Roadway Moving is the best!! My entire apartment was packed up within an hour and a half. The entire team was on time and fast. They assembled all of my furniture in my new apartment, which was so helpful. Outside of unpacking my boxes, my new place was setup! Moving is typically a pain, but the whole process was seamless

Roadway gave me the best and most stress-free moving experience of my life (and this was my 8th move in 15 years. Everything was so easy, straight-forward, and efficient. Everything made it across the country in one piece. Both the LA team and the NY team was so kind and easy to work with. I know if I ever move again it'll be Roadway all the way! Would give them 10/10 stars!

moved from downtown Manhattan to midtown and Roadway made everything so seamless and easy!! The two movers were so friendly and smiley, it made everything so much more enjoyable! One thing I was very worried about was moving my big ficus tree and when it arrived there was not one leaf that fell, that is a testament to how good they handle their client’s valuable. My first time using professional movers was with Roadway Moving, and I'm so glad I used them. They were super communicative throughout the entire process, from the minute I inquired about a quote up until when they showed up at my doorstep (they were right on time for my move - I was shocked).

I had the most relaxing and seamless move. I didn't know what to do with myself because they were so fast and efficient. They'll even take down and pack up your framed things so you don't need to bother with that yourself. Their wardrobe boxes are also game changing - they made packing and unpacking my clothes a breeze. The movers were great too - very friendly and capable, and I would definitely use them for another move!

Eddie and Mario were the best. Not only did they move fast, but they handle all of our boxes items with care. We moved from a 5 story walk up with no elevator. I initially thought that would be trouble, but Eddie and Mario handle them stairs with no problem. And moving into the new location was a breeze.

I had never enlisted the help of professional movers before, so this experience was entirely new to me. The customer service provided by Roadway Moving was truly exceptional. They guided me through every stage of the process with prompt and clear communication via emails and phone calls, resulting in a seamlessly organized move.

On the actual day of the move, everything went incredibly smoothly. I received a tracking text allowing me to monitor the truck's progress as it made its way to my home and continued on to our final destination. The movers arrived punctually and were ready to assist with relocating my entire family of five, plus our dog Kratos.

To my delight, each room was labeled with my childrens name, which made unpacking at our new home effortless. Our belongings were meticulously packed, furniture disassembled, and valuable items such as artwork and televisions were securely protected under blankets.

Despite the task of packing up a three-bedroom apartment, the entire process took just around four hours. I was able to relax and observe the professionals at work, all while tending to my four-month-old baby without any stress or worry.

We moved from LA to Colorado and Roadway was absolutely fantastic. From the communication before our move to receiving all our items intact - this was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. They were friendly, professional, and definitely knew what they were doing!

Did a cross-country move and Raodway was amazing! They came and packed all of my furniture and boxes in less than two hours and they were super gentle and wrapped everything so it wouldn't get damaged during transit. During delivery, they were also super quick and unloaded in less than an hour. They set up all my furniture for me so everything was ready for me when they left. Definitely using Roadway for all my future moves!!

I can honestly say I will never do a move without Roadway Moving. They were efficient/so kind and handled all of our things with so much care!! I was so nervous since we lived in a walk up on the 4th floor, but it was no issue at all for them. I highly recommend if you want a stress free move!

Such a good experience! We moved from California to Colorado and Roadway was amazing. The movers were so communicative, showed up on time, and took great care of our stuff. Just had the easiest move with Roadway, the only finger lifted was to point. They packed, wrapped and moved all of my belongings with care, then unpacked, unwrapped and placed everything where I needed it. Request RICHARD and his team. They were a blast to work with!

Moving in New York is so crazy but Roadway made the process so much easier and as stress free as possible. I previously moved with Roadway from Boston to New York as well and I have nothing but great things to say about their staff and treatment of my things! From providing a wardrobe to transport clothing to the careful padding of my large electronics, and bringing a few extra trash bags I forgot to write on the packing list, they had everything I could imagine covered. Not to mention, everything from the 2 bed 2 bath apartment was disassembled, delivered, and reassembled in just 4 hours! Highly recommend!

First time ever using a moving company and I’m so happy I did! I did a cross country move from California to NYC and roadway made my process so easy. Not only were they efficient, they were careful with everything. They finished a 2 bedroom in under 90 mins. When they arrived to NYC, they helped me set up my apartment the way I wanted and move the furniture around until I found the perfect setting. I will definitely use them again!

