I decided to go with roadway moving for my cross country move from California to New York and I’m SO HAPPY I did. They are communicative, responsive, and they help you with everything you need. They even took apart my bed and put it back together as well as really secured my desktop, tv, and other valuables that I wasn’t able to secure myself. The movers were quick and swift as well. I 100% recommend them for your next move.

I’ve moved 4 times in my life before this one and each move was so stressful. This time around I am so glad I asked Roadway to help out because I was relocating from one state to another. If moving within a city was already so hard, I can’t imagine doing all that and then driving it for hours to the next location. Roadway was so professional and didn’t waste any time. Once they showed up and had a quick walkthrough of where everything was, they immediately started wrapping every single piece of furniture with blankets and all the smaller pieces of furniture or random bits were taped up into boxes. They were in and out of the house within 3 hours. And they unloaded at the new location the next day in only 2 and a half hours. I've never enjoyed a move this much!

Had an AMAZING experience with Roadway Moving. I did their full-pack service and I would recommend this to everyone. Moving has always been super stressful for me because there’s just so much to do and prepare (buying boxes, packing, organizing transportation, etc)… this was my first time moving with a moving company and it’s a night and day difference vs. moving by myself! Honestly, Roadway completely blew away any and all expectations I had. They handled every single item I had with care. The way everything was packaged was top notch. They even moved my Peloton which I was very anxious about, but the create option they have is well worth it. The employees go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything, from the sales rep I worked with to the men who loaded up my items and then dropped off, absolutely amazing. I was sooo stressed for my move before using Roadway. I genuinely wouldn't have been able to do it without them, I moved from my apartment into my storage unit and they did it in 2 hours! They put my frames, TVs, and mirrors in boxes that they brought, disassembled my bed and wrapped mt mattress up to prevent it from any damage in the storage unit, threw my trash in the trash room for me, and were just overall pleasant the whole time! 10/10 will be using them again to move my things from my storage unit, to my new apartment!

I was super anxious going into it because moving is already stressful, and I’d heard so many horror stories about moving companies. I even was scammed by another moving company prior. But Roadway was actually solid from start to finish.

The communication was great—they kept me updated every step of the way, and I always knew where my stuff was. The movers showed up on time, were super professional, and handled my things with real care. Nothing was damaged, which is a miracle considering how far everything traveled.

Also, shoutout to the team for being so chill and easy to work with. One worker even helped me repair my door handle for no extra charge. They made what could’ve been a nightmare feel manageable. I'm still so amazed with the experience I had with Roadway Moving. I had high expectations already and some how they passed them by A LOT. They were so careful with my belongings and were still very quick and efficient. It was the most relaxed I've ever been for a move. The best part was them dissembling and reassembling my furniture for me. I will 100% be using them again and recommending them to all of my friends and family members. The whole process from start to finish was very professional and easy. I scheduled my move with Roadway a week before my move and they were able to accommodate with 3 movers. The movers arrived right on time and got to work right away! It was a whole day process from 9-4 and I’m so thankful they were there to help us move. They moved everything damage free and helped us with dismounting and mounting as well :) highly recommend!

Roadway moving did such a great and efficient job with packing and moving my life cross country. The individual bar codes for boxes and items to make sure nothing got lost is so impressive and everything is sealed, taped and padded properly. Highly recommend!

Was so impressed with Roadway. Carlos the senior mover so smart, courteous, hard working. The entire team overly ex needed expectations. The packing so detailed. The drop off they stayed until I was happy with everything. The cost was in line with one other company I had called. Would 100% recommend Roadway and get Carlos as the team lead. I used Roadway in Los Angeles and did partial moving - they packed our kitchen and moved all large items + rugs - provided boxes for everything else and it was an AMAZING experience. What differentiates Roadway is they have a Foreman who is your point of contact throughout the experience. The pre-move process was seamless, super organized - they didn't miss a detail, nothing broke, they even arrived EARLY (who arrives early) and we ended earlier than anticipated. 5 guys helped us move a 3-bedroom home and I'd recommend them for anyone looking to do a full-service move down to a minimal support move. I'll be using them again and was surprised but loved hearing from a handful of friends that they also used them (local and cross-country) and also loved their experience, so my experience wasn't an anomaly. Highly recommend!

The administrative department was always quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The movers from both the pack up on one end and delivery on the other were very professional and experienced. I highly recommend this company if you’re planning a big move. I had to pack 9 years of living in Los Angeles to move to the east coast, and everything went so smoothly and was stress free. Richard, my move coordinator and estimator, was incredibly helpful and patient with my numerous questions. The day of the move was perfect! Cesar and his team managed to move everything into the truck in two hours! They even carefully disassembled my bed and dining table, and did such an amazing job wrapping everything. They were very personable and kind, and made what usually is a stressful time a breeze!

I always have a great experience with Roadway moving. This last move was the 3rd time that I’ve worked with them and each time reenforce how Roadway is not your typical moving company. They really value the customer and make sure to provide excellent customer service. This is such a refreshing thing with a moving company because moves in general are stressful enough… so a pleasant experience during the move is really appreciated. My last move happened in two different days and I worked with Osvaldo’s team on the 1st day and Raiza’s team on the 2nd day. But teams were very courteous and efficient and did a phenomenal job. The quoting process is easy and fair and when I actually had less furniture than anticipated (due to someone wanted to buy some furniture so I left some behind), I actually got a refund. For these reasons, Roadway is my go to moving company.

Moving at 9 months pregnant is no easy feat, but the team of movers from Roadway literally *made* me sit down in a chair & just delegate where things went so I could relax. We also didn’t have a new address set up when we moved out for several weeks, so our stuff was safely secured in Roadway’s care for several weeks until we were ready to have it delivered within a matter of days at our new home. BEYOND grateful for their help as we start this new chapter & couldn’t recommend them enough!

Roadway did a great job on my move. They arrived right on time and worked efficiently. Carlos and his team were very communicative throughout the process. They took extra care with my fragile items like TVs and mirrors, and they also disassembled and reassembled my bedframe for me.

I was carrying some bags in myself, and the movers insisted I let them handle everything. They didn't let me lift a finger! This was a very kind and helpful team and they made my move easy :)
