They tell you they'll keep you updated and that's the only issue. They need to communicate better with the people. But we got all our stuff and nothing damaged so we're good

It took so much stress off the move. They're also sooo thoughtful with how they packed, everything arrived in perfect condition, no breaks or scratches!

From start to finish Roadway was amazing. Clear communication, fast loading and unloading and friendly staff. This was our first move to a different state and we were really stressed between flying with a dog, starting new jobs and moving to a new state. They rewrapped all of our things. packed the tv with blankets and a box, put a mattress cover on, put it in a box and ten WRAPPED the box. incredible.

I had such an excellent experience with Roadway and I would say it was so worth it to pay for their services. To start, I got an incredibly quick quote, and then the team was so communicative throughout the whole process. They packed and moved my items all the way across the country, and I felt safe with every item being well taken care of along the way. All the team members were so friendly and personable, as well.

I had been anxious about my cross-country move from NYC to LA for quite some time, but Roadway completely alleviated all of my stress. The process of booking my move was so easy - and the actual pick up / drop off was extremely smooth. The teams both in New York and LA were diligent, efficient and so friendly! It was an added bonus being able to track the moving truck’s progress across the country. I cannot recommend roadway enough and will certainly use them again for future moves.

Nothing but good things to say about the team in Fort Lauderdale. We were not finished packing when the team arrived, but Hugo Reyes, Orlando and Juan were so patient and helpful. We just moved from Los Angeles to Maryland and they were the BEST! We were throughly impressed with their attention to detail and how efficient and organized they were. They QR code every single box (we had 214!) with your name and the contents so nothing gets lost. Everything arrived in perfect order. They wrap your furniture and art and everything. They put back together any furniture they disassembled like beds too. Both crews on each coast were so kind too! Amazing experience and can’t recommend them enough!

The whole experience from pick to delivery was 10 out of 10. The floor Man Roberto was respectful and handled a h of our furniture pieces with care. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks. All of my furniture was delivered in excellent condition.

I just had a fantastic experience with Roadway, moving from Boston to NJ! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. They checked in a couple of times before the move and confirmed all the details. I used Roadway to do a move from Manhattan to out of state. They did a great job from the start of the process thru to final delivery and cleanup. Alex A. was the representative that did the initial move assessment/proposal and supported us thru out the process. He was extremely helpful and very responsive. We had a lot of questions and last minute changes and he was great in helping to make sure that all happened. The crew that came in was also terrific. Ivan, Louis and Juan were great. They quickly packed us up, safely protecting fragile items. We had many antiques and pieces of art both with and without glass and all arrived in perfect condition. They were very quick and efficient in their loading and unloading and were sensitive to both the building we were leaving and the several hundred year old home they were moving us into. It was a great experience from end to end! Thank you.

My husband and I recently completed our third long-distance move, relocating from Miami to Charleston, and this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. My husband has moved over a dozen times, and I’ve used different moving companies before (including Flatrate for NYC to Nashville), so we know the difference between an average and an exceptional moving company. Roadway proved to be exceptional from start to finish.

From the moment we submitted our inquiry, the process felt professional and trustworthy. Richard, our first point of contact, was incredibly communicative and a true gentleman—he set the tone for the entire experience. Given a previously traumatic move where we suffered extensive damages and losses with a broker, we opted for the highest level of insurance for peace of mind. In the end, we hardly needed it because Roadway handled everything with such care.

Once our booking was finalized, Yeseni took over as our coordinator, and she was absolutely outstanding—organized, responsive, and so accommodating. We had scheduling concerns since we were going to be out of town during part of our delivery window, but she and her team worked with us to ensure everything arrived two days earlier, perfectly timed.

On moving day in Miami, the three gentlemen who packed our belongings blew us away. Every single piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and secured with incredible attention to detail. We own some valuable furniture, and the level of protection Roadway used (from tarps to shrink-wrapping) gave us total confidence. In fact, our DWR couch was wrapped and delivered so immaculately that it looked brand new upon arrival.