HIGHLY recommend Roadway!! We recently had our first kid and we had a short move within the same building. But they literally packed every single item and we didn't have to lift a finger. I had a wonderful experience with Roadway Los Angeles this past weekend. The day got off to a great start with a text from Cesar letting me know their ETA - right on time! From the moment Cesar & Anahel arrived they were professional, considerate, and caring. They took great efforts to protect my belongings, package up the remaining items (eg carefully created TV boxes) and thoroughly explain the process to me. Moving is always stressful, let alone a cross-country move, but I felt so at ease and assured in their hands. In addition to the great service, they were kind people and I trusted them. Vladimir, Julio, and Jovan were more than excellent for my move from Connecticut to New York. Extremely efficient, punctual, careful, and amazing human qualities (kind, charismatic, understanding, patient). They did more than expected. I can understand how frustrating finding the right mover as right price is. I was in the same situation few months back. The moving industry is very infamous for their hidden charges, last minute surprises and very hard to trust someone's words over call. I had same doubts for Roadway moving. But they give me very fair quote for cross country move (NJ to CA). Eugene was the representative and he gave me words that I can trust the process and there won't be any surprises along the way. I booked the move with them, the price they gave me was really good and competitive. I got Krystle as assigned move coordinator (what a fantastic person to work with). I never had to reach out to them, they used to get in touch with me from time to time to update me with move. On the day of pickup, crew came on time and they were nice, accommodated our small requests. The packing/wrapping of furniture and organizing small items were very thoughtful. When stuff was in transit, Krystle used to give me text update every other day. On the day of delivery, the crew from Roadway moving itself came. They delivered all items (without losing any single item). The crew at delivery, Elmar, was amazing and easy going person. They were polite and respectful of all asks. Guys did fantastic job.

Overall, very very positive experience with Roadway moving. I would very highly recommend them and will work with them again if the need comes.

Where do I start - I can't sing the praises of Vladimir, Julio, and Marvin from Roadway Moving and the company itself enough. Having had previous experience with movers in NYC having lived here for 22 years, the thought of dealing with another scam artist moving company was the most stressful part of an already stressful situation. But then, the light - Roadway Moving.

I saw someone on Nextdoor recommend Roadway and it seemed like a genuine post. So I called them for our move from Brooklyn to Jersey City, and from the first conversation that I had with Cleveland at the company, I knew this was something different. Something real. Something that I could trust. Still, the nagging PTSD from my previous moving company experiences made me not fully believe that this was true, a trustworthy moving company in NYC?! Like a mirage on the horizon in the desert, I wanted to believe but couldn't.

Then I met the movers on the day of the move. Vladimir, Julio, and Marvin are absolute masters of their craft. They were like physics and math professors that had side gigs as body builders. The care that they took with everything that was our life for 7 years was astonishing. The speed at which they worked, the ease that they put our minds into, the stress just faded away. One of the most stressful days of my recent memory all of a sudden became a memory unto itself because of these heroes without capes.

They are true professionals, they care about you and your belongings, they have the utmost respect for their craft, and they get the job done quickly and for a reasonable price.

Roadway Moving takes the stress out of moving, especially for family with little kids. They are very professional, respectful of our properties, and didn't let me do anything besides watching my kids during the move. They are friendly and make the whole process easier than we thought possible. My favorite part is that everything is moved in perfect condition, and they reassembled everything (beside the baby's crib) for us, even my husband's complicated gym equipment! Leave it to the professionals, and you will have the best moving experience of your life! Rain shine or even in the snow (this happened to us) they will be there for you!

I am so grateful I used Roadway Moving!! When I woke up the morning of my move, it was snowing and freezing cold. This didn't stop the roadway movers from seamlessly packing up everything for me, and carrying it to and from their truck. When we arrived at my new apartment, my couch didn't fit in the elevator - without skipping a beat, the Roadway team went back downstairs and carried the couch up FOUR FLIGHTS of stairs! I didn't even know they were doing this until I saw them coming out of the stairwell. No complaints, just EXCELLENT service. This is the third time I've moved with Roadway in the last 7 years, and they continue to be wonderful. They meticulously wrap up and secure our furniture in padded blankets and wrap so no damage occurs, and they also work incredibly quickly without being rushed or sloppy! I also love that they're very organized and come prepared with inventory lists and stickers (so nothing is unaccounted for).

Very professional & efficient movers. They were on time and arrived with a ton of supplies to wrap and gently move furniture around. They individually wrapped each one of my dresser drawers and also came with clothing boxes that made packing and unpacking my closet 10x easier. Overall I had a great experience the whole move took under 3 hours.

Extremely frustrating company to work with and entirely negligent. Lost irreplaceable items in my cross country move as well as delivering items that did not belong to me once I arrived at my final destination. Did not have any sense of urgency to locate my items nor did my coordinator call me to apologize for the inconvenience.

The communication and service was exceptional, the team of movers were so professional, kind and knowledgeable. I watched them put so much extra protection over every single item, They built a custom wood crate on site for our TV, Every single piece of furniture was either disassembled or wrapped in plastic, then paper then placed in boxes.

Roadway is the best in the game, hands down. I’ve moved many times in New York and it can be quite stressful, but not with Roadway! They took care of all of my belongings and made sure nothing got scratched or dinged in the process.

Amar and Balsa with Roadway Moving were the absolute best movers we could have asked for! From the moment they showed up, they were smiling and laughing, which lightened the mood! I was a bit emotional as I was leaving my home of 15 years, so their light-hearted spirit was very welcome. More importantly, they were extremely professional! Roadway moving was amazing! We were moving out of town with a new baby so needed extra help. They took care of everything, from packing our boxes, to disassembling our furniture and wrapping all of our fragile items. We had some items I was nervous about moving with (large mirrors, light colored furniture), but they wrapped everything so well and everything made it safely. They moved quickly and even got us all moved in and our furniture put together in the same day. All over a great experience!

