I have moved 9 times in NYC now and Roadway for 3 of them - they are the absolute best and most reliable moving company I have ever worked with. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness is beyond impressive and made my last move so so smooth. I can't recommend enough!

I can't say enough how amazing Oswaldo and his team was for my move from NYC to Connecticut. I was worried about getting everything down from my fifth-floor walkup down to the truck sitting in front of my building on busy 3rd Ave, but they were so professional and efficient and my apartment was empty in no time. All of the furniture was wrapped carefully and they transported everything to my new apartment in Connecticut safely. Prior to the move, Alex FaceTimed me and I walked him through my apartment so that he could carefully do an inventory of my things so that he could get an accurate accounting of everything, and so that he could give me a fair quote, which was very reasonable. I highly recommend Roadway Moving!

Roadway exceeded all expectations. They packed my belongings carefully (and way better than I ever would have been able to), dismounted my tv's and soundbars, and provided a stress-free, easy move. The team is so friendly and professional. I will definitely be using them when I move next. Highly recommend.

The team across the board was exceptional to work with. Juan was extremely responsive with questions, explaining things in detail without being overwhelming and always available quickly. Their blend of automated and human process makes everything overly communicated and simple for execution. Even when dealing with a very last minute move.

The team on site for pickup in NYC was amazing, even despite being stuck in UN traffic and rainstorm for 2.5 hours. Vladimir and Vukasin over communicated at every turn to ensure the job was still done within a very small window of time. The guys were such a pleasure to be around, they worked hard and quickly with a smile on their faces (despite torrential rain). They definitely went the extra mile, and did it fast. By far the most efficient and pleasurable move I've had, especially in NYC. Many thanks to the team!

I truly had the most incredible experience with Roadway. They were so attentive leading up to the move and the day of their staff was kind, courteous, and so quick. When the first mover arrived on the day of my move to do an initial walkthrough of the space he saw I was very overwhelmed by the day. He said, “okay, we’re gonna do this walkthrough together, but first we’re gonna take a big deep breath. This is gonna go so easy, no stress necessary.” And he was completely correct!!

They handled everything from wrapping my pots and pans to putting my clothes in boxes. Every last thing was taken care of it was phenomenal. Plus, since I was only taking certain things, and splitting the rest with my roommate, they were constantly asking, can you confirm if this is yours? We’re taking this as well, correct? That constant communication was really great as it kept us on the same page the entire time. I am so grateful I used Roadway!

I moved with Roadway Moving all the way from California to Florida which is such a big and crazy move! They made the whole experience so amazing and easy and I could really just let my hair down and not have to worry at all! The moving team was so friendly and helpful and made our new home feel like a home so fast! They set everything up very fast as well which was awesome! In a nutshell, Roadway Moving must be your number-one choice if you plan to relocate. My sales agent Steve was personable and knowledgeable and offered a more than reasonable price that you’re locked into; you’re assured that there will be no added costs and there were not. My moving team of Emir, Milos and Ivan were right on time and moved swiftly and carefully to get the job done; my entire two-bedroom apartment was completely boxed and packaged in around two hours. They were completely professional and made what could have been a stressful move completely calming. I’m sure all the movers who work for Roadway are just as reliable, but you’d be lucky to have this dynamic trio getting your job done! You can’t go wrong with Roadway! Not planning on moving ever again, but if I do, I know who to call!

I waited until the last min to move all my things out of my apartment because i'm a huge procrastinator and it's been a really busy month. I was putting off my move for a while. A friend of mine referred roadway moving to me and I reached out immediately. They were able to pack all of my things (DJ equipment and streaming room included) all in ONE DAY. They were so nice and moved so quickly and efficiently I really couldn't believe it. Something that should've taken weeks took a few hours. I will never use another moving company they eased the stress of moving and assured me from start to end! @roadway moving for the win!!

