The team from roadway were wonderful! Arrived right on time, and quickly packed the whole apartment. They didn't nickel and dime me, and they were super friendly through the whole experience. Everything arrived at the new place in great condition, and I would use roadway again no problem. I was a one bed, one flight up, going to another one flight up apartment about 10 minutes drive away.

WOW! First big move and first time using a moving company, and roadway was the best choice. They arrived exactly on time at 9 am, and by 2 pm everything was moved into the new house, rebuilt, and all in the correct rooms. They took great care of all my items, and were very nice. Not sure if we could have even made the move happen without them! Will definitely use again for my next move

Roadway made my move soooo stress free. I can't thank them enough. I had a 2 bedroom move and they finished in 3-4 hours. I loved that they wrapped big items like dressers, frames, glass tables etc. They were so efficient, polite, quick, and careful!

We decided to try the packing included package and wow did it save us sweat, stress and time. I have a 4 bedroom 2 floor house, they completely packed it in 4 hours. They are extremely professional, and a joy to work with as well. This company is the Rolls Royce of movers and you get what you pay for. They are extremely fair In their pricing as well, they specially considering the extraordinary level of service and care they take with your belongings.

This was by far the best moving experience I've had to date. The Roadyway movers were extremely kind, fast, efficient when picking up and moving. They accurately quoted me from the beginning so there were no surprise additional charges on moving day. I decided to do the self pack option, so that I could efficiently unpack, but they dropped off plenty of boxes and the mover's were thorough with furniture prep (I had a marble top dresser and a glass top desk) which they did a fantastic job wrapping and transporting. I had already broken down my bed and bookcases, but they wrapped all of the furniture so it wouldn't get damaged in transport. Everything got here in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend them as a moving service.

I have had the pleasure of using Roadway Movers twice this week...once for a company move, and once for an apartment move. These are the kindest, most efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and strong folks in the business as far as I am concerned, and I cannot sing their praises enough. delivery never showed until i called 3x they could not find my belongings. Finally after 2 weeks after my delivery window my items were delivered today. What a nightmare after $2400 was paid to them and no compensation. I would never use this company it’s over priced and not reliable no compensation on my end and I had to replace the items I paid to move as they never showed up. This company is terrible

I recently had to move from NYC to Las Vegas and I was very stressed that I had a lot of things to move and I wasn't sure how to do it cross country. Using Roadway was actually so helpful because they made the whole process so easy. They were in and out of my apartment within the hour packing all my things and then when they arrived in Vegas with all my things, everything arrived safely. We had 2 moves with roadway this month, one local and one long distance. Roadway made them both so easy. Our local move from Chicago to Wisconsin with Edgar and his team was a full packing as well and they crushed it. So friendly, funny, on time, and respectful of our belongings.
Our long distance move from LA to Wisconsin was also a breeze. Edwin and his partner Henry were so kind. They shared some crazy stories from their moves across the country! I mentioned we were expecting a baby and Edwin was as excited for us as our own family. When leaving he came back to the house just to let us know he’d be back in the area in a couple days and to call him if we find we need help with something.
Forgot to mention, Roadway also helped us ship a car from LA to Wisconsin! With all these moves, Roadway gave us a great price. I hope to not have to move for a long time, but if I do Roadway will be our first call.

From the start, I worked with Steven Kirschbaum, who promptly set up a video chat to assess our inventory. He provided a fair, competitive quote along with some genuinely useful, cost-effective suggestions. Steven was friendly, thorough, quick, and meticulous. Even though we went through the inventory room by room in a fairly fast walkthrough, I was impressed that he had captured every detail. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing.

Even after deciding to go with Roadway, I was still nervous about the move—especially about the furniture disassembly and reassembly, and the possibility of damage to walls, mirrors, and doorways. I’ve had negative experiences with this in past moves, which made me dig deeper this time before making a decision.

On moving day, a four-man crew led by foreman Milovan Ilic arrived 30 minutes early. They were polite, professional, and immediately got to work after the initial paperwork. Their efficiency and care truly amazed me. They disassembled and loaded everything faster than I expected, moving boxes like a well-oiled machine. Despite the heavy lifting and the heat, they worked without a single complaint, always with a calm and respectful attitude.

In my own profession, I value quiet efficiency and don’t look for praise or recognition—I saw that same spirit in them. They just got the job done, with skill and humility. At one point, my concern shifted from the furniture to the crew themselves. The new place had a tricky staircase, but they navigated it with precision and strength, leaving no damage behind. My prayers were honestly with them more than anything else—they were simply outstanding.

