Roadway is the best moving company I have ever worked with. I decided to hired Roadway after hearing so many good reviews about them and, honestly, I can attest that they were all correct. They made my life so much easier! The movers were so professional, fast, careful with my belongings, and super attentive to whatever my requests were. I literally had nothing to do on the day of my move, as they took care of everything.
At my new apartment, they built everything, set up all my furniture according to my wishes, and even set up my computer monitors and all my electronics. I was honestly so surprised of how seamless everything was.

BEST MOVERS EVER!!! Roadway Moving is genuinely the most efficient moving company I’ve ever used. This time around we had their help packing up our kitchen, bathroom, office and living room + transporting and unloading our move and between 9am-3pm they had everything done!! I really thought I could trust Roadway Movers. I scheduled a move but due to an unfortunate situation I had to cancel. I thought it would be less stressful to cancel and receive my refund. Was looking at a few different options when moving before going with the Roadway and DID NOT disappoint! We had a lot of marble pieces, glassware, and weirdly shaped furniture, but the movers efficiently disassembled everything and packed very carefully. Nothing got broken or dented; everything was in absolutely perfect shape when we arrived and they unpacked and put everything together in a new place.
All movers had a fantastic attitude and made the process stress free and enjoyable for us. We just watched in awe at how fast and skillfully they did their job. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend roadway moving enough! After moving myself multiple times the last couple years I finally decided to get movers and truly it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I always worried about trusting my things with other people (would things break? Would it just be easier if I moved myself?) but the team was SO careful and caring of all my items. They treated everything in my home like it was their own and packed everything to perfection. I love moving, but the stress of moving my own stuff just adds so much extra stress. I opted to pack the boxes myself as I wanted to declutter and was afraid I might have packed them to heavy but when the movers arrived they said "nothing is too heavy"! They moved everything seamlessly down my 6 flights of stairs and brought it all to my new place completely intact. The whole team was also amazing with communication.

I've used Roadway twice now- once for a local move and now again for a cross-country long distance move. There's a reason I went to them again and would do it again! They are really the best team out there!! Not only do they arrive on time and with everything needed for a smooth move-out/move-in process, but they are also the most efficient team! Both times I've been amazed with the amount of care they put into all of my things to make sure nothing gets damaged in transport.

One of the best parts is that they take apart large furniture (bed frames, tables, cabinets, etc.) to wrap and move, then they also put it all back together just as it was on the other side during move-in.

I moved 1300 miles from South Florida to Texas & Roadway was absolutely AMAZING. They communicate so well the entire time and were so prompt even on such short notice. The attention to detail with packing all my things was amazing - not one thing was broken of scratched (which i can't even say for myself when I moved alone).
My tv and mirrors got moved in crates so i knew that they would be safe - which was such nice attention to detail

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Roadway Moving, and more specifically about Diego, Patricio, and Marcelo. They were EXCELLENT! They were quick, efficient, and took great care of all our items. They disassembled any large furniture we had and put everything back together in our new apartment, making the move feel easy and stress free. I think back to my last self-move in New York and how miserable the day-long excursion was. With this move, I got to sit back, enjoy coffee, and let Diego and his team takeover knowing I was in good hands - and the best part was it only took a few hours. This was our first time moving with Roadway and it was a great experience! We moved to LI from NYC, which was our first move out of the city. They took great care of our stuff, disassembled our mounted TV, took apart our bed and put it back together, moved our sofas, desks, lamps, and everything without any issues. Everything was put back together exactly how it was before. They were very careful not to scratch any walls and used protective blankets on our most important items. We packed ourselves, but they helped with a few things where we needed their help and were very kind about it. Our move was done in a timely manner with great service and we’ll definitely be using Roadway again!

Carlos and his team were top notch. They went above and beyond for my wife and I. Everything was wrapped properly and delivered without any marks and they even got my wife's 400 lb mirrored dressed to the 3rd floor of our new townhome. Can't recommend them enough. Had the best experience with Roadway! I’ve used them 2 times now, and will definitely be using them for future moves. They were extremely communicative throughout the whole process, showed up on time, placed items exactly where I wanted them, and reassembled furniture items. My stuff was in roadway storage for 7 months, and everything came back to me perfectly, with not a single damage on any of the furniture. The movers had a printed list of all my inventory and checked things off as they went to ensure I got all my belongings back. So impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, care—and most importantly strength!!!by my Roadway movers. Oswaldo and his team moved each piece effortlessly but also ensured that everything was carefully handled from packing to moving it from one place to the next. Each piece in my kitchen was packed pristine like it was fine china, even if it was a kid’s plastic spoon.