Great service! They took great care of wrapping my furniture and goods that didn’t fit in boxes. They moved me half way across the country and delivered my items on a rainy day a little over a week after picking up my items from my previous address. Everything came in perfect condition and Julian even took the time to fix one of my wobbly dressers!! They even helped unpacking the big items and took the trash with them!! Roadway saved us. We found out last minute that we had to move across the country in just two weeks and had no idea how we were going to pack a whole house in time. We booked with Roadway for them to do a full pack and it was such a reasonable price compared to other companies we looked at. Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. (We moved two years ago with another company and so much of our furniture was broken because of lack of padding). After living in the same home for over 15 years I decided to move. My friends recommended Roadway moving because they are supposed to be white glove and take care of everything. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism by every contact I had at Roadway.
1. Prior to the move they send someone to assess the home to tally the large pieces, the valuable pieces, the fragile pieces and so on.
2. A week before the move they send over someone with the number of boxes they think you might need. They had different boxes for clothes, books, chyna, valuables, etc.
3. On the day of the move they sent over a crew that worked together better than the Michigan bball team from '93. They communicated well really well with me and amongst themselves. They never stopped working and were eager to get the move done.
4. In the new apt, they wasted no time and started to hang up the TVs and my paintings, which I didn't even know it was something that movers offer.
5. They also sent someone to my old unit to do minor patch-ups and touch-ups.
6. Their main-office was in constant contact with me to make sure everything was going smoothly.
7. But more than anything else, the thing that was truly refreshing was the attitude of everyone who worked at Roadway, from their main office to the actual movers. Everyone seemed to be happy to be working. Everyone was pleasant and understanding. They were sensitive to the idea that I was moving after a long time and would say stuff like "moving is hard, but looks like you'll make a beautiful home at your new place."

All in all, I would 100% recommend Roadway.

My second time using Roadway and I cannot recommend them enough. This time they are storing my items for the month! I fully trust them and cannot wait to continue the process as they have made this so easy for me and been so reliable throughout. If I could give them 10 stars I would! They were quick, efficient, respectful of my old apartment, neighbors, and door staff to the extent that my building talked about how much better they were than other moving companies that were used by other tenants!

Roadway Moving did an amazing job on my recent move! The movers were professional, efficient, and so kind! They really made this cross-country move enjoyable and stress-free! We had a couple items like our gym equipment and cold plunge that were a large task, but Roadway Moving handled it no problem! Thank you Roadway!

I had the greatest experience with Roadway! Richard was my lead mover and he and his team were amazing. I expressed to him that I was overwhelmed with my move and he assured me that they were going to make it a smooth and easy process, and they did! They wrapped and packed everything so efficiently and had me moved out of Brooklyn and into my new place in Manhattan in less than 5 hours. All my stuff made it safe and sound. They helped me put all of the big pieces where they belong and built the furniture that needed to be built. I would highly recommend Roadway for your next move!

I will never ever move again in my life without Roadway movers. They made my life so easy for me. Moving is always so stressful for me. It was hard for me to even rest, because the whole time I hard a time wrapping my head around the Idea that they would take care of everything and I did not have to worry about a thing. I tip my hat off to this company they went above and beyond for me. Also there customer service was unmatched. They were all I could’ve wished for.

I moved 5 times in the last 4 years of living in NY but this was by far the BEST experience! Their communication was great from the beginning and I had no stress. I asked for a full packing service this time and that was the best decision I've ever made. I completed my moving, from packing to unpacking only a day!

I had the most beautiful experience with Roadway Moving. Truly, moving can be such an emotional and stressful process, and the whole journey from start to finish with Roadway was absolutely seamless. I had the pleasure of working with Eugene while booking and Peter and Eliseo who took care of my move the day of from LA to NY. They arrived on time, were super friendly, very delicate in packing my fragile art and items, fast and detail oriented. The whole thing was done in less than a few hours and allowed me to relax and enjoy the last day in a home I’ve been in for almost a decade. So happy with my experience! RoadwayMoving has been a life saver. They truly made our experience a 10/10. From the time they picked up our move all the way to Texas where they just delivered in less than 2 weeks 😭 So thankful I went with this company.

5 stars are not enough! Roadway moving was on time, professional and over delivered. They had me moved in and out seamlessly and were careful with my items, and super respectful! Moving is stressful, they definitely helped ease my all of my concerns. Although I’m not moving anytime soon, I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them.

The meticulous care taken in our move from the tri-state area to Mass was extraordinary. The crew were attentive and respectful. It was a haul of approx 3+ bedrooms to a house and the fantastic coordinators accomodated every request. Just Plain Awesome. The best.

It was 20 deg weather and snowing in NYC and these movers were so passionate and upbeat about it still. They covered all my fragile and valuables in sturdy material so it wouldn't be damaged, hung up all my clothes into a movable box and did everything so I didn't have to touch a single box! Truly the greatest and most thought-through moving company ever. Their sincerity is what truly got to me. Will 10/10 recommend to anyone trying to move!
