Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind, which made a huge difference during such a hectic time.

The movers were incredibly careful with all of my belongings and treated everything with real respect. They packed and handled my items thoughtfully, and everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my things were in such good hands.

Moved from Santa Monica to Marina Del Rey and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently through everything, and left the new place completely set up. By that evening I was cooking in my new kitchen — that's how smooth it was. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a move that actually goes the way it's supposed to.

The team from Roadway Moving was the most professional, efficient, and amazing team I've ever had for a move! They made the entire process seamless and truly made me feel like a princess! They handled all of my items with such care, came so prepared and made sure that I was relaxed during move-in day, which is typically not the case. I didn't have everything packed up (things in drawers of dressers or bedside tables), and they took care of it, placing everything into boxes neatly and carefully. They even came with wardrobe boxes and moved all of my hanging clothes so I didn't have to drag them in black trash bags! My new place is on the third floor with no elevator, and they did not complain once carrying all of my boxes and furniture up 2 flights of stairs on a hot day in Texas. Jonathan and his team were beyond trustworthy and I will be recommending Roadway to everyone I know!!

I looked at a lot of moving companies in NYC and had heard great things about Roadway Moving, so I’m really glad I went with them! They arrived right on time, worked incredibly fast, and were very careful with all of our belongings. The team was also super friendly and professional. I had delicate furniture and they came fully prepared with the right supplies to make sure everything was handled with care. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely use them again for my next move <3

We had an amazing experience with Roadway moving! The entire process was smooth and easy, stress free. We started with Aleksandra, that was adorable, responsive and super friendly, we been back and forth with dates and she was accommodating during the entire time. On the move date, Diego and the entire (large) team were friendly, always smiling, with kind attitude, they worked fast and efficient, very clean, and no damage, the entire house was reassembled perfectly. The service and the overall performance were more than we expected. Highly recommend!!!!

On time. Very professional. Great packers with complex paintings and furniture. Always asked questions if they needed further direction. Hard working. It’s not easy moving in NYC with all of the restrictions and challenges with elevators, traffic and parking. They managed through all of this with ease! Friendly. Finished on time both days. Unloaded and set furniture back up in the new place. They were careful and I would use them again with any move and recommend them to friends and family. Ask for Nino and his team!!! They are the best and they worked as a great team together. I manage teams at work and they are an excellent team. The entire process of setting up the move with Steve to working with Cecelia the day before - excellent and everyone delivered as promised.

Many of my friends recommended Roadway to aid in the moving process, and let me tell you, they were not wrong. They seamlessly packed and moved every single item in my home, set up my closet for me in my new apartment, and put together all of my furniture. I would definitely recommend their services. Overall great service! They were pretty great! I had a tv get damaged and a char missing but they are working hard to address the concerns and make things right! I would use roadway again. This was the most seamless move ever! The movers were very quick and friendly throughout the whole day. They wrapped my furniture and moved my boxes with lots of care. Once they arrived to my new house, they unwrapped all of the furniture and placed it exactly how I wanted it. They even unpacked wardrobe boxes and placed clothes into my closets! I was super happy using Roadway Moving and def recommend them to anyone moving soon!

I was told that due to the nature of what was being moved , they would provide 4-5 movers . Only 2 men showed up within the prearranged time. This made the move much more difficult and much longer. They took almost 2 hours to get to my house , it took me 40 mins. They showed up with a 3rd worker , and things became much easier. The men were very personable, and pleasant from start to finish. I gave them almost a 20%tip on the cost of the job. I was expecting a refund of $295.00 which was fully discussed with Alba few days beforehand if I decided to cancel the 2nd leg of the move to Montvale, N.J. , which I did……
I have not recieved a call back, or a refund to date and have tried to discuss it with the office many times .

Roadway was so amazing and made moving so much easier. Their packing service was a life saver, and they were so quick I was shocked!! Would highly recommend using Roadway movers and if you have a lot of loose things, have them pack it for you! Nothing was damaged or lost and they organized everything into labeled boxes for me too. 10/10

The movers were courteous, fast and experienced, they wrapped every piece of furniture to ensure safe transport. We were also provided with free wardrobe boxes for clothing. I can't fully describe how amazing my experience was with Roadway. Marjan & the Truck 153 crew were amazing.

NYC just got 19 inches of snow 2 days before our move, which caused some truck parking difficulties. They didn't complain once, they just made magic happen. We had a LARGE move for NYC, they crated our marble and large TV, they were careful with our fragile items and even with the snow and wet streets not a single item was damaged or stained.

If you are moving, you should absolutely hire Roadway. They may not be the cheapest, but it was the best experience I have ever had with movers.

My first time ever hiring movers and wow let me just say I don’t know why I didn’t hire movers sooner! They were so kind and professional, efficient and took care of all of my thing like their own! They came prepared with wrap, moving blankets, extra boxes etc. Then they placed and rearranged everything back where I needed before leaving! 10/10!

