized, and they executed flawlessly. Watching them navigate a large sectional sofa through an impossibly tight corner was like watching artists at work.

What truly set this experience apart was their attitude throughout the entire process. Despite the physical demands and logistical hurdles, they remained upbeat and communicative. They checked in regularly to make sure we were satisfied and offered helpful suggestions for furniture placement in our new space. This level of service goes far beyond simply transporting boxes from point A to point B.

I recently moved and used Roadway Moving. I had the best experience, the movers were so kind, and polite! They took care of everything, packing, wrapping, moving - they even packed my closet. The one thing that made me nervous moving was this one big mirror I have, and they did it effortlessly. All my furniture and belongings were taken care of, and set up where they belonged. I will def. use them again for my next move!

Dzenis and the team were incredible to work with. Arrived promptly and were able to quickly load the truck and unloaded really quickly as well. They also gave great guidance on where to put the new furniture. Would work with them and Roadway again!

Roadway truly knocked it out of the park - I moved 2000 miles across the country and they handled everything so professionally, kindly, and fairly from sending an estimate to unloading the last box. 10x better value and so worth it versus ordering moving pods to pack / ship myself. Roadway showed up right on time for my move out and move in, gave me accurate delivery date windows, wrapped and delivered each of my items with care, and were extremely thorough with my inventory. I had a same-day, last-minute appointment with Team Hugo Reyes, Orlando, and Dunieski, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Even though they ran into an issue and arrived a bit later than expected, they still showed up ready to work and gave their absolute best from start to finish.

Even with the rain and the weather, they were amazing—working quickly and efficiently without letting it affect their performance at all.

They were incredibly fast, efficient, and professional, while also being very friendly and kind. I felt completely comfortable working with them, and they finished everything much quicker than I anticipated.

After an already stressful day, their positive energy and work ethic genuinely helped ease my stress and made the entire experience so much better. I truly wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Highly recommend Roadway Moving if you’re planning a long-distance move! They handled majority of my move from Seattle to LA and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Everything from my TV and desk to my mattress arrived safely, and the team was professional and efficient throughout. Definitely came in clutch during a big move like this.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Richard and his team were amazing! They were so helpful and accommodating, took apart and reset up my bed with no issues, took the many flights of stairs like champs, were amazing with my roommates dogs, and did it all with a smile- seriously amazing service and while I hope I’m not gonna be moving again anytime soon- when I do I will be using them again 100%

The best of the best! I used them to move from NYC to Miami. They were responsive, quick, and very easy to work with. The team they used went above and beyond - they set up things at delivery that they did not need to & gave us tips on certain pieces and placements. They were great. I have moved several times over course of my life. Roadway is the absolute best company I have ever used. This morning I had the pleasure of working with Almas, Khaled, and Jovan. They are 3 delightful young men, polite and professional. They worked great as a team and handled all boxes with care. My oldest son has used them twice for cross country moves, I am currently using them for a long distance move and one of my other sons plans to hire them for his international move. This is now my second time using Roadway and I could not be happier with the entire process. They are so attentive, clean, timely, and made the whole process smooth as could be. There was great communication from the crew on arrival times for move-in + move out and they were extremely professional. From packaging my stuff to disassembling and assembling my larger pieces of furniture, the whole process for my studio apartment took less than 2 hours.

Additionally, the crew was meticulous in wrapping all pieces with shrink wrap and blankets ensuring that they would be safely transported during the move.

Overall I'd recommend using Roadway Moving to my friends and would use them again for my next move!

Everything was amazing start to finish. The sales rep went over everything with me. Gave me a quote. Told me what to expect. The day of the move, was told would arrive between 9 and 10. Arrived at 905. Finished my whole house by 1230. Got to the new house and finished in about 2 hours. Broke everything down, wrapped it up, transported it and set it up at the new house. Movers were so quick and efficient and professional. Very nice crew.

This 2nd moving with Roadway (& Upline from SF), has been efficient,& the staff on either end were very polite, thorough in labelling my boxes & furniture.
As the staff were part of this company, I felt safe as a single woman , on either end, with these various men movers. I highly recimmend this company for cross-country moves.

