I recently moved and had an excellent experience with Roadway Moving. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. The movers arrived on time, were very professional, and handled all of my belongings with great care.

I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and efficiency. They packed everything securely and worked quickly without compromising the safety of my items. They were also extremely communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way.

This has been my second move with roadway and I could not recommend them more! They packed my furniture up & got the job done so quickly while also taking such good care of my belongings. Once we got to my new place they made sure that every single piece of furniture was exactly where I wanted it. They really made it such a stress free fun day!!

They showed up with a team of five guys who worked quickly and efficiently to package up my craft studio AND my two bedroom condo. Two separate locations - one in Midtown, Miami and the other in the Brickell area of Miami. They arrived with all the packaging supplies needed to securely wrap my artwork, ceramics and miscellaneous household items like bikes, desk chairs and mirrors. I was really impressed with how quickly they worked. The whole team was really professional and efficient. Everything was itemized and labeled with a bar code and I received a full inventory of all items via email when the movers were done . Really pleased with Roadway.

Roadway Moving is THE BEST for storing your items in NYC! I had to clear out my walk-in closet to make space for a baby nursery, and Roadway Moving made the process seamless from start to finish. The movers ensured everything was packaged well and handled with care. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable storage company.

I have used roadway before. They were excellent a few years ago and their are even better now. I had our office art work packaged and sent from Miami to New Jersey. The crew came early. Job, the crew leader is so knowledgeable. His assistants are very skilled at what they do. They were quick, careful, dependable and courteous. What more can you ask for? I will leave another review once, the shipment arrives. I have confidence that all will go well.

I recently moved from Jersey to Brooklyn, and Roadway Moving made the entire process stress-free and seamless. I was looking for a moving company that could handle my belongings with care and professionalism, and Roadway Moving did not disappoint.

Most impressively, they took special care of my plants, which are very important to me. My plants arrived safely and in perfect condition. I had the smoothest moving experience with Roadway Moving! They packed everything up quickly and efficiently and took such good care of all of my belongings. They took apart all of my furniture and then put it together again at my new apartment. It took no time at all to unpack at my new place since all of the boxes were already so organized. Was feeling incredibly overwhelmed about moving a two bedroom apartment alone after three years in the same place and couldn't be more grateful that I went with Roadway. Hands down best movers I’ve had… and I’ve moved a lot. Kept all of my furniture safe with extensive padding. Wrapped all of my glass with protective padding. I moved from Los Angeles to Ohio & every item was labeled with barcodes and scanned upon arrival to ensure that nothing was left behind. Was also very fast… did a cross country move in about a week. 10/10 recommend.

I cannot begin to explain how kind Sergio and his crew were! They were punctual and explained the entire moving process before they began to me, took notes of anything I wanted them to be aware of. Also if you’re a pet owner (i’m a cat mom) they even ask you if there’s anything they could do to make your pets more comfortable! This was the first time I felt like I could trust and sit back while the movers did the moving for me. They disassembled and reassembled all of my furniture that I needed and I was super worried about my white couch but it made it safely without any marks to the new apartment. I would 100% use their services again, and have already recommended Roadway Moving to all of my friends :’)

Highly recommend it! I moved from Orlando to LA and had a great experience with them! They were super helpful since the beginning and great communication. Movers came on time and were super friendly and helpful. Their care and the way that they packaged everything was suuuuuper protective!

I can not say enough great things about Roadway Movers. WOW.. out of all the years moving once every couple of years I thought it was impossible to find movers who are nice, positive and full of energy. The 6 guys who did my move including Carlos were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING .. still in shock of how smooth my move was and how fast! They took time to wrap everything to make sure nothing was damaged, they knew exactly how to be the most efficient with each room and did I say how fast they move!? My husband and I have moved twice in two years, (once across the country and once within LA) which was only made possible and less stressful by how efficient the Roadway team is. There were no questions or confusion in the weeks leading up to the move because of how on-top of communication their team is, and then the day of the move was much faster than we anticipated, given the amount of fragile decor and vintage furniture we have. Their team carefully broke down and reassembled vintage furniture, and all we had to do was point towards where we wanted decor and items newly positioned. Plus, super friendly moving staff.

Moved all my items across country from California to New York! I lived in a part of California that was not a big city but they were able to drive 3 hours out of the way, pack up my items, and then get to New York in 1.5 weeks. They also safely packed up all my items and nothing was damaged. Highly recommend!!

I have been moving myself in and out of NYC apartments for years and this year I decided I need to get movers as I have broken too many items in the past years moving. I went with Roadway Moving because I heard such good things and they did not disappoint. This was the EASIEST and most PEACEFUL move of my life. Richard and his team were my movers and they packed everything up safely and securely. They were so sweet and really respected my items. I moved from Long Island to NYC and the whole move took under 4 hours. I live in a walk up so it was nice to not have to lift any furniture. When we got to the NYC apartment, they even put down stuff to protect the floors and reassembled my furniture in my NYC apartment. I had such a great experience and will be using them for EVERY move going forward.

