The experience was so seamless and incredible. A huge team of people came by my apartment, and my gf's apartment, and within a few hours both of our apartments were packed up and after the day everything was in our new place safe and sound. I truly can't imagine moving any other way!!!

I had the pleasure of working with roadway movers for my most recent move. They were not only efficient and careful, but they were also extremely kind. They showed up exactly on time and were able to move everything to the new space within 3 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that the space was free from any damages. I expressed my concerns with specific furniture pieces and items and they took the time to listen and make sure everything was delivered during the move carefully. I really appreciated all the care that went to my furniture and all my plants. I was a little concerned about having 5 flights of stairs at my new apartment, but the team was able to bring up everything with no issues. Extremely hard working crew and really thankful for them.

The whole process is organized and clear communication at every stop - I needed multiple proposals as my move needs changed a few times - Ruslan just updated the proposal and emailed it right way - no fuss . Price was very reasonable - and their whole system is automated .
The actual movers were fantastic - led by Jose they were polite efficient and went the extra mile to transport and reassemble a tricky and heavy glass table.
Highly recommend Roadway - this was by far the best NYC move I’ve had .

Moving is always something I dread, especially living in New York City. Roadway has changed that for me completely. I had 2 of the nicest, sweetest guys help me move and I have never seen people work so efficiently while doing an amazing job and taking care of all of my belongings. They packed all my boxes for me and unpacked my hanging clothes at my new place so I barely had to do anything. They carefully taped screws that were needed for my TV's and Mirror so they could easily be re-mounted at my new spot. I absolutely love Roadway and won't be using another moving company again!

This was THE MOST stress-free move I have ever done. I usually try to do everything myself as I try to save money but also don't always trust 3rd parties to handle everything I own with care. I have some very expensive and fragile items. Roadway moving made it so I didn't have to lift a finger. They inventoried my things via video call and when moving day came, everything was done for me. They wrapped, packed, and shipped EVERYTHING without me having to do anything. They also disassembled and reassembled all my large furniture. Definitely give them a try if you hate the stresses of moving as much as I do

I am unbelievably impressed! Moving is always stressful, but they handled literally everything. They wrapped it, protected it, moved it to the right rooms, and even rearranged if I needed it. They protected my floors, which I was most worried about, and kept everything safe. I would definitely use them again!!

Roadway moved me from my storage unit, to my apartment, then back to my storage unit. The commute was 30 minutes each way, and they completed the entire move in 3 HOURS!! I was shocked with how efficient and thorough the Roadway team was throughout the entire process. I own a very modern and light aesthetic interior, and nothing was scuffed or tampered with in the process. My apartment is a bit of a trek to get to, and the team did not complain once. They had great spirits and were on a mission! I recommend 100% !!

When I tell you - Roadway changed the way I will move for the rest of my life. I chose a packing service for the first ever and let me tell you - they were THOROUGH (cue me laughing to finding an old contact lens left on my night stand packed). They were nothing but smiles and determination during an LA Rain move. My rate did end up going up in the end due to needing more boxes and some delicate items, but honestly it was worth it. Everything arrived same day, boxes brought in, and furniture rebuilt within 2 hours. Awesome.

I recently used Roadway Moving for my move in Great Neck, NY, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, organized, and incredibly respectful of my home and belongings.

The roadway team was highly communicative from start to finish. The moving team arrived on time, covered all the furniture, disassembled and reassembled all the furniture, and handled all the items with care. My old apartment was moved and set up in my new apartment within a few hours, and there was zero damage done to my items and/or the properties. The entire process was very smooth from start to finish, and I could not imagine doing this move without them.

I absolutely had to write this review because my movers were incredible. Eugenio was the one in charge and his team: Landy’s, Alejandro, and Oneil were truly the dream team. They were so professional, so respectful, and treated every single one of my things as if they were their own. The attention to detail was unreal; they even wrapped my shoes individually so they wouldn’t get scratched. On top of being amazing at their job, they were genuinely such nice people with the best vibes, and they made a normally stressful process feel safe, organized, and surprisingly easy. I'm sure we can all agree that moving is typically never a fun experience but if you are going to move, Roadway is the only way to go. I have used several moving companies in the past but Roadway made our move as simple and stress free as possible. The movers were very professional and efficient and provided everything from wardrobe boxes, to packing services, to the cleanest move I have ever experienced with zero damage to our belongings and property. Between New York, New Jersey, Miami and Pennsylvania I have moved countless times, all more painful than the last. This time, moving with a baby and a puppy seemed like the greatest challenge of them all. If all moving experiences were like mine today with Eugenio and his team, people would be MUCH more inclined to try out new places to live. I can’t express my gratitude loudly enough. I was so impressed with how diligently, and with expertise, Eugenio led this move. I truly feel confident, for the first time, that all of my boxes will be opened to find items in perfect condition. While it was an expensive option, you can’t always put a price on peace of mind. They were thoughtful, patient, extremely thorough and kind. Will be telling all my friends. 10/10 recommend.

