They responded to my booking request quickly, provided all the information I needed to book my move & we’re extremely flexible with my move date! They arrived a little earlier than expected which was appreciated because I was so excited to get started. The movers were extremely professional, polite and handled of all our items with care! They moved quickly but efficiently, and I was so impressed by all of their strategies when it comes to packing certain items like large furniture and TVs. I will be recommending RoadWay to anyone I know that is moving, it’s worth every penny!

this is my second time using Roadway, the previous time was cross country from Texas to california and my experience was so great I had to use them again, this time locally. the crew was right on time and carefully wrapped my furniture and belongings, they even helped back some of my clothing in the wardrobe boxes. they were so diligent and careful with pick and delivery, laying down the blue carpet to protect flooring. I color coded tape on each box based on rooms, I told them once and they were able to put everything where it belongs, even sweet enough to place our furniture in the exact place I wanted instead of jut dumping in a corner of a room. they even took any trash with them. They really are the best experience!

Johnny was beyond exceptional! He was in constant communication with, and on time and completed the job in record timing. He unpacked and assembled everything we needed and made sure we were happy. We couldn’t be any happier with him and his team! Highly recommend!

Move was trouble free and very professional. The crews on both ends of the move were great- packed the furniture and everything very well. Every box or item got an individual bar code to track it on and off the trucks. Nothing damaged or missing after the move. The cost ended up being more than the original estimate, but that’s my fault for having way more boxes of stuff packed than I thought I would. Hopefully there aren’t any more interstate moves in my future, but I would use roadway again without hesitation.

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. I actually booked Roadway before I even locked in my new apartment so I could get a quote and plan ahead and I’m so glad I did. The team showed up right on time, super friendly, calm, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.

I packed most of my things ahead of time, but they came fully prepared to handle everything else from artwork and clothes to lamps and the random things you forget about until moving day. They also use a barcode tracking system, so every single item gets scanned before loading and unloading. Honestly, you could walk away and let them handle it all. They just get it.

I moved out of my storage unit with Roadway Moving over the holidays. It was filled to the brim with furniture, shoes, and lot of clothes but it was no problem for the movers. They were on time (actually early!), so kind, fast, flexible, and professional -- and went above and beyond, even unwrapping my furniture when we got back to my condo which wasn't even a part of the agreement, they over-delivered. Moving during the holidays (and homeownership in general) can be intense to say the least but they made it a stress-free experience for me. I've worked with a lot of movers and was so impressed by them, would recommend them for moves big and small.

This was truly the best moving experience I’ve ever had! Tomas and his team were so quick yet so careful with our things, the whole process only took a few hours and all of our pieces were delivered in the exact condition that they were packed. It’s rare to find movers that care this much!! Will never use another moving company.

I booked a moving-only service but since it was a last-minute move, I still had a few things that I needed to pack up. I had told the movers not to worry about it since that was not the service that I paid for. However, the movers insisted that they could pack it up for me and they did! This was such a life-saver right before the holidays and for me, this was just above and beyond. My entire house, including all of the things that I planned to manually move myself in the coming days were all packed up and moved in less than seven hours.
On top of that, at the new house, the movers realized that my couch wasn't going to fit in through the front door. Instead of just giving up, they maneuvered it--a six-hundred pound sofa--very carefully through the backyard, through the laundry room and kitchen to get it into my living room. Again, another example of going above and beyond.
The movers were so, so kind and generous with their efforts. Throughout the day, we exchanged bits of conversation and they were genuinely so warm. Prior to this move, I had never used a moving service and don't know what I was thinking now that l've experienced the ease with Roadway. It was my first and certainly not my last time moving with them. I can't recommend them enough. Worth every penny for the peace of mind and stress-free experience that I had.

Had a really great experience with Roadway Moving! Jony and his crew packed and moved my apartment interborough within a few hours even with the rainy/sleet-y weather. The whole team communicated consistently and really well throughout the move asking where I wanted things placed, checking what needed to be packed, explaining what they were checking in the walk-throughs and what the paperwork I signed meant. They were professional, efficient and overall super pleasant. My things and the physical spaces were handled carefully and damage-free. They took a really daunting event and made it easy and stressless! Very grateful and happy for my experience with Jony and his crew!!

Horrible experience. They moved the date of my move multiple times with VERY little warning and emailed me on Thanksgiving to tell me that they had to change the date of my move. Their team was unpleasant to work with and their PR team tried to take advantage of me by demanding a surplus of social media deliverables for my extremely small-sized move. I would avoid this company but this is also a warning to creators as well!!!

