I moved within the Dallas area and had a great experience with Roadway Moving! The crew (Melvin, Edgar, and Hombre) were very kind and efficient. They arrived at the exact time they said they would and got straight to work. The crew carefully deconstructed the beds, wrapped up furniture, and reassembled everything once we made it to our destination.

Moving is typically very stressful and Roadway Moving took a lot of that stress off my plate! Thankful for a great, professional, and organized experience!

Roadway did a great job. Naseem and his crew were efficient and professional, and took amazing care of our stuff. We are halfway through unboxing our stuff and haven’t had any issues at all. They even left us some tape to wrap up our boxes for recycling. Good folks — I’d happily use them again.

I had an incredible experience with Roadway Moving from beginning to end. Their team arrived exactly on time (9am-11am window and they arrived at 9:30, AND let me know when they were almost there) and was incredibly professional, kind, caring and EFFICIENT throughout the entire process.

They didn’t just move my things, they carefully packed my entire apartment for me. I have a lot of clothing, skincare, kitchenware and fragile items, and everything was handled thoughtfully and professionally. The team worked quickly without ever making the process feel rushed or careless. Also- I was in their way WFH the entire time (I felt so bad) but nobody in my calls even noticed!

They were also so sweet and patient with my dog, Kaia. Moving can be stressful for pets, but everyone was friendly with her and made both of us feel completely comfortable.

The entire team was punctual, respectful and hardworking, and it was clear that they cared about both my belongings and my overall experience.

Honestly, my favorite moving company I’ve ever used now it’s gonna be over four times that I’ve used them and every time my experience gets better. The movers are so gentle with my stuff and pack everything so neatly and nicely. They’re very accommodating professional on time as someone who is very particular about their stuff I would say this is the best company to use. Yaser Junior and Kevin were so nice and professional. They also took apart my bed and put it back together in perfect condition

Simeon was great to work with throughout the booking process until the move. Roadway was the only company who had a FaceTime with us to inventory our apartment instead of just filling out a list of items. They also provided a moving coordinator, Joni, who was available to contact if we had questions prior to the move. Alex, Kevin and Marco were unbelievable, they were fast, careful and through and a pleasure to work with. I'd absolutely use them again.

I’ve moved many times over the years, and this was, without a doubt, the best moving experience I’ve ever had.

Five movers worked from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to move us from a four-bedroom into a three-bedroom apartment, and they were outstanding from start to finish. Every member of the crew was polite, professional, and worked incredibly hard.

They carefully protected the floors and walls, packed anything that still needed packing on their own boxes, and handled every item with great care. I had an extremely heavy, oversized sofa that I was convinced would never fit into the elevator, but they managed it without any issues. It was impressive to watch.

The team also placed every piece of furniture and every box exactly where I wanted it in each room, making unpacking so much easier.

I almost chose another moving company because I see them all over NYC, but ChatGPT recommended this company as one of the best in New York City. That recommendation couldn’t have been more accurate. Even before moving day, the communication was exceptional. The intake process was smooth, and they responded promptly to my questions, even on weekends.

This crew exceeded every expectation. They were efficient, organized, respectful, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I can’t thank them enough for making what is usually a stressful day so easy.

Abdiel, Yordany, and Francisco packed and moved us from Charlotte to South Florida and they were the absolute best. We are beyond happy with what a wonderful job they did from start to finish. INCREDIBLE SERVICE. We have moved many times in the past few years and Roadway was by far the best moving service we've had. They were extremely quick and efficient, very kind and handled all of our stuff with a lot of care. If you are looking for a moving service, I'd highly recommend them.

Let me start by saying that Richard called to greet me and say he was on the premises for the move. Under stress and lack of sleep from packing last minute items I robotically replied “I’m good how are you.” His response was “I am great, today is a great day!” Honestly that impression immediately changed my mood.

The movers handled our out of state move, exceptionally from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, friendly and treated all of our belongings with great care as if they were packing up their home. 10 out of 5 stars! This is far and away the best moving service I’ve ever had/used. I have moved across the country four times, and I’ve never had such a great service from start to finish. Boyan and his crew were spectacular. Friendly, timely, efficient, and exercised the utmost care over my belongings. Boyan treated my move as if it was his own, and it shows. Roadway even worked around and met my extremely complicated schedule for “single day of the week delivery window.” I will use Roadway every time from here on out. Cannot express my satisfaction enough!

BEWARE OF ROADWAY MOVING!

I contacted Roadway Moving for a quote, and it came in significantly higher than several other moving companies I spoke with. I politely let them know, on two separate phone calls, that I wasn’t interested and had decided to go in another direction.

