This was my second time moving with Roadway and I can’t recommend using them enough. Moving is always so stressful, but Roadway makes everything easier. My items were handled with so much care and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I love Roadway moving so much!
Roadway made my move from Miami to Texas so much easier than I ever expected. They delivered everything right on time, took amazing care of all my furniture and fragile items (not a single scratch), and the crew worked nonstop with such professionalism and great attitudes. You can tell they really care about doing the job right. I’d recommend them to anyone moving long distance.
Had the best experience with Johnny and his team today. They packed up my apartment so well and professionally. Just a nice team to be involved with through an otherwise very stressful time in life. I booked them a day before the move and they were nothing but helpful, kind, polite, respectful, fast and just a pleasure to work with. Highly highly recommend and will be using again.
I moved from SC to CA and Roadway was SO helpful; I'd definitely use them again. I had specific days that I needed them to come so my family could come and help me move during that time and they were so accommodating and made sure it happened. Everything went smoothly, nothing was broken/damaged in any way, and everyone I spoke to/worked with at Roadway was wonderful. Would highly recommend for sure!
Excellent customer service! Took great care of all my belongings and handled my furniture including fragile items such as mirrors and electronics with great care. Communicated with me the entire time and during the entirety of the moving process.
This was my third time moving and seriously it was the most seamless and peaceful move z I’ve had in years. I literally did nothing the entire day. Roadway was so intentional and careful with my artwork and furniture. We don’t have an elevator in our new place so I was nervous but they managed to get everything up the stairs with ease. This is a 10/10 experience for me!
I had a great experience with Roadway. The movers were excellent! They called when they were 30 minutes away and arrived on time. They moved all boxes and furniture into the truck very quickly and with much attention to detail. At the new apartment they did the same! Very efficient, asked me where I wanted the furniture and boxes in each room. It was a seamless move for sure. They were very friendly and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend Roadway.
I seriously cannot recommend Roadway Moving enough! They recently moved me out of my first nyc apartment and it could not have gone better! They packed up allll of my belongings and somehow made it look so easy! The team was incredible and overall the move was stress-free and fun! Roadway did a great job on my last 2 moves. The most recent one they were very careful and creative with transporting a fragile piece of furniture that was really special to me by wrapping it into a modified cardboard box so it stayed put and didn't get damaged. Since I was moving out and my former roommate was going to take my old bedroom, the movers even helped by dismantling her bed and reassembling it in the new room. It was also raining that day and the movers laid down a carpet protector and took their shoes off while they were inside which put me at ease.
I will say, communication was a little bit tricky at times. But something I did was number all my boxes and label the rooms in the new place so the guys knew where they were going. When all was said and done, I believe the entire move was a 4 hour endeavor (my new place is 30min from the old one), so it was really 2 hours moving out and 1.5 moving in. Thanks Roadway!
Roadway moved us across the country from California to North Carolina over the Holiday season. No only were they professional and efficient the delivery was top notch as well. Certainly I would recommend them for you moving needs.

Roadway Moving made what could have been a stressful cross-country move from LA to Nashville completely seamless. They were punctual, fast, and incredibly flexible with our schedule. I don’t have enough good things to say about Roadway moving! From the first second I spoke to the team on the phone to when Dorde, George and Milovan picked up our stuff and loaded it all, there was nothing but professionalism and ease. Dorde’s team was so efficient and was able to pack our one bedroom apartment up in about half the time we thought it’d take and they didn’t skip a beat. We’re moving from NYC to Denver and we had a ton of stress from the move and Roadway was the easiest part of it all. I would recommend them 100x over!

