I had a great experience moving from Fort Worth to Waco, TX. They showed up promptly and quickly packed all my belongings into the truck. They took care with all my items and nothing got broken or dropped. They were super professional and organized and efficient. Absolutely no complaints with the team!

You get your money's worth with Roadway Moving. They were super efficient from the moment they give you a quote based on your inventory, all the way to booking the appointment, making the payment, providing all the necessary COIs, checking for any last minute changes, up to moving day where they arrived early and worked speedily but very carefully. I was beyond impressed! And the moving staff were highly professional and courteous. Everyone on the Roadway Moving team kept you updated on their arrival and communicated with you (via email, text, and phone call) regarding the location while in transit. They never missed a beat or lost any item. And any contracts to be signed were easily done online as well as on an electronic device that the foreman had on the ready. They were fully equipped with floor coverings, blankets, lots of tape, shipping boxes, wardrobe boxes, plastic wrap, you name it. All of my stuff was handled with care and held right side up. Everything I unpacked was intact. And the disassembly/reassembly of my bed was done impeccably. Thank you Roadway Moving Inc for a stress free and smooth move on a very cold day! You are so amazing! After trial and error with different moving companies over the years, i was hesitant to work with another company. I’ve been misquoted, overcharged in the past but with roadway everything was clear from the beginning. On moving day, everything went so smooth and they were morneeffcne rand fader than the time slotted which made my move overall WAY easier. 5 stars across the board!

I’ve moved over six times, and this was hands down my best experience. The team was extremely careful, they wrapped and protected every single item and fully covered the floors in our home.

We were especially nervous because we had just had the walls painted and the floors polished, but they exceeded every expectation. Everything was handled flawlessly from start to finish.

2nd time using Roadway. Gave us a discount as a recurring customer. They took care of my cheap Amazon furnitures like they’re Restoration Hardware pieces. They took their time wrapping each furniture and then unwrapping them after the move. Always so professional and careful. 10/10

First things first, let me set the tone for you. I had to move during the Texas storm last week, and when I say Roadway took care of me the entire way, I’m not lying. This was my first apartment move, and they made it so easy and fast.

They were on time, super helpful, and always checked if I needed anything extra. The roads were icy, it was extremely cold, and the highways were basically unpaved, but they handled everything like without a struggle. The move only took two hours despite the conditions of outside and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with a move like this. As a New Yorker, I know only a true New Yorker can get it done during a day like that. Thank you guys so much!

I've lived in NYC for 11 years and have moved 8 times - I have never had a better moving experience than with roadway movers. Their whole team (office to ground) is so organized, attentive, and anticipates needs before you even realize. They offer a bunch of white glove services, inclusive of packing, disposing/donating unwanted items, carpentry, etc. Could not recommend them enough!

Andres and his crew were truly incredible. They were timely, professional, fast, and so friendly. They handled all of my items with the utmost care, individually wrapping everything. They unwrapped and helped me arrange it all exactly how I wanted in my new place. It was in perfect condition. Roadway made such a stressful event completely stress-free and hands-off. And they somehow navigated the pickup on Hyde St (with the SF cable cars) perfectly. From the move coordinators checking in daily leading up to my move, to the team they sent on the day, everything went so smoothly. Andres’ crew was fantastic. I couldn’t recommend enough. I’ll be hiring them again for my next move!

Diego and his crew were unbelievable. They were early, patient and worked extremely efficiently. Even at the pace they moved, they were careful with all furniture they were moving in our old and new home. We had a ton of fragile goods and not a single broken item.

The team Roadway sent for my move did an amazing job. They were ever fast and efficient in moving everything and even made sure to help with some dismantling that needed to be done. Extra care was taken with anything fragile. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received and will be continuing to use Roadway for all my moving needs.

Luka and his team were outstanding. Courteous, kind, and extremely thoughtful throughout the entire move. They took extra care securing my belongings and even went the extra mile when I ran out of space without making a fuss.
What really impressed me was how they optimized my storage unit placing items I might need access to right up front, purely as a courtesy. They were efficient, calm, and completely non-disruptive. Honestly, the move was so smooth I almost took a nap.

