Second move with Roadway Moving and they knocked it out of the park again! We used them a couple years ago and had such a great experience that they were the only company we even considered this time around. The crew showed up on time, wrapped everything carefully, and moved fast without cutting corners. Not a single thing damaged, and they made what's usually a stressful day feel totally manageable. From booking to the final box, communication was excellent. If you're on the fence about who to hire, just book Roadway. Clearly we're repeat customers for a reason!

This was the first company that I went to for moving since I heard so many positive reviews, and they were NOT WRONG. The friendliest movers, who packed half of my stuff for me, and got the job done in no time at all. Everything was quick and painless. Happy to be another 5 star review for this company - they know what they're doing, they do it well, and they deserve it.

UPDATE: I moved again and used roadway again and had another wonderful experience. I knew going back to them was the right call! My wife (35 Weeks Pregnant) and I, moved from Brooklyn into Manhattan and it could not have been an easier process. They packed up our stuff professionally, quickly and carefully and got us all situated in the new spot within a couple of hours. The team was friendly and professional and we had all of our belongings (even the plants/glassware/tech/etc) transported safely. 10/10 would recommend them - they crush it every time.

I had a three-part move, which could have easily been stressful, but the entire Roadway Moving team made the process incredibly smooth from start to finish. They were so accommodating and handled all of my requests without any issues. Every detail was coordinated perfectly, and I always felt like I was in good hands.

The staff with roadway moving carefully wrapped both our furniture and belongings and got it to our new apartment without any delay. Fantastic service and quick and safe packing and unpacking. Would recommend to anyone needing an interstate move with a fully furnished apartment!

I submitted a quote request with Roadway Moving and was contacted excessively almost immediately afterward. In approximately 48 hours, I received eight phone calls, including two attempted calls on a holiday.

I understand following up with a potential customer, but this level of outreach felt intrusive and unprofessional. It made me uncomfortable and ultimately ensured I would not consider using their services.

I have requested that they stop contacting me and remove my information from their lists. Based on this experience, I would not recommend submitting your contact information unless you are prepared for repeated follow-up calls.

This was the absolute best moving experience. The team was extremely careful and considerate, yet efficient. I’ll never be able to go back to any other company. I had never had movers pack for me and it was game changing. I’ve never had such a stress free move. Moving can be expensive but this was worth every penny. Definitely would recommend.

Incredible experience from start to finish! We did a huge family move and Roadway was so accommodating, quick, and efficient the entire time. They came with all the tools needed and just took care of everything. We knew this was going to be a massive job, and honestly, we couldn't have done it without them.
They didn't just move boxes, they helped with unpacking and assembly too, saving us so much heavy lifting. And the whole team was smiling the entire time, they actually made moving fun, which if you've ever moved before, you know is basically unheard of.
I've used other moving companies in the past and had genuinely bad experiences, including things getting broken. Not with Roadway. Nothing was damaged, everything was handled with care, and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end.

Boyan and Kyle are the epitome of punctual, efficient, and kind. Our boxes were on dollies 4 minutes after entering. 2 hrs later everything was on the truck safely and we were well informed on the entire process including next steps. When I say I recommend Roadway, I especially mean Boyan and Kyle.

The whole process was flawless from start to finish. Before even scheduling the move, David Trujillo, Roadway Moving’s moving guide patiently did a virtual walkthrough of the home my parents were moving out of, categorizing the inventory (which if done alone would have been very overwhelming) and helped us in understanding what it will entail. His expertise and kindness exceeded expectations! When it came to the moving day, Eugenio, Elvis, Juan, and Lizandro were THE BEST!!! They were the Roadway Moving crew we were blessed to have help us move my parents from their home of 35 years to their new rental. Not only did they manage all of our delicate, mega heavy furniture with the utmost care, they had the best attitude while doing it. As my parents were downsizing, our move included two stops… one to storage and one to their new home. Their expertise and efficiency in fitting everything into the storage in an organized fashion, even leaving room to walk through it (as I had asked if that was a possibility in case we needed to get anything later) was done flawlessly. When it came to disassembling the furniture in the new home, they were so patient in helping us figure out how our furniture fit best within the new space. All of our belongings made it from point A to point B safely without any hiccups, damage or scratches. They made what could have been a very emotional, stressful move into an easy and joyful transition. Worth every penny. THANK YOU!! Forever grateful.

