Defintely 10/10 experience with Roadway Moving! They were on time for my scheduled move and helped me to make sure everything was packed properly and organized. One thing that I love about this company is that they took extra precautions to make sure that all of the fragile items were taken care of.

Within the same day, all of my stuff was put into my new home. They even helped me unpack some of the stuff! All of the crewmembers were very respectful and responsible. And they were hustling all day.!!!

Had a great experience with Roadway. It was a very special day for my BF & I moving in together for the first time. They made the process seamless. It was quick, easy and they were super friendly and professional. They even arrived to my house earlier than the start time which was great. Roadway was helpful in planning our move. Sales person Will was always available to answer questions. The packing team thoroughly packed everything and were polite and efficient. There was some initial confusion on when our boxes would arrive, but then we got clear answers. The boxes arrived from CA to CO in 11 days. It was dropped off by Sumi and Jose and they were very friendly, made sure every item was accounted for, and got things unloaded and assembled quickly. Smooth experience over all.

This is the second time Roadway has moved me in and it is consistently incredible. The movers are the kindest sweetest group of guys you could ask for. We recently used Roadway to move from our 3rd floor walk up to an elevator building. Nikolai and Vlado were punctual, clean, efficient, and quick. The total move was 4 hours that included the packing, unpacking, assembling and disassembling the furniture. Highly recommend using roadway!

This was my first time using professional movers and Roadway Moving made the experience seamless! Living in a 3 floor walk-up in NYC, self-moving in the past took an entire day, while Roadway Moving worked so efficiently, they were done the entire move before noon. We packed our clothes and small items ourselves prior to moving day but Roadway Moving did the rest - carefully wrapping our furniture, Frame TV, and disassembling and re-assembling our bed frame with their own tools. Everything arrived safely and with no damage! We have two small dogs and the team made our pups feel safe and gave us more time to tend to them during a process that can be scary to two small Italian greyhounds. In the new apartment they helped place every box in the correct area which has already made unpacking an easier task! Can't recommend this service enough and will definitely be using Roadway Moving for our future moves!

I used Roadway for my move this weekend in Brooklyn. As expected they were on point, arrived sharp on time, organized, took their time to make sure my furniture was properly wrapped and carefully loading/unloading my boxes.

My moving experience was amazing and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I was a little scared about having an all white apartment and trusting movers but they were so careful with all of my furniture and covered everything. My favorite part was when they disassembled everything and reassembled it at the new place. I will definitely be using them again my next move!

I was really disappointed with my experience moving from CA to NY with Roadway. The pickup and delivery crews were great, professional, and timely. If I were to only rate them, I would give 5 stars.

However, my sales representative, Justin, was an extremely poor communicator. He was responsive and answered my questions leading up to signing the contract. However, once I signed the contract he rarely answered or acknowledged any of my messages. For example, I told him I would need to update my inventory list once I had everything packed. He said it was fine. The weekend before my move, I texted him the updated inventory list. He specifically asked that I text it since he missed previous messages from me via email. The next Monday he called me because he couldn't recall why my pickup time was in the afternoon. That was surprising considering I specifically asked for that time slot and he previously confirmed over email that he updated the contract prior to signing. During that phone call, I asked him if he received my updated inventory list. He said he did and he would update the contract to reflect the new inventory. My move was the next day, Tuesday. He never sent the new contract and on the day of my move I had to text and call him about the new contract. He finally sent it but the inventory list and cost was incorrect. At this point I was extremely stressed. I texted and called him but got no response. I then had to call customer service but they couldn't find him. Only once the movers were at my home picking up my items did I get a call from Justin's manager. He finally sorted through the situation and got the correct new contract out. For this reason and others I haven't even listed, I would give my sales representative one star.

Solely based on my experience with a bad sales representative, I would not use Roadway again and I would not recommend them to anyone. I hope Roadway hires better sales representatives and I sincerely hope nobody else has to go through an experience like I did.

Update: the Roadway customer service team promptly reached out to me. They listened to my feedback and did what they could to address the inconveniences I experienced. I appreciate their efforts.

This is my first time using Roadway and I'm really impressed. I was moving from Long Island back to NYC and the team was really responsive, communicative and provided me all the details I needed for the move. They were really fast and all my furnitures, boxes and even my plants got to the new apartment safely. I was worried that my couch wouldn't get through the door of my new apartment but the movers were really handy as they disassembled the couch's legs so it can get through perfectly. Wow! I cannot say enough about incredible my experience was with Roadway! They were meticulous in their packing, so careful and thorough and organized! They even found a diamond eternity ring under my couch and quickly gave it to me, they are beyond trustworthy and also just so pleasant and fun to be around! i would not recommend for an international move. it was an absolute nightmare. They left my belongings behind despite having them on the itinerary and then tried to argue with me that because i didn't take out insurance it was my fault but yet they left them in the apartment so they didn't get lost on the way . The manger shakira couldn't be bothered to call me back despite me asking to speck to her several times. would not use them again nor do i recommend them

The roadway team was a life saver! Prior to the move I spoke with a coordinator to talk about any special items I had, they brought all the tools necessary to remove shelves, break down furniture, and properly transport fragile items. BEST MOVE EVER! Roadway Moving was so easy, quick, and all for a great price. I lived in a walk-up apartment with many stairs and they got up and down them with no problems. I had so many large pieces of furniture to move and they packed it all up in less than an hour! Had the MOST INCREDIBLE experience with Roadway. I was so stressed about moving, especially living on a 6th floor walk up. Roadway packed everything (including clothing, kitchenware and miscellaneous items) and I did not have to do anything myself. They also did this in about 6 hours which wow’d me. They also added barcodes to all of my items that they put in storage, so I could easily find my things when taking the inventory out of storage. Such a legitimate moving company that I will use from now on.

