As we all know, moving can be an overwhelming process and thankfully, Roadway provided so many customized options for my needs - which included moving an upright piano! This was by far the best moving experience I've had to date. The Roadyway movers were extremely kind, fast, efficient when picking up and moving. They accurately quoted me from the beginning so there were no surprise additional charges on moving day. I decided to do the self pack option, so that I could efficiently unpack, but they dropped off plenty of boxes and the mover's were thorough with furniture prep (I had a marble top dresser and a glass top desk) which they did a fantastic job wrapping and transporting. I had already broken down my bed and bookcases, but they wrapped all of the furniture so it wouldn't get damaged in transport. Everything got here in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend them as a moving service.

Roadway made my cross country move SO incredibly easy. The movers themselves were so kind and explained everything very thoroughly. They were very efficient in packing everything up and I never had to lift a finger! My items were delivered a few days after my delivery window however the movers made up for it once again by their efficiency and professionalism moving everything in to my new place. I definitely recommend using Roadway!

Moving is so stressful! So I’m so happy that I had RoadWay moving to help with my move from New Jersey to San Diego. They packed everything in my home in a matter of hours and before I knew it everything was ready to go across country to San Diego. When it was time to move the first company that popped in my head was Roadway. Seeing how professional they were with friends and others on social media I was sold. It wasn’t just for social media. They are extremely professional, careful, and quick! They started on time and was done before the sun even started to set. I had a few things that still needed to be packed and they handled it. The only thing I had to lift was my water bottle. LITERALLY

We had a truly amazing experience with Jony and his crew from Roadway Movers with our move from Harlem to DC. From our first contact with Aleks and the virtual inspection/inventory to Jony texting us the morning of with a clear arrival window and being exactly on time, everything before they got to our apartment was amazing. But then what they did at our apartment was magic! They packed everything SO thoroughly and ensured everything was protected with paper and shrink wrap. We’re putting our belongings in storage, so it was important that they were wrapped well and they truly delivered. They were super respectful of our belongings and home and went above and beyond. The next day with delivery in DC was the same thing — clear, prompt communication and exactly on time in the morning. They were so efficient and maximized space in our storage unit and were super intentional about how they packed it to protect delicate items. Cannot recommend Jony & roadway more highly, and we will absolutely be using them (and hopefully Jony himself) for our next move!

I just moved from Florida to New Jersey with Roadway Moving, and I had such an AMAZING experience! From the intro call with the sales rep to mover teams. My sales rep, Alba was attentive, informative, and great to work with! Whenever I had questions during the contracting process she was quick to respond. Both of my moving teams were AWESOME! Josh's team in Florida worked super hard and efficiently to get everything out of my apartment. Eddie and Ivan were also amazing up in New Jersey. They paid close attention to detail and worked with me to get things setup in the exact way I wanted. Everything was wrapped and protected perfectly and my items arrived without a scratch. Klaudio, my moving coordinator was also great to work with and catered to any questions or concerns I had while my items were being moved across the country. I've (self) moved several times in my life, and this was by far the easiest and most seamless moving experience I've had. Definitely recommend Roadway for any small or big move!

Have used roadway twice for 2 moves and both have been super seamless. Enko was my mover and was super concise , perfectly on time, and paid very close attention to everything. He wrapped up everything important and it was a perfect stress free move.

Richard and his team handled all of our belongings with exceptional care. They were punctual, efficient, and incredibly respectful. After years of DIY moves we decided on Roadway and will continue to work with this team in the future! 10/10 service from start to finish: communication across channels with Stela and Reni (email, SMS, call) to schedule, take inventory, and ensure we were on track ahead of time set the tone for a fantastic moving team day of. Our move team Reni, Bilo, and Issa were extremely professional and efficient. Though we had boxes already packed, the team transported and padded our large/vintage/awkward-shaped (read: HEAVY!) furniture with intention and care. Not to mention we moved on July 1 amid a record-shattering heatwave from one AC-less third-floor walk-up to another. Reni, our move team’s lead, was an absolute rockstar and alleviated all of our moving stress with his positive attitude and attention to detail.