Whatever tip I gave them came straight from the heart, not out of obligation, which says a lot about how much I appreciated their work.

I’m actually taken aback by the positive reviews. Maybe it’s local moves vs long-distance. This is my second time moving long distance and this is the worst experience I’ve had. The most stressful part of moving is pick up and the drop off. The logistics of pick up was not smooth but the day of went fine. Now it’s been 3 weeks and I have STILL NOT received an update on when my items will get here. It’s all vague and no one seems to care. There’s a 4-18 days “window” but you would think they would have a delivery date by now. It’s impossible to plan for work because no one has answers. I tried this because it was all over social but brands always treat influencer better than their customers.

Not a single item was damaged during the move which is a first for me! They stayed to help assemble the furniture at the new apartment, and helped to break down boxes as we were unpacking. I would use them again for my next move in a heartbeat.

So beyond professional ! Started at 9am, ended at 8pm (I have a lottt of stuff) they took apart and put everything together for me at my old place and new place which is always the most stressful part of moving for me. I’ve done a long distance move and a local move now with roadway and I’m just super impressed. They’re always on time and always have a smile on their faces ! The most efficient. They wrap every single individual piece of furniture/cushions and everything was in perfect condition, even my tvs and massive mirrors and vanity mirror. 10/10 would recommend roadway to anyone who needs a hassle free move!!!

Used Roadway for a very local move in Miami last week. Discovered after unpacking that we had three parcels missing, two of which are artwork. Have called Roadway multiple times to no avail with no updates on the status of this search or claim. Extremely disappointed in this customer service, will absolutely not be using again.
UPDATE: Customer service did reach out and their solution was to provide me with a measly sum of money after this total breach in my safety and security after their crew stole from me. In total between the move and stolen items, I lost $15,000 in this move and they went "above and beyond" to refund me $1000. This company is a joke and completely fraudulent. Stay far away!!!!!!!!!!!!

I normally hate the process of moving but I recently booked Roadway for a local move & it was such an easy and amazing experience! They arrived right on time & began packing up my apartment. They packed boxes, wrapped my furniture, and even reassembled my bed and couch at my new home. There were a few personal items I wanted to move myself and they even helped carry those items to my car! The 3 men who helped me were genuinely so kind, I truly trusted them with all of my things & they delivered them safely and in tact. I felt like I got the princess treatment because I didnt have to lift a finger, only delegate where I wanted things placed in my new home. I will be using Roadway for every future move and will 100% suggest them to family and friends! 10/10

This was my third year in a row using Roadway. I was doing a local move with packing, they showed up with 5 guys who got to work extremely quickly and diligently. I even had time to go to a quick hair appointment DURING the move. They are so trustworthy and helpful, I would simply never use another moving company. Seriously!

I've used Roadway twice now- once for a local move and now again for a cross-country long distance move. There's a reason I went to them again and would do it again! They are really the best team out there!! Not only do they arrive on time and with everything needed for a smooth move-out/move-in process, but they are also the most efficient team! Both times I've been amazed with the amount of care they put into all of my things to make sure nothing gets damaged in transport.

One of the best parts is that they take apart large furniture (bed frames, tables, cabinets, etc.) to wrap and move, then they also put it all back together just as it was on the other side during move-in.

We decided to hire Roadway for a local move after having an amazing experience moving cross-country in the past. Needless to say it was the right decision.

We moved with Roadway in Florida about 40min away. They were exactly on time and the whole crew was extremely clean and efficient. They took extra care to completely wrap all furniture items 100%, even our couch, to ensure that nothing would get damaged in transport. At the destination they then unwrapped everything and took all the packing materials with them, saving us from having to navigate that after just moving in. 100% would recommend!

I just used Roadway Movers for my recent local move in San Francisco from The Marina to Cole Valley. They were AMAZING. It was door to door service, they came at 9:30am and packed everything up. And when I say everything, I mean everything: closets, kitchen, glasses, artwork, oversized items, etc. They were incredibly careful to put down mats to protect the floors. The RoadWay team took exceptional care with delicate and valuable items, you can see how well they wrapped the golf clubs. They cleaned up after as well and took all of the trash. It was door to door service. We were completely moved into our new house and unpacked by 4:30pm the same day. We didn't have to lift a finger. We both worked the entire day and just hung out. I cannot recommend enough, 100% worth the price and will be using again for our next move!
