This was my second time working with roadway and I am genuinely so blown away by their professionalism, communication, reliability, trustworthiness, and ability to get the job freaking done. EVERY single person on their team was a pleasure to work with and I think that’s such an important reflection of the company overall. I love roadway and I am so unbelievably grateful to them for making this process as stress free as possible which is crazy to say considering I moved from NYC to FL. They did a full pack for me so I didn’t even have to think about it. And got my belongings down to florida in one piece. So efficient. And above all so kind. We had an extremely positive experience with Roadway moving. Alex did a great job coordinating the move from the beginning and following up with our needs and adjustments. Today Mr.Edo and his crew arrived on time, offering help with packing and dissembling our furniture. Everything from our belongings to our apartment were handled with extreme care. The move has been very efficiently orchestrated. We are glad to settle in our new place and feel blessed to have their help.

With kids and ongoing renovations, the idea of moving felt overwhelming, but their team handled everything from packing to logistics with so much care and professionalism. We recently used Roadway Moving for our move from an apartment into a house. The team was punctual, extremely professional, and efficient. I moved with roadway for the first time from Philly to Texas and the experience blew me away! They handled everything from packing, supplies, trash takeaway and more. They were always quick to respond in communication, never made me feel like I was going to get sneaky over charges like other companies, super punctual and more. I can’t recommend the team at roadway more. They’ve expanded recently to Texas so if you have the chance to use them, do it!

Roadway is amazing and worth every penny. We did a local Brooklyn move— our 2 bedroom was packed up in under 3 hours. Didn’t lift a finger all day. If you opt for the packing service roadway will assign a mover to each room and they will wrap every single one of your fragile belongings carefully. I have about 30 bottles of perfume and could not believe how carefully they were packed. My clothes and shoes were treated with such care by the lovely Jose who was absolutely fantastic. Our foreman Ismael was an absolute pleasure to work with— efficient, hard working and fun to spend the day with. On the back end the admin and coordinator girls could not have been more helpful and communicative. Thank you Karla, Fabjola, Ilda and Alba for all you help. Genuinely can’t say enough good things about roadway and cannot wait to work with them again!

Had a really great experience with Roadway. The crew was on time, super friendly, and took great care of my stuff. Everything went smoothly and way less stressful than I expected. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone moving.

I had an incredibly seamless and pleasant experience with Roadway Moving! I’m a travel nurse, so I’m constantly moving and I wish i knew about them sooner. They were gentle with my belongings, incredibly friendly, and best of all there were no hidden fees like people experience with other movers. I would HIGHLY recommend Roadway moving!!

Once again this company says they work legally yet the allowed a 17 year old to book a moving company under a false alias without any sort of proof or parental concent which is ILLEGAL! They asked for no forms of proof of identification and when confronted acted like it wasn’t their problem and to go to the police. As long as they get their money they don’t mind if they are moving minors. Watch out parents! Shady shady company

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Customer service was great. Johny and the moving team were great. They were efficient, responsive and extremely polite. Showed up on time and made the move easier than expected. Any cost was explained and no hidden cost were involved. I would recommend and would want the same team we had for our next move!

Amazing experience with Roadway! It was my first time moving cross country by myself and Roadway made it so easy and stress free. Peter, my estimator, was so patient with me and so helpful. My moving coordinator, Alan, kept me updated every step of the way. All the movers from the pick up destination were so sweet. The movers at the delivery destination delivered my fragile items without even a scratch. They were also able to assemble my furniture without instructions. I’ve heard horror stories about movers and was so nervous and I feel so grateful that my experience was only positive.

Absolutely unreal experience. Roadway helped make my cross country move from LA to NYC SOOOO easy I truly couldn’t believe it. In 2.5 hours they completely unloaded / reassembled everything in my new space.

