Roadway Moving came highly recommended from several friends and colleagues and they genuinely exceeded my expectations in every way. The team arrived early and worked diligently, quickly, and carefully throughout the entire move process and had my moved in record time. I only expected 1-2 movers and the truck rolled up with 5! The team took a full assessment upon arrival and double checked each piece before handling. They handled my furniture with complete care and attention and I felt extremely taken care of during the move process, start to finish. I would 10/10 recommend Roadway Moving to anyone looking to move across town or across the country alike!

I have had HORRIBLE experiences with other moving companies in the past as I have moved to 5 different cities in the past couple years. Roadway was BY FAR the best experience I have had. They were extremely professional and took incredible care of my items. They made my move stress free and I will 1000% be using Roadway for my next move which knowing me will be soon!

Not enough words to describe what a pleasurable, painless and stress-free move I had with Roadway Movers. Robert and his team arrived not on time, but EARLY, as I had requested, to get the day started. I sincerely appreciated the punctuality and excellent/cheerful attitudes all three gentlemen had.

The actual move was dealt with, with extreme thoughtfulness and care. Robert and his guys meticulously wrapped, packed and loaded all my items on to their truck as though they were their own. I was shocked at how quickly they moved too: we were out of my unit in less than three hours! We appreciated how diligent they were with our time, getting us one step closer to our new home.

I’ve moved many times and I can simply never go back to any other company. Roadway Movers are the ONLY option, because once you’ve experienced the best, nothing compares. 10/10 A+++ you won’t be disappointed!

I had the best moving experience and the team was extremely helpful. I didn’t have to stress as I didn’t have to pack a single thing. They wrapped all of my items extremely carefully and packed up my whole apartment in a short amount of time. Would definitely use them if I was to move again.

Roadway movers is the best moving company I have ever used. They were on time, communicated, wrapped everything that needed extra care, super friendly, hard working, assembled my furniture, put my bed together, and cleaned up after they were done. They even rolled out carpet to protect the wood floors. All of my fragile pieces made it to my new home safely. I will definitely hire them from here on out.

I lived alone and I don’t have a license so once it came time to move and I needed movers I remembered seeing Roadway all over social media and decided to inquire about their services.

I requested their full service packing and I was so impressed. You give them an inventory breakdown and they bring all of the boxes you will need. Milanko, Roberto and Milan individually wrapped everything and labeled every box. With this service you don’t have to lift a finger. When we arrived to the new apartment they placed the labeled boxes into their specified rooms to make unpacking super easy.

We could not have been more pleased with Roadway Moving. We used them for a cross country move from LA to Florida and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. They were incredibly organized, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience and keeping the moving process as stress-free as possible. They were responsive during our estimate and initial signing of contract, and continued to be responsive throughout the entire process, from calling multiple times before our move out and delivery day to confirm logistics and ensure us that they were on top of things, to the actual movers that showed up to our house and were very respectful and efficient of our time, our belongings, and any of our concerns. We are not planning to do another cross-country move soon—but love that Roadway also does local moves and would only use them to move our family in the future. We will continue to recommend them to our friends and family as well.

I recently hired Roadway for a cross-country move. Overall, I was quite pleased with their services. Their professionalism and experience was the most impressive — all of my items were wrapped with care and delivered in perfect condition. They were also very efficient during the move-out and move-in process. My stuff also arrived earlier than estimated, which was a huge bonus.

Pro tip: if you're doing a long-distance move, your timing windows won't be as specific/precise as a short-distance move. You will need to deal with some level of ambiguity, but it is clear Roadway works as efficiently as possible. I look forward to working with Roadway again for a short-distance move.

Roadway made my move from DC to NY so smooth. It was also raining the day we were unloading the truck, but they still did everything professionally and in timely manner, regardless of weather. They handled all my furniture (including a console piano) and belongings with care. I also have a pet cat, and they were so affectionate and kind towards her when she was curious or exploring a new space. I highly recommend their services -- they are truly the best!

