I wish I could give Roadway Movers more than five stars. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free.

We had a two-day move from our apartment into our new house, and the team—Lilian, Dragan, and Ivan—was incredible. They showed up with great energy, worked hard the entire time, and treated every item with care. Fragile boxes were packed securely, and even the heaviest furniture was handled with ease.

The best part was how fun they made the process. Instead of being stressed, we found ourselves laughing and actually enjoying the move. By the end, it felt like we were saying goodbye to friends.

Roadway Moving was an experience like no other. This was the first time I ever hired a moving company and I got more than I ever expected. Not only did there team come right on time to remove and deliver my items across the country they came with a hard working team that swiftly disassembled and packed my items in under three hours. It was extremely easy and I wasn’t expected to lift a finger during this process. The items for my move came in under a week and were delivered safe and sound. It was easy to coordinate dates with there care team and I never was left hanging about the status of my items being delivered. I’m incredibly grateful would totally use Roadway again 5 stars all around.

Worked with Roadway on my inter state move from NYC to Miami. Hugo’s team was super patient and flexible with my timing constraints. They did a great job unpacking and assembling my furniture and even helped me try my rugs out 1000 different ways. Exceptional service, would recommend again for sure.

Moving is stressful enough, so finding a moving company I could actually trust was a big deal. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences in the past, but after seeing a lot of TikTok buzz (and even though I’m not an influencer) I decided to look into Roadway. Between the reviews and my first call with them, I felt good about it and decided to go for it. Best decision ever!

We moved from DC to NC, and everything was packed with so much care, labeled perfectly, and arrived in one piece. Roadway helped me perfectly move long distance from New York to Chicago. I was nervous about moving such a far distance but Roadway made all my worries disappear. I had the smoothest moving experience possible using Roadway for a cross country move (NY to TX). They were the only moving company who told me that the number of boxes I estimated was too low (I estimated 10 boxes, they said 29, I ended up using 27) and they guided me through the entire process with extreme clarity.

They also let me know before I even paid anything that the place I was moving to didn't allow commercial trucks on their road, so I'd have to use their shuttle service, which was great to know since other movers did not follow up with that level of detail, and I would still have to use a shuttle service anyway!

On top of that, they took apart all of our larger furniture and re-built it at the new location. Would recommend ANYONE use them for short or long moves!

Let me just say I was hesitant to book a moving company because the move was for my dad. He’s a senior and very particular about his personal items. When the guys arrived they were verrry pleasant and made my dad feel very comfortable and at ease with them packing and moving his things. They were quick, efficient and so very professional. I love roadway and will use them every time I need to move anything!!!

As someone who doesn't handle change well and considers moving the ultimate stressor, I was seriously anxious when I found out I’d be relocating across the country—in August, no less (aka the hottest month of the year in Austin, TX).

In the past, I’ve gone with budget movers and usually regretted it. This time, I chose Roadway Moving—and I’m so glad I did. A couple of friends had raved about their long-distance moves with Roadway from NYC to LA, and spoiler alert: they were right.

The process kicked off with a quick call to inventory what I’d be moving from Texas to California. (You can adjust the list before move-out day, which is super helpful.) I appreciated how communicative the Roadway team was throughout—from texts and emails to actual humans answering the phone when I had questions.

Because this was a long-distance move, I had a pickup window between August 1–5. Roadway gave me 24–48 hours' notice before the foremen arrived, which helped me feel prepped.

On move-out day, I was way less panicked than usual. I didn’t opt for full-service packing, but the crew came with extra boxes, tape, and supplies, and even reinforced a few of my falling-apart boxes—no questions asked. They were efficient, respectful, and so careful with my furniture. All 23 items were packed and loaded in under 30 minutes.

Five days later, everything arrived in LA—intact, including my fragile vintage floor mirror (!!). I even had the same foreman (shoutout to Elad!). I got a heads-up text a few days in advance, plus an exact time window the day before delivery.

I was nervous about the stairs in my new apartment, but the team handled them like total pros. Every item arrived safe, just like they promised.

If you’re looking for movers you can actually trust, I couldn’t recommend Roadway more. This was a huge life transition for me—and thanks to them, the move itself was the one part I didn’t have to stress over.

Did a long distance move across the country and was so pleased with how quickly and efficiently my stuff got there!! Both teams of movers at the pick up and drop off were very kind, attentive, and handled my stuff with care. They carried all my stuff up 4 flights of stairs and did it extremely fast and stress free. i had the best experience with roadway movers and i was helped by diego and his team! they helped me move in under two hours which i thought was super fast. they were also super sweet and friendly and i really enjoyed my experience! the move was quick & painless for me (which is surprising for new york city). they helped me rebuild my furniture in my new apartment as well.