Roadway Moving made our move such a flawless and honestly relaxing experience. They wrapped everything up super nicely, made sure none of our furniture got damaged, were incredibly communicative and fast, and I would use them time and time again!

Roadway was great! From the first conversation with Nick, to our logistics coordinator Jurgen and the team lead with Jose. It was supposed to be a two job but when they got there, they assessed everything and said we can do this in one day and they did so. They were like a nascar pit crew, just quick and great and really put us at ease. They did a fantastic job and even helped put the furniture together, and took care of items that were fragile. The price stayed the same with no changes, also due to me giving them the correct inventory. They showed up on time and even protected the walls and floor in our new home. Moving is very stressful with everything that comes with it and these guys made it so easy. I would recommend them to everyone.

Must have looked at my husband 5 times during the move and told him how impressed I was with the service of our move. From our sales rep Gabriel to our incredible ninja movers Luka, Filip, & Mitar. They all made us feel so comfortable, confident, and stress-free during the entire process. On top of it all, we had some elevator hiccups and some of the most brutal weather of the year and the guys were so professional and worked through it all without a peep. They also were so carful to put things back the way they found them before they took them apart and in the right place. Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend these guys.

Eugenio, Landys, O’Neill were wonderful. They really worked with a small space and made the moving happen in less than 3 hours. I got lucky and a few things just needed to be wrapped and not packed and it made moving so much faster. I really do appreciate them.

We had an extremely positive experience with Roadway moving. Alex did a great job coordinating the move from the beginning and following up with our needs and adjustments. Today Mr.Edo and his crew arrived on time, offering help with packing and dissembling our furniture. Everything from our belongings to our apartment were handled with extreme care. The move has been very efficiently orchestrated. We are glad to settle in our new place and feel blessed to have their help.

Roadway is amazing and worth every penny. We did a local Brooklyn move— our 2 bedroom was packed up in under 3 hours. Didn’t lift a finger all day. If you opt for the packing service roadway will assign a mover to each room and they will wrap every single one of your fragile belongings carefully. I have about 30 bottles of perfume and could not believe how carefully they were packed. My clothes and shoes were treated with such care by the lovely Jose who was absolutely fantastic. Our foreman Ismael was an absolute pleasure to work with— efficient, hard working and fun to spend the day with. On the back end the admin and coordinator girls could not have been more helpful and communicative. Thank you Karla, Fabjola, Ilda and Alba for all you help. Genuinely can’t say enough good things about roadway and cannot wait to work with them again!

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Customer service was great. Johny and the moving team were great. They were efficient, responsive and extremely polite. Honestly I was very stressed about moving to a new place in such short notice especially with two young kids and having to work full time. But when I found Roadway Movers, they made stress level go down. They helped me make an inventory of all the things we needed to move over and answered any questions I had in regard to the move. I told them I would pack everything but they also offer those services.

On the day of the move, Roadway movers came and just took charge. I literally just sat back and watched them do all the hard work. They dissembled all the big furniture and protected it so it wouldn’t get damaged. Then they assembled everything back when we got to the new place.

Because Roadway Movers were so nice and did the job quickly, it made unpacking so much easier. I was able to unpack the kids room the same day!

Luka and his crew were incredible fast and moved all of my items so swiftly and effortless!! Within the hour, they put everything in the truck. The apartment I was moving into was a four floor walk up and they quickly moved everything in and made sure my furniture was in the spot I wanted. I moved to our dream home in the middle of the holidays and truly thought I could do it all. Hosting, attending events, packing up an entire apartment, and prepping for a trip to the Philippines all within three weeks. I was fully delusional. It finally hit a point where I was completely overwhelmed, and hiring Roadway Moving ended up being the best decision I made during that season.

