This was THE MOST stress-free move I have ever done. I usually try to do everything myself as I try to save money but also don't always trust 3rd parties to handle everything I own with care. I have some very expensive and fragile items. Roadway moving made it so I didn't have to lift a finger. They inventoried my things via video call and when moving day came, everything was done for me. They wrapped, packed, and shipped EVERYTHING without me having to do anything. They also disassembled and reassembled all my large furniture. Definitely give them a try if you hate the stresses of moving as much as I do

I am unbelievably impressed! Moving is always stressful, but they handled literally everything. They wrapped it, protected it, moved it to the right rooms, and even rearranged if I needed it. They protected my floors, which I was most worried about, and kept everything safe. I would definitely use them again!!

Roadway moved me from my storage unit, to my apartment, then back to my storage unit. The commute was 30 minutes each way, and they completed the entire move in 3 HOURS!! I was shocked with how efficient and thorough the Roadway team was throughout the entire process. I own a very modern and light aesthetic interior, and nothing was scuffed or tampered with in the process. My apartment is a bit of a trek to get to, and the team did not complain once. They had great spirits and were on a mission! I recommend 100% !!

We had such an amazing experience with Roadway Moving! They made our move so easy and completely stress-free. We were moving from Connecticut to Pennsylvania and they packed up our entire place, moved all of our big furniture, and handled everything with so much care. They even packed and unpacked our whole closet, which was a huge help.

All of the movers were so friendly and kind. They packed up our apartment in about an hour, then drove to Pennsylvania and unpacked everything and put it exactly where we wanted it. We’ve moved several times and this was by far the easiest and most stress-free move we’ve ever had.

BEWARE THEIR INSURANCE BY THE POUND IS BAD ESP IF YOU HAVE HIGH VALUE ITEMS - They broke (around $6k) and "lost" (around $14k) worth of my items and offered me less than $2.5k as compensation - I have moved so many times in the last few years and this is the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD BY FAR - I hope this SAVES SOMEONE from trusting an influencer focused company with your precious PRECIOUS belongings

Roadway took care of my local move and did a fantastic job. I worked with Belinda and she made the process extremely easy and even stopped by my move in person to ensure everything was going to plan. The movers themselves had a great attitude and you could tell they took every precaution to make sure nothing got damaged. The whole move only took 5 hours where other services would've definitely stretched out the timeline. Highly recommend!

Truly the best moving experience I’ve ever had!

This was the most seamless, timely, and stress-free move I’ve ever had. The foreman of the moving crew, Lazar, was incredibly reassuring and kept everything running smoothly. His team was efficient, careful, and so professional. Nothing was broken including extremely fragile glasses of wine, and they even found a pair of diamond earrings I had lost and left them safely on my table.

I couldn’t recommend them more — absolutely outstanding service. Would not use any other company.

When I tell you - Roadway changed the way I will move for the rest of my life. I chose a packing service for the first ever and let me tell you - they were THOROUGH (cue me laughing to finding an old contact lens left on my night stand packed). They were nothing but smiles and determination during an LA Rain move. My rate did end up going up in the end due to needing more boxes and some delicate items, but honestly it was worth it. Everything arrived same day, boxes brought in, and furniture rebuilt within 2 hours. Awesome.

I’m writing this review because my experience with Roadway Moving in NY, and especially with their representative Danny Abehssera, was extraordinary. I rarely write reviews, and I only do so when a company shows a level of professionalism, honesty, and care that stands out. Roadway did exactly that.Before choosing them, I looked into several companies. One in particular advertised an impressive “white glove” service, but after multiple conversations I discovered that many of their claims didn’t hold up. Their “wood crates” were actually cardboard boxes made from cut-up packing materials, and their “secure overnight facility” turned out to be a motel. Their reputation and the way they handle feedback gave me confidence, but it was my interaction with Danny that truly set them apart. I absolutely had to write this review because my movers were incredible. Eugenio was the one in charge and his team: Landy’s, Alejandro, and Oneil were truly the dream team. They were so professional, so respectful, and treated every single one of my things as if they were their own. The attention to detail was unreal; they even wrapped my shoes individually so they wouldn’t get scratched. On top of being amazing at their job, they were genuinely such nice people with the best vibes, and they made a normally stressful process feel safe, organized, and surprisingly easy. Smoothest move ever! They showed up right on time at 9 am and by 11:30 am they'd already loaded up the entire truck. And we're a family of 4 so we have a LOT of stuff. They wrapped all our furniture so carefully and everything arrived in perfect condition. I couldn't believe we were completely done by 3 pm. Such an amazing experience!