On both ends!!! Both sets of movers (in LA &NY) were on time, professional, kind, careful and fantastic at their job. 11/10. if you’re wondering whether to use them take this as a sign to DO IT. you won’t regret it.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Roadway Moving. I moved from North Carolina, and they made the entire process completely seamless from start to finish. This sick company allowed my 17 year old minor son to book them to move him to Michigan to live with 2 adult men groomers. When I found out I called Alessio who told me there was nothing they could do and contact the police. They allowed my son to book this under a false alias without asking for any form of proof. When I confronted them that they are cancelling this, they told me no. They are the type of company into money that has no safety measures in place. They will happily move a minor across the country without parental consent as long as they have their $1400.

Nick, Nicholas, Manuel, Kristian, & Semir were incredibly helpful with the process. It was incredibly fast, everyone I spoke to & asked questions was extremely friendly, & overall an easy & smooth process! They took care of our items with care yet were very efficient with time & smoothness. This is my second time using Roadway & I would recommend it anyone who’s moving! Although it’s pricey, it’s overall worth it.

This was my first time getting movers, and it was an amazing experience! I have a few friends who recommended them, and they did not disappoint. I cannot recommend Roadway Moving enough. I’ve had terrible experiences with movers in the past (broken items and furniture), so I went into this move already anxious. On top of that, the morning of the move my sister injured her neck, so the day was off to a rough start.

Our movers:Johnny and his team (I never got the other names, sorry!!) were super patient, kind, and understanding right from the beginning. They worked efficiently, packed everything with care, and moved quickly. Honestly, given the circumstances, they made the day go as smoothly as it possibly could.

They turned what could’ve been a nightmare into a genuinely good experience. If you’re dreading moving day or have trust issues with moving companies like I do, this is the team you want. I had a great experience! I was shopping around for different movers and they were the most affordable for the service that I received and on such short notice!

They delivered everything to my new apartment in record time! I was amazed at the speed and care that they displayed when moving my things.

Not to mention that every one that I had contact with from the operators who booked everything to the movers, EVERYONE was polite and patient. I have been telling people to book them if needed because it was a wonderful stress free experience. I will DEFINITELY be booking them again when I move out of state (I moved to a different borough). They were amazing!

Roadway handled my move from LA to NYC and I was really impressed with how quickly their team members worked and the level of communication throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers, especially cross country!

We had Enko as our moving lead during our move on January 14th. I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless and stress free day.

1. He was prompt and clear with communication about arrival times and any traffic delays.
2. He inspected both apartments and was very diligent in his process.
3. He took amazing care of all my belongings. He went above and beyond to assure me.
4. He was quick but didn’t cut any corners on packing.

Overall, what seems like a stressful day turned into an amazing experience. We have to move again in a few months and we will be using Roadway, specifically asking for Enko to be our mover again.

Waimer worked tirelessly and always with a smile! Had a highly technical and complex move, the team understood and worked well as a team with minimal disturbance to me, they just wanted to help and it showed! Thanks to this wonderful team, can’t recommend them enough!

The movers were fast and efficient and very accommodating of our last minute requests. The only issue was clean up, or lack therefore. We spent almost an hour sweeping and disposing of materials they left behind. Otherwise, we were pleased with the move.

I can’t recommend this company enough. This was the most seamless, careful, easy move I’ve ever had. Luka and his team were lovely, hardworking, and extremely fast. Excellent service! We had a last minute move and Roadway was so prompt during every step of our moving journey. Especially, I want to shoutout to Diego and the team who went above and beyond to make sure our move was seamless day-of. I cannot recommend them enough!

Honestly I was very stressed about moving to a new place in such short notice especially with two young kids and having to work full time. But when I found Roadway Movers, they made stress level go down. They helped me make an inventory of all the things we needed to move over and answered any questions I had in regard to the move. I told them I would pack everything but they also offer those services.

On the day of the move, Roadway movers came and just took charge. I literally just sat back and watched them do all the hard work. They dissembled all the big furniture and protected it so it wouldn’t get damaged. Then they assembled everything back when we got to the new place.

Because Roadway Movers were so nice and did the job quickly, it made unpacking so much easier. I was able to unpack the kids room the same day!

