Absolutely fantastic experience with my local move! They were able to protect and pack up all of my items in timely and efficient manner. I was downsizing from a large space to a smaller space, the movers made it easy by asking me where I wanted my items as they were brought in which really helped with organization. Moving is hard, but they definitely made it easy as it could ever be!

My first time ever using movers and I am SO glad I went with Roadway! Living in NYC, moving can be a complete nightmare and I was so nervous. Roadway made the entire experience so seamless, I’ve never had an easier and more stress-free moving day. I went with the packing option and oh my gosh talk about life-changing. The movers showed up right on time and immediately began to expertly pack all of my belongings with the utmost care. They packed up my entire place and every single item I own in just 3 hours. I did not have to lift a finger! The team was so professional and reliable, I felt that I was in great hands the entire time. The entire team at Roadway is phenomenal. I had the pleasure of working with the owner Ross and my moving coordinator Michelle Lugar. My items went from NYC to Austin with absolute ease, complete and total communication and total care. The driver even arrived a day earlier than I arrived to Austin and he was able to place everything inside my place meticulously.

This company is truly a top notch white glove service from the President on the down the chain. This experience gave me total piece of mind and that’s needed when you’re moving anywhere, let alone cross country.

After connecting the Owner/CEO, my delivery was scheduled within 24 hours. Ross is an ideal small business owner. He actually cares about his customers and wants to make sure satisfaction is guaranteed. He listened to me and offered a solution to my delivery issue. I also spoke with Shakira in customer service to confirm price and move time frame and she was incredibly professional and understanding. Within 24 hours, a talented move team arrived to my apartment (early!! YAY!!) and they were ready to delivery my household goods. Milan and Milan were super easy to work with and I just let them do their thing. They were very respectful of parking at my apartment complex along with the door and elevator rules. I am extremely overjoyed that the quality of the pick up is continuing with the drop off. The move teams are consistent with why Roadway Moving is rated so high. Customers are number 1. They respect your belongings and your property. They take such care in packing, unloading, and reassembling furniture. Roadway made good on the delivery snag and I am beyond grateful for it.

Almost perfect moving cross country. Wish I could give 4.5 stars...because really almost perfect. Jose Rodriguez and his team did an amazing job packing and organizing in NY. Shout out to packer Fatima:) LA team very fast and careful I can’t remember names they were so fast! Much to my disappointment, 1 box was missing upon arrival in LA. They are still trying to find the box and were very kind to compensate me for the confusion and worry about it. They really are a great moving company, almost perfect:)

Ilda was a great help along the way checking in with us and making sure we had all of the info we needed ahead of the move. She also followed up during and after our move to make sure everything went well. Milan and his team did an excellent job with the actual move. They were extremely careful with all of our items and furniture and did everything with the utmost care. What a BEAUTIFUL move experience! My 7-man team of movers was incredible and helped us with a huge move (two apartments, one used as an office) to a new house in the same time. Everything was packed with care and Carlos and his team were amazing. Not one thing got lost or damaged and when I asked where a mattress pad was mid-unloading, they provided it pretty much instantly, which I didn't even expect. 12 out 10!

We moved from New York City to Nashville! Roadway Moving was hands down the most diligent, professional moving company I have ever used!! We were all friends by the end of our day 😂They packaged everything so carefully, and labeled every item for convenience during our move in to our new Nashville home! Hopefully we only have one more move in us — but we will be using and recommending roadway to everyone we know.

We have a lot of antiques and delicate objects so having a mover we could trust was very important. Every step of the way, the Roadway Moving team was top notch. Great communication and great service. Our team of movers were so thorough and meticulous in wrapping furniture and moving boxes from our fifth floor walk up. I cannot recommend Roadway Moving enough! I was moving from a 5th floor walk-up to another 5th floor walk-up (yes, you read that right) and was dreading every second of it… but Roadway made it completely stress-free.