Roadway is adaptable and very professional!
I had a client that needed to move across NYC, and with a couple last minute changes day of, Roadway was able to quickly adapt, and understanding to any requests. The customer service I received from Roadway was leaps and bounds above any other service I got quoted from - the only company (out of 4) to come to survey the home before giving a quote, and a fair quote nonetheless.
Stephen Bailey and Miles Latinovic were the calm and communicative coordinators we needed. The moving team of 4 was quick and efficient - handled everything with so much care, it was like it was their own personal items.
I look forward to referring Roadway in the future!
Moving out of NYC seemed impossible - Especially when there were two different destinations I had to move belongings to. Roadway Moving made it incredibly seamless and was so impressed by how quickly the move went! They arrived promptly at 9AM and had moved everything out and in to my new destination by 230PM. So appreciative of the entire team for making a big move so easy!
I had Roadway, Piece of Cake and Capital Movers all give me an in person quote. I tried to get a quote from Oz but no one ever responded to my inquiry. I needed up choosing Roadway because they were cheaper and they seemed more buttoned up. We were moving from a 2bed 2 bath apartment and the professionalism from the beginning was stellar. They were punctual and an onsite Supervisor even arrived about 40min after they arrived. They worked so quickly and efficiently. I was mesmerized how they disassembled, wrapped and moved 68 creates so swiftly. Ryan and his team paid attention to every detail. Nothing was scratched, dented, scuffed at either location. My furniture was as if it was delivered new. They cared. It was so refreshing and fun to move. I wouldn’t even consider ever using another moving company other than Roadway. They are by far the best NY city movers. I’m still in shock at how smooth the move went.
I’ve used roadway three times in NYC now and seriously can’t recommend them enough. I can’t even begin to describe the level of peace they bring to moves, you seriously don’t have to lift a finger and your things are so well taken care of. They have a loyal gal in me: anytime I move I will be using Roadway.
I called up Roadway Moving about a week before having to move. With the complete packing moving services, I had so much in my drawers, fridge, closet, etc and the movers handled everything with care. The movers were also super friendly. 10/10 will book again.
Roadway moving made this moving the most stress free seamless process! Everyone is so helpful and kind and very on top of things. I have moved 7 times in the last 5 years, and this has been my best experience yet. They are so helpful before, during and after the whole moving process. I would not recommend enough, whether you are moving local or across the country, like me!
I've moved with Roadway twice now - once between two apartments in Manhattan, and once long-haul from North Carolina to Long Island (both including them packing). They are the best in the business: not a single thing is ever broken; they are fast & efficient, but never rushing or hasty; they are extremely communicative and punctual; and they are polite, thorough, and help you arrange your furniture how you want it (even when you change your mind after the first place you had them put something!). They legitimately make it a stress-free move: I changed nothing in my lifestyle up until the day before the move, when I just packed an overnight suitcase for myself, and let the movers do their thing. I can't speak highly enough of Roadway — they really are a game-changer for moving.
Roadway was the best. These guys did the job with skill and understanding. Two stop move, incl Brooklyn tricky drop offs, changes on the fly, the best attitude and hard work at 110%.
I did a long distance from New York City to Fort Lauderdale. The movers in NY were fast and professional. The driver Luis was punctual and check in with me about all items. Once I received notice my items were in Florida, Hugo Reyes and Orlando moved my items into my new place seamlessly. They were fast, careful and very friendly. I would recommend roadway to anymore moving short or long distance (this is not sponsored, just my honest review)

Roadway made what could have been a horror show into a delight! As a handicapped person with minimal support, the Roadway family provided excellent and professional service, handled my particular needs with respect and care, and had me moved in and out in under 2.5 hours.
Being my the first move I ever orchestrated, they dealt with the COI’s, they listened to my needs, suggested a strategy.. Every step of the way, I felt supported.
I can’t believe how easy Roadway made our move. I was so stressed leading up to it...I kept thinking about how much stuff we’d accumulated over the last four years (plus all the delicate wedding gifts and my work setup) and I just assumed moving day would be a nightmare.
BUT the movers showed up (right on time too) and seriously handled everything. They packed so fast but were also super careful with all our fragile things, and somehow made heavy furniture look like it weighed nothing. They were also just really nice, upbeat people, which made such a difference. Instead of feeling overwhelming, it actually felt exciting watching our things get carried into the apartment building I’ve wanted to live in for years.
I never thought I’d describe moving as a good experience, but Roadway completely changed that. If you’re stressed about an upcoming move, I promise they’ll make it so much easier.

This was a great experience! I moved plenty of times during my 51 yrs. It's always been a horrible and painful experience. But today Oscar and his team moved everything! And all I have to say is I will never lift a damn thing ever again. We moved from NY to California. I cannot even imagine what it would have been like without Roadway. They came to our 3 story house in NY and over the course of a day and well into the evening packed everything that we had not already packed so beautifully that, when the furniture, etc. came less than 2 weeks later, everything was in perfect shape! Once here in CA, they unpacked the biggest pieces and moved them carefully into our 1200 sq ft new home and, of course, into the garage. Everything was labeled so well that we were able to organize ourselves and our stuff within another 2 weeks. Worth every dollar that we spent!
A literal 100/10 moving experience - my fiance and I could not believe how careful, quick, and efficient Jorge and his team was. They wrapped all of our furniture to avoid any damage, were super careful with our flooring, and made sure to keep everything scratch and damage free - this was actually the first move that we didn't have ANY damaged items or walls. I will never use another moving service again - I couldn't recommend roadway enough!!

