They even accommodated multiple pickup stops, I had two pickups and one drop-off, which made the process so convenient. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Roadway Movers. Moving is so stressful, and they made the process a breeze. They showed up on time, even a little early, and got right to work assessing the space and preparing to move. I loved how the team lead planned the move so it was as streamlined as possible. I booked a partial packing move, because packing the kitchen stressed me out more than any other room, and they packed it efficiently and quickly. I also really appreciated how they took apart all the furniture AND put it back together at the end of the move. All my things were treated with respect and care, and the team was a pleasure to work with. 10/10, would recommend!

Living 2000 miles away from family is all fun and games until you need help moving to a new place. Roadway Moving took a very stressful situation and turned it into a simple one. They were extremely prompt and efficient. They cared about my items as if they were their own. Within an hour that had everything packed and disassembled, and with ease had it all back together in my new apartment. Packing and moving is literally my biggest nightmare. I’m slow, I get anxious, and as someone who’s single and living in a different country than my family, I’ve done most of my moves completely on my own. It’s always been extremely taxing… until Roadway.

Roadway was a life saver. I have never seen people be so efficient, so fast, and so genuinely caring with my items. This was by far the most seamless, positive moving experience I’ve ever had. The guys went above and beyond, they even fixed a piece of furniture that had been broken and handled my bed with so much caution and care.

Used Roadway for a long distance move and overall am very happy with the service. I had a few frustrations with my sales rep and move coordinator, but the director of customer service has been extremely kind and helpful in making sure everything is resolved.

In regard to the actual move, both move teams were great and very nice. Overall, I'd recommend them again but just make sure to be very clear in the beginning with your rep on the inventory. I would also ask them to make sure they check if they will need a shuttle to complete the move, so you don't get a surprise $300 charge upon arrival.

Recently moved, and Roadway Moving made the entire process so easy and smooth. From start to finish, they took care of everything, wrapping, packing, and protecting all my belongings. Even though I was only moving about 20 minutes away, I had a lot of stuff (including some heavy items), and they handled it all effortlessly.

This was one of the best experiences of my life! The team was so clear about the moving plan and gave me a window of 9–10 a.m.—they arrived right at 9:15, which I appreciated since other companies I’ve used gave such large windows that made planning impossible. They got to work immediately and handled everything efficiently. None of my items were damaged, and once we arrived at my new place, they placed everything exactly where I asked.
While they were moving, my husband was at work, and I was able to give my toddler my full attention—honestly such a blessing! This was my first time hiring movers, and I am officially spoiled. So grateful for the Roadway team!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Roadway Moving. From start to finish, they made what is usually a stressful process completely smooth and easy. The team was so organized, efficient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire move.
On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and got straight to work. They packed up all of my belongings quickly (in under two hours) but still handled everything with incredible care and attention to detail. Every item was wrapped securely, labeled properly, and treated as if it were their own.

My items were transported from Los Angeles to New York within my moving window, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The communication along the way was excellent and I always knew where my shipment was and when to expect it.
I truly LOVED everyone I interacted with I from the customer service reps to the movers themselves. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help with any question I had. It felt like I was in great hands the entire time.

I moved from NYC to SF with about 68 boxes/ pieces of furniture. Cleveland was my go to dude and he was AWESOME! Came to my place to assess the damage, he was clear with all the info and also we chatted about video games which is always great!
The NYC crew arrived so punctually it was TO THE MINUTE of 9am. They were so efficient (even if I was having some panic moments with my timeliness) and helpful.
My window of arrival was between Oct 31st-Nov 15th and my stuff got here on Nov 4th! Krystal was super communicative with all my “on the road” updates, which is always a plus when you’re anxious like me…
And on the arrival end, Manuel and Roberto were absolute superstars. My SF apartment has a few stairs (exhausting) but they were zooming up and down like true professionals. Bing bang boom and they were done! And lovely fellas as well.
The only hiccup we had was at the end when the sticker QR code reading system had to be rebooted, which wasn’t even that bad cuz Manuel, Roberto and I got to chat and, like I said, just some sweet dudes.
Thanks Roadway, I appreciate the hard work and the communication. Plus my stuff looks great in my new place!

Roadway is a great moving company. They were recommended to me by my sister when her family moved from Long Island to the Hudson Valley. They moved us from Valley Stream to Copake, NY. Flawlessly. Great communication, great crew. You can’t go wrong with this company.

I recently moved locally in LA and I was always skeptical about having movers handle all my tech gear and heavier furniture, but Roadway Moving went above and beyond during this move. They packed everything carefully (Especially the fragile ones). The movers were so kind, organized, and professional. When it comes to bigger furniture, they took it apart, but also put them together in your desired spot at your new home. They really made sure I didn't have to do any of the heavy lifting and that everything was in good condition before they left. Will definitely hire them again for my next move! Highly reccomend!

I had the best experience from start to finish with Roadway. They were incredibly communicative before the moving process even began to make sure they were properly prepared for the day of the move. On moving day they were very punctual and organized. I had them pack up my apartment as well and they were very careful with all of my fragile belongings and packed them up in a very organized way. I truly didn't have to lift a finger. They packed and moved everything very quickly and it was truly the smoothest moving experience I've ever had, I wholeheartedly recommend them!

It's hard to express how grateful I am to Roadway Moving. I didn't want to leave NYC so had a LOT of big feelings abt everything. But from the very first phone call (when I was getting estimates), Roadway was simply a cut above. I just did my move with Roadway today. My husband and I tried our best packing ourselves, but when Johnny and his team came today it was like the calvary. These guys were fantastic and on top of their game. They were friendly and fast. I can’t say enough great things. When my family and I first moved to our former home, we hired a neighborhood moving firm. Our furniture was damaged including a broken leg on my 2 year old couch. These took great care of our things including pointing out things that I didn’t realize that were there. I definitely would recommend them to family and friends.