The team from roadway were wonderful! Arrived right on time, and quickly packed the whole apartment. They didn't nickel and dime me, and they were super friendly through the whole experience. Everything arrived at the new place in great condition, and I would use roadway again no problem. I was a one bed, one flight up, going to another one flight up apartment about 10 minutes drive away.

This was my second time working with Roadway and although it was for a cross-country move, they made me feel at ease knowing it would be done professionally and with precision. Highly recommend, especially if you value your items and your peace of mind.

WOW! First big move and first time using a moving company, and roadway was the best choice. They arrived exactly on time at 9 am, and by 2 pm everything was moved into the new house, rebuilt, and all in the correct rooms. They took great care of all my items, and were very nice. Roadway made my move soooo stress free. I can't thank them enough. I had a 2 bedroom move and they finished in 3-4 hours. I loved that they wrapped big items like dressers, frames, glass tables etc. They were so efficient, polite, quick, and careful!

I would not recommend or use Roadway again.

The movers showed up an hour and a half late first thing in the morning, which caused a ton of stress and forced me to pull strings to keep the elevators open longer both at the building I was moving out of and the building I was moving into m. They didn’t put down any floor protectants as noted in the agreement, and they arrived without boxes for the kitchen so I had to wrap all my plates and glasses using my own towels.

There’s simply no excuse for starting a move this way when this was scheduled for the longest time and I was the first person of the day.

I wouldn’t recommend.

This was the second time using roadway and the service was 10/10 from start to finish. I even had my same point of contact from 2022 which was so nice. From the initial phone call, everything is organized and smooth. I made many random updates and changes and always got an updated context based on adding or removing expenses.

On moving day and delivery day the guys were on time, communicated when they would arrive and my god, did they work hard. I literally played with my baby and hung out outside while they handled everything. When I tell you these guys packed not only fast but delicately. I can now update that my highly breakable concrete table arrived without a smudge.

A special shoutout to the nyc based team who did our delivery and the absolute STARS who managed to get our king sized not flexible mattress up through a narrow Philly row home staircase. I was so impressed. That mattress will be sold with the home in the future because it isn’t moving.

Their team is always phenomenal and truly takes the stress and worry out of an extremely stressful process. They cleaned everything up, asked where we wanted things put and even wore shoe protectors.

Yes, they’re pricey but you’re getting a top quality service and it’s worth it.

This was my first time using Roadaway, and I can confidently say I will never use another moving company again—they were absolutely amazing!

I had a long-distance move from Florida to New Jersey, and both ends of the experience were outstanding. In Florida, my movers Jorge and Ricky were an absolute dream team. Not only were they kind, upbeat, and professional, but they were also incredibly reliable and efficient. I’ve never seen movers work harder—or with bigger smiles!

One of the most impressive moments was when they managed to get my oversized sectional couch out of an apartment with very low ceilings. I was convinced it wouldn’t fit, but Jorge and Ricky problem-solved again and again until they figured it out—eventually lowering the couch with straps over the balcony by themselves. I was blown away. Not once did they doubt they’d get it done—they were determined and knew they’d find a way.

When my belongings arrived in New Jersey, Pedro and Robin took over and were equally fantastic. They were fast, personable, and extremely helpful. I was also shocked by how quickly everything arrived from Florida—just 6 days! I had a lot of stuff (86 scanned pieces!), and they made it look effortless. At one point, I accidentally told them the wrong box spring went on a bed, and they switched both box springs and mattresses with a smile. Everything was, “Of course—no problem!” to them. They handled everything with the same care and precision Jorge and Ricky did on the other end.

I also want to highlight the incredible communication and support I received throughout the process. Johnathon, who booked my move, was my immediate contact and he was wonderful—responsive, helpful, and always quick to answer any questions or concerns, even over text. Klaudio, the long-distance move coordinator, was equally fantastic—professional, friendly, and attentive every step of the way. Having them both as points of contact gave me so much peace of mind during such a big transition.

All four movers went above and beyond. They were punctual, respectful, and wrapped and unwrapped every item meticulously. From start to finish, Roadaway made what could’ve been a stressful experience completely smooth and easy. I was so impressed—and incredibly grateful.

I had to move large items that were super important and delicate-- large mirrors and family heirlooms that all made it safely into my new home.

The team that comes over to wrap everything and move it over-- literally try not to bother you except to ask you questions about where things should go-- or which items are going or staying. They feel like family and friends coming to help you. Would 100% work with Roadway again!

