I had such a great experience with Roadway Moving during my move from Los Angeles to Nashville, and it was my first time ever moving that far. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my things. Long-distance moves can be really stressful, but they made the whole process feel easy and organized. The crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and handled everything with so much care and respect. Communication was clear, pricing was straightforward, and nothing felt chaotic or rushed. It was honestly one of the smoothest moving experiences I’ve ever had, and I’d absolutely use Roadway again and recommend them to anyone planning a big move.

Let me start off with what an amazing experience I received today not only were there early. They were so helpful and explaining every single thing every step of the way, show me when there was something that was damaged so there wouldn’t be any confusion when unpacking taking the time to make sure everything I wanted was where it was gonna go at the apartment. GORAN K. Was the supervisor on the job so nice easy to talk to assisted in me and everything I needed and went above and beyond If you have a question about this company, this is the review you need to read. I was very impressed and very thankful for such a smooth transition. We got things from Connecticut then from a location in the Bronx to finally delivering into an apartment in the Bronx that’s a lot and everything was done in less than six hours. Talk about efficient work!

We had a great experience with Roadway Moving! The entire team was incredibly nice, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They worked quickly but never rushed, and they took extra care to thoroughly wrap and protect all of our furniture. The last move I had was a nightmare but the amazing team at Roadway that loaded my stuff seriously restored my faith in movers many times over! It seemed they were taking so much care to wrap and cushion everything to protect it. They were efficient while still taking time where needed to be thorough in how they prepped everything to be loaded. I was seriously impressed!!

They were by far the best moving team I’ve ever used. My nyc building is difficult with a broken service elevator and horrible parking and they got the job done so efficiently. I can’t say enough good things about this movning company! The customer service was thorough and efficient and always there when I had questions. The movers themselves I give a 10! They wrapped my furniture so that nothing could happen to it. They wrapped my lamps, my glass things that could get broken with expertise. Nothing in my move was broken. The quoting and contracting process with Natasha was absolutely great. She took time to do a virtual walkthrough of our place and the initial inventory was pretty spot on. They also worked with me to get a competitive price against other movers I contacted. She was always available for questions along the way and really helped reassure us of concerns we had for such a long term move.

The pickup experience with the team of Hugo Reyes, Juan, Orlando, and Erick was also excellent. The crew was professional, efficient, and wrapped everything extremely well. I've done one of these moves a few years ago and there was clearly a difference in how much better these guys treat you belongings. Big kudos to the crew for working such a long day and getting it all done on time!

From the beginning, the communication was clear and professional, and on move day I was able to track the movers in real time, which immediately made the whole process feel more organized and stress-free.

The team arrived on time, came in with great energy, and got straight to work. They packed up my entire apartment quickly but so carefully. I had fragile items, my espresso machine, and an 80-inch TV, and they handled everything with so much attention and care. They wrapped and protected everything properly, and nothing was damaged.

They also packed my entire kitchen, labeled items, loaded everything efficiently, transported it safely, and then unloaded at my new place in Los Angeles. What impressed me most is that they didn’t just drop things off — they assembled my furniture and arranged everything exactly how I wanted it - cannot recommend enough and totally worth it!

The entire move — pack, load, transport, unload, and set up — took only 5 hours, which is honestly insane. I didn’t have to lift a finger and I felt supported the whole time.

Roadway Moving. Leon and his team were wonderful in moving all my items and furniture into my new apartment in San Francisco. They helped unpack all the boxes and reassembled the furniture well. They were efficient and their hard work was thoroughly appreciated.

10/10 for movers doing the physical labor, 0/10 for office staff. Our sales rep pressured us to put a deposit down right away before we could discuss if we even wanted to move forward. We paid it but had little time to figure out cheaper options due to the pressure the sales rep put on us (they wouldn't let us hang up till we paid). Then not only did our furniture take forever to arrive, the customer service rep gave false times multiple times and rarely answered the phone (rep told us movers were 20 min away when movers called and said they were 2 hours away). 2nd and last time we use Roadway, they've gone downhill in the years since. And some of our items were damaged in transit for a 2nd time.

After trial and error with different moving companies over the years, i was hesitant to work with another company. I’ve been misquoted, overcharged in the past but with roadway everything was clear from the beginning. On moving day, everything went so smooth and they were morneeffcne rand fader than the time slotted which made my move overall WAY easier. 5 stars across the board!

Roadway move me over 200 miles. They came perfectly on time, with a game plan, and took extra caution with all of my items. I was given a tracking link so I could see where they were at at all times. When we got to the destination, they assemble all of my furniture back up and moved everything and exactly where I wanted it. I will definitely be using roadway again for my future moves as this was a seamless process.