My team of movers arrived 30 minutes early and were ready to begin my full packing job promptly. I fully anticipated the move taking hours, but the team of 3, led by Rob, packed my entire studio apartment in under 3 hours. I was unpacked and ready to settle into my new home before 3PM. Very happy with my experience with Roadway. I did a mid distance move with them and was supported by Monica as we planned my move together, changing the pricing periodically as I made decisions about what items to take and how I needed them moved. It was easy to talk to her and she was so understanding. Elmer lead the moving crews on both ends of my move, working side by side with his team to pack and move my precious things, big and small. He was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond, it really put me at ease. He made sure my precious large plants were taken care of and checked on them overnight when stored in the truck. With no other help around due to the short notice, we reached out to Roadway and when I tell you they took care of everything, they really took care of everything! I cannot imagine ever moving again without Roadway moving!!! Diego and his team were absolutely phenomenal. They completely packed up my entire Philadelphia apartment from top to bottom without me having to lift a finger! I was honestly in shock the whole time at how quick they were. They wrapped everything like it was the most expensive piece of furniture so nothing would get damaged during the move. Once we packed everything up in the first place, they unpacked EVERYTHING into my second location in philly! This apartment was a walkup up a few flights of stairs and they moved everything under 2 hours!!! It was absolutely amazing how hard working they all were and I cannot imagine having to do that without them. They seriously take the stress out of moving completely. As someone who has never done a full long distance move alone before, roadway truly made this experience so seamless. I recently moved apartments in LA and honestly was dreading it because my past moves have been kind of chaotic. This time I used Roadway Moving and it ended up being a really smooth experience.

They showed up on time, got straight to work, and were super efficient without being careless. I had a mix of furniture and random boxes and everything was handled pretty carefully, which I appreciated since I’ve had things damaged before with other movers.

My first time using a moving company and I don’t think I will ever move without one again!

The Roadway team arrived exactly on time - I was told they might arrive between 9-11 and planned to rot in bed a little longer but they showed up at 9am exactly and got started right away. I packed the boxes myself but honestly wished I paid a little extra for them to do it for me, because they were so clean, fast, and efficient with their work (I could never). The boxes got moved out in around 40 minutes before they started on wrapping up the furniture. They were so careful yet swift while moving the heaviest things like bed frame and dressers, and always asked questions to confirm what is okay to move. For the items that were shaky or have loose pieces, they also made sure to wrap them up securely before bring them down. The move out process took about 2.5hrs.

Move in was even faster, took about 1.5hr. They reassembled all my furniture (so I have a place to sit and sleep immediately) and left all the boxes where I asked them to. The provided wardrobe boxes made it really easy to put back my clothes on hangers. For my next move I would definitely ask them to help pack & unpack as well - it has been such a painless and swift experience.

Roadway was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was attentive, communicative, and detail-oriented during booking. The movers arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and handled unexpected challenges, extra items and a long walk to the new unit in 90°F heat with patience, care, and efficiency. They treated our belongings carefully and stayed positive the whole time. 10/10 would recommend. My only regret is not hiring them to pack too!

Update: March 23. Another move: the sales representatives are unprofessional unfortunately although the moving team seems nice as I hired once 7 years ago. Ruslan completely ignored me while I did left afew voice mail.
my move is just a week away and then when I talked to management he suddenly showed up but this time harassing me with calling 8 times in a row out of panic. I told them I want another person to work with. Nobody ever reached out. Don't recommend this company.

I scheduled a move with this company and decided to cancel two days before the move. According to the contract, I was eligible for a full refund if I canceled at least two business days in advance. However, when I spoke with Kristian, the sales representative, he insisted their policy was three days, even after I pointed out what was clearly written in the contract.
He was dismissive and unkind during our conversation. It was disappointing to see how the company treated me once I decided not to go through with the move. You can truly see a business’s character in how they treat customers who choose not to proceed — and unfortunately, this experience revealed a lack of integrity and professionalism.

