I've used Roadway for around six moves now, and this was my first long-distance move from Florida to California. They were amazing as always! Great communication, on-time pickup and delivery, and they took exceptional care of my furniture. I especially loved that they custom crated my fragile marble tables, and everything arrived safely. Highly recommend Roadway for any move!

Outstanding move from Baltimore to Philadelphia — I can't recommend Roadway highly enough.

From the start, my relocation specialist Jeffery was responsive and made everything easy, including turning around a same-day quote quickly when I needed it. But the crew on move day is what truly made the experience.

A 3-man crew led by Vidoji drove down from New York and arrived early, at 7:30 AM. They understood immediately that I had a very tight service-elevator window at both buildings, and they treated it like their own mission. They loaded the entire apartment — including disassembling furniture and bed frames — in about 2 hours, then completed the unloading and reassembly in Philadelphia in just 90 minutes. They arrived at my Philadelphia building before noon, more than an hour ahead of my 1 PM elevator reservation, and were finished and gone by 1:30 PM.

These guys were fast, strong, and came fully equipped with every tool they needed. What stood out most was their attitude: they told me they're experienced professionals and didn't want me worrying about anything on move day, knowing I'd had a hectic stretch beforehand and had a lot of unpacking ahead. That's exactly how it felt — completely in control, careful, and stress-free.

The price was a guaranteed flat rate with no surprises, the truck was their own with a professional branded crew, and everything was handled in a single same-day move with nothing held overnight. Worth every penny.

Wow wow WOW!!! This was truly the most stress- free, fun, and exciting move I’ve ever done. From start to finish, Juan and Josh have mastered the art of handling all my items with such precision and care. They wrapped every one of my belongings with about 4-5 layers of protection… seriously I was absolutely amazed by little tactics they had and all the effort went it into it. Even in 95 degrees Florida heat, their smiles never left their faces. I can’t say it enough on how thankful I am to have invested in movers I can truly trust. I’ve used many of moving companies and this one was definitely the best! Nothing arrived broken and they were very quick for a team of two people. They were polite and even went straight in to talk with the leasing office and arrange a good place to load/unload. They literally did EVERYTHING. Including assembly and reassembly. Skip everyone else and just hire them!

I was handling a move from Fla. to NY, and then to CA....I had a lot of expensive artwork as well as furniture and some heirlooms.... I was very worried about trusting movers...Well, it turned out that Roadway did the move and they were in constant touch with me almost everyday.... all three moves went as they promised: They were on time, communicated with me constantly, and not one piece of anything was damaged! And more than that, they were polite, easily accessible, and I wish I hadn't worried as much as I did.. There will be a next time, and I'm sure I won't worry nearly as much..... Honestly just need to shout out Roadway Moving because they were incredible. We moved from a one bedroom in Midtown Manhattan to Connecticut and I was already dreading it but they showed up early, got straight to work, and were packing so fast it was almost hard to keep up with them.

They were so careful with everything too. I have an embarrassing amount of perfume and every single bottle was individually wrapped. They even saved the ribbons off a piece of furniture and packed them neatly. Didn’t ask, just did it.

The team actually told us it was the most stuff they’d ever seen come out of a one bedroom, which checks out. Zero damage, zero stress, and they had us unloaded faster than I expected.

If you’re debating whether to hire movers, just do it. 10/10 would call them again.

They were awesome! Efficient, kind, smart packing and didn’t miss anything! Arrived early. Super polite! Even gave me back my house keys which I had forgotten to grab out of the way of the packing. I would definitely use them to pack again. They were even able to unmount and pack our huge flush-mount TV!

I hired them to move me from Ithaca down to New York City for a summer internship, and they genuinely exceeded every expectation…The two things I was most nervous about were my piano and my TV, both of which arrived in absolutely perfect condition. They handled the piano with such care, and watching them navigate everything so professionally put me completely at ease. What really blew me away was the speed and attitude despite the weather. Roadway Moving made my cross-country move (NYC to Southern California) feel so much less stressful. From the start, Peter was incredibly helpful throughout the quoting process. On moving day, Julio and his crew were punctual, efficient, and handled everything with great care. They packed and moved several large items, including my couch, TV, and other heavy furniture, all while dealing with a fourth-floor walk-up. Richard and Alex handled our cross-country move to California, and their level of care and professionalism was outstanding. They wrapped every large piece of furniture incredibly thoroughly - I was genuinely amazed. Everything was essentially scratch-proof from every angle.