I called them, and literally the next day their movers were at our place. From the start, the experience felt seamless and professional. I had them pack our entire home, and I didn’t have to lift a single finger or even be there the whole time. They handled everything with so much care and intention. Two movers handled our entire move from apartment to house, and I was honestly blown away by how thoughtful and efficient they were. Even our clothes stayed perfectly hung. I didn’t have to rehang a single thing. I just placed them straight into our new closets. Boxes arrived organized, intact, and exactly where they needed to be.

They delivered on the promise. I was extremely nervous about the whole moving process given horror stores that people have in general. They promised the best moving experience and delivered! They came on time to my place in DC, crew was great, came on time and everything was done in time.

Across the country later, the crew was on time, the unloading was great and there was no damage to anything and nothing was missing!

I moved out of my storage unit with Roadway Moving over the holidays. It was filled to the brim with furniture, shoes, and lot of clothes but it was no problem for the movers. They were on time (actually early!), so kind, fast, flexible, and professional -- and went above and beyond, even unwrapping my furniture when we got back to my condo which wasn't even a part of the agreement, they over-delivered. Moving during the holidays (and homeownership in general) can be intense to say the least but they made it a stress-free experience for me. I've worked with a lot of movers and was so impressed by them, would recommend them for moves big and small.

I booked a moving-only service but since it was a last-minute move, I still had a few things that I needed to pack up. I had told the movers not to worry about it since that was not the service that I paid for. However, the movers insisted that they could pack it up for me and they did! This was such a life-saver right before the holidays and for me, this was just above and beyond. My entire house, including all of the things that I planned to manually move myself in the coming days were all packed up and moved in less than seven hours.
On top of that, at the new house, the movers realized that my couch wasn't going to fit in through the front door. Instead of just giving up, they maneuvered it--a six-hundred pound sofa--very carefully through the backyard, through the laundry room and kitchen to get it into my living room. Again, another example of going above and beyond.
The movers were so, so kind and generous with their efforts. Throughout the day, we exchanged bits of conversation and they were genuinely so warm. Prior to this move, I had never used a moving service and don't know what I was thinking now that l've experienced the ease with Roadway. It was my first and certainly not my last time moving with them. I can't recommend them enough. Worth every penny for the peace of mind and stress-free experience that I had.

Had a really great experience with Roadway Moving! Jony and his crew packed and moved my apartment interborough within a few hours even with the rainy/sleet-y weather. The whole team communicated consistently and really well throughout the move asking where I wanted things placed, checking what needed to be packed, explaining what they were checking in the walk-throughs and what the paperwork I signed meant. They were professional, efficient and overall super pleasant. My things and the physical spaces were handled carefully and damage-free. Dzenis, Advan, and Camillo were the movers I was lucky to get. They arrived on time, answered questions, and made sure everything was accounted for—what was moving and what wasn’t. They assured me we’d be able to pack and move everything on time, since at our new location we needed to finish by 4:30 PM. We managed to do just that and finished on time. I’d use this company again, especially if I get these movers again. 5 stars!

I'd heard great things about Roadway Moving from a number of friends so decided it was time to finally let the professionals handle it. Roadway was incredibly detail-oriented and so fast with their response times. They were in touch with me well ahead of time, and checked in during every step of the process. Move day was seamless. This is my second move with roadway, this time within California. When I tell you they took this stressed out, anxious and overwhelmed moved and made the process so calm and easy - I can’t even begin to say how deeply grateful I am for the roadway movers. They laughed, packed my entire MESS of an apartment and even played with my chaotic dog. My place was packed and unloaded to my new place in a matter of hours - they even loaded up my closet with all my clothes! This is the only company I’ll ever move with. They are THE BEST!

Great experience with roadway team. They moved my 3 bedroom with about 150 boxes locally. Kyle was very accessible with any questions I had. All paperwork properly filled and turned around. Rate was exactly as quoted...even checked to make sure before they came if anything changed. Jurgen was constantly in contact ready to schedule the move and dispatch a team at the very last minute as my 2 buildings had move windows to coordinate last minute. And Carlos and his crew were careful and swift. I will use them again when I need to do another move in 6 months.
