I just moved using Roadway for the very first time and they made this move so easy! They packed up our (very full) two bedroom apartment in a couple hours and were very careful with our furniture and boxes. Carlos and his team were amazing and I will definitely book with them again for our next move!

I had such a positive experience with Roadway! This was my first move EVER... Carlos made it so easy, him and the moving team were so fast and efficient. All of my furniture and boxes were handled and packed with care... Also the wardrobe box was clutch, I was able to hang coats, jackets and sweats neatly. I had packed as much as I could into boxes the night before and had laid them out in the living room to make the move easier. The roadway team had three people over and they were extremely fast and efficient. They got to my place early, setup a path, and started moving. I had a lot of large furniture that they were happy to completely wrap up and protect, which made it so safe and easy. Overall very friendly, fast, considerate, and efficient.

A detail that I thought was very considerate was that they actually took my bed apart for me, and then when we got to my new place, they actually put it back together.

I can’t believe Roadway Moving made my long distance love absolutely headache and worry free! They’re affordable and their customer service is amazing. They responded to all my concerns and questions in a timely manner. The process from beginning to the end was easy peasy and paperwork was all digitally sent and received. Loading and unloading took a blink of an eye, I’ve not ever seen such a small team move so quickly and carefully. I would 100/10 recommend Roadway again!

Moving is always stressful, but Roadway Moving made it surprisingly easy. I’ve moved a lot over the years, and this was hands-down the smoothest experience I’ve had. Moving can be such a pain and STRESSFUL, but the Roadway team made the whole experience a breeze. Communication is key, and the team was on it every step of the way. We started with a super informative and helpful intro call to go over the specifics of my move. The team delivered the perfect amount of boxes and packing materials in advance so I could get everything packed up. They also very efficiently got me the certificate of insurance that my new building required. When it came to the actual move day, the team showed up early and motivated, despite it being one of the coldest days of the year thus far. They expertly disassembled furniture and packed artwork for me, and then got everything loaded into the truck with the utmost care and precision. Then a quick drive over the bridge and everything came into my new apartment smoothly. Our dining room table wouldn't fit in the elevator so the team carried it up to the NINTH floor and didn't break a sweat. They reassembled furniture, unpacked artwork, and took away some boxes and packing materials. The whole thing happened so fast and smoothly that there wasn't a single moment of stress. Roadway Movers are PROS through and through and I couldn't recommend them enough. Brava, 5 stars, A+++

Moving to Los Angeles was a big step for me, and Roadway Moving made the entire process so much easier than I could have imagined. Moving finally made easy!!! I had a 10x10 storage unit packed to the brim that I needed help moving out of and brought to a 2 bed apt, not only were the incredibly fast, the team of 3 men took amazing care of all of my belongings. They were friendly and efficient. I couldn’t believe it was so easy!

I recently decided on roadway moving for a cross-state move and was disappointed. The sales representative gave me a quote with a promise of no additional charges, but I ended up paying over $500 in surcharges. Throughout the preparation and moving process, I received multiple phone calls from their team, and every time, it involved a surcharge, which was exhausting.

A floor lamp went missing during the move, and I received no updates even after reaching out many times.

On the positive side, the packing team was very professional and handled furniture with care.

This was the easiest move of my entire life. The movers were friendly and professional and packed up my entire apartment in under an hour. I would highly recommend Roadway to anyone who is looking to move soon. My belongings were treated carefully and arrived without a scratch!

Where do I begin! I am an NYC based floral designer and always leave on holiday in December into January. I completely underestimated the amount of or lack of more like it, to allocate to move studio spaces before the new year. I have heard so many amazing things about this company and a few clicks and a call I had total peace of mind. My move was booked quickly and efficiently, even more quickly and efficiently did the move take place. I am so grateful to have used Roadway, the fact I was 13+ hours ahead and across the world and I had zero worries. All my items were packed perfectly and also transported with so much care. Their employees were beyond pleasant (accordingly to my assistant) and you can tell the company takes care of not only their clients but also their employees. 10/10 would use them again anywhere I go!

This was my second time using Roadway for a cross country move and I didn’t think they could outdo themselves, but they did. Roadway absolutely blew my expectations out of the park!!! I am still in disbelief at how quickly they moved all of my furniture, boxes and clothing. They wrapped and packed every piece of furniture so carefully and thoroughly. Once we arrived at my new apartment they reassembled all of my furniture and helped me to put all of my boxes exactly where they were supposed to go. Not to mention, they did it SO FAST. My fiancé and I are so so thankful to have had Roadway Moving booked, because the night before our move I fell in the subway and sprained my ankle. Suddenly moving out of a third floor walkup became impossible. The Roadway movers were kind, efficient, careful and fast as heck! The speed they moved out of a third-floor walkup was incredibly impressive. They showed up on time, and got the move out and move in complete within a couple hours. I have heavy antique furniture and they made it look like moving them was a breeze. We simply could never have done it without them and will never do another move without them again.

Recently, we worked with Roadway twice to move. Both times, we were taken good care of—thank you, Steve and Jonathan, Djordje and Charlie. All the furniture was wrapped really well, and they reassembled it for us in the space we wanted. We have extensively researched moving companies and appreciate that they protected our newly painted walls and polished floors! That is super important for us. All the work was done on time and ahead of what we scheduled. We also rented the red bins from Roadway, which can hold heavy stuff.

Roadway made our move a breeze. They took special care to wrap our furniture and maneuvered down our third-floor, New York City walk-up with ease. They were also very timely, starting our move promptly at 9am and completing the job by 2pm. They placed furniture at our new place where we wanted it, and made sure no belongings were damaged, including a fragile lamp we have. Highly recommend them!

Roadway moving was amazing!! I did a short distance move, yet I had many many clothes to be packed. Roadway came and packed everything. I did not even have to lift a finger. They worked quickly and efficiently. They paid much attention to detail and packed each item with care. They handled glassware and expensive art with perfect ease. Upon arrival to the new spot, they delivered each item exactly where I wanted it. I didn’t have to reassemble furniture or anything, as they had it all handled. This was by far my easiest move ever! I have moved a lot before and these were by far the kindest and most careful movers. I even had a couple small changes in items I was bringing and they added them to my truck without raising the price (I was shocked since other movers usually nickel and dime you for everything). I was nervous to hire movers in NYC after hearing so many horror stories but these guys were great!

Roadway made moving out of my third floor walkup apartment (into another third floor walkup) so easy! I decided to spring for packing services as well and it was incredibly helpful, especially moving alone. They were professional, considerate, and very skilled. I never had to worry about a thing. Roadway was amazing! They were professional, clean, neat organized, and efficient. My husband and I were in between companies before choosing Roadway for our move from California to Arizona. We chose Roadway over the other company due to their willingness, availability, price, and the essential perks every move needs. To explain more in-depth the essential perks; they must wrap and label everything they move, disassemble major furniture, mats to protect your floors, storage if needed, and constant communication throughout the move. We had two very large washer and dry units upstairs and furniture upstairs (Murphy bed) that they carried downstairs without breaking a sweat. We had the option of them rebuilding all the furniture they disassembled, or leaving it disassembled. This was such a huge plus for us as we needed to leave it disassembled. Apart from that, the guys could fit half of a truck inside the smallest garage and simply make it work! Thank you Roadway for helping us make what used to be a stressful thing a very easy move.
