If I could give 10 stars I would. Melvin and his team were fast and efficient. They were also very polite and handled all of my furniture with extreme care. They communicated with me every step of the way and were also very patient when explaining different aspects of the move to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving, especially when moving to a different state. I moved from CA to TX and they delivered very fast (on the first estimated delivery date). I had a very positive experience with Melvin and his team.
My Roadway team was incredible. From scheduling and inventory confirmation to my day of moving team. They were fast, kind, and respectful. We joked a bit even, they seemed like good people. They got everything moved from a first floor 1-bed to a 3rd floor walkup. So happy with my choice to go with Roadway!

LOVED my experience with Roadway! Did a big move from my studio apartment into a 2-bedroom and they made sure all my items and furniture was safe and sound.
I even had a last minute change and needed them to pack my entire kitchen area for me instead of packing it myself because I wasn't able to get to it, and they securely packed all my fragile items (plates, bowls, mugs) and transferred it to my new place.

Moving out of NYC can be stressful, but the Roadway team made the entire process smooth and well organized. The movers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with great care. They were professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced with the challenges that come with moving in and out of the city.
What stood out most was how organized and attentive the team was throughout the move. They took the time to carefully wrap and protect everything and made sure the process stayed on schedule.

I had an incredibly stressful move, especially with it happening throughout the aftermath of a blizzard, and Roadway made sure it was smooth sailing come moving day. I especially want to shoutout Diego and his crew who organized and packed my belongings efficiently, and when we got to my new place, they handled the tight stairs and hallways without a single issue. They even made sure to place all the boxes in accordance with their designated room, so unpacking has been a breeze. Moving is an incredibly stressful thing to go through and when you work with people like this, it really eases some of that.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had a phenomenal 4 man team that moved/reassembled and set up all of my furniture in record timing. My new home was freshly painted with refinished floors. I was very nervous about moving in furniture. The movers put down floor runners and used caution throughout the home. They were professional, efficient, and respectful across the board! I will absolutely recommend roadway to all my family, friends, & clients! Thanks for such a great move!!

BOOK WITH ROADWAY! From the beginning, the customer service with Roadway was THE BEST. I had great communication with Roger to book our long-distance move from TX to NY, and there were no surprises on pickup day (which is so rare in this industry!). Jonathan and his crew that came on pickup day were SO friendly, so meticulous, and overall did an incredible job. It was actually an enjoyable day, which I feel like never happens on a moving day. 10/10 would recommend and will use them again.
They made moving from Texas to Virginia so easy and for a better price than a lot of other companies. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They call and update you on everything in a timely manner and make sure you understand everything every step of the way. My movers called 30 minutes before they got to my apartment and Melvin took away all the stress of packing up my apartment. They wrapped all my furniture so well to prevent damage and the same for the extra boxes they helped me pack. Everything is double and triple wrapped to protect your items and they put QR codes on all your boxes so you can track them the whole time. Everything they did during the packing process showed that they too cared about my belongings and ensuring they safely got to Virginia. Every person I spoke to with the company is kind, helpful and more than willing to give you any information to ease your mind during your move.

Denis and his crew was truly amazing. They were kind, asked all the right questions and packed things with so much care. Moved from NYC to just outside from a walk up to an elevator building which of course goes into the cost but the quote was not far off from what I was expecting and they gave me 15% off as well just because. Shoutout to Semir and Mario as well for assisting in coordinating at every step.

I’m not much for writing reviews, but we threw a lot of wrenches into our multi-stop, long-distance move and the people at Roadway rolled with everything. I wanted to write this as a show of thanks. Our coordinator Justin was clear, professional, and detailed. Because our move was complicated, I expected there would be crossed wires along the way, but he understood everything perfectly and there were no hiccups along the way. Christine was also very responsive and made herself available if we needed it.
The movers themselves were great! We had two separate crews (LA and SF). Both worked quickly, packed and unpacked the furniture carefully. The SF crew switched around furniture at the last minute when I ended up moving into a different unit. I deeply appreciate everyone’s patience during what was undoubtedly a very confusing job

And did an excellent job I wasn’t there for pickup but the delivery to my new home in Austin, TX by Mevin And his 2 associates whom are based out of Dallas was everything they showed up 30 minutes early on the 1st delivery window day . Nothing was broken or misplaced I give roadway moving services a 10/10 . And will be definitely using them for future moves

Moved from Santa Monica to Marina Del Rey and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently through everything, and left the new place completely set up. The team from Roadway Moving was the most professional, efficient, and amazing team I've ever had for a move! They made the entire process seamless and truly made me feel like a princess! They handled all of my items with such care, came so prepared and made sure that I was relaxed during move-in day, which is typically not the case. I didn't have everything packed up (things in drawers of dressers or bedside tables), and they took care of it, placing everything into boxes neatly and carefully. They even came with wardrobe boxes and moved all of my hanging clothes so I didn't have to drag them in black trash bags! My new place is on the third floor with no elevator, and they did not complain once carrying all of my boxes and furniture up 2 flights of stairs on a hot day in Texas. Jonathan and his team were beyond trustworthy and I will be recommending Roadway to everyone I know!!
I filled out a form to receive an estimate about an incoming move a day and a half ago. Since then, I have received nearly TEN calls, some from different numbers, as well as multiple texts. After asking to be contacted by email, I did not receive a direct response--only more calls and texts. I finally answered a call: no response, no voice. I have since blocked two of the numbers that were used. Completely unprofessional and borderline harassment, would never turn to a company that uses these tactics.
I used roadway during my manhattan move and the team was amazing!! last minute I needed a storage unit last minute and they packed up all my stuff and will be putting it in my new apartment. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Roadway moving! The entire process was smooth and easy, stress free. We started with Aleksandra, that was adorable, responsive and super friendly, we been back and forth with dates and she was accommodating during the entire time. On the move date, Diego and the entire (large) team were friendly, always smiling, with kind attitude, they worked fast and efficient, very clean, and no damage, the entire house was reassembled perfectly. The service and the overall performance were more than we expected. Highly recommend!!!!

