The roadway team was the absolute best! Really held it down and helped ensure all our stuff made it through our big move. We had more stuff than we thought but the team was solution oriented and super helpful. Moving is stressful but Roadway made us feel supported. Make sure you take a look at your stuff beforehand to give them proper inventory so they can be most prepared! I haven’t moved in awhile and I mean wow they were so kind and patient.

first time hiring a moving company due to an injury and let me tell you it was the best decision ever! The movers packed everything with so much care and they even unpacked everything at my new apartment. I couldn’t recommend Roadway Moving enough.

We moved from Los Angeles to New York and was very impressed with our experience with Roadway Moving. We were assigned a delivery coordinator to help keep up up to date on the move and so we felt well-taken care of and updated the whole time. Our belongings also arrived promptly within the delivery window as promised.

WE LOVED ROADWAY!!! We moved from California to Tennessee with a NEWBORN and it was fast and easy. It only took 8 days for them to move cross country- that's wild! They packed all of our stuff so tight and well, nothing broke in the entire process. They were also super communicative. I have had horrible experiences with movers in the past and Roadway completely redeemed those.

WOW! Roadway moving truly exceeded my expectations. Genuinely the best, most efficient, most professional moving company I have ever worked with. I recently moved from New York City to Dallas, and not only was the move more affordable than any other quotes I received, but they single-handedly wrapped every single dish and item that I had and insured the safety of every piece for the cross state move. I did the pack for you package and it is exactly as it sounds, I did not have to do a thing. They dissaembled my furniture and reassembled it perfectly when I got to Dallas AND not one thing was missing or broken upon arrival. PLUS it got to me in days of being packed and my moving specialist updated me throughout the entire process. The movers were SO kind, so professional and super accomodating throughout the entire process. 20/10 would recommend. Moving is so incredibly stressful typically but Roadway truly took all the stress away and took care of it all.

Amazing movers! Used Roadway recently when helping my company (Japan Crate / Bokksu) move our NYC HQ across Manhattan. Apartments are difficult enough, but Roadway was able to pack up a 7,500sq foot office and transport everything in perfect condition to our new space same-day — including organizing boxes, dissembling furniture, and safely securing a lot of electronics. A friend recommended them to me, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to my friends too.

My experience with Roadway Moving was amazing! We had a lot of heavy furniture but they wrapped everything perfectly and had no problem carrying it down all of our stairs. The 3 movers were so sweet and made the process stress free. Would definitely recommend!

I recently moved within Miami and used Roadway Moving and it was an incredible experience! I’ve moved 5 times in the last 7 years and dealt with my fair share of bad moving companies, and Roadway was such an entirely different experience. They were punctual, professional, highly communicative, thorough and careful with our belongings. Every single detail from the time I initially contacted them down to when they finished up the day of was smooth and streamlined. The pain of moving is genuinely taken away with these guys. They wrap everything, put everything in boxes, they even bring wardrobe boxes and pack your closet for you. Literally don’t lift a finger. I highly highly suggest these movers.

Easiest cross country move ever. Roadway comes in, handles literally everything (almost), and ensures you can relax during a time that is likely hectic for you. They carefully wrapped all fragile items and took extra precautions with expensive pieces–we had a 77" TV arrive here without a scratch. I RARELY make reviews and this one I couldn’t help but create a review for these guys. Not only was booking with roadway crazy easy, but the process from the time they showed up to the time they left was nothing but absolute bliss which is never something you hear about with moving so let me give you the full run down.

Leading up to this move I was more anxious than I was for any other, I loved my home and neighbors so that had me stressed a ton to leave. From the moment their team showed up they could tell I was stressed and gave me the most amazing pep talk and (like I know that’s not their job to do but it just goes to show the kindness and character of the people they hire and that’s so important when handling your items I think!!) they made me feel like we were a team in the move. They moved HUGE items like my massive vintage dining table, my massive IKEA pax system, my camera equipment, literally everything and I wasn’t worried for a second about any of my stuff. They were so great to be around and I can’t say enough good things about how efficient they were, professional, kind, caring, kind to my dogs, and huge problem solvers. I didn’t have to think about a THING! I was stressed about how my pax system would get out of the tiny room and hall and into the even smaller room and hallway and they did it so quickly. They put the shelf through the window and I didn’t have to stress over it. Truly the greatest moving team and I’m so grateful to roadway that I have a happy moving story.

I used Roadway for my move from NY to LA, and they really took all the stress out of moving from one coast to the other. I can’t imagine moving even a short distance without them in the future.

Anyone who has moved knows how quickly you can be overwhelmed by the packing process. No matter how prepared you are, the days leading up to your move leave you increasingly more anxious. From the moment our movers arrived to begin the move out, all of that stress had been taken off my shoulders, and I felt relieved knowing that the “heavy lifting” was being handled - literally and figuratively. I was then able to focus on smaller, more tedious aspects of what was left to pack.

