I normally hate the process of moving but I recently booked Roadway for a local move & it was such an easy and amazing experience! They arrived right on time & began packing up my apartment. They packed boxes, wrapped my furniture, and even reassembled my bed and couch at my new home. There were a few personal items I wanted to move myself and they even helped carry those items to my car! The 3 men who helped me were genuinely so kind, I truly trusted them with all of my things & they delivered them safely and in tact. I felt like I got the princess treatment because I didnt have to lift a finger, only delegate where I wanted things placed in my new home. I will be using Roadway for every future move and will 100% suggest them to family and friends! 10/10

When we got to the NYC apartment, they even put down stuff to protect the floors and reassembled my furniture in my NYC apartment. Jorge and his team were amazing! They were so quick, efficient, and left us with no worries about our move. My boyfriend and I worked our jobs while they handled the WHOLE move - wrapping furniture, unmounting our TVs, and packing loose items in wardrobe boxes. I just moved from a 2 bed apartment to a townhome after being in my spot for 4 years and Roadway made it a lottt easier. I self packed but I didn't finish because it was a lot, but the crew came in there, finished up the packing and moved everything so fast. they even had a blue rug out on top of the carpet so that I could get my full deposit back. When we got to the new location, they took everything up 3 flights of stairs and finished unloading before I could come back with a smoothie from around the corner! definitely never moving by myself again, this was amazing and easy!

The only moving company I trust. We've used them for both a move within NYC and a move from NYC to California. The teams on both ends of both moves went above and beyond. Fast load in and load outs, careful packing, and courteous movers. I will definitely use them again if I'm moving within the geographic area they cover.

I used Roadway moving this past week as I moved from Manhattan to Brooklyn. The team showed up right on time and got to work finishing up the packing and moving everything down 5 flights of stairs. When we got to Brooklyn all of the boxes were very organized and I started unpacking them while the team set up my bed frame and dresser. Would recommend!!

From 2022: I can't recommend Roadway enough! From start to finish, the experience was top tier. The scheduling team was communicative, friendly, and so easy to work with. I heard back from my initial request to schedule a move within the hour. On moving day, the movers were early (never happens!!) and were efficient, positive, and so fast. They took great care of packing my belongings and gently transporting large and breakable items. I had just started a new job, and the Roadway team was so great, I didn't even have to take a day off of work to move. Will only be using Roadway for any of my future moves!

I used Roadway Moving for my move out to put all my things in storage and they were truly incredible. They were so quick, efficient, and kind on top of it all. So impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, care—and most importantly strength!!!by my Roadway movers. Oswaldo and his team moved each piece effortlessly but also ensured that everything was carefully handled from packing to moving it from one place to the next. Each piece in my kitchen was packed pristine like it was fine china, even if it was a kid’s plastic spoon.

Moving is a long day so being on time is important so you can optimize the day. My movers were not only on time, but they arrived 30 minutes early to start the move and got to the new house before us! I really appreciated their kindness as well which I would never take into consideration for movers. However, moving day is a day full of many emotions and high stress levels. Roadway ensured me they got everything under control and just took everything into their own hands and made me feel at ease as soon as they walked in the door. They made sure every box in the new place was put in the correct room and placed exactly where I would be happy with it. Really appreciated all the extra effort to make sure they were careful—they placed protectors on the wall to avoid any marks when moving furniture. Once they were all finished, they cleaned up and broke down the boxes and took the garbage out. A good moving company is worth every penny to get all your furniture and belongings in one piece, but also just for your own sanity. WOW!! Roadway is the absolute best moving company 10/10!!!!!

My move was literally effortless and efficient. I had a storage unit that was so chaotic and unorganized. It was stacked to the brim with boxes, bags… basically my whole life lol. When planning out my move I was so overwhelmed thinking about tackling my storage unit. But Roadway LITERALLY came to the rescue. Truly the moving superheors.

The team showed up and packed my insanely unorganized unit in just about 40 mins. I couldn’t believe it. Their communication, efficiency and organization was so impressive. I have a ton of china and dishware and everything was handled with such care from packing, to loading and unloading the truck. I even wanted some boxes packed a specific way and double check a few things just in case and they were so understanding and helpful. It feels good to know people actually care about your belongings when moving. Veljo Jovan and Mervin in Truck 72 are THE BEST!! So kind and professional.

Incredible experience! I shopped around for my long distance move and ultimately ended up going with Roadway. The service was personalized from the start - the agent set up a FaceTime call with me to learn more about my items and everything I needed. I packed all my own stuff, but they do offer a packing service! They called multiple times to confirm my items and my date of move. The day before the move, the Foreman texted me to let me know what time they would be arriving.

