So friendly, fast, and professional! I moved out of a 3-floor walk-up in Brooklyn and the Roadway team handled my move so seamlessly. Roadway Moving just moved my offices in record breaking time! The team was so respectful, kind, careful, and efficient. We had a great experience with Anthony and his crew. They moved quickly and really helped get everything together and to the right place. When we arrived to the new location, they helped assemble and set up which was extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend!

I’d recommend Roadway Moving 100 times over. I’ve used them for the last four moves and they are so thorough and accommodating. They make sure your things are packed and are in the desired space in where you move. And the movers are always friendly.

Clear communication, arrived on time and all three of the guys were extremely nice, working hard and quickly. They wrapped everything very well and carefully, I have a lot of art and nice pieces and they made sure to add support to the edges of everything so it wouldnt get dinged. This was the first company that I went to for moving since I heard so many positive reviews, and they were NOT WRONG. The friendliest movers, who packed half of my stuff for me, and got the job done in no time at all. Everything was quick and painless. Happy to be another 5 star review for this company - they know what they're doing, they do it well, and they deserve it.

UPDATE: I moved again and used roadway again and had another wonderful experience. I knew going back to them was the right call! My wife (35 Weeks Pregnant) and I, moved from Brooklyn into Manhattan and it could not have been an easier process. They packed up our stuff professionally, quickly and carefully and got us all situated in the new spot within a couple of hours. The team was friendly and professional and we had all of our belongings (even the plants/glassware/tech/etc) transported safely. 10/10 would recommend them - they crush it every time.

I have now used Roadway twice over the past few years - one time for a cross country move from California and just this week a local move. I cannot recommend them enough. They are truly so efficient and fast. The building I just moved out of was a bit complicated to navigate and they did it effortlessly. They were so thoughtful and meticulous with wrapping everything and not one single object was damaged/broken. And as an added bonus the movers (Sebastian and Alejandro) were so personable and kind that it made the move even better. The day before they arrived, I was freaking out thinking I packed things incorrectly, or didn’t put things in the right place, but they came in and like wizards took care of everything quickly and effectively. Having them there to help me settle into my new home was a big deal. The movers were extremely professional, timely and friendly, making our daughter's intra-city move as painless as it could be! They even fixed her coffee table when they noticed there were some loose parts. We did not ask them to do that, but they took it upon themselves. I highly recommend!

I can only describe this as white glove treatment. The crew arrived promptly and handled every item with genuine care and concern. They wrapped everything to be bulletproof. They solved every physical challenge (large pieces going around tight corners, etc.) masterfully. Not a whine or a whimper. I highly recommend this company.

We had the absolute best experience with Roadway! They were timely, extremely efficient and productive, and took care of all of our belongings with so much care. They moved our entire 4bed/2bath house in about 8 hours total, including disassembling and reassembling all of our furniture. They were very helpful in placing items in the new house whenever we wanted it; rolling out rugs; putting the couch and rocking chairs back together, etc. None of our items were broken or damaged. Even thought we didn’t choose packing services, they packed up some larger items (like the printer, a few kitchen devices, etc) into boxes which was extremely helpful! I have two young kids and this move would have been so much more stressful without Roadway. The team we had was fantastic and all very friendly as well. We loved our experience with Roadway and would 100% use them again.

I will never use a different moving company than Roadway. Roadway is the easiest to work with and the movers on site are so accommodating, careful and thorough. What impressed me most was the attention and care they showed with some of one of my largest items. I have an armoire that weighs at least 500 pounds, and I was concerned about it being moved safely. Roadway moving is simply the BEST moving company. I was so overwhelmed by my move and the amount of work I had to do as a single woman and they truly helped every single step of the way. Now in 2026 they moved me from my 1 br apartment into a house and they did it in <5 hrs. the movers are always so kind and easy to communicate with and very understanding with any problems that may arise. can not recommend them enough.

The team packed quickly, but they did a HORRIBLE job of packing. They didn't make any effort to pack things nicely. They didn't even keep pairs of shoes together. Multiple pairs were split and packed in separate boxes. Expensive electronics equipment was shoved in with clothing haphazardly. 2 bottles of liquid leaked. No thought was given to how things were packed. Anyone can just throw things in a box. We regret paying for packing. We also regret giving the workers large tips. They lost one of the feet of our bed, and assembled the bed so poorly that it almost broke the 1st time we lied down. They damaged our media unit. And we found 2 cigarette butts inside boxes. The boxes were also labelled terribly - 10 boxes marked “bedroom” is useless. A complete disappointment. I see all the positive reviews. Maybe we got their worst workers, but I would not recommend them.

Packed our whole apartment within a couple of hours and took great care of all of our items as they packed. Didn't need to be micro-managed and asked questions when they needed to. Professional and positive! Moving day can be stressful, but the Roadway team really kept the positive energy alive and gave us a stress-free move. From the moment I talked with them, they made sure everything was prepared properly and I felt like a human rather than just a job (I’ve had other companies make me feel this way). They communicated accurately about pick-up and came exactly on time. Everyone who worked with my stuff was extremely kind and very hard working. I never realized how much stuff I had! GET THE PACKING OPTION. Trust me. It’s worth it. It’ll save you time, your mental health, and you know it’ll be packed correctly. There’s literally no way I could have moved all this stuff without them. Also, my movers were truly kind people. The type you can trust with your most precious valuables and who understand moving can be an emotional process. They were empathetic, kind, and genuinely positive.