I used Roadway Moving this weekend for my local move in Miami — the experience was AMAZING. The Roadway team made it so easy to book and the movers on site were SO efficient and professional. Truly the nicest people. I’ve moved many times in my life and this was BY FAR the easiest, most stress-free move. I would recommend them to anyone!

Best stress-free moving experience I've ever had! They helped me pack and unpack and carefully wrapped everything individually (even my shoes were wrapped individually so they wouldnt scuff other shoes). I've hired multiple movers in the past who completely broke or chipped my furniture, so I kind of expect at least one mishap when moving now. Roadway Moving took such great care with my things that even a hair on my dresser before moving was still there after moving 🫢 The movers were also very friendly and efficient. I appreciated how they took the time to label boxes so it would be easier to unpack later. I can't recommend them enough 🥹🩷

I used Roadway Movers this past weekend and had an incredible (and quick!) moving experience. This is my 7th move in NYC and my 1st time using movers. We don’t know where our next apartment is going to be so we are moving everything into a storage unit with Roadway Moving. My biggest fear with movers is that our stuff would break or get lost but as soon as Roadway Movers got here they carefully went to work. I even had an Urban Outfitters coffee table (my first big girl apartment purchase) packed & it was wrapped so well I feel like I could drop this off the Empire State Building and she’d be fine! I love that every box has it's own tracking label so I am able to know exactly where all of my items are. The Roadway Team finished everything so quickly and with such care...I think they were done with our entire 3 bedroom apartment within 3 hours! I would 100% recommend and will be using them again in the future. So worth it!! Also, they were incredible with my pup :)

Everyone knows how hectic and stressful moving can be, especially when moving multiple states away! I had never used movers before but figured that for my move from Florida to Virginia they would be much needed! Roadway Moving made my life and my move 100x easier, smoother, and calmer - I truly don't think I would have been able to move without their help! They were so professional, took great care of all of my furniture (especially wrapping up all the big pieces), and helped me move out of my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in less than 3 hours! This was my second move in jersey city. Going from garden level to a walk up with a ton of fragile furniture, I was nervous who to hire to do the job. Roadway instantly reassured me of all my concerns and made the process seamless. They promptly arrived at 9AM to load up their trucks. They were done in little over an hour! I was amazed! They handled all of my mirrored and glass furniture like true professionals! When we arrived at my new apartment they help reassemble all the furniture while I relaxed! Just did my move with Roadway. It was my first time getting a really premium service and I was completely blown away. I own a lot of designer furniture that I was afraid would get ruined in the move, but the movers were incredibly gentle with it.

The only thing is that you have to know your inventory really well beforehand to submit for an invoice. It was hard to tell how much stuff to put on the inventory list to generate the quote, but I guess that's par for the course here.

My move took about 9 hours (from 9 am to 6 pm) for items from a 2 bed 2 bath and a loft.

The movers helped with basic assembly, disassembly, wrapping. I didn't get their boxes since I had my own. I did get a few wardrobe boxes from them, and that made moving clothes SO easy.

We just had our second move with Roadway and Daniel and his crew were the best - professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. They handled my belongings with utmost care during the move-out, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother moving experience!

Cannot recommend Roadway enough-- from the professionalism, care to the friendliness of their whole team. They made the move so smooth and took so much stress off our plate. Moving is never easy, and moving cross country even less so.
Their team was prompt, and got everything in and out of our apartment from 9AM-1PM. They asked for dimensions two weeks prior for any of our heavy, fragile items (such as a heavy marble table and travertine side tables) to make sure they were packed safely + securely. All of our furniture was wrapped and corners of dressers and tables covered to make sure they wouldn't get chipped or damaged in the move. Their team was also so friendly and nice, we made sure to grab gatorades, waters and some McDonald's for everyone to have a snack + stay hydrated! I don't think we can ever move again without Roadway to be honest. They are truly the best moving company out there.

I vetted five different moving companies for my middle-distance (out of state) move, and I chose Roadway Moving because of their long history in the moving business, great reviews, and reasonable pricing. My booking agent started with a video consult of our home to create an inventory list of our belongings since we were hiring Roadway for a full packing service. Once I was booked, the team was very responsive and answered all of my questions. My moving agent reached out the week of my move to confirm details. Our moving team showed up on time and expertly packed our belongings with care, laying out floor and corner protectors and using lots of packing blankets. The team was very friendly and courteous! Our team arrived at our new address and took all the protective precautions again (floor coverings, corner coverings, etc.), and placed our belongings in our home with care. Everything arrived in the condition it was packed in -- no damages or anything! Hire Roadway Moving!

This was honestly the best moving experience i have ever had! Roadway Moving was extremely professional, responsive, and they made sure all of my belongings were packed and wrapped to perfection. I had never used movers for an out-of-state move before, but overall it was a good experience. The guys were really kind and moved very quickly. For pick up, it was raining cats and dogs but the guys handled it with ease! It took a little over a week for my things to arrive, but mostly everything was in great shape.

Roadway Moving is the best - they made my long distance move from Seattle to LA so smooth! They are very responsive and kept me updated on the move timing, where my stuff was at while it was driven down and when it would arrive. Everything was packed so thoroughly which gave me peace of mind that my furniture would be in great condition when it arrived. 10/10 would recommend Roadway for a local or long distance move!