I have now used Roadway twice over the past few years - one time for a cross country move from California and just this week a local move. I cannot recommend them enough. They are truly so efficient and fast. The building I just moved out of was a bit complicated to navigate and they did it effortlessly. They were so thoughtful and meticulous with wrapping everything and not one single object was damaged/broken. And as an added bonus the movers (Sebastian and Alejandro) were so personable and kind that it made the move even better. I cannot recommend Roadway enough and am very grateful to have a reliable service to navigate multiple moves!!

Big thank you to Roadway and their movers Yerson, delfín, Amilcar, Carlos. The day before they arrived, I was freaking out thinking I packed things incorrectly, or didn’t put things in the right place, but they came in and like wizards took care of everything quickly and effectively. Having them there to help me settle into my new home was a big deal. I was tired at the end of the day so I can only imagine how they felt but you would never know based on how their attitude and work ethic.

Roadway was great to work with. We especially really appreciated Almas and Hajro who completed our deliver and went above and beyond to help make the move smooth and pleasant. They were so nice and had fantastic attitudes on a super hot day. Highly recommend!

Joe Hamill and his team of concierge movers are phenomenal. I had a very large pack up and move in and out (3 bed with 2 kids) and they handled the whole thing flawlessly. They even went back to get my bikes and other items we had forgotten outside. Very few moving companies out there you can trust to move your things with care it’s rare to find one like Roadway who does.

My moving experience with Roadway was INCREDIBLE. I was moving out of a fourth floor walk up building and they came with smiles on their faces. Mind you, NYC is in the middle of a heatwave and it was INCREDIBLY hot!!! They worked so hard and moved all of my stuff out of my walk up building, loaded up their truck, drove it to storage, and loaded it all into storage. They even wrapped my furniture. Above and BEYOND. THANK YOU!!!! These guys work HARD.

I had a lot of stuff needed. Great service. The three movers . Cesar came with two other guys, they did an amazing job. Very clean and they paid attention to the task and making sure nothing gets scratched.
They did everything in a timely manner.

I recently used Roadway Moving for my move from New York to Tampa, and I cannot recommend them enough. This was such a big transition and a major move, so I was really nervous about moving all of my things such a long distance. I looked into several different moving companies, and while some were cheaper, Roadway was absolutely worth the cost.

Roger was amazing throughout the entire process. He called, checked in, and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Nicolina was also wonderful and so helpful throughout the process. Both of them made me feel confident and comfortable from start to finish.

The movers in both New York and Florida were also incredible. They were personable, patient, and kind. During my move out of New York, I had some elevator issues, and they were not upset or impatient at all. They handled everything professionally and made the process feel so much less stressful. I also chose the full pack-up service, and I am so glad I did. They took their time packing everything carefully, boxed everything perfectly, and nothing broke.

I also received a guaranteed delivery date, and they arrived on time. During delivery, they took their time unpacking and made sure everything went smoothly. I have used other movers in the past where I felt like everything was rushed, but that was not the case with Roadway. I felt taken care of throughout the entire move.

I loved my experience with Roadway Moving! In the past, i've had terrible moving experiences with other moving companies, but Roadway went above and beyond for me. They told me to relax while they packed all my things. I didn't lift a finger! They wrapped everything very carefully so nothing got broken or dirty in the moving process. My white couch made it to the new apartment without one speck of dirt! They also rebuilt all my furniture and set everything back up upon arriving at the new place. Im very happy with my received service and I could not recommend them enough.

Update from after the move: Once my delivery came a couple weeks later, I was suprised when I found my tv, bedside table drawer, and crystal glass broken, alongside a few other things. Also my tv and tv stand was missing many of the screws and my outdoor furniture never arrived. The moving crew was very nice, but it’s upsetting to still not have all of my stuff and it’s been over a month later.

