The best moving company I’ve ever used. Having done several interstate moves and dozens of local moves throughout my life, I can confidently say these guys truly know what they’re doing.

Richard and Alex handled our cross-country move to California, and their level of care and professionalism was outstanding. They wrapped every large piece of furniture incredibly thoroughly - I was genuinely amazed. Everything was essentially scratch-proof from every angle.

Their inventory system was also impressive: every item and box receives its own barcode, which is scanned during packing, and we received a detailed inventory list almost immediately afterward.

They were fast, efficient, and highly organized, but never rushed. They took the time to make sure every furniture corner was protected and every glass item was packed securely and safely.

I honestly don’t think another moving company could outperform these guys. Highly, highly recommended.

The easiest move I have ever had. I always dread moving, but Roadway made this move the simplest experience ever. They helped me finish packing, labeling, and most importantly did all the heavy lifting. Nothing was broken, damaged or even slightly askew at the end of the move. They even helped me take apart furniture and packed everything that went into storage like a perfect Tetris cube. I will absolutely be giving them a call if and when I need to move again.

I’ve now used Roadway Moving twice and both experiences were excellent. The first time was for a full apartment move, and the team made what could’ve been a stressful day feel incredibly easy. Amazing service. We're repeat customers, and will definitely use Roadway again. Moving is the worst, but when you're dealing with professionals, it becomes not only manageable, but downright pleasant.

We had a very complex situation, which involved separating possessions and making thorough inventories, and the Roadway team worked with us all the way using their impeccable packing and moving skills, while ensuring that everything works out the way we need it. Alex was the first one to visit a few weeks in advance, taking inventory of our possessions, giving us the quote and answering all questions. Then, Klaudio stepped in to assist with additional questions (and followed up after the move), Kejsi handled the COIs, and Christian made sure everything was in order the day before the move. Everyone was personable, responsive and helpful throughout.

As the day of the move approached, we became very anxious, but once Ryan’s crew arrived on the day, it was clear we were in good hands. Ryan took his time to assess the situation, organized his crew efficiently, and made sure that a stressful day felt structured and manageable. Every single one of the guys was very competent, attentive and consistently careful with our things. They did their work while heeding the special instructions, and always keeping a friendly demeanor.

Ryan’s crew did not just “pack things” and “move boxes”: they knew how to think through a difficult situation, adapted in real time, and kept everything under control. Ryan’s crew did outstanding work, and it was really beautiful to watch how good they are at it. Roadway as a company has clearly mastered the science of moving seamlessly, but it is the people who work there who truly make it stand out. And we’re very grateful for each and every one of them, but especially to Ryan’s crew, for their hard work, care, and professionalism.

Daniel was our head guy for a local NYC move. Daniel and his team were fantastic. Extremely thorough, professional, helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. We feel like we were getting a real high end support.

I’ve used Piece of Cake before for my previous moves. They’re always rushed to get to the next job and didn’t properly cover the furniture. When getting a quote the sales person explained that at Roadway they usually only do one job a day and all of the movers have at least a few years of experience. That’s what sold me on it. And they really were so thorough. Never felt rushed.

It’s a bit annoying to have to call to get a quote vs. Piece of Cake does everything online. But that one phone call is worth it. The scheduling, adjustments, reminders etc. leading up to the move were also seamless.

So nice to work with, they communicated with us multiple times before moving day to make sure everyone was on the same page and there wouldn’t be any surprises. The move itself was quick, and all of our belongings were set up in the new home easily.

Roadway made our move so much less stressful! We used their full packing service and I was honestly impressed by how organized, careful, and efficient the team was from start to finish. They packed everything extremely well, handled fragile items with care, and worked quickly without making the process feel rushed or chaotic.

I had the most incredible moving experience thanks to roadway. The crew that I could not recommend more was led by Melvin and his team of 3 - Jose, Omar, and Osmar. They did a full move out / partial move in and could not have been more quick and efficient while still very careful with my items. They were also so friendly and even helped me fix an issue I had with my couch after the move. I could not be more appreciative for their positive attitudes and helping hand!

Hugo Reyes, Noé, and Cristian were not only so efficient at packing and unpacking all of my belongings and handling them with care, but they were also so kind and made what could’ve been a stressful moving day an actually fun day. I had the BEST move ever with Roadway Moving! I have a TON of stuff — art, trinkets, clothes, decor, you name it — and they handled everything so carefully and efficiently. I genuinely didn’t have to lift a finger.

They had a team of 5 movers working on my 2-bedroom apartment, and the entire process felt incredibly organized from start to finish. They disassembled all of my furniture, carefully packed my fragile items, and moved everything seamlessly into my new place.

One thing I especially appreciated while unpacking was how clearly everything was labeled and how thoughtfully they placed boxes in the correct rooms. It made the unpacking process SO much easier and way more organized. Moving is usually insanely stressful, but this was by far the smoothest move I’ve ever had.