This was our second time using Roadway Moving in NYC! They are truly the best! We were on the third floor of a walk up and they moved everything so easily. I mean, let the picture speak for itself. I didn’t hire them, and now would never. They had no respect for the neighbors or neighborhood. After our trash and recycle bins were picked up and put back at the house when they arrived, the recycle bin was run over after I put it back on the curb. The only courtesy I that was provided was a shrug of the shoulders and a sorry as I was on my knees picking up my recycling. Needless to say, I’d rather strain my 40 year old back and pay medical bills than pay this company.

What a crazy good experience. Moving is usually horrible, but not this time.

Roadway did the most comprehensive job I’d ever seen. They brought in like 4 dudes and got my living room cleared out in under 40 minutes. They used protective carpeting and brought THEIR OWN BOXES FOR DISHWARE. It’s insane. I can’t imagine ever moving again without a this kind of door to door service.

These guys are AMAZING! This is the 12th time I've moved throughout my life but by far the easiest. They were so careful with not only my furniture and boxes, but with my old and new apartment. There were no scratches on the floor, no dings in the walls, etc. Nothing I boxed up arrived broken, even my super delicate glassware! They were also super creative with figuring out how to get my couch out of the doorway, something my last movers really struggled with and caused damage on my door to do. My roadway team got it out in 5 minutes with zero damage to the door. They completed the entire move in about 3 hours, almost half the time of my last movers. Nothing but great things to say about these guys!

Words can't express just how unbelievably grateful I am to Roadway Moving for making my California Dreaming a reality! I recently moved across the country from NYC to LA and couldn't think of a better moving crew to make this move with! I was so impressed by Roadway's careful packing, thorough inventory lists, attention to detail, and their kindness and understanding throughout the whole process!

I absolutely loved their inventory system because I got to watch them meticulously label each of my items with a unique barcode including my name and route- so none of my things would be misplaced on their journey. Upon their arrival/delivery, they even gave me a printed out inventory list where I could follow along as the movers checked off their own electronic inventory list as well! My favorite moment of my move was the unboxing of all my items in my new place and seeing that not one of my things were lost or damaged!! I was especially happy that my beautiful amethyst geodes were transported perfectly from one coast to the other- not an easy task but Roadway did it perfectly! The Roadway Moving team saved me so much time and stress!!!! It was a huge move, and they worked tirelessly from 9am to 6pm. Leading up to the move, they communicated to me exactly what was to be expected on move day, what time they would arrive, and an estimate for when they would complete the move, which took a lot of the "stress of the unknown" off of my shoulders. On moving day, they made sure all of my belongings were completely wrapped and protected (even my VARIOUS cat trees, thanks!!!), and fully helped me unpack at my new place, set up my furniture, and hang my TV! They even stopped at 2x locations before reaching our final destination. They truly went above and beyond - certainly made my moving experience as positive as moving can be!

So beyond professional ! Started at 9am, ended at 8pm (I have a lottt of stuff) they took apart and put everything together for me at my old place and new place which is always the most stressful part of moving for me. I’ve done a long distance move and a local move now with roadway and I’m just super impressed. They’re always on time and always have a smile on their faces ! The most efficient. They wrap every single individual piece of furniture/cushions and everything was in perfect condition, even my tvs and massive mirrors and vanity mirror. 10/10 would recommend roadway to anyone who needs a hassle free move!!!

Hired Roadway for the second time after loving their service a few years ago. This time I opted for them to pack all my items as well and WOW did they make this the easiest move ever for me. They somehow carefully packed all my things in just a few hours and made sure nothing would break during transit. By the end of the day I was safely moved into our new home and they even arranged all my furniture exactly where I wanted in each room. Can’t recommend Roadway enough, 100/10 experience!