We decided to try the packing included package and wow did it save us sweat, stress and time. I have a 4 bedroom 2 floor house, they completely packed it in 4 hours. I recently moved from New York to Miami, and I cannot recommend Roadway Moving enough. From the moment I got in touch with them, the process was seamless, professional, and surprisingly stress-free for such a big move.

Their team handled everything with extreme care, especially my workspace setup, which I was most anxious about. Every single item made it to my new apartment safely and intact.

Everyone from the Roadway team was so incredible to work with. We had three wonderful movers arrive at our Boston apartment and they went above and beyond. Arivanny, Marko, and Ivan were kind, professional, and supportive. At any bump in the road, Arivanny was there to make sure everything worked out.

They packed the apartment in under 2 hours and were so careful with our belongings. All of our furniture was disassembled and reassembled perfectly — this made for such a stress free first night without having to worry about putting a bed frame or table back together!

Oh my GOD, I do not have enough words to describe the service from the online communication to the actual moving experience.

My experience with moving companies has been horrible. Roadway moving has been a pleasant surprise. They truly care about the customer. I moved from NYC to Florida. They were on time with pick up and took the time to carefully wrap my furniture (big thanks to Vladimir and his colleague). Nothing was damaged despite a 1000 mi journey. Luis and his colleague dropped off my items in Florida and they were also amazing. They are extremely professional, and a joy to work with as well. This company is the Rolls Royce of movers and you get what you pay for. They are extremely fair In their pricing as well, they specially considering the extraordinary level of service and care they take with your belongings.

Was stressed prior to moving because I have a lot of large furniture pieces also vintage pieces that require a lot of care. They were really gentle and efficient with packing all my things and did all the heavy lifting. Super appreciative for them. They are also super kind, and trustworthy. They were also very careful about not scratching the floors or walls which was especially pertinent in our new destination which we recently renovated. I had the best experience with Roadway! The team was amazing — super nice, professional, and so careful with all my belongings. I tend to be very cautious and wasn’t sure what to expect, but they made my move absolutely perfect and completely stress-free. Highly recommend them!

I just used otter to get from manhattan to brooklyn and seriously couldn’t have been happier. Worked with Jennifer for admin and Mez as deliver lead and Randy was his partner. Truly the best group of people to work with during a crazy process. Mez knew exactly what he was doing and very nice. No damaged product and a very fair price! Super easy to reach and contact the company with questions or updates. I’d choose them every time!!

We had an amazing experience with Roadway Moving! Hugo and Juan were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They made two separate stops to combine our two apartments into one new home, and somehow made the whole thing feel easy and seamless. They wrapped everything with care and were so kind.

Jonathan, our moving specialist, also went above and beyond. He made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and even called us on moving day to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. That level of service really stood out and made us feel confident and supported.

We barely had to lift a finger, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. If you’re planning a move, do yourself a favor and call Roadway.

If I could give Roadway 6 stars, I would, but my stars, more than anything, go to Nico and his team. We have NEVER had kinder or better movers in our life! We have moved a lot and if I had known there were movers like Nico and his guys we would have used Roadway LONG ago! Everybody was really great, from Justin who helped with initiating our move to our team who picked up our furniture in CA before getting it across the country, but I just can't express how happy Nico and his guys made our hearts. Moving is obviously very stressful and working with Nico and his guys today was the first time my family and I were able to relax and take a breath. I really feel like we made 5 new friends. I wish the world had more men like them because it would be a much better place. They were so careful with all our things (and we had a ton of stuff) and made us laugh and smile all morning. They were truly some of the best guys we've met and worked with. If there was any doubt about using Roadway for our next move, Nico and his guys changed that and I want to make this very, very clear....we WILL be using Roadway again for our future moves BECAUSE of Nico and his guys. Period.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Roadway Movers. I was told they would hold my spot and wait for me while I sorted out some legal paperwork necessary for my move. I trusted their word and planned accordingly. Once everything was approved and I was finally ready to go, they suddenly told me they were fully booked.

I understand this is a business, but if you say you’re going to wait and hold a spot, then follow through. Don’t give someone your word only to leave them hanging dry at the last minute. That lack of reliability cost me time, stress, and forced me to scramble for a last-minute solution. Would not recommend.

First time using a moving company and I was moving cross country so I was a little worried but the customer service was amazing! Great communication throughout the whole process. What you’re quoted is what you actually pay, no add-ons or hidden fees. I had Monica and Krystal who updated me a lot and gave me plenty of heads up when the crew will be arriving. Highly recommend them and their crew was fast, friendly, efficient and very professional. They wrapped and unwrapped everything and nothing got lost or broken so I would definitely use them again!