This was a 10/10 experience. I got the full packing service, and it was a game changer - made my whole moving process stress free! Not one item was damaged during the move! Steve and Jonathan delivered my items after a move from SLC, Utah to the Northeast. These 2 guys were professional and courteous throughout the entire time they were here. They were extremely careful unloading and unwrapping the furniture pieces and even more careful moving those items into my home. My daughter and I have used Roadway in the past and we would use them again.

I recently used Roadway Moving for my 1 bedroom apartment and not only were they exactly on time, kind, and fast. They were also the most affordable company I called and the only company that hasn’t broken 1 thing during a move. I will define using Roadway again!

My experience with Roadway was absolutely perfect. Leading up to the day of the move, Roadway did an excellent job in keeping me updated with details, and responding promptly via phone or email whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. The day of my move, Roadway arrived on time prepared with all the equipment needed to pack my 1 bedroom apartment safely, cleanly, and with care. Not a single item of mine was mistreated and on top of their superb service, the team was incredibly kind. Roadway has definitely become my #1 moving company, and I will be happy to use their services again.

This was my second time moving with Roadway and my first time doing a long distance move with them. They gave me a delivery window and kept me updated along the way. I never felt like I went too long without any communication and if I had any questions, they were super quick to respond. The movers also arrived ahead of schedule! I was worried because of the long weekend that I'd see a delay, but that wasn't the case at all. They came much earlier than expected and on the day of, they were also very punctual. They rolled out mats to keep my floors clean, reassembled all of my furniture, and took out the extra boxes + wrapping supplies. Everyone I've encountered at Roadway has been nothing but professional, which is why I continue to use them!

Milos and Luka did an amazing job start to finish. I scheduled on wednesday. On saturday, long distance and via facetime, they helped me pack my stuff up and delivered it from nyc to boston same day. They were so kind, thoughtful, and extremely helpful throughout the process, and I felt very secure knowing my stuff was in their hands! Thank you!

This company is going hard on trendy influencer marketing so I feel motivated to leave a review and protect others from my nightmare moving experience, courtesy of Roadway. I did a video quote of my 1/1 in NYC-- every major item was listed. Then moving day came and they conveniently forgot about some furniture I'd listed ($$$) plus decided to whip out giant boxes for my kitchen chairs ($$$) which were supposed to be wrapped like normal furniture. When most of my stuff was on the truck they told me it would be an extra $1300!!! 😱 I called the owner to ask how this could happen and he **laughed at me.** ("Haha, well I hope that stuff's important to you!) They were using the alias "Veteran Movers," so I had to shame them into honoring the original quote by pointing out that they were scamming an army veteran. It's sick that it even had to come to that. Do not be fooled by the cute reels and sexy quotes, this company will ruin your move and your finances.

Aleksandar, Dusan, and Nikola were the most amazing moving team ever. They told me to relax and enjoy this day where I get to move into a beautiful apartment, rather than stress about all the details. They made moving so much fun and were such a pleasure to be around! This is my second delivery with Roadway! This time they moved me cross country from Los Angeles to Florida, and they made this the easiest and most comfortable experience ever. My stuff was well taken care of and accounted for the entire time including the delivery process where they made sure to gently unload from the truck and bring it into my unit. Just used Roadway for a complicated move (local and national). The team assigned to us to do the move was exceptional ... I've used professional movers at least 5 times over the years and the expertise and service level they brought to the job was excellent.

Long story short, I went back to China for sick leave, and decided not to renew my lease at my old apartment. I hired @RoadwayMoving to help me move my entire apartment to their storage while I was in China. I have been back in NYC for 5 months now, and I finally found my dream apartment. It was such a stress-free experience working with #RoadwayMoving again. Within 2 hours, I basically was relaxing while the team was doing the magic work.

I want to express my gratitude to Roadway Movers for providing the best moving service I have ever experienced. Without their help, this move would not have been possible. Despite the challenges of an 80-degree day and a broken elevator, the workers managed to move everything from my wife and I's apartment down six flights of stairs. I was worried that the bed, couch, and entertainment center would not fit through the door, but they wrapped everything up nicely and were able to get everything through without a scratch or tear. They even provided boxes for our wardrobe.