From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Roadway Moving Company for assisting us with our recent local move in Long Island. After researching several companies and reading many reviews—especially ones praising their expertise in assembling and disassembling furniture—I decided to contact three movers, and Roadway was one of them.

From the start, I worked with Steven Kirschbaum, who promptly set up a video chat to assess our inventory. He provided a fair, competitive quote along with some genuinely useful, cost-effective suggestions. Steven was friendly, thorough, quick, and meticulous. Even though we went through the inventory room by room in a fairly fast walkthrough, I was impressed that he had captured every detail. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing.

Even after deciding to go with Roadway, I was still nervous about the move—especially about the furniture disassembly and reassembly, and the possibility of damage to walls, mirrors, and doorways. I’ve had negative experiences with this in past moves, which made me dig deeper this time before making a decision.

On moving day, a four-man crew led by foreman Milovan Ilic arrived 30 minutes early. They were polite, professional, and immediately got to work after the initial paperwork. Their efficiency and care truly amazed me. They disassembled and loaded everything faster than I expected, moving boxes like a well-oiled machine. Despite the heavy lifting and the heat, they worked without a single complaint, always with a calm and respectful attitude.

In my own profession, I value quiet efficiency and don’t look for praise or recognition—I saw that same spirit in them. They just got the job done, with skill and humility. At one point, my concern shifted from the furniture to the crew themselves. The new place had a tricky staircase, but they navigated it with precision and strength, leaving no damage behind. My prayers were honestly with them more than anything else—they were simply outstanding.

Whatever tip I gave them came straight from the heart, not out of obligation, which says a lot about how much I appreciated their work.

I simply could not have asked for more. Carlos was my coordinator and checked in multiple times throughout the morning. Eric and his team were fantastic. They wrapped my furniture carefully. Not a single item was damaged. Eric also made some great recommendations on how to stage furniture in my new space. He even tightened the screws on my chairs and helped stabilize my bed. This was a great move and I cannot recommend Roadway Moving more highly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I did a short distance move with roadway about a week ago and let me tell you… I’m never going back. Moving is so stressful, especially as someone with ADHD and they took the biggest mental load off and I could not be more grateful to have found this team.They were very communicative from the beginning and they paid extra attention to my valuables like my inherited artwork. I decided to go with the little things package and if you’re able to, I recommend you do as well! They made moving a breeze, and I don’t think I’ll ever stop talking about. What a great experience that was!

Roadway is the best! I just moved out of my apartment and couldnt have asked for an easier move. They arrived on time, moved all of my boxes super quickly, and we're really kind and attentive throughout the process. Working with Roadway was the least stressful part of moving! From the time I reached out to them for a quote to the completion of my long distance move, they were highly communicative, organized, and intentional.

My movers showed up right on time the morning of my move, and got to work immediately. They disassembled large furniture, kept all parts and pieces organized, and were able to pack my one bedroom apartment up, in full, within 3 hours.

A few hours later, they showed up to my new apartment, and reassembled the furniture, put together my couch, hung my clothes in the closet, and place all boxes in their respective rooms, making unpacking, easy and straightforward.

I had a great experience with Roadway Movers. The team took extra care to wrap all my furniture, bar code it, and load it onto the truck. The two guys who unloaded my things into the storage space were fantastic. They took extra care to make sure every single item that was loaded onto the truck and was accounted for and tucked carefully into the storage space. I had great communication all along the way. I was never surprised with any added fees or charges. It cost exactly what they said it would cost. I would highly recommend Roadway Movers.

Carlos and his team were the most professional and caring movers I've ever worked with. Friendly and communicative from the start! He worked with me to align our times for delivery well in advance. My commute from work takes an hour and he told me he would be earlier than the prescribed window I was given. He offered to wait until I could make it. Luckily my new boss is understanding and she let me leave early, but he didn't have to offer to do that. That speaks leaps and bounds about the quality of customer service he provides.