I spoke with Ken on the phone and he was great with working out a quote based on pictures and was very understandable and supporting in this stressful time. I had to reschedule my move last minute and they were very flexible and accommodating. They sent a great team- Bratislav and his team were like ninjas packing up my stuff!! I asked repeatedly if there was anyway I could help and they told me just to sit back and relax (things that are never associated with moving)! They were very careful and efficient. I was dreading moving in NYC because of all the horror stories but these guys made the process extremely smooth. I’m so grateful to have found Roadway! Looking to request this team specifically for my move to my new space soon 😊 this was the first company I called and will be the only ones I trust with my moves in the future. Roadway did a fantastic job with our move. Everything went as smooth as we could possibly imagine. Our 3 person team did everything that was asked of them and went above and beyond while dealing with only 1 out of 3 working elevators in a 25 story condo. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for any future moves!

The last time I moved 10 years ago I didn’t have professional help. I just had my friends family packing their cars and prayinggg we could carry the heavy stuff together. And as if moving isn’t stressful enough, my Father needed to have an emergency surgery the same week as my move. So needless to say I had a lot on my shoulders on top of the decade worth of boxes and emotional weight of change. I really didn’t know how i was going to get through this but Roadway showed up today and lifted all the weight off my shoulders as if they were my family (Carlos, my Dad says thank you) Genuinely I wasn't expecting this level of care but l'm so grateful and relieved that I'm getting emotional writing this lol. They went above and beyond with compassion and professionalism. Hopefully I don’t need to move again soon but if I do, there’s no question of who I’m calling.

Used Roadway for a very local move in Miami last week. Discovered after unpacking that we had three parcels missing, two of which are artwork. Have called Roadway multiple times to no avail with no updates on the status of this search or claim. Extremely disappointed in this customer service, will absolutely not be using again.
UPDATE: Customer service did reach out and their solution was to provide me with a measly sum of money after this total breach in my safety and security after their crew stole from me. In total between the move and stolen items, I lost $15,000 in this move and they went "above and beyond" to refund me $1000. This company is a joke and completely fraudulent. Stay far away!!!!!!!!!!!!

I moved cross country from New York to Los Angeles & my move could not have been smoother. Roadway was extremely thorough with wrapping my furniture as well as handling my boxes with care. Not one thing was damaged when it arrived to me, I couldn't believe it! They were super communicative & helpful. The truck arrived super quickly, which made things a lot easier for my cross country move. I look forward to using them again for my next move!

I normally hate the process of moving but I recently booked Roadway for a local move & it was such an easy and amazing experience! They arrived right on time & began packing up my apartment. They packed boxes, wrapped my furniture, and even reassembled my bed and couch at my new home. There were a few personal items I wanted to move myself and they even helped carry those items to my car! The 3 men who helped me were genuinely so kind, I truly trusted them with all of my things & they delivered them safely and in tact. I felt like I got the princess treatment because I didnt have to lift a finger, only delegate where I wanted things placed in my new home. I will be using Roadway for every future move and will 100% suggest them to family and friends! 10/10

They were a dream. I'm a musician with a lot of delicate equipment and they handled everything more carefully than i even would have. Literally feels like everything warped from one place to another. Also the whole thing was very fast. Will definitely be calling them for my next move.

we used Roadway moving to move us out of our tribeca loft in NYC and to say it was seamless would be an understatement. From coordinating the move in advance to the actual move-out day, the roadway team was so efficient, kind, and diligent!

We were planning to put all of our furniture into storage for a few months and the roadway team went the extra mile to prep our stuff for storage. They took the time to individually wrap each piece of our furniture with cardboard around the edges, then bubble wrap, then sealed with plastic wrap. They really made sure that our beloved furniture was protected!

I honestly cannot recommend Roadway moving enough! They made the moving process SO unbelievably easy and stress-free! I have so many friends that have also used Roadway in both NYC and LA, and I’ve heard nothing but glowing reviews from all of them! Roadway is a 10/10!!!

Fantastic movers! Roadway is great! The scheduling and setup were thorough and straightforward, and the crew showed up right on time. They were so kind and considerate and thoughtful, especially how well they took care of what needed special handling, like our big TV (they strapped it up in a wooden crate) and our big sectional couch. Everything they disassembled, they reassembled at our new home. They put down floor runners all around both our old and new houses to eliminate tracking in dirt. 10 out of 10 experience. Will definitely be contacting them for any future moves.
