Working with Roadway was my first instinct for my move, so I’m glad I went with my gut. They used a team of 5 people to move me from my fourth floor Brooklyn walkup to my new place.

The whole act of moving my boxes and my furniture down 4 flights of stairs took them 90 minutes. The whole process of moving was done in under three hours.

It's hard to explain how nice these guys were. They showed up exactly on time, introduced themselves, and after a brief tour of my place, they got to work. Polite and efficient and we shared a few jokes. They boxed my loose items and carried two beds, a sofa, two tables, and so many boxes of books. I recently used Roadway Moving for a move from West Palm Beach to Port St. Lucie FL, and I couldn't be happier with their service!!!Despite my apartment being on the third-floor with no elevator, they efficiently moved all my stuff to the new apartment within a couple of hours. Moving, especially in NYC is always so stressful, but Roadway made it SO seamless and easy for me. The team arrived early and packed all of my items, even all of my plants! Everything was so carefully wrapped. I also have a white sofa and they made sure every inch was covered and padded to prevent any damages. Everything just flowed so nicely the whole day, and all of the workers are so friendly, helpful, and efficient. I am so impressed with the service and I don’t think I would ever move with any other company again!

Wow, thats all I have to say. Roadway moving made my move not only super easy but absolutely stress free. The team was absolutely amazing and were able to solve/ help me with any issues I had. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was how I wanted and even helped me pack a couple of things! Super fast and effiecient, the only company I will ever use for any of my future moves!

This move was incredibly smooth, the workers were so helpful with keeping all of my belongings safe and protected during the process. Roadway will def be my choice if I ever move in the future, seriously made me feel like family plus my roommate and I were able to relax instead of stress!!

I hired Roadway Moving to move my husband and I out of our first apartment in Los Angeles together. They made every single part of the move seamless and the least stressful. They really took care of all our items we’ve collected over the years in our move, were incredibly careful with packing- I really trusted them. Roadway did an amazing job moving me and my wife from NYC to North Carolina. Everything from getting the quote to the actual move, everyone I interacted with were highly professional, helpful, and really good at their job. We worked with Kyle Johnston for our initial review of services and contracting. He was also available for follow up questions - honestly over several days. And then we had Shawnise Eaddy who was ready and easily accessible day of moves. I didn’t need Shawnise because of the wonderful service of Steve Cary and Jonathan (didn’t know last name). Steve and Jonathan are excellent communicators. They also offered so much help above and beyond by moving a small box of wood for me in our garage. They explained each step of the way and shared updates for each room as they finished. They made eye contact, were very engaging and easy to laugh and have fun with on a stressful day. adjusted items as I asked and made sure I can’t say enough about these gentleman some of the best service I have had. I have used movers five times and this is one of the best companies I’ve used and these were the best people helping us on moving day. Thank you Steve and Jonathan.

We used Roadway twice now, but most recently for our office move and we had such a good experience again! Everyone was so nice and they worked super quickly- I couldn’t believe how fast they had our whole office packed up and ready to go. We had a ton of fragile items and not one was damaged in the moving process. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

This was such a seamless and FAST moving process! I have never hired movers before, but I found Roadway through Instagram and hired them to help me complete a very unexpected move into a new home. I was frantically trying to pack at that last minute and hit a wall with packing, but it wasn't an issue... as soon as the guys showed up to my house, they finished packing everything for me, they wrapped my furniture and safely loaded it, and met me at my new house to unload and place all boxes exactly where they needed to be. The entire process took under 3 hours - it was insanely fast and efficient. I will absolutely be using Roadway again for my next move.

As someone who's moved into three apartments in three years, I was very impressed with their team, both on-site and the office support staff before and after the move.