I had such an amazing experience using Roadway for our cross-country move. We honestly received our items much quicker than anticipated—they gave us a two-week window, but everything arrived in less than a week. Our foreman, Steve from the New York branch, was incredibly welcoming and made sure all of my questions were answered. He and his partner were so kind and worked efficiently the entire time. The workers truly are the face of the company when they show up at your home. From customer service, to our items being lost or arriving without any damages is a win!

Roadway moving surpassed all my expectations! This was my tenth (yes, tenth) time moving in New York City, and it was by far the most seamless. The moving crew was kind and respectful and they packed everything so carefully. Not to mention they were QUICK. In the past, moving has been one of the most exhausting experiences—but with Roadway it was kind of enjoyable? Highly recommend!

I did not use roadway but got a quote which was so outrageous we had to go with another company. I understand overshooting but to quadruple the price of every other company is just ridiculous. Get second and third quotes people they are extremely unaffordable.

The move went smoothly. Mario and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable. They expertly wrapped our delicate 65” TV and executed the entire move carefully and efficiently. 10/10 service start to finish and would 100% recommend.

What stood out to me most about Roadway was the incredible crews who meticulously packed and unpacked our items with the utmost care and respect. This was the first time I really splurged on professional movers, and after a cross-country move from NY to CA, I was genuinely impressed with the company overall.

Moving days on both ends were completely seamless. The crew disassembled and reassembled all of our furniture and handled everything in stride.

My only disappointment was with the “moving assistant,” who we were told would provide frequent updates on our truck (she didn’t), and the fact that the company’s storage option requires a one-month minimum. We only needed storage for five days but had to pay for the full month, whereas other companies offer a free month or prorated storage. Also, when getting your quote, be as specific and realistic as possible about how many items and boxes you’ll have—your final price can increase pretty drastically if the inventory grows. We learned that the hard way.

That said, if you’re doing a local move, using Roadway is a no-brainer. I would still recommend them for a long-distance move as well (and will honestly probably use them again when we move back to NY), just be prepared to pay a premium.

Had a 10/10 experience with Roadway. My first time ever hiring a full-service package and I can never go back. A team of three people packed up our 2BR apartment jampacked with stuff as if it was nothing and took such great care of the furniture. They went above and beyond by taking our tv off the wall and unscrewing all the little shelves I’d added. Definitely recommend them!

It has been 3 years since this review and I’ve just completed yet another move with Roadway. The crew never ceases to amaze me with their hard working attitudes along with being incredibly kind and carrying such a respectful demeanor.

I cannot say enough great things about Roadway Moving. I’ll be the first to admit that moving is a nightmare. The decluttering, packing, moving heavy items, hauling it to the new space, figuring out which box belongs in what room… it’s just not fun. Roadway Moving actually made the move exciting. Marcos and his team were incredible from beginning to end. They showed up charismatic and ready to get to work. They packed everything with the ultimate care, laid out a runway mat to avoid damaging floors while rolling boxing and heavy furniture out, and just all around SO kind and so patient. You can tell they really care about making the customer happy and leaving them stress free. Everything was organized and they were so meticulous and even did a video walk thru at the end to show they packs everything since my boyfriend and I couldn’t be there in person. They genuinely went above and beyond. I can’t imagine ever working with any other moving company again. Roadway Moving is the BEST OF THE BEST.

Luka and his crew were incredible fast and moved all of my items so swiftly and effortless!! Within the hour, they put everything in the truck. The apartment I was moving into was a four floor walk up and they quickly moved everything in and made sure my furniture was in the spot I wanted. Highly recommend and I would definitely have them help me move in the future!!

I moved to our dream home in the middle of the holidays and truly thought I could do it all. Hosting, attending events, packing up an entire apartment, and prepping for a trip to the Philippines all within three weeks. I was fully delusional. It finally hit a point where I was completely overwhelmed, and hiring Roadway Moving ended up being the best decision I made during that season.

I called them, and literally the next day their movers were at our place. From the start, the experience felt seamless and professional. I had them pack our entire home, and I didn’t have to lift a single finger or even be there the whole time. They handled everything with so much care and intention. Every item, every box, everything mattered.

