I used Roadway to help me move from OH to FL! They take INCREDIBLE care of your belongings—everything is very carefully wrapped and protected. I did the self-pack option, so they just came, packed up furniture, disassembled any furniture that needed it, and loaded everything onto the truck. 20 days later, they arrived to our new place and unloaded everything so quickly. They made sure that everything was exactly where we wanted. Super friendly and hardworking movers!

I had the best experience moving into my new NYC studio apartment thanks to Roadway! From start to finish, the team was so professional, efficient, and honestly just made the entire process feel stress-free. They arrived right on time, handled all my furniture and boxes with so much care, and even managed to make the chaotic energy of moving day feel organized.

This was my first time hiring professional movers and Roadway Moving quite literally delivered!! The Roadway team came a few minutes early to reconfirm my inventory (all the items that needed to be packed/transported) and started right on time. They did a fantastic job packing all of my stuff so carefully and efficiently. They even tightened some loose screws on my shelf and coffee table! The team finished the job in just 4 hours and I didn't have to lift a finger at all. Would definitely recommend!!

They did such a great job helping me move! Extremely professional, fast and I had a lot of expensive large furniture. The team came on time wrapped everything up in blankets and took away a lot of the garbage left over. Truly the easiest moving process ever.

I’ve been moving every year for the past few years and usually have my family help. This time I wanted to spare everyone (including myself) so I hired movers and I’m never going back! I just completed my second Miami move with Roadway Moving, and they are hands down the BEST movers ever! From start to finish, they made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable.

One of the things I love about Roadway is the flexibility they offer…you can either pack your own belongings and have them handle the move, or you can let them pack and move everything for you. As a bit of a neat freak, I packed up my things myself but still had them handle wrapping my furniture, dismounting my TV & protecting everything carefully.

My lead mover, Job, was incredible. Positive , professional, and reassuring the whole time. He kept things moving quickly without ever making me feel rushed, and checked in with me throughout the day to make sure I felt good about the process. His upbeat attitude made the day surprisingly fun for a moving day which we definitely appreciated :)

Moving from Brooklyn to Upstate felt like a big emotional yet logistical shift, but Roadway Moving made the process so easy that I was ready to say my goodbyes.

From the moment they pulled up, I felt like I was in good hands. The team was organized, communicative, and genuinely thoughtful with every piece they packed, wrapped, and carried. They even packed my plant that I was so nervous about transporting…but she arrived safely in my new apartment.

My foreman Richard was a total gem—kind, calm, and clearly a pro at keeping things running smoothly. He made sure nothing slipped through the cracks and checked in with me throughout the day to make sure I was feeling good about the progress.

And note: this all happened during a heat wave! And the team was unfazed.

Pickup Review: Outstanding experience overall! Robert was communicative regarding the process and took time to go over his inventory list at the beginning prior to getting the move started. The whole team worked tirelessly to get things wrapped securely, and moved to the truck. I couldn’t believe how well they wrapped furniture and other delicate items. I’m excited to follow the journey the truck makes to the east coast and I’m so glad I’ve gone with roadway! I’ll update my review after the drop off process.

Outstanding Cross-Country Move!

I cannot recommend Roadway Moving Company highly enough! They handled my move from Dallas to Pittsburgh with incredible professionalism and efficiency that exceeded all my expectations.

What impressed me the most was the speed in which they delivered all of my stuff, they managed to transport everything cross-country in just 5 days, which was significantly faster than any other quote I received. The entire team was incredible, kind and extremely communicative and worked efficiently while still maintaining careful attention to detail.

This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had! The Roadway moving team was amazing. I had to plan a last minute move and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule. I recently had to move from NYC to Las Vegas and I was very stressed that I had a lot of things to move and I wasn't sure how to do it cross country. Using Roadway was actually so helpful because they made the whole process so easy. They were in and out of my apartment within the hour packing all my things and then when they arrived in Vegas with all my things, everything arrived safely. When they arrived everything also done and moved within the hour. Highly recommend using Roadway for your next move.

Needed help moving into a new place and decided to hire movers this time. They showed up on time, wrapped everything, and didn’t break a thing. Super professional and didn’t waste time standing around. Even helped take apart my bed and set it back up. The whole move took way less time than I thought. Only downside was the truck was a little smaller than I expected, so they had to make two trips. Still, everything got done and I was moved in before the day ended. So glad I didn’t try to do it all myself.

Flawless from start to finish — this is how moving should feel. I had the opportunity to collaborate with Roadway Moving for my recent move. They handled a partial pack and short-distance move, and they exceeded every expectation. They packed up our kitchen, fragile décor, and several antique and vintage furniture pieces with meticulous care — no scratches, chips, or stress.

We had 2 moves with roadway this month, one local and one long distance. Roadway made them both so easy. Our local move from Chicago to Wisconsin with Edgar and his team was a full packing as well and they crushed it. So friendly, funny, on time, and respectful of our belongings.
Our long distance move from LA to Wisconsin was also a breeze. Edwin and his partner Henry were so kind. They shared some crazy stories from their moves across the country! I mentioned we were expecting a baby and Edwin was as excited for us as our own family. When leaving he came back to the house just to let us know he’d be back in the area in a couple days and to call him if we find we need help with something.
Forgot to mention, Roadway also helped us ship a car from LA to Wisconsin! With all these moves, Roadway gave us a great price. I hope to not have to move for a long time, but if I do Roadway will be our first call.

After some initial challenges with my interstate move—including unexpected charges, delayed response, and communication issues with the sales team—I felt frustrated and unsure where to turn. However, everything changed once the owner, Mr. Ross, and the director of customer service personally reached out to me. Their response was prompt, thoughtful, and exceeded my expectations.

Not only did they take the time to listen to my concerns, but they also went out of their way to make things right. Fees were adjusted or waived, solutions were provided, and most importantly, I felt genuinely heard and respected as a client (the owner personally reached out to me several times to ensure a smooth final delivery). This is the kind of professionalism and accountability that sets a business apart.

They set up my moving date within hours with a super quick turn around time, and were able to accommodate for last minute additions bc of my type B brain.

Once we got to my new apartment, Bratislav was the best and made sure to put everything exactly where I wanted it to be, even adding his interior design touch and giving me reccomendations. I LOVE THIS TEAM.

Just wrapped up my move from NYC to LA with Roadway Moving and honestly, these guys were incredible. I was dreading the whole cross-country moving process but they made it so much easier than I expected.
The crew that showed up was ridiculously energetic in the best way - like, I don't know what they put in their coffee but they had me feeling motivated at 9am on moving day. I was really impressed by how carefully and meticulously they packed all my furniture. They actually took some pieces apart to pack them safely and then reassembled everything perfectly upon delivery, which was awesome and not something I was expecting!

Excelling packing, moving and unpacking service. Oswaldo and his team were top notch. Only hiccup was the TV mounting, there was no clarification upfront that they couldn’t hide the wires (I would have hired someone else to do the mounting had I known).

Honestly this was my first time hiring a moving company to make the move from MD to NYC.