I'm sure we can all agree that moving is typically never a fun experience but if you are going to move, Roadway is the only way to go. I have used several moving companies in the past but Roadway made our move as simple and stress free as possible. The movers were very professional and efficient and provided everything from wardrobe boxes, to packing services, to the cleanest move I have ever experienced with zero damage to our belongings and property. Mo's Team was by far the best moving experience I've ever had. They were incredibly nice, professional, quick and easy to work with. I couldn't recommend Roadway enough and especially Mo's Team. Really appreciated them being flexible with any additional items, helping with disassembly and reassembly, packing everything safely, nicely and overall being knowledgeable about apartments, neighborhoods, and coordinating with the Super Intendent in each building.

the movers went above and beyond to make what is usually a very stressful day of moving stress-free. I sat back while they took everything out of my apartment and down to the truck. I moved long-distance and it only took less than a week for my stuff to be delivered. roadway moving is very communicative and provides constant updates so that you know what to expect from the beginning. I have to do a special shoutout to jeff cadwallader as well who took the time to sit down and have a phone call with me to discuss all the details of the move to make sure I understood everything that was going to happen. he was very honest and upfront about everything and was able to help me with a lot of the questions I had. 10/10 would highly recommend roadway for all your moving needs!

I used Roadway to move everything I own from NYC down to Georgia and it was a seamless and wonderful process from start to finish!! My furniture was already wrapped since it was in storage and they double protected it and went above and beyond. The movers were so friendly, fun, and efficient! Moving is usually horrible but they made my experience such a great one. I’ve never done a long distance move before and the team handled everything flawlessly.

My movers were absolutely incredible. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! They went above and beyond from start to finish not only moving everything quickly and carefully, but also helping us unbox, undo, and redo things so the setup was perfect. The team was great! It was a super quick process to get the move scheduled. This time I got my own boxes but when the movers came they bought some extra boxes for lamps, tables and other larger items. I did a move to a storage unit, and I was not expecting the amount of love and care the team brought. The move team made sure that everything was covered to the inch, as there could be insects in the unit. From the queen mattress which was double bagged and then put in a box to the even small artwork, the team made sure all my items would be protected while in storage. I also love how friendly the team is. They are timely, quick, professional, and made sure to make me feel comfortable and rest assured that all my things were in good hands.

On 11/18/2025 Roadway moving was moving a new tenant into my apartment building in NC. I had parked in a handicap parking space in the parking lot in front of the apartment building as usual the day before. The movers backed up to my vehicle and were so close they caused scratches and scuff marks on my vehicle when unloading furniture and boxes. By the time I looked out my window and noticed how close the moving truck was to me vehicle, and an empty card board box was against my vehicle, the moving truck was empty and the damage had been done. I went outside and moved my vehicle to another handicap space. I called the moving company office and gave them the license plate # of the moving truck and my phone number, they said they would notify the dispatcher and have the movers come outside to talk to me to resolve the issue. I waited outside for 20-30 minutes for the movers to come outside. When I discussed it with them they said no one had notified them, but were denying that they were close to my vehicle and could not have caused any damage. Until I showed them the pictures I had taken from my apartment window, then they took my phone number and said they had to get to another delivery in the area, but the dispatcher would contact me. Today is 11/24/2025, I am still waiting for a phone call. This all could have been easily avoided if they had called the apartment complex management company from the main entry video intercom system to contact me to move my vehicle, which I would have done immediately.
Very poor customer service.

I hired Roadway to move from New York to Pennsylvania on the recommendation of my grandson, who had already made the same move.

From my first meeting with Cleveland Jones, I knew I was going to be in good hands. He held my hand through the whole process and made my out of state move more bearable.