Update: The company reached out and confirmed that I was correct — 2 business days’ notice qualifies for a full refund. They promised to refund my deposit, so I’m updating from 1 to 3 stars for their effort to make things right.

So far the entire experience has been excellent. Everyone has been super clear and transparent, the moving team that came by handled all my items with care - they even reinforced what I had already packed for extra safety. They moved very quickly and made me feel very comfortable with the entire experience.

I’m still not done yet but so far I am very pleased with the entire process. Will report back once my items arrive to their destination safely.

I don’t think I can ever move without Roadway Movers again. This was my first time moving out of a home with actual furniture, and I truly could not tell you the first thing about doing that securely and efficiently for a long distance move 800 miles away.

I moved in a short amount of time, and even though there was just a few days roadway called multiple times to confirm and walk-through logistics of my move. The day of the movers were prompt on time and kept me posted throughout all the details in the day. I’ve always moved the “do it yourself” way, so this was my first time ever hiring movers & I can honestly say I’ll never go back.

From the moment they arrived, I felt taken care of. They protected my floors in both apartments, padded the walls, & corners, wore shoe covers & wrapped every single item so carefully. Nothing felt rushed or careless, which meant a lot to me.

The sales rep and customer service rep, Momo and Nikolina, were extremely flexible and communicative every day until the day of the move.The moving team, lead by Mario, further blew me away. Just had the most painless move thanks to Roadway. My initial call with moving consultant, Ken, was super thorough and he gave incredible advice. The moving consultants checked in on me multiple times throughout the week to see how I was progressing, get my inventory up to date and make everything really smooth. I haven’t packed/moved in a decade and even though I probably made a hash of some of the packing, the movers were perfectly kind, efficient and thoughtful. They went above and beyond on everything! 10/10 would rehire (and let them handle the packing next time). Also the price was the price - no pressure tactics to upsell on the day of.

The team was on time, super professional, and handled everything with so much care. Watching them pack, load, and then unload everything so efficiently just took a huge weight off my shoulders.

This move was a really special one for me, so I was extra particular about everything and they truly delivered. Everything arrived safely, nothing felt rushed, and they made the whole day feel so organized!

I packed the boxes on my own, but the move was fairly quick. They disassembled and reassemble most of my large items - bed & dining table. There was a slight dent on my table and damage to the wall on the new apartment I moved into which was not communicated to me by the movers. I noticed when I did the walk through after they left. I would recommend them, but pay extra close attention when they are reassembling your furniture.

I hired roadway express to help move some heavy furniture, and appliance. Maybe a total of 20 items. They showed up an hour late. The first thing they were asked to move were my washer and dryer. I informed them that the water had not yet been disconnected. I provided him with a tool to shut off the water. However, he damaged the pipe, resulting in a flood that spread from my third-floor apartment to the second and first floors below. I ran and got maintenance to get the water shut off to the building. While I was cleaning up the water, he and his partner left. They left abruptly and did not say a word or move any furniture.

Roadway moving was AMZING !! The crew was incredible. So fast yet had so much attention to detail. They wrapped everything up perfectly and even took things apart and put them back together at my new home. Would definitely recommend and i will be using them again!

Rodrigo and the team did AMAZING!!! This is my third time moving but my first time having movers so I was a bit nervous but now, I don't think I can ever move again WITHOUT them! They were so nice, professional, and made sure all my items were safely packed and moved over to my new home. I was so surprised at how quick they packed and moved everything (it only took 3 hours including the drive which was an hour). Most of my furniture and couch were white and pretty heavy but they wrapped it to avoid dirt getting on it + packed and moved it safely without any damage. They can also pack all your items and disassemble furniture/TV, anything you need!! I highly recommend them for a STRESS-FREE moving day so you can focus on other important things :)

The most seamless moving experience I’ve ever had everything was handled with so much care. The movers were extremely nice and highly professional. I had a ton of fragile and expensive items that they were so delicate with and boxed with such care. They took their shoes off on carpet and laid down protection on the hardwood. What would typically take me a week to move myself? They were able to do in a morning for the first time I was even able to go out to dinner the same day that I did a move!