Throughout the entire process, the workers never once complained. I made sure to provide them with food, drinks, and a tip for their hard work.
They even unpacked the larger items in our new apartment, including assembling the bed and exercise bike. If you need moving services, I highly recommend using Roadway Moving for their exceptional service.

The best moving company I have ever used and I have moved TEN TIMES. Literally, my tenth move was with them, and I could not be happier with their service and with everything that they did. I have never in my life had a positive moving experience until I used them, and I am just blown away at how easy they made it all. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend.

These guys did a fantastic job for our move out of lower Manhattan to New Jersey. There was zero items broken, no items missing, they took off multiple large LED TVs off the wall. Took the brackets off the walls. Keep all the screws and bolts together. Mounted everything once we got to the house. Every large cabinet, dresser, bed frame/headboard was moved without a scratch on them. Whatever we didn’t get to pack these guys helped make sure we got to where we needed to be. They helped label the boxes so the unloading time was next to nothing. They brought custom matts to protect the hardwood floors too. These guys were awesome.

Roadway Moving made our move seamless and stress-free! We lived in our NYC apartment for 10+ years and had acquired an excess of items in a small space. Roadway didn't waste any time on "moving day" and the team did an exceptional job breaking down and wrapping furniture including artwork and electronics. The most amazing moving experience ever! As someone who has moved cross country twice & to a new state every 12 months for 7 years I’m speaking from lots of experience. Our mover Richard really went above and beyond too make sure we felt comfortable and everything was packaged and organized the way we wanted. This is my second year using Roadway and the experience couldn't have been easier. They take care of everything, from logistics to the actual move. They handle the little details like emailing your building a COI for you, communicating and checking in with you before the move, etc. There is so much care that goes into a move with Roadway. I moved about 2 miles uptown - from a tiny 300 sq ft 1 bed into a much larger apartment in a bigger elevator building, and they were able to do the entire move in less than 3 hours. The service is incredible, and the movers are friendly and respectful - they don't let you lift a finger and encourage you to sit back and relax! I actually look forward to moving now because of Roadway.

I've had movers in the past but Roadway Moving really blew me and my family away! They came in very prepared and were incredibly gentle with all my furniture. We even had a fridge occur during the move, and the team even went the extra mile to help me load my fridge onto the buyer's car. PRINCESS TREATMENT MOVING: The roadway team goes above and beyond. My roommate and I had a last minute move so we really needed the hands on help. Roadway was amazing. They packed everything, wrapped everything (and I mean everything) even packed our closets so when we got to the new place it was an easy transfer. All three movers were super kind and really went out of their way to ask questions about where we wanted our belongings and how we liked them where they were. Each box was categorized correctly and easy to sort through. We somehow filled an entire truck and they still handled everything seamlessly! I would 100% encourage you to use roadway if you're easily stressed or know you'll need assistance completing a move (added bonus: they're great with working around your pets and packing boxes without worrying your fur baby)

Roadway moving goes above and beyond with how carefully they wrap/pack all your belongings, how friendly and communicative they are, and how efficient of a job they do! They take a significant amount of stress out of the moving process, you won't have to lift a finger. I've used them twice and will definitely use them again in the future! 11/10 recommend!! I needed help moving from nyc to LA and tapped Roadway to help. They did a phenomenal job, taking meticulous detail to note all of our boxes to make sure we didn’t lose anything during transit and did a great job packing everything with great care. I’ve used them before for moves in NYC but this was the first time doing a cross country one and they still maintained the same professionalism and quality as they did in local moves. Roadway was absolutely amazing in helping me move. Not only are the movers very efficient, they are super professional, attentive & careful. When I left for work my apartment was not packed & when I returned home, it was completely empty. Moving can be very stressful, but they made the whole experience extremely pleasant.
