I will never use a different moving company than Roadway. Roadway is the easiest to work with and the movers on site are so accommodating, careful and thorough. We are moving all day and they kept a smile on their faces and kept me laughing the whole time. All my belongings were carefully and neatly packed. I don't know what i would've done without them. What impressed me most was the attention and care they showed with some of one of my largest items. I have an armoire that weighs at least 500 pounds, and I was concerned about it being moved safely. I'm going to be so honest with you...I simply will not use another moving company. In 2022 Roadway moved me from NYC to LA and it could not have been easier.

Now in 2026 they moved me from my 1 br apartment into a house and they did it in <5 hrs. the movers are always so kind and easy to communicate with and very understanding with any problems that may arise. can not recommend them enough.

Honestly just need to shout out Roadway Moving because they were incredible. We moved from a one bedroom in Midtown Manhattan to Connecticut and I was already dreading it but they showed up early, got straight to work, and were packing so fast it was almost hard to keep up with them.

They were so careful with everything too. I have an embarrassing amount of perfume and every single bottle was individually wrapped. They even saved the ribbons off a piece of furniture and packed them neatly. Didn’t ask, just did it.

The team actually told us it was the most stuff they’d ever seen come out of a one bedroom, which checks out. Zero damage, zero stress, and they had us unloaded faster than I expected.

If you’re debating whether to hire movers, just do it. 10/10 would call them again.

We moved from Houston to Dallas recently, and everything went extremely well. The guys were really friendly and super hard working. Great communication, even when the move-in was at 7am. Highly recommend if you want a top-tier service that's affordable.

I had an excellent experience with roadway from beginning to end. They had exceptional communication and customer service. They constantly checked in to make sure everything was going according to plan. They helped me with packing and assembly as well, which was great since I’m not very handy lol! They were also extremely organized. Nothing but positive things to say about them, and will definitely use them for future moves!

This is my fourth time using Roadway and it was a great experience yet again. Marco and Milan did a fantastic job, especially since we were moving out of a 6th floor walk up.
