I used Roadway Moving a few years ago and was so impressed, I knew I had to use them again—and I'm so glad I did! I opted for a self-pack this time, and I really appreciated how careful they were with the items I didn’t have boxed up, like my electric mop and Dyson vacuum stand. They wrapped everything securely in blankets and placed them in Roadway boxes to ensure nothing was damaged in transit. I’ll definitely be using them for any future moves!

I was looking at movers for my recent move in NYC and was debating between a few companies I ended up going with Roadway and am soo glad I did! They took such care when moving which was so appreciated and they even mounted my TV for me which I am so grateful for that would've been the last thing I wanted to do after moving!

Roadway went above and beyond to ensure an easy move, from their virtual consultation move in estimate to when their team arrived! Diego, the team leader, met with us on the morning of the move and went over every detail, where everything was going, and told us how they worked and how the day would go. 7 team members arrived and got straight to work, they packed our 4 bedroom in 2 hours!! What an amazing team, such great energy, and ran like a well oiled machine. Their communication was A+ when heading to the next apartment and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was going into the right room. The movers were punctual, efficient, and professional on moving day. They packed up my apartment well and delivered everything without any major issues. The team was friendly and made the actual moving process feel seamless and low-stress.

That said, I did encounter a few challenges after the move while unpacking. Some items weren’t packed with the care I expected—like personal care products being packed alongside bathroom cleaning tools, and some fragile or open items not being secured properly. Box labeling was also very general (e.g., every box labeled “kitchen” or “closet”), which made unpacking and locating things a bit frustrating.

However, when I brought these concerns to Roadway’s attention, I was extremely impressed by how they responded. My contact took the time to acknowledge each concern and shared how the feedback would be used to improve future customer experiences. That level of customer care really made a difference and showed me they value feedback and take it seriously.

If you’re considering Roadway, I’d still recommend them—especially for the professionalism and quality of the move itself. I’d just advise being clear on how you want things packed and labeled ahead of time, and reviewing everything before signing off at the end. I appreciated their follow-through and would definitely use them again in the future.

JUST WOW! Honestly, Roadway Moving 🚛 made this the most amazing experience! Best movers I've used, and first time I've had a long distance move. The teams were really communicative, helpful, and took care wrapping my things and taking care of my home including protecting the floors, while everything was moved in and out.

This was my second time using roadway and I’m so happy I did! They are always very careful with my things and they wrap all my furniture and fragile items so well. The moving team was friendly, efficient and they showed up on time! Roadway will always be my top choice.

Manuel and his team were extremely thorough in their full day pack & move job for my wife and I. They were very professional and were VERY careful with packing everything up for us and took extra care with our fragile items. They did the most gentle pack job of any movers we’ve ever had and did it in the least amount of time. We have never moved fully in one day! They were able to problem solve when tricky situations arose such as miscommunication with the sales office and customer, tight corners with large items and they took extra care in disassembling and reassembling our items. I’m actually taken aback by the positive reviews. Maybe it’s local moves vs long-distance. This is my second time moving long distance and this is the worst experience I’ve had. The most stressful part of moving is pick up and the drop off. The logistics of pick up was not smooth but the day of went fine. Now it’s been 3 weeks and I have STILL NOT received an update on when my items will get here. It’s all vague and no one seems to care. There’s a 4-18 days “window” but you would think they would have a delivery date by now. It’s impossible to plan for work because no one has answers. I tried this because it was all over social but brands always treat influencer better than their customers.

This has been my third move with Roadway and let me just say, the efficiency and seamlessness never fails to blow my mind. I opted in for their packing service and it really shaved off the majority of the stress that comes with a big move. The crew was friendly as always. Nothing but the highest praise for Roadway.

Roadway moving was an exceptional service, that far exceeded my expectations! Initially, I was a bit nervous because I had 3 different locations, including a storage unit, that I needed to move to my new house. Luckily, roadway was able to accommodate and go to all of the locations to help me move my heavy furniture. They also did my computer set up as well, and got it to the destination safely, another major concern I had. They also helped put back together the furniture when they brought it to the new house, and did everything in a timely and professional manner. I strongly advise anyone who is moving to consider using them, as I would have not been able to have done it without them.

Moving apartments in New York is a lot of work and stressful. Roadway made the process is so easy! We were worried about parking issues but they quickly handled everything, and even provided wardrobe boxes for my coats. They made moving into a 4-floor walk-up look easy. I couldn’t have done it without them.

I cannot recommend Roadway moving enough! From going through inventory ahead of the move to the actual move itself, I always felt like I was in good hands. On February 14th, 2025, I used RoadWay to move me from Stamford CT. to New Hampshire. It was the BEST experience I ever had. They showed up a bit early, were very personable, efficient and went beyond what I expected. Their communications with me were great. At one point, I asked them to put my mattress into another box and without missing a beat they obliged me. They reached my new place before I did! They put everything where I asked them to and even made a few suggestions regarding new ideas on where certain pieces of furniture would look better. Nick and his crew far surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend them.

We did a cross-country move from Florida to Oregon with Roadway and it was a breeze! Took them only 4.5hrs to pack up our entire apartment, wrap everything and load it up. We moved with a toddler which made it so much easier and stress-free! They were professional, efficient and really good at their job, couldn't recommend them enough!

Roadway Moving was incredible! Andres Ivan and Baldo were truly superheroes. I couldn’t believe how quickly they moved everything while being so careful and protecting all of my items. Arturo and his crew went above and beyond to help me on my move day. The day before, they scout out both locations to make sure they can find ideal spots to park the truck. On the day, they came early, packed everything professionally, and when it comes to unpacking, they made sure to unpack the baby room items first (parents will understand). They even re-did our bed (I can assure you no other movers will do this). Then when they saw that our dogs were scared they went to look for and unpack the dog beds and toys and found our lamp so that I can have light since we don't have lighting in the new place yet. Finally, they spent so much extra effort moving boxes to where they should be so that unpacking is easier for us.

They are friendly, courteous, and above all, so thoughtful with how they can make the day easy for us.

I used Roadway before for my cross-country move, tried another competitor for my first move in NYC due to cost, but this time did not even hesitate for a second going back to Roadway for the peace of mind. Great job team!

I did two major moves using roadway and the team made it such an easy process. Their efficiency and communication were the highlights of my move.i personally would use them time and time again because they insure protection over all items and continued to be mindful of the entire home. They unmounted TVs , disassembled furniture, and kept everything organized. Had the best moving experience with roadway! It was my first time moving with movers so I was a bit nervous, but everything went perfectly. Our movers took apart and wrapped our furniture and even packed our clothes for us in wardrobe boxes. My roommate and I moved to a 4th floor apartment with no elevator but they had no trouble carrying our heavy furniture up the stairs and reassembling it. They were so efficient and took the stress out of moving!