On time. Very professional. Great packers with complex paintings and furniture. Always asked questions if they needed further direction. Hard working. It’s not easy moving in NYC with all of the restrictions and challenges with elevators, traffic and parking. They managed through all of this with ease! Friendly. Finished on time both days. Unloaded and set furniture back up in the new place. They were careful and I would use them again with any move and recommend them to friends and family. Ask for Nino and his team!!! I moved from Miami to New York so it was a far move but they do local moves too!! They were actually amazing and packed everything up for me & told me to sit and relax lol. All my plates, cups, breakables were individually wrapped. They made custom wooden boxes for my TVs, wrapped my couch, bed, vanity.. etc… in layers of plastic wrap and blankets. Amazing crew.

I just moved to a new apartment in Dallas & had literally one FULL day to move out & in from the old to the new place! Complications on the apartment side but WOW I am so blessed with Roadway! I had a few friends suggest roadway because they used them out in LA. Moving is always beyond stressful and inconvenient. Roadway literally came in and moved all my belongings in under 5 hours, everything was organized how I left it beforehand and put back together at my new place exactly how it was prior. I only provided the two addresses and access to the apartments and spent the rest of the day working. I came back to my new place and essentially had to do nothing, it was as if my rooms were teleported. Couldn’t have asked for a easier and more stress free experience.

This was my first time using movers and I don’t know how I ever moved in the past. Roadway moved me out of a 4th floor walk up into another walk up which saved me so much hard work. They made sure to protect all of my furniture and reassemble everything in my new place. Being able to sleep in my bed in my new place on move in day alone would make me hire them time and time again.
Overall great service! They were pretty great! I had a tv get damaged and a char missing but they are working hard to address the concerns and make things right! I would use roadway again. The guys were very nice and very professional! Definitely worth it, I was able to live stress free on my move out/move in day thanks to roadway!

I can’t recommend Hugo’s team enough! It was impressive to watch them come in and handle my objects with such car and move me out so efficiently. For something so stressful, they made the beginning of this move a breeze!!!!!
This was the most seamless move ever! The movers were very quick and friendly throughout the whole day. They wrapped my furniture and moved my boxes with lots of care. Once they arrived to my new house, they unwrapped all of the furniture and placed it exactly how I wanted it. They even unpacked wardrobe boxes and placed clothes into my closets! I was super happy using Roadway Moving and def recommend them to anyone moving soon!
I had a great experience with Roadway Moving! Yerson, Delfin, and Alfredo were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and handled everything with so much care. I was told that due to the nature of what was being moved , they would provide 4-5 movers . Only 2 men showed up within the prearranged time. This made the move much more difficult and much longer. They took almost 2 hours to get to my house , it took me 40 mins. They showed up with a 3rd worker , and things became much easier. The men were very personable, and pleasant from start to finish. I gave them almost a 20%tip on the cost of the job. I was expecting a refund of $295.00 which was fully discussed with Alba few days beforehand if I decided to cancel the 2nd leg of the move to Montvale, N.J. , which I did……
I have not recieved a call back, or a refund to date and have tried to discuss it with the office many times .
Dennis and his team were amazing. Everything was handled with care and moved quickly. They even fixed a dresser that broken for a year prior to the move.
This was one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever been a part of. Moving is never fun and can be stressful but the incredible care provided by the Roadway team was second to none. From the check ins by the office staff to the care and experience the movers themselves demonstrated while packing my apartment made the whole experience as stress free as possible.

10/10 recommend . They literally will do EVERYTHING! I sat on the windowsill (so I can be out of the way) and watched them move it all in under 5 hours!! So fast! I’m shocked honestly it was incredible

Got a new job and needed to get my wife and I cross country and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. The delivery window was Feb 26th to March 11th, got a delivery window of the 26-28th after pickup; then a 24 hour notice on the 26th; and we got all of our stuff delivered on the 27th.
There was some delay and a $300 charge because the truck wouldn't have worked with how narrow our complex is, the guys had to go get a van and move everything over. We have everything unpacked now and everything has come out with no issue at all. Even some models I had paced pretty poorly came out totally fine. We are most likely moving again in 12 months and will be using them again without a doubt.
They also helped with disassembly and assembly on pickup and drop off. I believe we were around their minimum to charge because we wanted to replace most of our stuff (5 year old couch, 7 year old coffee table, etc).
Total to move a one bedroom with 15 boxes, a mattress, dresser, cabinet, desk, PC/monitor, and pet ramp was $2912.
Edo and his guys made our move so easy. Hardworking, kind, communicative, and fast. Asked questions about where we wanted everything and took all the stress off our shoulders!!
