Moving is usually so stressful, but Roadway completely changed that for me. From the very beginning, their team was professional, kind, and efficient. They arrived on time, handled my furniture and boxes with so much care, and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it.

I was honestly amazed at how easy they made the entire process . I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. They worked quickly but thoughtfully, and the communication was great from start to finish.

This was my first big move on my own, and I’m so grateful to have had a team that made it feel calm and organized instead of chaotic. I’d recommend Roadway to anyone who wants an stress-free, reliable moving experience!

Roadway movers didn't listen to my repeated instructions and packed kitchen items that needed to be treated for pests in with our other boxes, potentially resulting in contamination in our new apartment. I found the rest of their service to be professional and accommodating, but because of this grievous error, I would never recommend this company to those I know. For the price, you should hire a local company.

Roadway outdoes themselves everytime. I've moved three times in the last three years and would NEVER choose anyone except Roadway! This one meant even more because I moved from Miami to Austin and I was worried about the delivery time, items breaking etc. But they came in a shorter estimate than expected and everything was perfect! There service is amazing, and I never have to worry about anything with them. I always recommend to friends and family!

Our huge job (which became even more complicated as the day went on) was handled with care, professionalism, and determination. I cannot recommend Roadway Moving enough! I had the full service packing and moving service and it was awesome. The workers were kind and quick working. They handled all of my belongings with so much care and wrapped everything to ensure nothing was broken. They also labeled boxes and put the boxes in the designated rooms upon delivery! Easily the best moving experience we've ever had. Our three Roadway guys were the absolute A team — they were so sweet and insanely efficient, they made what we'd assumed would be a stressful day really easy and relaxed. Nothing was a big deal, not our heavy vintage credenza or oversized art or our huge, awkward plants. Everything arrived at our new perfectly, and we got through the move so much quicker than expected. Communications from Roadway leading up to the day were also great, super professional and just a really smooth operation! We can't recommend highly enough.

I recently used Roadway Movers to assist with my 2 bedroom apartment move. I have to believe I got the Best team! Miguel, Ihary, Estaben, Pedro and Jose were phenomenal. This was my third time moving and seriously it was the most seamless and peaceful move z I’ve had in years. I literally did nothing the entire day. Roadway was so intentional and careful with my artwork and furniture. We don’t have an elevator in our new place so I was nervous but they managed to get everything up the stairs with ease. We had an exceptional move today with Roadway! This was our second time using Roadway for our move and I can’t imagine ever moving without them. The team was on time came with a great attitude even on a rainy day. I love the wardrobe boxes, they made unpacking so easy. Roadway is adaptable and very professional!
I had a client that needed to move across NYC, and with a couple last minute changes day of, Roadway was able to quickly adapt, and understanding to any requests. The customer service I received from Roadway was leaps and bounds above any other service I got quoted from - the only company (out of 4) to come to survey the home before giving a quote, and a fair quote nonetheless.

Stephen Bailey and Miles Latinovic were the calm and communicative coordinators we needed. The moving team of 4 was quick and efficient - handled everything with so much care, it was like it was their own personal items.

I had Roadway, Piece of Cake and Capital Movers all give me an in person quote. I tried to get a quote from Oz but no one ever responded to my inquiry. I needed up choosing Roadway because they were cheaper and they seemed more buttoned up. We were moving from a 2bed 2 bath apartment and the professionalism from the beginning was stellar. They were punctual and an onsite Supervisor even arrived about 40min after they arrived. They worked so quickly and efficiently. I was mesmerized how they disassembled, wrapped and moved 68 creates so swiftly. Ryan and his team paid attention to every detail. Nothing was scratched, dented, scuffed at either location. My furniture was as if it was delivered new. They cared. It was so refreshing and fun to move. I wouldn’t even consider ever using another moving company other than Roadway. They are by far the best NY city movers. I’m still in shock at how smooth the move went.

I called up Roadway Moving about a week before having to move. With the complete packing moving services, I had so much in my drawers, fridge, closet, etc and the movers handled everything with care. The movers were also super friendly. 10/10 will book again.

I can’t believe how easy Roadway made our move. I was so stressed leading up to it...I kept thinking about how much stuff we’d accumulated over the last four years (plus all the delicate wedding gifts and my work setup) and I just assumed moving day would be a nightmare.

BUT the movers showed up (right on time too) and seriously handled everything. They packed so fast but were also super careful with all our fragile things, and somehow made heavy furniture look like it weighed nothing. They were also just really nice, upbeat people, which made such a difference. Instead of feeling overwhelming, it actually felt exciting watching our things get carried into the apartment building I’ve wanted to live in for years.

I’ve used Roadway moving 3 years in a row—2 local moves and 1 long-distance—and they’ve always been reliable and professional. While they may be a more premium cost, it includes white glove service and they do a very thorough inventory estimate so there are no surprises. I have worked with Anne, the sales rep, on each move and she is wonderful. She even FaceTimed to help put together the inventory list so nothing was missed.

For our most recent move, we were supposed to have 3–4 movers, but only Isma (the foreman) and Bilo showed up. Honestly, we didn’t even realize anyone was missing until later—that’s how efficient and hard-working they were. They handled everything with care, especially the kitchen, which they packed and labeled perfectly.

Moved from Santa Monica to Hollywood with Roadway and had a super easy experience. We had a virtual estimate to put together an inventory checklist and estimate how many boxes I might need, then they day of the move I got a text where I could track my movers as they were on their way. Everything was Roadway from the truck, movers, to boxes. My movers were super efficient securely packing everything I had and labeled boxes as they went (“coffee machine” “cleaning supplies” “living room linens” etc) so unpacking was as straightforward as possible. I can’t say how good of a deal they were since this was my first time working with movers, but if you’re in a position where you’d rather save yourself the stress and pain of taking furniture apart, reassembling, and packing all your miscellaneous items, definitely consider Roadway and their packing service.

As always, Roadway made the entire moving process absolutely seamless. From the moment they arrived to carefully pack up my home, it was clear I was in expert hands. Every item was treated with care and precision, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate changes to our moving plans, something I truly appreciated during such a hectic time.

The best movers in NYC by far! I have moved over 5 times in NYC and this was the first time I actually had a no stress experience. They packed all my things with care, disassembled and reassembled my restoration hardware couch, and took apart all the beds and put them back together. It was a relief to be mostly settled from day 1 of moving.

Roadway has made moving in nyc such a breeeeze!! I was so thankful to have my move coordinator check in and do an inventory check in with, they provided all my boxes and even came to pack my wardrobe. The movers are amazing, but unfortunately can't say the same about corporate. Zero price transparency and unresponsive customer support. The "no hidden fees" is false advertising; I was charged $500 more for storage this month without any notification or explanation. Consider taking your business elsewhere if you're looking for a trustworthy company that prioritizes your best interests.

I've only used movers 2 times in my life and I would say if I had to move again I am definitely using Roadway.