I was prepared for the usual complications, aggravations & agonies when moving is involved . In my astonishment, the opposite occurred !

Foreman Julio Gonzales, and his crew of Gerber and Alex, did an incredible job of moving us from a fourth floor walk up in Manhattan to a home in snowy Buffalo over the past two days.
They were precisely on time, handled all our packages and furniture with great care and professionalism. They knew exactly what needed to be done. They were very polite and respectful of everyone they met. They worked INCREDIBLY hard. If 5 stars is the highest rating, they deserve Six!

Roadway movers were outstanding from beginning to end. Our two contacts Momo and Klaudio answered our many questions with patience and kindness, and got back to us quickly each time. They were also very easy to work with on the dates we wanted for our move. Our movers were wonderful as well. They moved with lightening speed, took special care when moving and wrapping and unwrapping furniture and delicates. I was impressed with the heavy tarps and other materials that they wrapped the furniture and other household items in. It gave me confidence that everything would arrive safely, which it did. We had a massive desk that we didn’t think would fit through the office door but the movers kept at it and they got that desk through the door. I appreciate that they didn’t give up. We had a long distance move with a lot of furniture and dishes, pots and pans, pictures, etc., and the movers packed everything up on a Friday and delivered several states away on the very next day. Movers were professional and kind. I can’t say enough good things about them. Was very impressed with the entire process.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Moved from NY to Pennsylvania.from the first phone call with Bryan to waving good bye to Osvaldo and his team and Jurgen in between I felt very confident in my choice.Yiu can call or text and they will get back to you immediately Bryan even called me back on his day off! Osvaldo and his team run like a well oiled machine and the care they took with my belongings was great. I feel like everyone went above snd beyond and was super helpful and friendly highly recommend for your move near or far!

I used Roadway for a move from Seattle to New York and I had an overall okay experience, with some parts going very smoothly and others being very inconvenient.
Getting a quote was super easy, my sales agent was very helpful! The price was very reasonable for a long distance as compared to multiple quotes, and I really appreciated that it was guaranteed. I paid exactly what I was quoted! Pickup also went smoothly, I received notice from the movers who came promptly to quickly and safely pack all of my stuff.
The delivery is where I ran into issues. I was told I would receive 24-48 hours notice when my items would be delivered, as my new apartment required an elevator reservation, however this was NOT respected. I was actually not notified at all, and I only found out my delivery date was the next day when I called my move coordinator multiple times (he never responded to emails or texts, and never called back if I couldn’t reach him). I asked to change my date since I hadn’t been able to reserve the elevator, but again received no confirmation of this. I ended up having to call customer service who immediately resolved the issue and rescheduled my move date which was great. From there, delivery was fine, the movers arrived on time during the window they provided, and assembled/placed my furniture and boxes. Nothing was damaged, even the fragile items.

Overall I would recommend them due their price point, guarantees, and their great movers/drivers (thank you Jose, Isma and the rest of the team!), but be prepared to reach out for updates early and often for delivery.

I can’t recommend Roadway Moving enough! My wife is a professional athlete and over the holidays got traded to a team across the country. We were so stressed with so much to do but Roadway made it so easy. I was able to speak with a rep on the phone and explain everything we had in our apartment that would need to be moved and he gave me a price that day. We just had to pack our clothes and smaller items in boxes and Roadway movers did the rest. They wrapped every piece of furniture and bigger item in blankets and wrap to make sure everything was safe. They label each item with a number and QR code to make sure they are all accounted for at drop off. The company kept me updated every few days of an arrival date with my stuff. They also disassembled all the big furniture and put it back together at drop off. The movers put all of our boxes in the assigned rooms we had for them which made unpacking easier. When we move again we will definitely be using roadway!

We looked at a lot of options and even talked about doing parts of it ourselves… until we saw how much was actually involved. The prep, protecting everything, loading, unloading, and cleanup. That idea didn’t last long.

Our belongings were in storage, so I flew back to Dallas to meet the crew. They showed up early, were careful with our things, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. That alone took a lot of stress out of the day.

What mattered most to us was no surprises. With other movers we talked to, pricing kept changing or wasn’t clear. Roadway was straightforward from the start. The price we were quoted is exactly what we paid, and the payment process was simple.

They own their trucks and crews, which helped keep delivery quick. Everything arrived within a week, just like they said it would.

Moving can be stressful. Roadway made sure it wasn't. This was a GREAT Experience. You get what you pay for and Roadway are total pros. We’d absolutely use Roadway again.