Since our new building’s loading dock couldn’t accommodate an 18-wheeler, we did need to pay a shuttle fee (which meant transferring items into a smaller truck), but Roadway handled this seamlessly. On delivery day in Charleston, Aaron and his partner arrived early and had already unloaded half the truck before even calling us. They worked with remarkable efficiency, set up our bed frame exactly as instructed, and patiently helped us stage furniture in our new apartment until we were satisfied.

Out of everything we moved, only one small vintage case broke in transit. Compared to thousands of dollars of damage in a previous move with another company, this felt like a complete miracle.

At the end of the day, Roadway far exceeded our expectations. They combined professionalism with genuine care, and every team member—from sales to coordination to the movers themselves—treated our move as if it were their own. We can confidently say that should we ever move again, Roadway will be our first and only call.

It’s hard to find interstate movers who will transport smaller loads for a cost that feels within reach. I’ve used Raodway for two interstate moves and would do so again. The moving teams at each location have been great. So fast, friendly, and professional. And the communication from the representatives from start to finish is great as well. I’m a fan and while I hope to not be moving again too soon, when the time comes I know who to call.

I had the smoothest moving experience possible using Roadway for a cross country move (NY to TX). They were the only moving company who told me that the number of boxes I estimated was too low (I estimated 10 boxes, they said 29, I ended up using 27) and they guided me through the entire process with extreme clarity.

They also let me know before I even paid anything that the place I was moving to didn't allow commercial trucks on their road, so I'd have to use their shuttle service, which was great to know since other movers did not follow up with that level of detail, and I would still have to use a shuttle service anyway!

On top of that, they took apart all of our larger furniture and re-built it at the new location. Would recommend ANYONE use them for short or long moves!

Let me just say I was hesitant to book a moving company because the move was for my dad. He’s a senior and very particular about his personal items. When the guys arrived they were verrry pleasant and made my dad feel very comfortable and at ease with them packing and moving his things. They were quick, efficient and so very professional. As someone who doesn't handle change well and considers moving the ultimate stressor, I was seriously anxious when I found out I’d be relocating across the country—in August, no less (aka the hottest month of the year in Austin, TX).

In the past, I’ve gone with budget movers and usually regretted it. This time, I chose Roadway Moving—and I’m so glad I did. A couple of friends had raved about their long-distance moves with Roadway from NYC to LA, and spoiler alert: they were right.

The process kicked off with a quick call to inventory what I’d be moving from Texas to California. (You can adjust the list before move-out day, which is super helpful.) I appreciated how communicative the Roadway team was throughout—from texts and emails to actual humans answering the phone when I had questions.

Because this was a long-distance move, I had a pickup window between August 1–5. Roadway gave me 24–48 hours' notice before the foremen arrived, which helped me feel prepped.

On move-out day, I was way less panicked than usual. I didn’t opt for full-service packing, but the crew came with extra boxes, tape, and supplies, and even reinforced a few of my falling-apart boxes—no questions asked. They were efficient, respectful, and so careful with my furniture. All 23 items were packed and loaded in under 30 minutes.

Five days later, everything arrived in LA—intact, including my fragile vintage floor mirror (!!). I even had the same foreman (shoutout to Elad!). I got a heads-up text a few days in advance, plus an exact time window the day before delivery.

I was nervous about the stairs in my new apartment, but the team handled them like total pros. Every item arrived safe, just like they promised.

If you’re looking for movers you can actually trust, I couldn’t recommend Roadway more. This was a huge life transition for me—and thanks to them, the move itself was the one part I didn’t have to stress over.

This was the second time using roadway and the service was 10/10 from start to finish. I even had my same point of contact from 2022 which was so nice. From the initial phone call, everything is organized and smooth. I made many random updates and changes and always got an updated context based on adding or removing expenses.