My fiancé and I found out we had to move across the country with a week's notice. We had so much on our plate, but Roadway made the move so easy. They showed up on time, wrapped literally everything (precious items, fragile decor, kitchen, etc), moved everything out in a few hours and made it all seamless. The Roadway moving support was also very good. I don’t think they need as many touch points and check-ins but that’s just my preference, they were over-communicative which I’m sure others definitely appreciate!

I had an excellent experience with Roadway Moving during my recent local move in Los Angeles. I have hired other professional moving companies before, but had seen so many great reviews for Roadway on social media that I decided to try them. They live up to the hype! Roadway sent a team of 4 to pack up my entire apartment and load it into my new home. They were extremely courteous, careful, and efficient - protecting every piece of furniture with wrapping and blankets. They also laid down mats everywhere they went to avoid damaging the floors of my old and new home. The crew was super friendly and respectful. Roadway was even open to doing a multi-stop move, stopping at my boyfriend's apartment to add a few additional bulky items to the truck before final unload. I couldn't believe it! It made my moving day stress free and painless. I got to enjoy the experience and feel excited about my new home without being completed exhausted at the end of the day. Could not recommend Roadway more - you will have a great experience if you choose them for your move!

Brayan, Illyes, and Hanfi were amazing! They arrived early, worked super quickly and efficiently, were SO KIND and patient and gracious, and made moving so much less stressful than it could have been. They went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Definitely cannot recommend them highly enough! I’ve used Roadway to move 4 times since 2021, including 2 cross country moves, and I’ve been impressed every single time.

I have used a few different moving companies over the years but after my recent move with Roadway Moving, I will only hire them for any future move.

Communication was A+ far before the actual move with an initial overview call + an additional call right before the move. I would definitely recommend writing down everything you are moving to be prepared for these calls. They emailed me their insurance information/filled out HOA forms within hours of me sending the forms over.

As a single woman, I felt very comfortable around the whole crew. They may not realize it but their kindness and respectfulness really made a positive impact on the day for me. They generally made a fairly stressful experience so much easier. Also, these guys are absolute BEASTS. So organized, fast, & took great care in every step of the move. I could not believe how fast room were being emptied.

Another thing I would recommend is to get the wardrobe boxes. I fit my entire closet in 5 wardrobe boxes (I put my folded clothes in bags at the bottom of each box)! This was my first time using wardrobe boxes and it was so easy to just take my clothes directly from their boxes and move them into my new closet.

My other belongings arrived & landed in pristine condition. Not a scratch on a doorway or floorboard was made & they finished far earlier than I expected. This is a no brainer 100% recommendation from me!

Roadway Moving made moving such an easy and seamless experience! They packed all of our furniture with so much care, wrapping it with moving blankets and plastic. They made sure to protect our floors during the moving process and had so much attention to detail. Some of our furniture had to be disassembled during the moving process and they made sure to rebuild it at our new apartment. I would highly recommend working with Roadway Moving. We had the best team: Andres, Elmer, and Santiago. Will definitely be using them the next time we move!

WOW, I will never move again without hiring roadway! Three incredibly professional and hard working people came to move out my three bedroom home. We had lots of fragile music equipment and everything made it safe and sound. They were quick and professional highly recomment!

The movers were over an hour late. When they finally got here the one in charge said the first 15 wardrobe boxes were free, then proceeded to charge me for them at the end. The movers were not careful with my items. Things were shoved in boxes carelessly. Cleaning supplies were thrown in with food items. They packed up trash with my belongings, they also packed things I told them NOT to pack. One of the movers was packing my jewelry box and asked if any of them were worth anything, thought that was inappropriate, walked in on him taking pictures of my belongings then proceeded to ask if they’re worth anything as well.
All in all, my stuff arrived at my new location, but now I have over 10 boxes full of stuff I didn’t want brought to my new home.

Our local move with Roadway Moving exceeded our expectations. The moving team of 5 (two trucks) packed us up and moved us to our new home in 1 day. They were hard working, careful and extremely professional. Our salesperson Belinda was amazing and she even came onsite at the beginning of our move to check in and say hello. We also received a visit from a QC manager midway through the move which was a nice touch. He took pictures, checked in with us to make sure we were happy and then spoke to the moving team. I HIGHLY recommend Roadway Moving and I will be calling them the next time there is a need... Hopefully not too soon!

Roadway Moving made this move way easier than I expected. We moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment about 5 miles away, and the whole thing was done in around 4 hours, which honestly blew me away.

I had an incredible experience with Roadway! They provided both packing and moving services including taking apart and re-assembling my couch and dismounting my TV. It was worth every penny. I truly could not recommend Roadway Moving more. My husband and I received just a few days notice that we needed to fully vacate our apartment and move into temporary housing for maintenance on our building. When we initially reached out to Roadway, we didn't even have details of where our final destination would be as we were still scrambling to find a furnished listing that made sense for us as business owners who work from home. They were super patient and supportive throughout the whole process. We finally found temporary housing but we still had to pack up our entire lives. They helped us carefully pack everything and sort which boxes would be going to our storage unit and which would be coming with us. Their crew was so calming and kind which was so great during a really stressful and unexpected situation for us. They are the best and we will definitely be using them again down the road when we find a permanent home!