Outstanding experience starting from the pickup in CA, where I had a huge storage locker full of everything. Anything not securely boxed already was wrapped and/or boxed in an incredibly professional and careful way. The movers took their time and categorized and barcoded everything. The trip took the estimated time cross country and was delivered on the scheduled day. The delivery was handled efficiently, professionally and with the utmost care. Padding and other protective equipment was spread throughout the house and no scratches occurred. The movers did an amazing job unloading, unwrapping and situating everything exactly where I requested. Throughout the entire process, from CA to Philadelphia, PA, absolutely nothing was injured or broken; including all furniture, a large screen tv, bookcases, more than 8 boxes filled with glass framed photographs, art, an upright piano, or anything else; all was in excellent condition. I’ve moved 7 times in the past 15 years and I’ve never had such an exceptional experience. I compared estimates from 6 companies, and and although some of them had lower initial estimates, they all underestimated the size and weight of what I had, except for Roadway, who ended up give me by far the fairest price coast to coast. I highly recommend Roadway for any move, without hesitation. Thank you.

My entire life was packed out of a storage unit in L.A. and delivered to Rochester on time and with real care. The crew was efficient, respectful, and treated everything like it mattered. Dzenis, Advan, and Camillo were the movers I was lucky to get. They arrived on time, answered questions, and made sure everything was accounted for—what was moving and what wasn’t. We just had our items arrive from a cross country move (Florida to CA).

It was just a few items that were left from my aunt who passed away that I wanted. 2 antique rocking chairs, vintage china, and some other misc items

Their price was very fair and their service and communication is very organized and top notch. They are the only company I found that seemed honest and weren’t brokers. And also the only company I found that advertised that they handle a small amount of stuff. They even had a section of their website for shipping a few items.

They packed everything and I was worried about the China and the antique rocking chairs but the packing was amazing, each piece of china was wrapped with multiple sheets of paper. Every inch of the chairs was wrapped with plastic and blankets and they even had thick cardboard for all the edges of the chairs.

They definitely are a 5 star company all around from every step of the process. They gave updates along the way and I like that I could call or text someone for each step to communicate. The morning they picked up the items and packed I had the cell number of that person and could text them which was great as I wasn’t at the pick up location.

I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone I know that needs movers whether local or across states.

When I tell you they took this stressed out, anxious and overwhelmed moved and made the process so calm and easy - I can’t even begin to say how deeply grateful I am for the roadway movers. They laughed, packed my entire MESS of an apartment and even played with my chaotic dog. My place was packed and unloaded to my new place in a matter of hours - they even loaded up my closet with all my clothes! This is the only company I’ll ever move with. They are THE BEST!

Great experience with roadway team. They moved my 3 bedroom with about 150 boxes locally. Kyle was very accessible with any questions I had. All paperwork properly filled and turned around. Rate was exactly as quoted...even checked to make sure before they came if anything changed. Jurgen was constantly in contact ready to schedule the move and dispatch a team at the very last minute as my 2 buildings had move windows to coordinate last minute. And Carlos and his crew were careful and swift. I will use them again when I need to do another move in 6 months.

I had the pleasure of working with roadway movers for my most recent move. They were not only efficient and careful, but they were also extremely kind. They showed up exactly on time and were able to move everything to the new space within 3 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that the space was free from any damages. I expressed my concerns with specific furniture pieces and items and they took the time to listen and make sure everything was delivered during the move carefully. I really appreciated all the care that went to my furniture and all my plants. I was a little concerned about having 5 flights of stairs at my new apartment, but the team was able to bring up everything with no issues. Extremely hard working crew and really thankful for them.

The whole process is organized and clear communication at every stop - I needed multiple proposals as my move needs changed a few times - Ruslan just updated the proposal and emailed it right way - no fuss . Price was very reasonable - and their whole system is automated .
The actual movers were fantastic - led by Jose they were polite efficient and went the extra mile to transport and reassemble a tricky and heavy glass table.

Moving is always something I dread, especially living in New York City. Roadway has changed that for me completely. I had 2 of the nicest, sweetest guys help me move and I have never seen people work so efficiently while doing an amazing job and taking care of all of my belongings. They packed all my boxes for me and unpacked my hanging clothes at my new place so I barely had to do anything. They carefully taped screws that were needed for my TV's and Mirror so they could easily be re-mounted at my new spot. I absolutely love Roadway and won't be using another moving company again!