That should have been the end of it, but instead they continued calling and texting me almost every single day for the next two months. It didn’t matter how many times I made it clear that I wasn’t interested. The constant unsolicited follow-up was incredibly frustrating and honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company before even becoming a customer.

If this is how they treat someone who simply requests a quote, I can’t imagine what the customer experience is like afterward. Beware if you value your privacy and don’t want to be relentlessly contacted after saying no.

These guys are the best. The loveliest team ever! I got the packing AND unpacking service and it was 100% worth it. They took so much time and care ensuring my stuff was unpacked in the correct place. Would absolutely recommend. They actually made moving day feel enjoyable!

I had the pleasant experience of having the help from Leon, Jesus, and Carlos. All three men worked in a timely fashion and we’re so polite and gentle with my items. At the start, I expressed concern based off of previous moving experiences, and Leon put my worries to rest and played music to calm my nerves. Throughout the entire time we were at my old apartment, we engaged in conversation and I was in such shock at how diligent and quick all three men worked. They took great care of my items especially the fragile boxes and my couch. When there was difficulty with fitting my couch into the door, Leon, Carlos, and Jesus thought creatively And we’re able to push My couch through the window into my living room. They were so quick with the procedure and made no noise, Kept the building in pristine condition, and acted as if it was super easy, even though the couch was heavy. Upon entering the new apartment, all three boys Took careful consideration and asked where I wanted my items to go and double check to make sure that they placed the boxes in the correct rooms. After I decided That I wanted the desk in a different position, Leon cheerfully helped me out and moved it for me. I had my own wagon in my trunk and was taking a couple items back-and-forth, and Carlos saw that. He then surprise me and brought the whole wagon up the stairs for me instead of me taking items up and down. Throughout the whole moving process, all the men had smiles on their faces, did not complain, had te best manners, And especially made me feel valued as a first-time customer and secure. This has by far been The best moving experience of my life and I am extremely thankful and blessed to have had these men working with me today. Excellent communication, customer service skills, Manners, and very delicate with my possessions. I would recommend Roadway moving to anybody in California. I would hope that they get the joyful experience Of working with Leon, Carlos, and Jesus.

José Rodríguez and crew we absolutely amazing! 🤩 how they packed everything to safely and diligently and even had to dismantle some items to make it smaller to pack better and safer. They use a lot of wrapping to protect all the items. He doesn’t take too long either which I thought was a miracle. His work is truly professional. He explains to me why he does everything. I would highly recommend asking for his crew specifically for your job!

I just did a cross country move from NYC to LA and I would've never been able to do it without Roadway! I had so much stuff I needed to move and they made the process so easy with full packing, and all my stuff got delivered to my new place in LA in about 2 weeks! Everything was intact and no damage :) Packing my 1 bed took about 2 hrs. and delivery (unloading) was like 30 minutes they work so fast and efficiently. Always going with Roadway they made my life so easy.

Update: Just did another move with Roadway, and they moved my 2 roommates and I into our new place so seamlessly! I was nervous of getting all of our things mixed up during moving, but the movers made sure to label every box so every thing went to the right rooms. The movers are always super kind and efficient, I don't think I'd ever be able to move again without them :)

Roadway moving exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, we could not be happier. We received 3 quotes for our long distance move, and Roadway was the only one to send an estimator in person. That meant a lot to us. They were the only ones to also provided an array of different sized boxes and a thick stack of wrapping paper. We were convinced they were going to be the most expensive quote BUT they were the least expensive. We couldn’t believe it. Boxes were delivered a week ahead as promised. Arturo and his crew arrived on time and even shifted the start time since we had a closing to get to. They were so expeditious, we made our closing with time to spare. Communication was top notch. They arrived at our new home the next morning as promised and unloaded everything with precise efficiency. Everything was placed where they needed to be and nothing was damaged. If I ever needed to move again, there is no question who’d we’d call. We’ve already referred them to our friend who is moving next month. Highly praise and recommend.

Had a really great moving experience with Roadway. Their team is careful, fast, responsive, and accommodating. They moved my extremely fragile table and XL curved monitor with zero damage whatsoever, which I was very worried about. They promised my company four movers to lift a heavy (400-lb) glass aquarium and, despite confirming multiple times in email and by phone, they showed up with two movers instead. They couldn't lift the tank or complete the job. My team had to wait several hours for more of their guys to show up. Waste of time. Will not use again.

What impressed me most was watching Antonio professionally lead, encourage, and direct his team under some of the harshest working conditions imaginable. The Air Quality Index exceeded 254, while temperatures reached approximately 97°F. Anyone with boots on the ground in those conditions understands just how physically demanding and dangerous that environment can be. Despite the extreme heat and poor air quality, Antonio remained calm, focused, respectful, and solution-oriented, ensuring both his team and my belongings were cared for with exceptional attentiveness.