Our two movers respectfully took over the entire move out process, and were quick and efficient. Any furniture that needed to be disassembled - they had tools prepared for; and each individual part was wrapped and labeled. If needed, boxes were provided for specific packing solutions, including wardrobe, televisions, and in my case - guitars and studio equipment. The level of organization was very professional.

I can’t recommend Roadway’s services enough for anyone considering hiring a moving company!

From BEGINNING to END!!! Immaculate :) I had a long-distance move from the west coast to the east coast and it was better than what I expected. We had the best experience moving with Roadway. They took amazing care of our furniture and packed the whole house with a lot of care. They labeled each box. They protected the floors with their own carpet to make sure they don’t damage anything. They really did an outstanding job and I will definitely use them in the future. I had the pleasure of moving from Uptown to Downtown with Roadway Moving. Their team came first thing in the morning and immediately started packing away my items. They packed all of my kitchen items carefully, including wine bottles and glasses, and used wardrobe boxes to pack all of my clothing. The process was seamless and easy, when we arrived at my second apartment I pointed out where things should go. They rebuilt my furniture and unloaded my wardrobe closets, then I went at it unpacking the rest! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend their services. Daniel, Hector and Juan showed up promptly and were greeted with a chaotic scene — I have a lot of things, and I had gone through every corner of my apartment leading up to move day to ensure I donated / sold as much as I could before moving into my new apartment. That meant all the things left to bring were just everywhere strewn around. But they wrapped up everything with such speed, efficiency and care — Daniel especially was so kind and non-judgmental about how much stuff I had, and his calm energy helped the whole process feel so seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Roadway did an absolutely amazing job with my move from Virginia to New York, they were incredibly professional while figuring out logistics and quick with communication on dates/any questions I had. The actual move-out and move-in days went very smoothly, the movers came on time and were super efficient and careful with wrapping and packing everything up and dropping everything off; they were in and out within 2 hours for both pickup and drop off. I had a fair amount of fragile items in my boxes that were delivered without a scratch, and all of my furniture was dropped off and put exactly where I wanted it in my new place. When I had first gotten a lot of my furniture I remember how much I struggled with getting everything transported so having movers this time around was so so helpful :)

Had an awesome experience working with Roadway for my long-distance move. I opted for a partial self-packing package, and honestly regret not simply letting them do it all for me, once I had the change to see how organized and careful they were packing and wrapping every single leftover item and piece of furniture. They were on time, polite and super efficient. Never once was anyone sitting still (except for me, I was sitting back and watchin, amazed); everyone was always moving and working on something. Roadway made the entire moving process so easy and stress-free. They offer packing services, are very efficient with both pick-up and drop-off. Everything made it from NYC to LA in perfect condition!! They kept track of and labeled every box to ensure nothing was misplaced. The wardrobe boxes were also *lifesavers* - I was able to put everything that was hanging in my closets directly into the boxes, where they stayed on hangers. When everything arrived in California, it was so easy to take things out of the wardrobe boxes and hang them up here. Everyone on the Roadway team - in NYC, LA and over the phone - was so sweet and easy to work with. Could not recommend more!

I recently moved from Maryland to Florida I had the best experience with Roadway Van Lines. It started with Sandra who is really good at what she does, her quotes where right on the money she was very very helpful and very patient walking this 81 years old lady through the contract and getting it signed. Sandra kept me updated with the arrival time for my shipment which I requested to be delivered 3 weeks after I arrived in Florida. The gentleman were very timely and efficient
They started unloading at 9:00 am sat every box where I instructed they were finished by 9:35 am and best of all when I unpacked there was absolutely nothing broken or damaged I will continue to refer them for long distant moving.

We moved with Roadway this weekend on a very rainy Saturday and had such a wonderful experience. They made sure to double check that we had packed all of our fragile items securely, double wrapped all of our furniture to be positive it all stayed dry and safe, treated our plants just as well as our valuables, and helped us unpack and rebuild when we arrived at our new home.

Our day start to finish was around 4 hours long. It would have easily taken us 6x that on our own! From box delivery all the way to move in, the team was on time, professional, kind, gentle, and allowed us to fully relax as we navigated our big move.

I couldn’t recommend Roadway enough, and would gladly use them again for any and all future moves to come!

Roadway is the best!! I didn’t have to lift a finger. They packed up my clothes, shoes, books, furniture and outdoor furniture. They took down my bed and put it right back together perfectly. I would highly recommend using them for your move.