On moving day and delivery day the guys were on time, communicated when they would arrive and my god, did they work hard. I literally played with my baby and hung out outside while they handled everything. When I tell you these guys packed not only fast but delicately. I can now update that my highly breakable concrete table arrived without a smudge.

A special shoutout to the nyc based team who did our delivery and the absolute STARS who managed to get our king sized not flexible mattress up through a narrow Philly row home staircase. I was so impressed. That mattress will be sold with the home in the future because it isn’t moving.

Their team is always phenomenal and truly takes the stress and worry out of an extremely stressful process. They cleaned everything up, asked where we wanted things put and even wore shoe protectors.

Yes, they’re pricey but you’re getting a top quality service and it’s worth it.

This was my first time using Roadaway, and I can confidently say I will never use another moving company again—they were absolutely amazing!

I had a long-distance move from Florida to New Jersey, and both ends of the experience were outstanding. In Florida, my movers Jorge and Ricky were an absolute dream team. Not only were they kind, upbeat, and professional, but they were also incredibly reliable and efficient. I’ve never seen movers work harder—or with bigger smiles!

One of the most impressive moments was when they managed to get my oversized sectional couch out of an apartment with very low ceilings. I was convinced it wouldn’t fit, but Jorge and Ricky problem-solved again and again until they figured it out—eventually lowering the couch with straps over the balcony by themselves. I was blown away. Not once did they doubt they’d get it done—they were determined and knew they’d find a way.

When my belongings arrived in New Jersey, Pedro and Robin took over and were equally fantastic. They were fast, personable, and extremely helpful. I was also shocked by how quickly everything arrived from Florida—just 6 days! I had a lot of stuff (86 scanned pieces!), and they made it look effortless. At one point, I accidentally told them the wrong box spring went on a bed, and they switched both box springs and mattresses with a smile. Everything was, “Of course—no problem!” to them. They handled everything with the same care and precision Jorge and Ricky did on the other end.

I also want to highlight the incredible communication and support I received throughout the process. Johnathon, who booked my move, was my immediate contact and he was wonderful—responsive, helpful, and always quick to answer any questions or concerns, even over text. Klaudio, the long-distance move coordinator, was equally fantastic—professional, friendly, and attentive every step of the way. Having them both as points of contact gave me so much peace of mind during such a big transition.

All four movers went above and beyond. They were punctual, respectful, and wrapped and unwrapped every item meticulously. From start to finish, Roadaway made what could’ve been a stressful experience completely smooth and easy. I was so impressed—and incredibly grateful.

This was by far the best moving experience I've had to date. The Roadyway movers were extremely kind, fast, efficient when picking up and moving. They accurately quoted me from the beginning so there were no surprise additional charges on moving day. I decided to do the self pack option, so that I could efficiently unpack, but they dropped off plenty of boxes and the mover's were thorough with furniture prep (I had a marble top dresser and a glass top desk) which they did a fantastic job wrapping and transporting. I had already broken down my bed and bookcases, but they wrapped all of the furniture so it wouldn't get damaged in transport. Everything got here in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend them as a moving service.

Roadway made my cross country move SO incredibly easy. The movers themselves were so kind and explained everything very thoroughly. They were very efficient in packing everything up and I never had to lift a finger! My items were delivered a few days after my delivery window however the movers made up for it once again by their efficiency and professionalism moving everything in to my new place. I was nervous that the small elevators and cramped spaces would draw things out, but we were done in a couple of hours.

I have to give a special shout-out to the foreman, Isma, who went above and beyond. When my sofa unfortunately didn't fit through the elevator at my new place, Isma immediately stepped in to help me figure out the disposal process, and even followed up afterward to ensure everything was handled.

Im moving from Tampa to Nashville and just had Hugo Reyes’ team pickup my things and it was THE most seamless service! Not only did they wrap everything so carefully and make sure everything was secured (including big pieces of furniture!!), but also his team (Hugo, Juan, Ricky, & Estefano) were some of the kindest and most respectful people ever. I’ve already used roadway with another move and I already knew I loved it but it STILL blew my mind just how efficiently everything was run. This team made everything so easy and would recommend them a million times over!!!