By far the best moving company I’ve used! From the moment I booked they were extremely organized with asking me what will be packed and confirming multiple times. They even provided wardrobe boxes, packing tape and extra boxes just in case. I can’t even imagine what moving would have been like without Roadway’s help. They packed up and transported everything from our apartment to our new home in a matter of hours, all in one trip that would’ve taken us several had we done it on our own. Where do I even I start!!? Roadway movers were very veryyy professional, friendly and efficient. They came in and helped me move out of my one bedroom apartment super quick. They took care of all my furniture, wrapped everything careful, and delivered everything as it was. I’d definitely book them again for any future moves!

I LOVE Roadway!! This was the fastest and easiest move I have ever had - only took a couple hours to move my studio apt. Roadway was AMAZING! I literally didn't pack anything and they packed everything so carefully so nothing broke and they unpacked seamlessly. This is my second time using them and I'm always so impressed - they were even able to mount my TV and hang my mirrors up!

I had never used a professional moving service before so I didn't know what to expect. When I first called they told me that all I needed to do was open the door to let them in and they'd do the rest....well that's exactly what happened. Our movers arrived on time and once I opened the door I literally didn't have to do anything else. They were fast yet efficient. Everything was packed carefully and labeled precisely. When arriving to my new place they placed each box in its appropriate room and set up my bed and assembled anything else they had disassembled to move. This was the most seamless move I've ever had. Although I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon, I'm almost looking forward to it so I can work with Roadway again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have used Roadway to move within NYC and also as of most recently cross country from NYC to LA. They came right on time and packed all of the furniture very efficiently and kept in communication throughout the whole delivery window and gave me enough noticed to be prepared upon its arrival in Los Angeles. They moved all the furniture where it needed to be once getting into the apartment. Everything went very smoothly and I would definitely use them again. Highly rccommend!

The best movers in the game. On time and super efficient they will get you packed up and moved into your new spot in record time. This team double wrapped my larger mirrors and pieces of furniture and made sure everything was transported safely. Preparing for our big move from New York to LA was no small feat, but Roadway made the moving process so painless and efficient. Richard and Hector showed up right on time with the most upbeat energy. They labeled all our items and provided protective layering with blankets and plastic wrap for all our fragile items. They were out of our hair before we knew it. Best move day experience ever. Highly recommend.

Last week my mom and I moved from an apartment to a house and from past experiences moving we have had a lot of moving anxiety and nervousness and I was anticipating that regardless of how great the service would be, that it would still be an extremely stressful day.
I am happy to say I was very wrong, and the Roadway team made my moving process so easy and calm. I didn't even have to lift a finger or do anything myself, they seriously handled everything and took amazing care of all of my belongings.
My mom especially has a lot of furniture that is vintage and means a lot to her, and they took the upmost care of it and treated it like their own.

Apart from just the stress free service: the whole team was so so so sweet and extremely patient. And shout out to Carlos who was apart of the roadway team and was seriously the nicest person ever.

We moved my Aunt from her home that she has lived in for decades to her new apartment in Assisted Living. Considering her age and all of her heirlooms it was so important for us to find movers we could trust. Roadway Moving gave us a quote and stuck to the exact price (no bait & switch here). They were extra careful with packing all of her things and padding her furniture. They wrapped up all the furniture and had special boxes for the tv & wardrobe. Roadway is amazing! I used them for a full packing service to move from an apartment to a house. Everyone from the in-office coordinators to the in-person team is professional, patient, and friendly. Most importantly, they did a great job and I felt like I could trust them. Everything they packed from jewelry to large furniture was done so carefully and thoroughly. This was my first time moving away from home, so I was quite emotional throughout the move. I decided to use professional movers and went with Roadway because I had heard such great things about them. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I was that they offered packing and unpacking services because I’ve been planning my wedding that’s in 2 months, and unfortunately, I had no time to pack. So, I was extremely stressed about the move.

Richard and the team arrived promptly at 9:30 AM and began helping me pack everything. They made sure I never had to lift a finger and just asked me what was coming with me and what wasn’t. In a few hours, they packed everything in my kitchen, bedroom, and living room. Let me just say, you really don’t know how much stuff you have until you move!