I moved with roadway for the first time from Philly to Texas and the experience blew me away! They handled everything from packing, supplies, trash takeaway and more. They were always quick to respond in communication, never made me feel like I was going to get sneaky over charges like other companies, super punctual and more. I can’t recommend the team at roadway more. They’ve expanded recently to Texas so if you have the chance to use them, do it!

Once again this company says they work legally yet the allowed a 17 year old to book a moving company under a false alias without any sort of proof or parental concent which is ILLEGAL! They asked for no forms of proof of identification and when confronted acted like it wasn’t their problem and to go to the police. As long as they get their money they don’t mind if they are moving minors. Watch out parents! Shady shady company

Amazing experience with Roadway! It was my first time moving cross country by myself and Roadway made it so easy and stress free. Peter, my estimator, was so patient with me and so helpful. My moving coordinator, Alan, kept me updated every step of the way. All the movers from the pick up destination were so sweet. The movers at the delivery destination delivered my fragile items without even a scratch. They were also able to assemble my furniture without instructions. I’ve heard horror stories about movers and was so nervous and I feel so grateful that my experience was only positive.

Absolutely unreal experience. Roadway helped make my cross country move from LA to NYC SOOOO easy I truly couldn’t believe it. In 2.5 hours they completely unloaded / reassembled everything in my new space.

This sick company allowed my 17 year old minor son to book them to move him to Michigan to live with 2 adult men groomers. When I found out I called Alessio who told me there was nothing they could do and contact the police. They allowed my son to book this under a false alias without asking for any form of proof. When I confronted them that they are cancelling this, they told me no. They are the type of company into money that has no safety measures in place. They will happily move a minor across the country without parental consent as long as they have their $1400.

I cannot recommend Roadway Moving enough. I’ve had terrible experiences with movers in the past (broken items and furniture), so I went into this move already anxious. On top of that, the morning of the move my sister injured her neck, so the day was off to a rough start.

Our movers:Johnny and his team (I never got the other names, sorry!!) were super patient, kind, and understanding right from the beginning. They worked efficiently, packed everything with care, and moved quickly. Honestly, given the circumstances, they made the day go as smoothly as it possibly could.

They turned what could’ve been a nightmare into a genuinely good experience. If you’re dreading moving day or have trust issues with moving companies like I do, this is the team you want. I had a great experience! I was shopping around for different movers and they were the most affordable for the service that I received and on such short notice!

They delivered everything to my new apartment in record time! I was amazed at the speed and care that they displayed when moving my things.

Not to mention that every one that I had contact with from the operators who booked everything to the movers, EVERYONE was polite and patient. Roadway handled my move from LA to NYC and I was really impressed with how quickly their team members worked and the level of communication throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers, especially cross country!

The movers were fast and efficient and very accommodating of our last minute requests. The only issue was clean up, or lack therefore. We spent almost an hour sweeping and disposing of materials they left behind. Otherwise, we were pleased with the move.

Had a 10/10 experience with Roadway. My first time ever hiring a full-service package and I can never go back. A team of three people packed up our 2BR apartment jampacked with stuff as if it was nothing and took such great care of the furniture. They went above and beyond by taking our tv off the wall and unscrewing all the little shelves I’d added. Definitely recommend them!

They delivered on the promise. I was extremely nervous about the whole moving process given horror stores that people have in general. They promised the best moving experience and delivered! They came on time to my place in DC, crew was great, came on time and everything was done in time.

Across the country later, the crew was on time, the unloading was great and there was no damage to anything and nothing was missing!

Roadway Moving is AMAZING!! I can't even begin to describe how much of a stress free cross country move this was. I have alot of very delicate decorations and tech that I was very concerned about when packing. Roadway got rid of any concern I had. They packed things in a careful organized manner and QR coded every box and kept every room as together as possible. My biggest issue with movers was the lack of organization and shoving things in boxes but with roadway I was so happy to feel like they cared about my stuff as much as I did to properly and carefully package everything. Being a control freak (from bad moving experiences) they were very kind and receptive to any direction I had. Roadway did a great job with my second cross country move! The teams on both sides were quick and efficient. I was wrapping Christmas gifts while the team moved me out, they handled everything. this is my second time using Roadway, the previous time was cross country from Texas to california and my experience was so great I had to use them again, this time locally. the crew was right on time and carefully wrapped my furniture and belongings, they even helped back some of my clothing in the wardrobe boxes. they were so diligent and careful with pick and delivery, laying down the blue carpet to protect flooring. I color coded tape on each box based on rooms, I told them once and they were able to put everything where it belongs, even sweet enough to place our furniture in the exact place I wanted instead of jut dumping in a corner of a room. they even took any trash with them. They really are the best experience!