Wow I am blown away by Roadway! This was my second time using them, they moved me into my LA apartment three years ago, and they were the first people I called when it was time to move again. Not only were the movers incredibly kind and helpful, they were very thorough in protecting items that were important to me and making sure they were transported safely to my new place. The move was incredibly efficient — I was shocked when we finished everything in 3 hours (I was only moving down the street but wow)! Everyone at Roadway is incredibly professional — the pre-and post move out process was a breeze, and their team consistently followed up to make sure that all my questions were answered and everything went well. Hands down I will use them for every move!!!

We had a small issue in the beginning and we had to reschedule last second and Jurgen our move coordinator, was able to assist with that and was really helpful. He stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was OK and checked with us after the move was done.

We were surprised with the Vidoje and crew as well. They were extremely professional and efficient. Took care of all of our items.

The service began with a full day of packing, where the team handled every single item in our home with absolute care and precaution. On moving day, the team, led by the incredible Vlad, arrived early. Vlad was an exceptional lead: he addressed all our concerns immediately, took action on every request, and kept us well-informed throughout the day. It was an incredible feat to watch them expertly plan and fit all our belongings perfectly into the truck.

The crew was clean, courteous, and meticulously protected the floors and buildings in both our previous and current homes. They demonstrated precision in placing items exactly where we wanted them, and the excellent unboxing and unpacking service meant we had virtually no packing material trash to deal with ourselves. I truly cannot speak highly enough of them. We are incredibly grateful that they transformed what could have been a stressful experience into one of total ease.

Packing and moving is literally my biggest nightmare. I’m slow, I get anxious, and as someone who’s single and living in a different country than my family, I’ve done most of my moves completely on my own. It’s always been extremely taxing… until Roadway.

Recently moved, and Roadway Moving made the entire process so easy and smooth. From start to finish, they took care of everything, wrapping, packing, and protecting all my belongings. Even though I was only moving about 20 minutes away, I had a lot of stuff (including some heavy items), and they handled it all effortlessly.

This was one of the best experiences of my life! The team was so clear about the moving plan and gave me a window of 9–10 a.m.—they arrived right at 9:15, which I appreciated since other companies I’ve used gave such large windows that made planning impossible. They got to work immediately and handled everything efficiently. None of my items were damaged, and once we arrived at my new place, they placed everything exactly where I asked.

I just did my move with Roadway today. My husband and I tried our best packing ourselves, but when Johnny and his team came today it was like the calvary. These guys were fantastic and on top of their game. They were friendly and fast. I can’t say enough great things. When my family and I first moved to our former home, we hired a neighborhood moving firm. Our furniture was damaged including a broken leg on my 2 year old couch. These took great care of our things including pointing out things that I didn’t realize that were there. I definitely would recommend them to family and friends.

I’ve used Roadway for my last two moves so at this point it’s a no brainer. They moved my whole two bedroom apartment in the blink of an eye and were able to assist with any extra scheduled services I needed. The main reason I continue to use a roadway is because the men they employ are genuinely so nice and make the whole experience something that doesn’t need to be questioned— they just get it done. Not one missing or damaged item. 10/10!

I’ve hired movers before and have had nothing but bad experiences. However, Roadway Moving made my latest move a pleasure. They showed up early, went to work right away, and braved 4 flights of narrow stairs to bring my stuff out. They got to the new place (in another boro) quickly, including squeezing in a lunch break. They had to park down the block, but they were still quick and efficient dropping everything off. Everything is photographed before and after. And the final contract is delivered instantly. A great experience. I would definitely hire them again. And you should too.

I’ve moved so many times in my life and I’ve never had movers this fast or this professional. The Roadway team got to the house at 10, picked up all my clothing boxes, then went to another location to grab my furniture, and from there to my new place where they moved in three bedrooms worth of furniture — all in just 2.5 hours.

They didn’t damage a single thing, built my bed for me, and even helped reconfigure my couch twice until it felt perfect. My fiancé was working, so I had to handle the entire move by myself, and it was genuinely zero stress. The team was so kind, quick, and professional that I never felt overwhelmed once.

We had a lot of fragile items and they handled everything with care. Everything wa properly wrapped, assembled, not a single wall scratched or stained. Definitely would use them again!

I don’t typically leave reviews but I have to recommend Osvaldo and his crew. They were so quick and efficient, paid attention to detail, being sure to wrap everything with care, and followed the exact inventory list, which made things super clear upfront (no surprise fees or surcharges). I had such a great experience with Roadway Moving! This was kind of an odd move — local, but half my stuff had been sitting packed in my parents’ garage for two years, and the rest was just my bedroom. Usually, I do all the packing myself, but with this move, I decided to let Roadway take care of it — and I’m so glad I did.