I’ve used Roadway for my last two moves so at this point it’s a no brainer. They moved my whole two bedroom apartment in the blink of an eye and were able to assist with any extra scheduled services I needed. I’ve hired movers before and have had nothing but bad experiences. However, Roadway Moving made my latest move a pleasure. They showed up early, went to work right away, and braved 4 flights of narrow stairs to bring my stuff out. They got to the new place (in another boro) quickly, including squeezing in a lunch break. They had to park down the block, but they were still quick and efficient dropping everything off. Everything is photographed before and after. And the final contract is delivered instantly. A great experience. I would definitely hire them again. And you should too.

I’ve moved so many times in my life and I’ve never had movers this fast or this professional. The Roadway team got to the house at 10, picked up all my clothing boxes, then went to another location to grab my furniture, and from there to my new place where they moved in three bedrooms worth of furniture — all in just 2.5 hours.

They didn’t damage a single thing, built my bed for me, and even helped reconfigure my couch twice until it felt perfect. My fiancé was working, so I had to handle the entire move by myself, and it was genuinely zero stress. The team was so kind, quick, and professional that I never felt overwhelmed once.

Roadway truly came to my rescue. After losing my sister in a firefighter training accident, I had to move across the country from Colorado to Asheville to help care for her two kids. Moving during such a painful time felt overwhelming, but Roadway made it so much easier.

Their team was kind, efficient, and incredibly respectful. They wrapped everything so carefully and treated my belongings like their own. I even trusted them with the folded flag that was draped over my sister’s casket, my most valuable possession, and they handled it with such care.

This was kind of an odd move — local, but half my stuff had been sitting packed in my parents’ garage for two years, and the rest was just my bedroom. Usually, I do all the packing myself, but with this move, I decided to let Roadway take care of it — and I’m so glad I did.

So fast and efficient, and paid attention to every detail, and rolled with the unexpected (like multiple movers in one loading dock). I've seen Roadway Moving trucks around town recently and decided to get a quote from them during our most recent move -- and I was sooo impressed! Their process was so streamlined. Within a week of receiving a quote, they had me set up and ready to move. Their team had all of our furniture packed and moved into the new place in a few hours and they even offer piano moving services, which was amazing because I thought I would have to outsource that. Loved my move with Roadway. They gave me an accurate quote (unlike my previous movers who gave me one quote and then charged me thousands over it for random additional fees)
Their team was checking in with me throughout the whole process to make sure everything was going smoothly. The original inventory I gave them consisted only of my big furniture items since I was planning to move the smaller things myself, but the movers were happy to take those smaller things for me as well without additional cost. They moved very quickly and were done in just a few hours. Super friendly and nice people too :) 10/10

Couldn't have been a better experience. One of the guys called in sick that day so it was just one guy. So my son offered to help him and they both got it done quick, clean, and he even tried to pay my boy $100 for helping him. My son also got to learn valuable information about the workforce. Stellar experience!

A great crew from the inside out. From the moment I spoke to the surveyor, I knew I was in the right hands.

He made sure to detail everything that I had, and because I had started packing before, he still let me know that we would include some wardrobe boxes and other things just in case.

He was also generally just a cool person. Felt a lot less anxious because while we were getting the logistics together, we were able to laugh about our interest.

After they got me a quote, their turnaround time was absolutely mind-boggling. I genuinely was so afraid that I was just gonna have to start from scratch and just avoid the stress. But they made sure they were on top of everything and got back to me in such a timely manner.

In 48 hours they were able to get me a quote, and get the movers at my front door to move me.

On the day of the move all the movers were so kind.They didn’t ask for anything. I was insistent on buying them lunch, but even then they were so chill about it. They worked around my cats that were at my old apartment, we laughed about their cats.

When we made it to the secondary location, they even helped me handle some stressful last-minute problems. Working with their internal team, they all conduct themselves with so much kindness. I hope I don’t have to move for a while, but if I do will definitely reach out again.

These guys are phenomenal. This was the second move this year for us and the team works hard, safe with your items and they great communication. On top of that the prices are competitive. Full service experience! Tip the movers well, they all worked very hard.

I don’t even know where to begin with this review! I’m an extremely particular person — I have delicate, expensive pieces and a very specific way I like things done. I was also highly stressed (because let’s be honest, moving is one of life’s top stressors), and I’ll admit I can be a bit of a cynic.

These guys absolutely blew me away. Their diligence, communication, and the care with which they wrapped and handled my furniture were next level. They hustled, they were kind, and somehow made the whole experience fun.

I initially thought about using another company that was a bit cheaper for the second day of my move, but after seeing Roadway in action, that idea went right out the window. I knew I was sticking with them — no question. While the other company was a bit less expensive, I actually thought that Roadway’s price was quite reasonable, especially given the quality and care with which they handled the entire move.

Rodrigo, the foreman, was phenomenal: organized, patient, and on top of every detail. His crew — Diego, Enrique, Estuardo, and Sylvester — were incredible. Great communication, great energy, and total professionals.

I’ve moved a lot in my life, including internationally with so-called “high-end” companies, and Rodrigo’s team completely outperformed them all.

And one last thing: my belongings were going into storage, and we knew it would be a tight fit. Rodrigo organized that unit like a master Tetris player — it was seriously impressive.

Simply put, Roadway Moving is the real deal!! And whenever I move, this is the call I’m making and this is a crew I want!!!!