The day of the move was so seamless. I could not have asked for anything better! Carlos and Jorge were amazing and got straight to work. They wrapped my furniture so nicely and made sure everything was secure. I have a Peloton bike and they took special care with packing it up. Carlos and Jorge were the best and so nice and efficient, so shoutout to them for all of their hard work!

So I just moved again from Miami back to Palm Beach, and I used Roadway again. They absolutely crushed it this time as well. I had the easiest, most painless move. Carlos and his team arrived at my apartment around 9am, wrapped everything and loaded the truck by 10:30am. Once we got to the new place in Palm Beach, they reassembled all of my furniture, remounted my TV, and hung all of my clothes up. Roadway is truly unmatched. I will never use any other moving company again.

I used Roadway Moving for my move from Jupiter to Miami, yesterday. I cannot express enough how amazing these guys were. Movers are typically sketchy and do not care about your things, however, Roadway does!! They were so careful with my items and handled them as if they were their own. They helped me finish packing my apartment, put all my clothing is wardrobe boxes, un-mounted and re-mounted my TV, took my bed frame apart and put it back together, and the best part is that the entire process was done in record speed. Roadway was able to make one of the most stressful things-- moving-- easy, seamless, and simple. I was moving out of an apartment which had been shared with an ex, so the move was quite complex since we had to sort through everything and pack up only what was mine. I was really worried that this would be a difficult process, but the Roadway team was so thoughtful and paid attention to every detail. It was such a relief. I also have 2 cats and was stressed about them being spooked by the movers, and not only was the team super friendly to my cats, but they made it so that I could put them in their crates as soon as the packing really got going and the cats and I were able to head over to my new place. The team met us there once they finished, and unloading was so quick and I was able to start unpacking that afternoon. I had the pleasure of moving from Uptown to Downtown with Roadway Moving. Their team came first thing in the morning and immediately started packing away my items. They packed all of my kitchen items carefully, including wine bottles and glasses, and used wardrobe boxes to pack all of my clothing. The process was seamless and easy, when we arrived at my second apartment I pointed out where things should go. They rebuilt my furniture and unloaded my wardrobe closets, then I went at it unpacking the rest! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend their services. Roadway has completely changed the way I feel about moving. In the past it had always been very DIY or man with a van or renting a U-Haul. Nightmare! The actual move-out and move-in days went very smoothly, the movers came on time and were super efficient and careful with wrapping and packing everything up and dropping everything off; they were in and out within 2 hours for both pickup and drop off. I had a fair amount of fragile items in my boxes that were delivered without a scratch, and all of my furniture was dropped off and put exactly where I wanted it in my new place. When I had first gotten a lot of my furniture I remember how much I struggled with getting everything transported so having movers this time around was so so helpful :)

Had an awesome experience working with Roadway for my long-distance move. I opted for a partial self-packing package, and honestly regret not simply letting them do it all for me, once I had the change to see how organized and careful they were packing and wrapping every single leftover item and piece of furniture. They were on time, polite and super efficient. Never once was anyone sitting still (except for me, I was sitting back and watchin, amazed); everyone was always moving and working on something. Highly recommend and would work with them again, for sure. Communication before, during and after was also consistent and reliable. Every question answered and always easy to get a hold of.

When everything arrived in California, it was so easy to take things out of the wardrobe boxes and hang them up here. My wife and I moved across the country - NYC to California and Roadway made it a peaceful move. I first considered renting a U-Haul, packing it myself, and driving it cross country but received a quote for $7K. This was the price just for the truck and the keys. Tools, boxes, gas, or any other kind of help was not included. Roadway provided a much better service at a fraction of that cost. It could have been much more stressful, especially with a 17 month old, but this moving company delivered on their promise. I spoke with Adrian, the sales rep, and he told me that I would be impressed. I often hear that to only be disappointed but Roadway definitely impressed me. I was most surprised by the disassembly AND the reassembly of our furniture. I'm pretty handy but our queen-sized bed frame has a lot of intricate parts so I was relieved that they efficiently took care of the furniture for me. Roadway movers brought their own tools and even made sure I didn't lift a box upon delivery. They placed everything exactly where I wanted them to be placed and even asked multiple times if there was anything else I wanted them to do. These guys clearly work hard and had plenty of jobs to do that day but didn't make me feel rushed. There is so much more I can say about my positive experience. I will be calling Roadway if I ever move again for sure. 5 Stars.