Moving is a long day so being on time is important so you can optimize the day. My movers were not only on time, but they arrived 30 minutes early to start the move and got to the new house before us! I really appreciated their kindness as well which I would never take into consideration for movers. However, moving day is a day full of many emotions and high stress levels. Roadway ensured me they got everything under control and just took everything into their own hands and made me feel at ease as soon as they walked in the door. They made sure every box in the new place was put in the correct room and placed exactly where I would be happy with it. Really appreciated all the extra effort to make sure they were careful—they placed protectors on the wall to avoid any marks when moving furniture. Once they were all finished, they cleaned up and broke down the boxes and took the garbage out. A good moving company is worth every penny to get all your furniture and belongings in one piece, but also just for your own sanity. My move was literally effortless and efficient. I had a storage unit that was so chaotic and unorganized. It was stacked to the brim with boxes, bags… basically my whole life lol. When planning out my move I was so overwhelmed thinking about tackling my storage unit. But Roadway LITERALLY came to the rescue. Truly the moving superheors.

The team showed up and packed my insanely unorganized unit in just about 40 mins. I couldn’t believe it. Their communication, efficiency and organization was so impressive. I have a ton of china and dishware and everything was handled with such care from packing, to loading and unloading the truck. I even wanted some boxes packed a specific way and double check a few things just in case and they were so understanding and helpful. It feels good to know people actually care about your belongings when moving. Veljo Jovan and Mervin in Truck 72 are THE BEST!! So kind and professional.

Moving is so stressful, but moving with the help of Roadway is the ultimate moving hack! They made the process really easy. They got to my place 20 minutes ahead of schedule, so I knew it was going to be an easy day, and it was. They were so helpful, wrapped my furniture so nothing would damage on the way to the new home and even boxed some glassware that I forgot to do. And yes, they had boxes and wrapping paper on deck. I was also impressed on how quick they were loading and unloading the truck. When we got to our new place, the unloading took one hour and they were done! Not to mention their customer service was also amazing and the company even followed up after my move to see how everything went. I will absolutely be using them again on the next move.

Incredible experience! I shopped around for my long distance move and ultimately ended up going with Roadway. The service was personalized from the start - the agent set up a FaceTime call with me to learn more about my items and everything I needed. I packed all my own stuff, but they do offer a packing service! They called multiple times to confirm my items and my date of move. The day before the move, the Foreman texted me to let me know what time they would be arriving.

The day of the move was so seamless. I could not have asked for anything better! Carlos and Jorge were amazing and got straight to work. They wrapped my furniture so nicely and made sure everything was secure. I have a Peloton bike and they took special care with packing it up. Carlos and Jorge were the best and so nice and efficient, so shoutout to them for all of their hard work!

So I just moved again from Miami back to Palm Beach, and I used Roadway again. They absolutely crushed it this time as well. I had the easiest, most painless move. Carlos and his team arrived at my apartment around 9am, wrapped everything and loaded the truck by 10:30am. Once we got to the new place in Palm Beach, they reassembled all of my furniture, remounted my TV, and hung all of my clothes up. Roadway is truly unmatched. I will never use any other moving company again.

I used Roadway Moving for my move from Jupiter to Miami, yesterday. I cannot express enough how amazing these guys were. Movers are typically sketchy and do not care about your things, however, Roadway does!! They were so careful with my items and handled them as if they were their own. They helped me finish packing my apartment, put all my clothing is wardrobe boxes, un-mounted and re-mounted my TV, took my bed frame apart and put it back together, and the best part is that the entire process was done in record speed. Using Roadway movers was the best decision I could have made during my moving process. I didn’t have to lift one finger to do anything and they emphasized that they’d rather prefer it if I let them do their job on their own so the process can go by quicker. Roadway was able to make one of the most stressful things-- moving-- easy, seamless, and simple. I was moving out of an apartment which had been shared with an ex, so the move was quite complex since we had to sort through everything and pack up only what was mine. I was really worried that this would be a difficult process, but the Roadway team was so thoughtful and paid attention to every detail. It was such a relief. I also have 2 cats and was stressed about them being spooked by the movers, and not only was the team super friendly to my cats, but they made it so that I could put them in their crates as soon as the packing really got going and the cats and I were able to head over to my new place. The team met us there once they finished, and unloading was so quick and I was able to start unpacking that afternoon. The is my second time moving with Roadway. I have nothing but amazing things to say about them! I’ve lived in NYC for 10 years and throughout that time I’ve moved at least 6 times. Before using Roadway, I used other moving companies and I had horrible experiences. Roadway was absolutely amazing. They are the most professional moving company that I have ever used. I moved from a 4th floor walk up in a tiny townhouse to another 4th floor walk up. They handled the stairs so well and had no problems getting my huge couch out of my apartment. They never complained about the stairs either. They moved everything with a great level of care. They even made a custom box for things that were awkwardly shaped like my heavy duty vacuum sealer that weighs 85 lbs! After a long day of moving everything, they also helped set up my furniture in the right place in my new apartment. I cannot say enough good things about Roadway and highly recommend them if you want a stress free moving day!