When we arrived at the new apartment, the team unrolled carpet to protect the floors and wore booties inside to keep it dirt free. The began unpacking the boxes and took all the trash and empty boxes back into the truck so that I didn’t have to deal with them. They unpacked everything on a flat surface for me to reorganize later. I was most worried about the ceramics, but Daisy made sure to wrap everything carefully, and it all arrived intact.

Even at this very moment, I am so impressed that the team was able to pack and unpack everything in a day's time that would have taken me WEEKS to do. I’m very grateful for their positive attitude while packing everything as if it were their own belongings and would recommend others to use Roadway as well.

My experience with Roadway Moving was perfect! Peter and Eliseo, my movers, were extremely efficient and thorough and made sure everything went smoothly along the way. They asked me questions when they were unsure of what I wanted packed, or where I wanted things to be placed at my new apartment, which made it much easier for me to organize things in the days after. They worked back to back, while only taking one break for a few minutes after packing up my items, and were very receptive to my requests and concerns. I’ll definitely be booking with Roadway again!

I understand why Roadway Moving is the #1 moving company in NYC! I intitially reached out to a few different companies for quotes thinking Roadway would be a lot more but to my surprise, it was not much more compared to the level of service you get with Roadway rather than other moving companies. From the moment we booked our move, the Roadway team helped us prep for our move, dropped out boxes and on the day of they showed up exactly on top (early to park the truck!), were super careful adding padding to our walls. We had to enter our neighbor's apartment to use the freight elevator and they also padded their apartment with extreme care. Everything they touched was with such care and they were SO nice! There were 5 guys that came and they couldn't have been nicer. They also were so quick! It took them under 3 hours to pack up our 2.5 bedroom apartment into the track!! Nothing broke or got damaged and was all done earlier than expected, I wish I could give them 100 stars!!!

I packed all my things into boxes ahead of time and they took care of the rest (bringing boxes down, loading them into the truck, disassembling my mirrors, TV, bed and sofa and packing everything before also loading into the truck, brining all my things up to my new apartment and putting my couch back together).

Once we were at my new apartment, they kindly asked where we'd like certain things placed so that we wouldn't have to move heavy boxes or furniture around on our own (which was so thoughtful).

They helped pack everything up, made sure all of my glass pieces were wrapped and secure. This is the first move where nothing of mine broke! They brought everything into my new place, unpacked it all, AND put everything away for me too!
Everything went so smooth and my move day was only a couple hours which was SO AMAZING.

Amazing move experience! They were so quickly, we actually couldn’t believe it. All of our furniture arrived in perfect condition, with no dings or scratches. Also, they are very trustworthy because they found my expensive diamond tennis bracelet under my bed and placed it nicely on my bathroom sink, lol! Overall 10/10 definitely use them if you are thinking of moving.

Amazing experience. Roadway was attentive and communicative, checked in many time before the move to confirm my needs. On the day of, they did everything they could to keep the process as streamlined as possible. I was blown away by how carefully they packed everything. I would absolutely use them again.

If you are looking for a moving company, you can stop now!! Roadway has been my go to for years. They are honestly the only company I trust and feel comfortable using. They treat everything like their own, have amazing, positive attitudes and work extremely quickly. Not only did they perfectly move my entire home, but helped me put other things in storage and utilized the space so well. I love roadway and will continue to use them in the future

Moving is always stressful so this time around I knew I needed to hire movers because I found an apartment that I had to hop onto quickly and there had to move quickly. Oh my goodness am I so glad that I went with Roadway Moving!! They came five minutes earlier that their arrival window was slated for. I went with the full pack option because again life has been crazy and this move happened so fast that this option worked out best for me. They sent 4 men to pack my whole place. They walked in and immediately divided up my space and started packing each section so diligently and quickly. When I say fast, I mean FAST! They packed up and moved all of my things out of my place in 3.5 hours and just like that we were on the road to my new place. Right when we arrived at my new place, they started unloading, unwrapping and putting all of my furniture back together for me in record time. I cannot express how this experience made my move the best it could be and will definitely be using Roadway again! 10/10 experience!!