I recently completed my long-distance move, and I couldn't be happier with the incredible team (Isma, Vilo, Kevin) that helped me! From start to finish, they were friendly, quick, and provided clear communication, which helped give me peace of mind.

The team also did a great job wrapping all my furniture, ensuring everything was well-protected for the journey. Once at my new home, they were very careful and efficient in placing each item exactly where I wanted it. I was nervous that the small elevators and cramped spaces would draw things out, but we were done in a couple of hours.

I have to give a special shout-out to the foreman, Isma, who went above and beyond. When my sofa unfortunately didn't fit through the elevator at my new place, Isma immediately stepped in to help me figure out the disposal process, and even followed up afterward to ensure everything was handled.

The pricing was fair (in range or even under what other companies quoted), and the team was absolutely great. I highly recommend them for a smooth and stress-free moving experience!

Edit: While our experience after they picked up our items was rocky, I’m happy to report that Chakira, their Director of Customer Care, completely remedied the situation. She was communicative, and was the first person to confirm our delivery, and ensure we were taken care of. I went into this most recent move feeling pretty grumpy. Our landlord is selling the building and so we're leaving a place I've really loved, and not on my own terms. But on the day of our move, having such good-natured help from Roadway Movers made the experience so pleasant. I was able to focus on saying goodbyes and hitting up my favorite local haunts, while I knew that all of my belongings back in my apartment were being handled with care. Tomas and his crew was absolutely the best moving crew. They were extremely professional and took great care with all my items. They were fantastic! I can’t say enough about how great of a crew they were. Gabriel was my sales rep and was great at the beginning but they right before my move he didn’t return any phone calls and went quiet. I left messages for 3 days without a return call. I finally talked to a guy name Joseph and he was an absolute help and straightened up everything and answered all my questions and addressed the changes I had made to the move. Overall it was a great company with the exception of Gabriel’s non communication. The moving crew went way beyond and I would totally use them again. I can’t say enough great things about their service.

delivery never showed until i called 3x they could not find my belongings. Finally after 2 weeks after my delivery window my items were delivered today. What a nightmare after $2400 was paid to them and no compensation. I would never use this company it’s over priced and not reliable no compensation on my end and I had to replace the items I paid to move as they never showed up. This company is terrible

Im moving from Tampa to Nashville and just had Hugo Reyes’ team pickup my things and it was THE most seamless service! I was totally desperate and needed to move ASAP. They were able to come out super quickly and pack up all of my stuff. It was such a relief during a stressful time. I had a really small door and they were able to maneuver everything through which I certainly couldn't have done. The team was super friendly too, definitely worth the cost to hire movers.

Needed to move very quickly from LA to Austin TX and they were very quick to set everything up (about two phone calls). Setting up was very easy. The day of I didn't have to do anything other than point at what is going and they wrapped it all up and loaded it. Had small trouble communicating about the exact day of arrival but the team over the phone was very helpful in resolving it. Unloading everything was very easy and they scan every box they load/unload to make sure you don't miss anything. I would use them again the next time I move.

Roadway sent me 4 professional movers to pack my 2-bed apartment and they got it all done in 3 hours!!! That's insane speed for my personal experience, and they used all the furniture blankets, padding, foam, tape, and covers for glassware, consoles, shelves, mattresses, etc.

They even used SHOE COVERS in my new place to prevent themselves from tracking dirt and leaving footprints in my new clean apt.

I can’t recommend Roadway enough! I recently moved from LA to Dallas and they were nothing but helpful. Allen made sure we were taken care of and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and patience (I asked a lot of them haha). Our delivery ended up arriving at the very beginning of our delivery window and the movers were incredibly meticulous with our furniture and boxes and nothing was delivered broken or damaged. 10/10 🤩⭐️