Richard & team came right on time (they reached out on the day of sharing their ETA), did a quick walk through to check everything and sign docs, then started working right away! I had such a wonderful SECOND experience with Roadway. We are super clean freaks and Roadway did everything in their power to make sure our new floors were not ruined. They also didn’t break a single thing and were so kind. This is the only moving company I use after having bad experiences with other companies.

Our move was mazing thanks to Roadway. It was a difficult job and we had two GREAT professional movers who worked efficiently and quickly, all while wrapping our furniture very carefully. They put down protective floor runners in both your old and new place so that the floors don't get damaged. Additionally, all of our furniture/stuff made it to our new place AND without any damage. The movers also somehow got our very wide couch through the door at our new place, which we were initially worried about. The movers were very professional and the company responds quickly!

I worked with roadway to transport my one bedroom apartment, I had a lot of fragile items like beauty, skin care, perfumes… It could not have been in better hands. Nothing was damaged during the move, they were punctual and very efficient. Roadway team was able to pack my apartment in less than five hours. Carlos and his team did an excellent job. I was able to work my job the entire time of the move and didn’t have to lift a finger. I highly recommend roadway if you have delicate and specialty items. The professionalism was unmatched. You really get what you pay for especially with roadway!

THE BEST moving company in all of New York City. They literally folded all my clothes, packed ALL my belongings (my whole 1 bed apartment) in NYC in a few hours. I did not lift a single finger. Then they brought it all safely for me to my new apartment. I am so grateful. All so friendly and professional too!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hands down the least stressful move I’ve ever experienced! My fiancé and I moved from our Miami apartment to a Townhouse and we were so happy we used Roadway moving. The movers Carlos and Jorge were extremely professional, friendly, and took such great care of our belongings. We will definitely be using Roadway again in the future!

I am in awe of Roadway. I truly did not have to lift a finger. They did an exceptional job at fully packing my apartment to move into a new home. They individually wrapped each glass and plate and truly went the extra mile to make sure things like my tv and fridge were more than protected. This is my third time moving with Roadway and my second Google review for them (see my previous review below). I've recommended Roadway to all my friends and family because of how incredible their service is—and after 3 moves with them, I can confidently say that their work is consistently great! They are so efficient and kind (find me a moving company that *won't* roast me for the sheer number of candles I have, I'll wait). They are gentle with my belongings (and even wrapped up my dumb paint-and-sip acrylic canvases as if they were original Monets). They are calm and quiet (no yelling to call to each other, no harsh tones of voice, just genuinely pleasant and positive folks). But what warmed my heart the most about this past experience is how sweet they were with my dog. They comforted him, which helped him feel calm even in the midst of a naturally stressful situation. For me, it's Roadway or nowhere!

I’ve used Roadway for my past two moves in NYC and I honestly could not recommend a better company. Hands down, they have turned what would normally be a super stressful situation and environment into a very chill and effortless one for me. They are respectful (and smiley!), gentle with your belongings, and speedy. They are masters at what they do (they’ll even disassemble and reassemble furniture on their own—no instructions needed). Big shout out to Alon, Hernan, and Juan for a job super well done. 10/10 would always recommend them.

Vladimir, Velimir, and Marvin were INCREDIBLE!!! So kind, SO HELPFUL!! Truly I have never had such fantastic movers! They protected ALL of my items (bed, couch, TV, etc.) AND my bed is quite complicated to take apart and put back together and they put it back together even BETTER than how it had been done before! I can’t recommend enough! Truly truly true best!!!

I've used Roadway Moving for 2 long-distance moves, and I've been so impressed with the job they've done packing, moving and unloading my belongings. In my most recent move, from California to Wisconsin, they were able to get my items safely to me within a matter of days. The movers have always been kind and quick to load and unload. They're the only movers I trust with fragile items and to quickly complete the job! It made my life so much easier.

I was so stressed about my move coming up, as I’ve never really actually moved a full home out before, but Roadway was such a pleasure to work it! they were so careful with all of my valuables and wrapped everything so well. They actually made moving fun lol

I recently used Roadway to move from NYC to Boston and they did a fantastic job. My moving job was almost somewhat complicated because I had to store my furniture and boxes for a month between moves and they did a great job safely wrapping and protecting all my furniture so nothing was damaged when it got to my new apartment. The movers are so friendly and professional, and they arrived on time to both my move in and out. They are also amazing at furniture assembly and were so quick. Definitely recommend roadway for your next move!

Roadway Moving was amazing! They were able to move my larger items from Seattle to Los Angeles. The process was extremely quick and easy. Jose and the crew picked up my stuff from Seattle and delivered it to LA within the week.