Move was trouble free and very professional. The crews on both ends of the move were great- packed the furniture and everything very well. Every box or item got an individual bar code to track it on and off the trucks. Nothing damaged or missing after the move. The cost ended up being more than the original estimate, but that’s my fault for having way more boxes of stuff packed than I thought I would. Hopefully there aren’t any more interstate moves in my future, but I would use roadway again without hesitation.

We had Edgar managing drop off for us and Steve managing our packing. Both sides of the process were easy and the guys were friendly and careful. Had to deal with a shitty parking situation at our place and they handled it with lots of grace and care. Really appreciate their positive attitudes!

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. I actually booked Roadway before I even locked in my new apartment so I could get a quote and plan ahead and I’m so glad I did. The team showed up right on time, super friendly, calm, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.

I packed most of my things ahead of time, but they came fully prepared to handle everything else from artwork and clothes to lamps and the random things you forget about until moving day. They also use a barcode tracking system, so every single item gets scanned before loading and unloading. Honestly, you could walk away and let them handle it all. They just get it.

Efficient, careful, and zero stress. This was hands down the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Roadway is officially my go-to moving company from here on out.

Outstanding experience starting from the pickup in CA, where I had a huge storage locker full of everything. Anything not securely boxed already was wrapped and/or boxed in an incredibly professional and careful way. The movers took their time and categorized and barcoded everything. The trip took the estimated time cross country and was delivered on the scheduled day. The delivery was handled efficiently, professionally and with the utmost care. Padding and other protective equipment was spread throughout the house and no scratches occurred. The movers did an amazing job unloading, unwrapping and situating everything exactly where I requested. Throughout the entire process, from CA to Philadelphia, PA, absolutely nothing was injured or broken; including all furniture, a large screen tv, bookcases, more than 8 boxes filled with glass framed photographs, art, an upright piano, or anything else; all was in excellent condition. I’ve moved 7 times in the past 15 years and I’ve never had such an exceptional experience. I compared estimates from 6 companies, and and although some of them had lower initial estimates, they all underestimated the size and weight of what I had, except for Roadway, who ended up give me by far the fairest price coast to coast. I highly recommend Roadway for any move, without hesitation. Thank you.

Roadway Moving made a stressful cross-country move feel completely manageable. From the first call to final delivery, communication was clear, professional, and consistent. My entire life was packed out of a storage unit in L.A. and delivered to Rochester on time and with real care. The crew was efficient, respectful, and treated everything like it mattered. It was just a few items that were left from my aunt who passed away that I wanted. 2 antique rocking chairs, vintage china, and some other misc items

Their price was very fair and their service and communication is very organized and top notch. They are the only company I found that seemed honest and weren’t brokers. And also the only company I found that advertised that they handle a small amount of stuff. They even had a section of their website for shipping a few items.

They packed everything and I was worried about the China and the antique rocking chairs but the packing was amazing, each piece of china was wrapped with multiple sheets of paper. Every inch of the chairs was wrapped with plastic and blankets and they even had thick cardboard for all the edges of the chairs.

They definitely are a 5 star company all around from every step of the process. They gave updates along the way and I like that I could call or text someone for each step to communicate. The morning they picked up the items and packed I had the cell number of that person and could text them which was great as I wasn’t at the pick up location.

I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone I know that needs movers whether local or across states.

Moved a very large amount of clothing + shoes and they packed everything up for me alongside labeling every box with its contents. I can’t say enough about Roadway Moving most especially Osvaldo Martinez and his team. We had an interstate move from NY to Connecticut. There is honestly not much more stressful than moving. From when they showed up exactly on time to when they departed, this crew was careful, compassionate, extremely attentive to every detail, helpful and just the nicest guys! Not one item was misplaced or broken and we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the whole process. Up until the move, the company was in contact with us making sure we didn’t need to add anything or take anything out from our proposal. Highly recommend!

This was the best moving company experience I’ve ever had in my life! My dad and I sat back while they told us to not move a muscle. They carefully wrapped up everything securely and disassembled whatever needed to be. The service was amazing but the people were even better! 10/10, highly recommend for your next move

Movers were professional and efficient. They made sure that everything was neatly placed at our new home and did everything to ensure that we were satisfied customers. One of our items was damaged during transport , they not only made claim to ensure it would be rectified, but they went above and beyond by fixing item temporarily so it could still be functional.