This is hands down the best moving service I have ever used. They went to Harlem to pick up a couch for me, went to FiDi to pick up and disassemble my furniture, and then went to Greenwich village to move and reassemble my furniture. The movers were an absolute blast to be around and made me comfortable/stress-free about the big move. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!

Roadway was incredible. I haven’t had to move in 7 years, and I’ve never used professional movers before. It’s hard to know which company to go with when there are so many! Roadway was one of the first places to reach out and explained everything plainly and in great detail. The quote they gave me was almost exactly what I was expecting, if not a little lower! I moved from upstate New York to Brooklyn, and I had to change my inventory a bit a few times. It was not a problem at all, and the price barely changed. Everyone at the company has been professional, communicative, and timely. I didn’t know the building I was moving into needed a COI, and their team got it done same-day. Incredible! On the day of the move, I was still prepared for something to go wrong, just because I’ve heard stories of other people’s moves have unexpected caveats or issues. Nope — none whatsoever. The moving team was incredibly efficient — I barely began to wipe down the furniture before they had everything set up! I truly can’t imagine a better moving experience. They even brought their own tv boxes and packed them up, no extra charge. They had some extra space in one of their boxes and took sons extra pillows I was needing to shove into my car. The movers were personable and completely took the stress away from the whole event. I would highly recommend moving with roadway and will most definitely be calling again when I need to!

We recently used Roadway Moving for a move between apartments less than half a mile apart, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and extremely careful with every item.

They went above and beyond by protecting all of our furniture thoroughly and even taking the initiative to pack small miscellaneous items we hadn’t prepared, which made the process completely stress-free. You could tell they truly cared about doing the job right, not just getting it done quickly.

I was especially nervous about a few high-value and fragile items, including our OLED TV and a delicate samurai statue, as we’ve unfortunately had TVs damaged during prior moves. They were so helpful and explaining every single thing every step of the way, show me when there was something that was damaged so there wouldn’t be any confusion when unpacking taking the time to make sure everything I wanted was where it was gonna go at the apartment. Was the supervisor on the job so nice easy to talk to assisted in me and everything I needed and went above and beyond If you have a question about this company, this is the review you need to read. I was very impressed and very thankful for such a smooth transition. We got things from Connecticut then from a location in the Bronx to finally delivering into an apartment in the Bronx that’s a lot and everything was done in less than six hours. Talk about efficient work!

Diego and his team made my move a seamless experience. Their service was exceptional and they even helped to carefully pack up the remaining items small items I had laying around. This was an all day, local move from start to finish but they moved my boxes and big furniture out of my unit with the speed and efficiency needed. I also decided to pack up my own apartment. They sent me a 2-3 Bedroom Delivery Box Kit (which included ~50 boxes) weeks ahead of my moving day so I could handle boxing my belongings up on my own time. This offer was a huge selling point for me when making the decision to go with Roadway. I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience. I’d absolutely work with them again for my next big move.

I had the best experience with Roadway for a local move. Communication pre-move was so easy and reassuring--it's clear that they know what they're doing with the necessary prep work (building access, moving materials, etc.) They fully packed up my apartment as is--I didn't have to do anything to prep. They packaged everything carefully and SO efficiently, and put boxes and furniture exactly where they needed to go in my new apartment. They even disassembled my bed and standing desk and reassembled in the new place. Isma and his team were fantastic! Communication was great throughout the process leading up to the move, and on the day of. The team of guys were SO SPEEDY and treated all of my items with such care. On the move-in side, they were so patient putting each piece where I wanted it to go. I'd use Roadway again in a heartbeat.

I’ve lived in NYC for 18 years and have been through plenty of moves (good, bad, and ugly) and I can honestly say moving with Roadway was the best experience I’ve had. In the lead-up to the move they were communicative and really helpful with everything from building the inventory list to getting the COI and making sure I was prepared for the day.

On moving day the team actually showed up a little ahead of schedule and were careful, efficient, and (most importantly) genuinely friendly. When they arrived I was still frantically taping up the last of my boxes and the foreman joked, “I don’t come to your office and do your job,” which immediately made me laugh and put me at ease.

From the beginning, the communication was clear and professional, and on move day I was able to track the movers in real time, which immediately made the whole process feel more organized and stress-free.

The team arrived on time, came in with great energy, and got straight to work. They packed up my entire apartment quickly but so carefully. I had fragile items, my espresso machine, and an 80-inch TV, and they handled everything with so much attention and care. They wrapped and protected everything properly, and nothing was damaged.

They also packed my entire kitchen, labeled items, loaded everything efficiently, transported it safely, and then unloaded at my new place in Los Angeles. What impressed me most is that they didn’t just drop things off — they assembled my furniture and arranged everything exactly how I wanted it - cannot recommend enough and totally worth it!

The entire move — pack, load, transport, unload, and set up — took only 5 hours, which is honestly insane. I didn’t have to lift a finger and I felt supported the whole time.