I had a huge two bedroom loft in Chicago, they sent 3 people total. It took about 4-6 hours to pack up my place. It was an overall great experience the men were nice funny and kind. They wrapped all of my belongings so well I didn’t experience much breaks. I fed them lunch and made sure to tip nicely!

About 2 weeks later they matched my belongings with a driver and they arrived to me in my new New York apartment. They unpacked everything in about 3 hours. I was on a call for work but they still were able to direct everything well without me.

I did not have to lift much of a finger besides helping to take some paintings down. The men were super kind and everything arrived perfect! Would use again.

Moving in New York is so crazy but Roadway made the process so much easier and as stress free as possible. I can understand how frustrating finding the right mover as right price is. I was in the same situation few months back. The moving industry is very infamous for their hidden charges, last minute surprises and very hard to trust someone's words over call. I had same doubts for Roadway moving. But they give me very fair quote for cross country move (NJ to CA). Eugene was the representative and he gave me words that I can trust the process and there won't be any surprises along the way. I booked the move with them, the price they gave me was really good and competitive. I got Krystle as assigned move coordinator (what a fantastic person to work with). I never had to reach out to them, they used to get in touch with me from time to time to update me with move. On the day of pickup, crew came on time and they were nice, accommodated our small requests. The packing/wrapping of furniture and organizing small items were very thoughtful. When stuff was in transit, Krystle used to give me text update every other day. On the day of delivery, the crew from Roadway moving itself came. They delivered all items (without losing any single item). The crew at delivery, Elmar, was amazing and easy going person. They were polite and respectful of all asks. Guys did fantastic job.

I am so grateful I used Roadway Moving!! When I woke up the morning of my move, it was snowing and freezing cold. This didn't stop the roadway movers from seamlessly packing up everything for me, and carrying it to and from their truck. When we arrived at my new apartment, my couch didn't fit in the elevator - without skipping a beat, the Roadway team went back downstairs and carried the couch up FOUR FLIGHTS of stairs! Roadway moving was amazing! We were moving out of town with a new baby so needed extra help. They took care of everything, from packing our boxes, to disassembling our furniture and wrapping all of our fragile items. We had some items I was nervous about moving with (large mirrors, light colored furniture), but they wrapped everything so well and everything made it safely. They walked in and immediately divided up my space and started packing each section so diligently and quickly. When I say fast, I mean FAST! They packed up and moved all of my things out of my place in 3.5 hours and just like that we were on the road to my new place. Right when we arrived at my new place, they started unloading, unwrapping and putting all of my furniture back together for me in record time. There was some initial confusion on when our boxes would arrive, but then we got clear answers. The boxes arrived from CA to CO in 11 days. It was dropped off by Sumi and Jose and they were very friendly, made sure every item was accounted for, and got things unloaded and assembled quickly. Smooth experience over all.

This was my first time using professional movers and Roadway Moving made the experience seamless! Living in a 3 floor walk-up in NYC, self-moving in the past took an entire day, while Roadway Moving worked so efficiently, they were done the entire move before noon. We packed our clothes and small items ourselves prior to moving day but Roadway Moving did the rest - carefully wrapping our furniture, Frame TV, and disassembling and re-assembling our bed frame with their own tools. Everything arrived safely and with no damage! We have two small dogs and the team made our pups feel safe and gave us more time to tend to them during a process that can be scary to two small Italian greyhounds. In the new apartment they helped place every box in the correct area which has already made unpacking an easier task! Can't recommend this service enough and will definitely be using Roadway Moving for our future moves!

Had the MOST INCREDIBLE experience with Roadway. I was so stressed about moving, especially living on a 6th floor walk up. Roadway packed everything (including clothing, kitchenware and miscellaneous items) and I did not have to do anything myself. They also did this in about 6 hours which wow’d me. They also added barcodes to all of my items that they put in storage, so I could easily find my things when taking the inventory out of storage. Such a legitimate moving company that I will use from now on.

My booking agent started with a video consult of our home to create an inventory list of our belongings since we were hiring Roadway for a full packing service. Once I was booked, the team was very responsive and answered all of my questions. My moving agent reached out the week of my move to confirm details. Our moving team showed up on time and expertly packed our belongings with care, laying out floor and corner protectors and using lots of packing blankets. The team was very friendly and courteous! Our team arrived at our new address and took all the protective precautions again (floor coverings, corner coverings, etc.), and placed our belongings in our home with care. I moved with Roadway Moving all the way from California to Florida which is such a big and crazy move!