I’ve moved many times since living in Los Angeles and my experience with Roadway was a game changer. First, their professionalism is unmatched. They were on-time, communicative, and incredibly efficient. I had some leftover items I did not know how to pack and they handled it no problem. I have a lot of stairs in my old and new home, but CJ and his LA team are pros, especially with my heavier items like my dresser, mattresses, etc. Nothing was damaged, which I am so grateful for. They went the extra mile every step of the way. When we arrived at my new home, CJ literally went to the back of the truck to find my vacuum because he knew I wanted to clean before the furniture was placed. It meant so much to me that he made the effort to do that! 10/10.

Jorge and his team were amazing! They were so quick, efficient, and left us with no worries about our move. My boyfriend and I worked our jobs while they handled the WHOLE move - wrapping furniture, unmounting our TVs, and packing loose items in wardrobe boxes. Really appreciate all their help and hopefully the rest of my move goes well!

I just moved from a 2 bed apartment to a townhome after being in my spot for 4 years and Roadway made it a lottt easier. I self packed but I didn't finish because it was a lot, but the crew came in there, finished up the packing and moved everything so fast. they even had a blue rug out on top of the carpet so that I could get my full deposit back. When we got to the new location, they took everything up 3 flights of stairs and finished unloading before I could come back with a smoothie from around the corner! definitely never moving by myself again, this was amazing and easy!

This is the second time I use Roadway Moving and I'm extremely satisfied. They helped me with my move from New York City all the way to El Paso, Texas. It's the most reliable and trustworthy moving company out there. They were extremely fast in arranging my delivery and also helped me collect my items from my storage back in NY without me actually being physically there. Once they arrived in Texas, all my items (many delicate ones) were carefully dropped off, organized and unpacked by Jose and his teammates. They managed to do everything within an hour which much diligence. I truly recommend Roadway Moving for any short or long distance move :)!

From the start, their ability to acccomdate our needs was second to none. I love design and own a few pieces that are very dear to me so to have someone be as careful with the packaging and transportation was very important to me.
They took care of the whole closet also helped us with those last minute things that didn’t end in a box for whatever reason. It honestly went by so quick. Don’t hesitate to hire them next time you need moving services.

I’ve never had such a quick and seamless move. The Roadway team showed up, asked for a run-through of everything they would be taking, and then they got to work. They disassembled my bed, wrapped my dressers and cabinets, and put everything back together once we got to the final destination. They even went the extra mile and helped me to up pack items that weren’t packed up yet. They were so kind and so willing to assist in any way I needed, sometimes without me even asking. You can tell that Roadway and their team(s) truly care about each client they are helping to move. I am so grateful for this team and for all they did to help me and my mom. From 2022: I can't recommend Roadway enough! From start to finish, the experience was top tier. The scheduling team was communicative, friendly, and so easy to work with. I heard back from my initial request to schedule a move within the hour. On moving day, the movers were early (never happens!!) and were efficient, positive, and so fast. They took great care of packing my belongings and gently transporting large and breakable items. I had just started a new job, and the Roadway team was so great, I didn't even have to take a day off of work to move. Will only be using Roadway for any of my future moves!

Phenomenal and amazing moving company! I had a wonderful experience with Roadway Moving company, and highly recommend them for your next move, because WOW. To start off, this was no easy feat. This was a cross-country move from Los Angeles to New York. I had everything already in a storage unit so their team arrived on time and early, secured all of my items, took a detailed inventory, and packed it up into their truck. They then went on to transport it across the country. The communications team also maintained great updates with me, and let me know when to expect the delivery. In less than two weeks my items arrived on the truck in NYC, and they delivered everything in perfect condition ( I WAS SO HAPPY ABOUT THAT) !!! Not to mention they also took all of my items up my New York City walk-up/multiple flights of stairs. I made sure to provide them with water and lunch for doing such a great job and left tips for both the pickup and delivery. From the movers to their comms team, I had a wonderful and seamless process. I will definitely be using them next time I move.

First off, they will hound you, calling and texting from 5 different numbers until you answer. Then they’ll transfer you to a location specialist and give you a crazy estimate with no break down in pricing. Just say, “that’s the price.” I was told to move my 900 sqft condo, it would cost 1300 to go into storage and 3300+ to move it out, PLUS the storage fee of $450+. I’ve called 4 other moving companies and they’re all in the ballpark of 500-600, including storage. Truly psychotic and I would not use this company.

Moving from NYC to LA with all my belongings seemed like a Herculean task until Roadway Moving stepped in. Their flawless service kicked off with an easy quote and continued with superb customer support. The crew arrived right on schedule, equipped with labels and ready to securely pack all my large items. Everything—from my sectional to my bookshelf—made it without a scratch or missing piece. Just 7 days later, I was checking off items from a printed list they provided as I unpacked in LA. Roadway has completely changed the game for me; I won't move any other way!

By far the best moving experience I’ve had! The team was incredible — arrived right on time, and had half of my boxes in the truck 15 minutes into the move! We started at 9am, the truck was packed by 10am, and ALL of my belongings were moved into my new place by 11am! Quick, efficient, and friendly movers who took extra care to make sure all of my belongings were safe and secure. Would definitely book with them again!