Before my move, I worked closely with Ms. Lindsay Oliver, providing detailed information with additional Google Drive photos—of my inventory. One room alone contained upward of 150 large storage bins, along with numerous large/ severely heavy items, décor, TVs, beds, and more throughout the home. I truly appreciate Lindsay for taking the time to discuss my move in detail and for working to coordinate everything.

However, when her team member, Antonio, arrived with a single moving truck, it became clear that some of the inventory details and photographs I had previously shared had not been fully shared with Antonio. Based on my previous seven years of moving experience, which typically required a minimum of five movers and two trucks, I realized my moving details were not accurately or successfully communicated..

What truly distinguished Roadway, however, was how quickly this was addressed. Rather than allowing the situation to become stressful, Antonio immediately assessed the circumstances, developed a practical solution within minutes, and worked together with Lindsay and I to ensure the remaining items would be completed promptly. Lindsay assured me that Antonio would return to finish loading my remaining items on Monday, with delivery scheduled for Tuesday. I genuinely appreciated the professionalism and accountability shown in making things right.

Antonio, thank you for recognizing the challenge immediately, communicating honestly, and creating a solution without hesitation. Your leadership, experience, and dedication gave me confidence throughout the entire process.

Edgar and the moving team were absolutely 100% fantastic. Courteous, friendly, extremely efficient. They moved us out in record time, and then beat us to the new address! And then moved us in with poise and speed and the high quality I have come to expect from Roadway. This was our 3rd or 4th move with Mario Cullaj and he continues to be excellent as organizer. Our moving coordinator Brian was also excellent.

Would not use this company again in future. Shipped a bedroom set from Las Vegas to Virginia. Paid $2380. The communication from my sales rep was satisfactory. I requested a quote and was able to schedule the move within a week. I received constant updates and inquiries for the pickup to ensure everything was smooth the day of. However once everything was packed up and picked up, I had no response from my move coordinator, Claudio. I reached out about confirming delivery times/dates, questions about damages and filing reports, no response. It has been 4 days since I initially reached out about delivery details. Bed frame arrived damaged. A hole in my ceiling from the mover bringing in the items.

My delivery contact, Luis, was great. He was the one to reach out to me to confirm address, date/time, etc. He was very transparent with me about assembling the items and documenting the damages he found from the pickup/transit as he unloaded the items. He assembled everything to the best of his ability and offered to try to fix the damage to the bed frame while assembling.

When signing the contract for delivery, I added a note about the damages but there’s no detailed location to describe them or upload pictures on the customer side. I asked the delivery POC, Luis, but he said there isn’t a spot for that except for the notes. The inventory list has a section for the condition of the items upon pickup and delivery but there’s no way for the customer to add details to that as far as I was informed. I was told to put in the claim afterwards. It seems incorrect to be required to sign for items “in good condition” without having an option to actually detail the condition if they are not.

I had the absolute BEST experience using Roadway in my move from Las Vegas to Dallas. I was impressed not only with how quickly they loaded my things into the truck, but just how fast they unloaded everything - took less than an hour and they were so efficient and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough - highly suggest Roadway for your next local or long distance move!

New York City to Austin, Texas, I have moved probably about 10 times in my life, I would say this is definitely one of the easiest and pay free experiences I’ve ever had that’s all due to the company, And the gentlemen going above over and beyond. They are not the cheapest, but they’re worth every penny. Highly recommended

We love Roadway!! They moved us from LA to Jenkintown PA. It’s really true what they say in their advertising: they really took all of the stress out of both our moving days. The crews could not have been friendlier or more efficient. We had Junior as our foreman in LA, and Darwin in PA. Both were excellent leaders and their team members were so courteous, fast, and strong! One of our movers in PA, Brian, even gave our daughter one of his old skateboards. This is my second time using Roadway for an apartment move in NYC, and I can't recommend them enough. Their team is professional, kind, and incredibly gracious. This time we also used their packing service, and it was a total game changer. We have several oversized, heavy, and delicate pieces, including a huge floor mirror, a vintage marble dining table, and large artwork, and everything was handled with so much care. They truly make the entire moving process feel seamless and surprisingly stress-free, which is no small feat with a dog and a one-year-old!

I had to move very last minute and had to move everything into storage while I figure out where I'm going next. I was freaking out about what to do with my things, but Roadway came to the rescue. We used Roadway for a long-distance move and could not have asked for a better experience. Both crews were professional, efficient, and so patient with our pet, who has some special needs - respectful, kind, and accommodating with every request. They packed everything carefully, delivered right on time, and even helped put things back together on the other end, which made settling in after a long drive so much easier. Although moving is stressful in general, Roadway made it as painless as possible. Highly recommend! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Roadway again!