Moving in NYC normally feels like the hardest task, but Roadway (and my movers Steve & Jonathan) truly made this the easiest move I’ve ever had by FAR. I've seen Roadway Moving trucks around town recently and decided to get a quote from them during our most recent move -- and I was sooo impressed! Their process was so streamlined. Within a week of receiving a quote, they had me set up and ready to move. Their team had all of our furniture packed and moved into the new place in a few hours and they even offer piano moving services, which was amazing because I thought I would have to outsource that. Loved my move with Roadway. They gave me an accurate quote (unlike my previous movers who gave me one quote and then charged me thousands over it for random additional fees)
Their team was checking in with me throughout the whole process to make sure everything was going smoothly. The original inventory I gave them consisted only of my big furniture items since I was planning to move the smaller things myself, but the movers were happy to take those smaller things for me as well without additional cost. A great crew from the inside out. From the moment I spoke to the surveyor, I knew I was in the right hands.

He made sure to detail everything that I had, and because I had started packing before, he still let me know that we would include some wardrobe boxes and other things just in case.

He was also generally just a cool person. Felt a lot less anxious because while we were getting the logistics together, we were able to laugh about our interest.

After they got me a quote, their turnaround time was absolutely mind-boggling. I genuinely was so afraid that I was just gonna have to start from scratch and just avoid the stress. But they made sure they were on top of everything and got back to me in such a timely manner.

In 48 hours they were able to get me a quote, and get the movers at my front door to move me.

On the day of the move all the movers were so kind.They didn’t ask for anything. I was insistent on buying them lunch, but even then they were so chill about it. They worked around my cats that were at my old apartment, we laughed about their cats.

When we made it to the secondary location, they even helped me handle some stressful last-minute problems. Working with their internal team, they all conduct themselves with so much kindness. I hope I don’t have to move for a while, but if I do will definitely reach out again.

I don’t even know where to begin with this review! I’m an extremely particular person — I have delicate, expensive pieces and a very specific way I like things done. I was also highly stressed (because let’s be honest, moving is one of life’s top stressors), and I’ll admit I can be a bit of a cynic.

These guys absolutely blew me away. Their diligence, communication, and the care with which they wrapped and handled my furniture were next level. They hustled, they were kind, and somehow made the whole experience fun.

I initially thought about using another company that was a bit cheaper for the second day of my move, but after seeing Roadway in action, that idea went right out the window. I knew I was sticking with them — no question. While the other company was a bit less expensive, I actually thought that Roadway’s price was quite reasonable, especially given the quality and care with which they handled the entire move.

Rodrigo, the foreman, was phenomenal: organized, patient, and on top of every detail. His crew — Diego, Enrique, Estuardo, and Sylvester — were incredible. Great communication, great energy, and total professionals.

I’ve moved a lot in my life, including internationally with so-called “high-end” companies, and Rodrigo’s team completely outperformed them all.

And one last thing: my belongings were going into storage, and we knew it would be a tight fit. Rodrigo organized that unit like a master Tetris player — it was seriously impressive.

Simply put, Roadway Moving is the real deal!! And whenever I move, this is the call I’m making and this is a crew I want!!!!

Roadway Moving is the BEST moving service I've ever used. After five moves living in LA, this one was by far my BIGGEST yet EASIEST, all thanks to the fantastic, kind, and hardworking crew from Roadway. They were so mindful of protecting my floors and items throughout the journey. All of my paintings and mirrors were pristine. And they wrapped my entire couch AND mattress?!?!? The best part is that they disassembled and reassembled some of my pieces, like my bed frame. I fear I will never use any other moving service again if it ain't Roadway! BRAVO!

Today was my first day of moving and it really couldn't have been better. Hugo Reyes and Orlando are two incredible people, attentive, charismatic, they make you feel super comfortable with everything, they treat you super well and do an incredible job. They pack everything very carefully and in a very orderly manner. I really recommend them 100%, if I had to move again I would hire this company.

We moved at the end of August and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly and professional, and got straight to work with such impressive organisation and speed. Every box and piece of furniture was carefully labelled and handled with real care and respect, not a single thing was damaged. We actually felt so at ease that we were able to sit back, relax, and even pop out for a coffee while they worked on wrapping and dissembling furniture. By the end of the day, everything was done so smoothly that we kept saying we wished we’d hired them to do the packing of our boxes too, it would’ve saved us so much time. We’ll definitely be choosing the full-service package next time. It ended up being a really fun and memorable day. Highly, highly recommend!

Enko and Milos are great guys. They were very kind, helpful, friendly, SMART and were very open to discussing the plan of action and they executed very well. Enko really knew what he was doing (so did Milos). We even had to move a few things around once in the storage space- and they were very accommodating. They were very efficient and a pleasure to work with. I will consider using your company for an entire apt move! This was just a storage space. I am happy to recommend Roadway!!

I hired movers from Roadway Moving to help me move my heavy furniture between apartments. They did an amazing job. The movers were extremely punctual and efficient. They disassembled and wrapped all my furniture so it all got from point A to B safely and intact. Once at the new apartment they moved and reassembled everything within an hour. They were communicative and placed everything exactly where we needed it. Overall 5/5 experience.