Roadway helped me move from ATL to NYC in 2022 then last week within Manhattan. I used their full packing service this time and saved so much stress. It was my partner's and my first time moving cross-country and using a moving company. We were a bit nervous about this process because we’ve always done the moving ourselves. However, after scoping out the reviews, we went with Roadway, and it was one of the best decisions for our move. Moving can be super stressful, but Roadway made it super easy and seamless. Both teams (picking up from LA to delivery in NYC) were above our expectations! They were thoughtful throughout the whole process (double-checking the boxes, the items we were shipping) and just super friendly. We appreciated how swiftly they moved (they finished everything in under 2 hours for us both times) and how careful they were with all our big items. We were surprised they even put our beds and TV together. They even double-wrapped and taped the boxes we packaged ourselves. All in all, we had a very good experience with Roadway and would definitely use them again!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Roadway Moving full-service storage and moving services!! I used Roadway Movers to keep my items safe in storage for the past 5 months and this past weekend, they delivered all my items into my new apartment. I wasn’t sure what type of shape everything would be in and like most, worried about broken or damaged items BUT as soon as everything was delivered and assembled by the Roadway team I’m happy to report that everything is in perfect condition. Not a single wine glass was broken! The Roadway team carefully unpacked and built our furniture and I was relieved to see everything was stored and transported perfectly! The process is so hands off and the movers are extremely professional. I would 100% recommend it and will be using them again in the future. So worth it!! Also, they were incredible with my pup :)

My wife and I moved across the country - NYC to California and Roadway made it a peaceful move. I first considered renting a U-Haul, packing it myself, and driving it cross country but received a quote for $7K. This was the price just for the truck and the keys. Tools, boxes, gas, or any other kind of help was not included. Roadway provided a much better service at a fraction of that cost. It could have been much more stressful, especially with a 17 month old, but this moving company delivered on their promise. I spoke with Adrian, the sales rep, and he told me that I would be impressed. I often hear that to only be disappointed but Roadway definitely impressed me. I was most surprised by the disassembly AND the reassembly of our furniture. I'm pretty handy but our queen-sized bed frame has a lot of intricate parts so I was relieved that they efficiently took care of the furniture for me. Roadway movers brought their own tools and even made sure I didn't lift a box upon delivery. They placed everything exactly where I wanted them to be placed and even asked multiple times if there was anything else I wanted them to do. These guys clearly work hard and had plenty of jobs to do that day but didn't make me feel rushed. There is so much more I can say about my positive experience. I will be calling Roadway if I ever move again for sure. 5 Stars.

I recently did a local move in Philadelphia and used Roadway and I LOVED my experience! From the very beginning, they were thorough and attentive. My movers Steven and Jonathan were so nice and careful with all of my belongings! I can’t recommend Roadway enough!

This was my first time using Roadway and I cannot recommend them enough. I had a huge from Los Angeles to NYC, and kept going back and forth with how I wanted to ship/move my stuff. I found Roadway, as they are able to do long-distance moves from these cities. I had a few friends recommend them from their moves (both local and state to state) as well, so I decided to go with them! I am SO HAPPY I did: both the LA and NY teams were so friendly and efficient (literally moved me in and out in 20 minutes for 15 boxes). They even packed up my clothes for me in their wardrobe boxes, which made it super easy to unpack those. They gave me 48 hours heads up before delivery cross-country and a checklist so check off each box they brought in to ensure I had all my belongings from the long move. Everything arrived safe and sound and I couldn't be happier!!

We used Roadway/Muuv to unload our moving truck thanks to the recommendation of my friend and could not be happier. Pricing is absolutely fair for the level of care and professionalism you get. Super efficient, as well. I believe the names of our movers were Eddie and Mario (Amario? who also had cats & was great with ours despite his incessant meowing!) and they were incredibly kind and easy to work with. They unloaded and unwrapped everything with care, taking time to point out any defects caused by our movers in Chicago before proceeding (there were a few). This is the first time I have moved so many high-value items long distance and we are thrilled to say that they left our items and apartment in great condition. The whole experience went smoothly and was a relief considering we had just driven so many miles and were exhausted. Will 100% work with them again in the future.

I had an INCREDIBLE experience with Roadway! They moved me from NY to GA, and handled my belongings with great care. Not a single item was damaged or missing, and the worked so quickly. I had a huge two bedroom loft in Chicago, they sent 3 people total. It took about 4-6 hours to pack up my place. It was an overall great experience the men were nice funny and kind. They wrapped all of my belongings so well I didn’t experience much breaks. I fed them lunch and made sure to tip nicely!

About 2 weeks later they matched my belongings with a driver and they arrived to me in my new New York apartment. They unpacked everything in about 3 hours. I was on a call for work but they still were able to direct everything well without me.

I did not have to lift much of a finger besides helping to take some paintings down. The men were super kind and everything arrived perfect! Would use again.

Absolutely the best moving experience I’ve had in my 7 years of living in NYC. I had to move right after having major surgery and Roadway made it possible.