I’ve used Roadway moving 3 years in a row—2 local moves and 1 long-distance—and they’ve always been reliable and professional. While they may be a more premium cost, it includes white glove service and they do a very thorough inventory estimate so there are no surprises. I have worked with Anne, the sales rep, on each move and she is wonderful. She even FaceTimed to help put together the inventory list so nothing was missed.
For our most recent move, we were supposed to have 3–4 movers, but only Isma (the foreman) and Bilo showed up. Honestly, we didn’t even realize anyone was missing until later—that’s how efficient and hard-working they were. They handled everything with care, especially the kitchen, which they packed and labeled perfectly.
Trustworthy, fast, and organized. I highly recommend them, especially thanks to Isma and Bilo who made our out of state move as smooth as possible.
Moved from Santa Monica to Hollywood with Roadway and had a super easy experience. We had a virtual estimate to put together an inventory checklist and estimate how many boxes I might need, then they day of the move I got a text where I could track my movers as they were on their way. Everything was Roadway from the truck, movers, to boxes. My movers were super efficient securely packing everything I had and labeled boxes as they went (“coffee machine” “cleaning supplies” “living room linens” etc) so unpacking was as straightforward as possible. I can’t say how good of a deal they were since this was my first time working with movers, but if you’re in a position where you’d rather save yourself the stress and pain of taking furniture apart, reassembling, and packing all your miscellaneous items, definitely consider Roadway and their packing service.

The guys that came to pack us up awesome the guys that brought her stuff awesome it's a communication in between. We both were first time 2,500 miles of traveling and had no idea where stuff was. They tell you they'll keep you updated and that's the only issue. They need to communicate better with the people. But we got all our stuff and nothing damaged so we're good
The best movers in NYC by far! I have moved over 5 times in NYC and this was the first time I actually had a no stress experience. They packed all my things with care, disassembled and reassembled my restoration hardware couch, and took apart all the beds and put them back together. It was a relief to be mostly settled from day 1 of moving.

From start to finish Roadway was amazing. Clear communication, fast loading and unloading and friendly staff. This was our first move to a different state and we were really stressed between flying with a dog, starting new jobs and moving to a new state. They rewrapped all of our things. packed the tv with blankets and a box, put a mattress cover on, put it in a box and ten WRAPPED the box. incredible.

Hands down my favorite moving company, quick and easy. They asked if I wanted my stuff re-packed since I can’t pack at all and I said yes and they organized everything perfectly and made custom boxes for each of my electric bikes. Will never use a different moving company.

I was so stressed about moving because I waiting last minute to organize it all but I am so grateful I called Roadway. With hours or first reaching out, I was all set to move. The team came and packed my two bedroom apartment in a few hours and too everything to Roadway's storage until they were able to move into my new home. They packed and handled everything with care and protected all my items and the apartment I was moving out of. It was all so seamless and easy and really made the experience of moving so much better. I would highly recommend working with Roadway, and wouldn't consider working with anyone else for my own future moves! 10/10
Best Company! Im pregnant, with toddler and we have to move from LA to NYC I thought it will be a nightmare! But It was easiest best experience ever. We didnt have to pack nothing, Roadway did everything for us. We havent even been in LA we had to fly before to NYC and they did everything for us, pack us, move us to NYC while we were already on the plane to NYC.

I have moved 3 times since living in NYC, and the first two were absolute nightmares. Items of mine were broken, I felt price gouged, and the movers were not timely. Roadway just blew me away with this move. I didn’t know that moving could be stress free?? Seriously this was new knowledge to me. Roadway showed up 5 minutes early, packed my entire apartment for me, STORED IT OVERNIGHT, and moved it into my new apt. Each of the employees was kind and took care of my furniture. They even individually wrapped certain fragile items without me asking. I will NEVER move again without asking Roadway for help!!