Two movers handled our entire move from apartment to house, and I was honestly blown away by how thoughtful and efficient they were. Even our clothes stayed perfectly hung. I didn’t have to rehang a single thing. I just placed them straight into our new closets. Boxes arrived organized, intact, and exactly where they needed to be.

It was hands down the smoothest move I’ve ever experienced and a major lesson learned for me. Sometimes the best thing you can do is not do it yourself. Roadway took something incredibly stressful and turned it into a total treat. I would trust them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who wants a truly seamless, worry-free move.

They delivered on the promise. I was extremely nervous about the whole moving process given horror stores that people have in general. They promised the best moving experience and delivered! They came on time to my place in DC, crew was great, came on time and everything was done in time.

Across the country later, the crew was on time, the unloading was great and there was no damage to anything and nothing was missing!

Would highly recommend. They might be pricey but completely worth it. You don’t want to cheap out on something like this, esp if it’s a non trivial move. Would use them again!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Rodeway. They moved our 3 bedroom home with a den into a storage unit in just 6 hours and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish.

The team was on time professional clean and incredibly strategic. They wrapped everything with care built custom boxes for our TVs and handled our belongings like they were their own. Not once did we feel rushed or stressed and they made sure we did not lift a finger.

What impressed me most was their logistics and efficiency. Watching them work was honestly impressive. They knew exactly how to organize load and protect everything in a way that maximized space and safety. I am still not over the level of talent and precision these guys have.

I used Roadway last week and they were phenomenal!!!! So professional, efficient and kind. They took great care of all my stuff and moved me from one location to the next in under 2 hours! I would highly recommend Roadway for your next move!

The crew at roadway was extremely helpful and got my move done efficiently and with care. I really appreciate the work they did, Osvaldo and his crew did a fantastic job and made my move a lot less stressful. I would recommend roadway they were reasonable with pricing and beat the main competitions price, I would deff recommend them to others and will use them again in the future if needed.

I made a cross country move from LA to NYC using Roadway Moving and it was easily the best decision I could have made as a single person moving on her own! They were extremely professional, and handled all oof my things with care. No damages of lost items, and it arrived a little over a week after my move out. I can't thank them enough for their incredible service and I WILL be using Roadway again for any future moves!

I had a great experience with Roadway and will definitely hire them again! I moved out of downtown and even with the awkward streets they were so efficient. They were super sweet and patient with my cat. I also had a lot of dishes and kitchen supplies and was overwhelmed trying to pack everything carefully but they took care of that and also brought plenty of wardrobe boxes so my closet was ready to go right away. Unpacking was also quick, they disassembled and reassembled my bed and put my desk back together so I could get right back into work in the next couple days. They wrapped all my electronics, cat stuff and furniture and we were done in half a day. Amazing job, thank you again!

Roadway Moving is AMAZING!! I can't even begin to describe how much of a stress free cross country move this was. I have alot of very delicate decorations and tech that I was very concerned about when packing. Roadway got rid of any concern I had. They packed things in a careful organized manner and QR coded every box and kept every room as together as possible. My biggest issue with movers was the lack of organization and shoving things in boxes but with roadway I was so happy to feel like they cared about my stuff as much as I did to properly and carefully package everything. Being a control freak (from bad moving experiences) they were very kind and receptive to any direction I had. They were doing such a wonderful job I felt comfortable enough to go run some errands while they did their magic! Thank You Roadway Moving!!!

Roadway did a great job with my second cross country move! The teams on both sides were quick and efficient. I was wrapping Christmas gifts while the team moved me out, they handled everything. Team Hugo Reyes & Juan Carlos were amazing. I’ve moved several times within the same city and most all have been ok to good experiences. I’m moving basically a studio size to California from Miami and these guys pack and treat everything as if it were fragile. 😍They’re amazing! Roadway is NOT a broker, they’re the actual movers. So from all the reviews and BBB info, and my actual firsthand pick up experience, I’m so happy I chose them.