Outstanding move from Baltimore to Philadelphia — I can't recommend Roadway highly enough.

From the start, my relocation specialist Jeffery was responsive and made everything easy, including turning around a same-day quote quickly when I needed it. But the crew on move day is what truly made the experience.

A 3-man crew led by Vidoji drove down from New York and arrived early, at 7:30 AM. They understood immediately that I had a very tight service-elevator window at both buildings, and they treated it like their own mission. They loaded the entire apartment — including disassembling furniture and bed frames — in about 2 hours, then completed the unloading and reassembly in Philadelphia in just 90 minutes. They arrived at my Philadelphia building before noon, more than an hour ahead of my 1 PM elevator reservation, and were finished and gone by 1:30 PM.

These guys were fast, strong, and came fully equipped with every tool they needed. What stood out most was their attitude: they told me they're experienced professionals and didn't want me worrying about anything on move day, knowing I'd had a hectic stretch beforehand and had a lot of unpacking ahead. That's exactly how it felt — completely in control, careful, and stress-free.

The price was a guaranteed flat rate with no surprises, the truck was their own with a professional branded crew, and everything was handled in a single same-day move with nothing held overnight. Worth every penny.

Wow wow WOW!!! This was truly the most stress- free, fun, and exciting move I’ve ever done. From start to finish, Juan and Josh have mastered the art of handling all my items with such precision and care. They wrapped every one of my belongings with about 4-5 layers of protection… seriously I was absolutely amazed by little tactics they had and all the effort went it into it. I’ve used many of moving companies and this one was definitely the best! Nothing arrived broken and they were very quick for a team of two people. They were polite and even went straight in to talk with the leasing office and arrange a good place to load/unload. They literally did EVERYTHING. Including assembly and reassembly. Skip everyone else and just hire them!

We chose roadway movers for our Movve from the upper west side in New York City to our home in MILLS RIVER, North Carolina. The Team they sent to our apartment to pick up our furniture was outstanding! Their attention to detail and protecting our furniture was incredible. They were extremely hard-working and efficient.
I did not think it was possible for the team that brought our furniture to North Carolina could live up to the bar set so high by the team in New York. They were equally as outstanding as the New York team.
I don't expect to ever move again however, I could not Mohr highly recommend roadway.
Klaudio the move manage was in constant contact throughout the process. He was attentive, polite, and extremely helpful throughout the process.
With a review consisting only of five stars, I would still give them 10.

I can only describe this as white glove treatment. The crew arrived promptly and handled every item with genuine care and concern. They wrapped everything to be bulletproof. They solved every physical challenge (large pieces going around tight corners, etc.) masterfully. Not a whine or a whimper. I highly recommend this company.

We had the absolute best experience with Roadway! They were timely, extremely efficient and productive, and took care of all of our belongings with so much care. They moved our entire 4bed/2bath house in about 8 hours total, including disassembling and reassembling all of our furniture. They were very helpful in placing items in the new house whenever we wanted it; rolling out rugs; putting the couch and rocking chairs back together, etc. None of our items were broken or damaged. Even thought we didn’t choose packing services, they packed up some larger items (like the printer, a few kitchen devices, etc) into boxes which was extremely helpful! I have two young kids and this move would have been so much more stressful without Roadway. The team we had was fantastic and all very friendly as well. We loved our experience with Roadway and would 100% use them again.

I was handling a move from Fla. to NY, and then to CA....I had a lot of expensive artwork as well as furniture and some heirlooms.... I was very worried about trusting movers...Well, it turned out that Roadway did the move and they were in constant touch with me almost everyday.... all three moves went as they promised: They were on time, communicated with me constantly, and not one piece of anything was damaged! And more than that, they were polite, easily accessible, and I wish I hadn't worried as much as I did.. There will be a next time, and I'm sure I won't worry nearly as much..... Yes, double yes, to Roadway:-)