The crew that was sent to my house to pack for me and then move me, lead by Ismael, were equally impressive. Everything was done with great care and the movers were very nice and respectful of my home and belongings.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company, in fact, I highly recommend them. They say that moving is one of the most stressful times in a persons life. This company made my stressful situation much more comfortable!! I can’t express my gratitude enough!!

Between New York, New Jersey, Miami and Pennsylvania I have moved countless times, all more painful than the last. This time, moving with a baby and a puppy seemed like the greatest challenge of them all. If all moving experiences were like mine today with Eugenio and his team, people would be MUCH more inclined to try out new places to live. I can’t express my gratitude loudly enough. I was so impressed with how diligently, and with expertise, Eugenio led this move. I truly feel confident, for the first time, that all of my boxes will be opened to find items in perfect condition. While it was an expensive option, you can’t always put a price on peace of mind. They were thoughtful, patient, extremely thorough and kind. Will be telling all my friends. 10/10 recommend.

I've moved 16 plus times and I have to say this was my best experience I've ever had with a movie company. Everything was seamless from the video quote to the guys saying goodbye. Movers were helpful, friendly, professional, and respectful. I moved my fiance from a 2nd floor walk up in NYC to Rockland County. I got a call 30 min before arrival. They did a walkthru to confirm everything. They also took the time to point out this we might have overlooked or didn't notice. If I every had to move again their wouldn't be any hesitation to call them again.

As far as moves go, this was the smoothest we could have hoped for. We moved from a 5th floor walk up in Manhattan to Brooklyn. Movers came early/on time, the company was great at communicating in the planning stage and made themselves accessible on the day of the move as well. I quoted a handful of companies and Roadway was on the more expensive end of the range but decided to go with them because of their good reputation and horror stories with other companies. We really did our best to accurately estimate how much we would be moving and didn’t get charged anything additional after the move. Would definitely use them again!

Everyone at Roadway is incredibly professional — the pre-and post move out process was a breeze, and their team consistently followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered and everything went well. We did a local move recently with Roadway. We were expecting a very stressful experience and it turned out to be very easy and pleasant for us

We had a small issue in the beginning and we had to reschedule last second and Jurgen our move coordinator, was able to assist with that and was really helpful. He stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was OK and checked with us after the move was done.

We were surprised with the Vidoje and crew as well. They were extremely professional and efficient. Took care of all of our items.

I used Roadway for my recent move out of New York City to San Francisco, and they were exceptional from start to finish.

From the moment the team arrived, I felt like I was in really good hands. They were on time, extremely organized, and walked me through every step before they started packing. They treated my things with so much care — wrapping furniture thoughtfully, labeling everything clearly, and making sure fragile items were extra protected. You can tell they’ve done this thousands of times, but they still made my specific move feel important.

What really stood out to me was how calm and professional they were during a moment that is usually extremely stressful. Moving across the country is a big life transition, and Roadway removed so much of the anxiety from the process. Communication was clear the whole way through, everything arrived in great condition, and the timeline they estimated was accurate.

I had the best experience! They were absolutely wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly, most of all professional. They wouldn’t think of leaving before the least little thing was done.

I will definitely recommend them! Going forward, I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

Moved from Brooklyn, NY to Chicago, IL and also had the Roadway team do the packing. Efficient move, good communication throughout and they accommodated a last minute change to the arrival window which was much appreciated. What an incredible experience we had with Roadway! Our move was truly seamless from start to finish.

The service began with a full day of packing, where the team handled every single item in our home with absolute care and precaution. On moving day, the team, led by the incredible Vlad, arrived early. Vlad was an exceptional lead: he addressed all our concerns immediately, took action on every request, and kept us well-informed throughout the day. It was an incredible feat to watch them expertly plan and fit all our belongings perfectly into the truck.

The crew was clean, courteous, and meticulously protected the floors and buildings in both our previous and current homes. They demonstrated precision in placing items exactly where we wanted them, and the excellent unboxing and unpacking service meant we had virtually no packing material trash to deal with ourselves. I truly cannot speak highly enough of them. We are incredibly grateful that they transformed what could have been a stressful experience into one of total ease.