Needed to move very quickly from LA to Austin TX and they were very quick to set everything up (about two phone calls). Setting up was very easy. The day of I didn't have to do anything other than point at what is going and they wrapped it all up and loaded it. Had small trouble communicating about the exact day of arrival but the team over the phone was very helpful in resolving it. Unloading everything was very easy and they scan every box they load/unload to make sure you don't miss anything. I would use them again the next time I move.

I can’t recommend Roadway enough! I recently moved from LA to Dallas and they were nothing but helpful. Allen made sure we were taken care of and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and patience (I asked a lot of them haha). I recently had to move from NYC to Las Vegas and I was very stressed that I had a lot of things to move and I wasn't sure how to do it cross country. Using Roadway was actually so helpful because they made the whole process so easy. They were in and out of my apartment within the hour packing all my things and then when they arrived in Vegas with all my things, everything arrived safely. When they arrived everything also done and moved within the hour. Highly recommend using Roadway for your next move.

We had 2 moves with roadway this month, one local and one long distance. Roadway made them both so easy. Our local move from Chicago to Wisconsin with Edgar and his team was a full packing as well and they crushed it. So friendly, funny, on time, and respectful of our belongings.
Our long distance move from LA to Wisconsin was also a breeze. Edwin and his partner Henry were so kind. They shared some crazy stories from their moves across the country! I mentioned we were expecting a baby and Edwin was as excited for us as our own family. When leaving he came back to the house just to let us know he’d be back in the area in a couple days and to call him if we find we need help with something.
Forgot to mention, Roadway also helped us ship a car from LA to Wisconsin! With all these moves, Roadway gave us a great price. I hope to not have to move for a long time, but if I do Roadway will be our first call.

Just wrapped up my move from NYC to LA with Roadway Moving and honestly, these guys were incredible. I was dreading the whole cross-country moving process but they made it so much easier than I expected.
The crew that showed up was ridiculously energetic in the best way - like, I don't know what they put in their coffee but they had me feeling motivated at 9am on moving day. I was really impressed by how carefully and meticulously they packed all my furniture. They actually took some pieces apart to pack them safely and then reassembled everything perfectly upon delivery, which was awesome and not something I was expecting!
They were flying through the process without being careless about it, and were super adaptive when we had to figure out the logistics of getting everything organized efficiently.

I’ve moved 4 times in my life before this one and each move was so stressful. This time around I am so glad I asked Roadway to help out because I was relocating from one state to another. If moving within a city was already so hard, I can’t imagine doing all that and then driving it for hours to the next location. Roadway was so professional and didn’t waste any time. Once they showed up and had a quick walkthrough of where everything was, they immediately started wrapping every single piece of furniture with blankets and all the smaller pieces of furniture or random bits were taped up into boxes. They were in and out of the house within 3 hours. And they unloaded at the new location the next day in only 2 and a half hours. I've never enjoyed a move this much!

What differentiates Roadway is they have a Foreman who is your point of contact throughout the experience. The pre-move process was seamless, super organized - they didn't miss a detail, nothing broke, they even arrived EARLY (who arrives early) and we ended earlier than anticipated. 5 guys helped us move a 3-bedroom home and I'd recommend them for anyone looking to do a full-service move down to a minimal support move. Working with Roadway was the least stressful part of moving! From the time I reached out to them for a quote to the completion of my long distance move, they were highly communicative, organized, and intentional.

My movers showed up right on time the morning of my move, and got to work immediately. They disassembled large furniture, kept all parts and pieces organized, and were able to pack my one bedroom apartment up, in full, within 3 hours.

A few hours later, they showed up to my new apartment, and reassembled the furniture, put together my couch, hung my clothes in the closet, and place all boxes in their respective rooms, making unpacking, easy and straightforward.