Their inventory system was also impressive: every item and box receives its own barcode, which is scanned during packing, and we received a detailed inventory list almost immediately afterward.

Serhii and Andrew were great they took extra care to wrap and protect my furniture and were also very careful not to damage any floors and walls. I have done a few moves in the past and I am confident that this was the best furniture wrapping I have seen. They placed corner guards and shrunk wrapped everything. The Roadway app is very useful as it allows me to track my items electronically. I also appreciated the text I received that showed me the driver’s location prior to arriving.

I've only hired movers twice in my life thus far, and after not having the best experience with another company the first time, I was pretty nervous about my move from LA to NYC. I decided to go with Roadway after hearing so many great things (aka the influencers on instagram / tiktok haha) - and I am SO happy I did.

From the very beginning, the logistics coordinator was incredibly patient and took the time to understand my move, willingness to pay, the items that needed to be handled with care, etc. The communication leading up to the move was also excellent and also made the process much less stressful.

My furniture was disassembled and packed with so much care in LA, even though I wasn't physically there to facilitate/oversee the pick-up. When everything finally arrived in NYC, Ismael and Ale were the KINDEST movers. They were so friendly, calm, efficient and honestly kept my anxiety at bay. I went into the delivery thinking I would need to micro-manage everything or jump in there to get my hands dirty / move things around, but they handled it all so seamlessly!! All of the furniture and boxes were properly reassembled and everything arrived perfectly.

Moving across the country is so overwhelming (which I definitely underscored), but having a team that not only took away 1 less stress away, but also made it so incredibly easy means so much.

I need a break from moving for a few years butttt I am definitely keeping Roadway in my rolodex for the next move and can't wait to refer Ismael and Ale to all my friends!!

Just a bad experience for me.

Roadway helped me with my move from New York City to Northern California and I've never had a move go so smoothly or in such timeliness. They packed up my apartment (about a bedroom's worth of stuff) in about 3 hours on a Monday, and my things arrived across the country the following Wednesday! No delays and no questioning where my stuff was throughout those 9 days because they kept me updated constantly.

As for the packing service itself, I was really impressed with how much they wrapped each piece of furniture with blankets, cut cardboard, and wrapping. I had a completely different experience with my last long distance moving company so I was pleasantly surprised.

The teams on both ends were extremely nice and helpful. They made sure that I was able to lable each box myself and see what was going into each box. I really appreciated their patience with me! Then upon arrival, I was having them put my stuff in a specific location to store. They made sure everything fit securely and even wrapped it all up again while it's being stored! I was also able to tell them which boxes to set aside that I wanted to unbox first.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely use Roadway movers again and recommend it to any of my family/friends.

We moved from San Diego to Charleston ~ cross-country and truly cannot say enough good things. We’ve done this move 4 other times on our own and this truly changed the game for us! The actual movers are so kind, timely, and respectful. The consistent follow up from the team via email/phone call is remarkable. All of my questions were always answered and they were so so fast getting across the country. Everything arrived perfectly and still organized in every box. We will never move without Roadway again - for all long distance and short distance moves. :)

I moved from TX to NY and had a great experience with Roadway! They kept me up to date along the entire process. The pricing was extremely fair considering I was moving long distance. I had a 5 star experience with Roadway and the Milacic brothers, Aleksa and Adrian, for my recent medium-sized, interstate move. On the office side, it was easy and efficient to schedule, execute contracts and coordinate. Very good communication, reasonable prices. In regard to the actual move, the Milacics were prompt, professional and hard workers. They were patient and careful with my furniture, and went above & beyond to make the move easier on me. I highly recommend and specifically would request the Milacic brothers again for any future moves.

Had a great experience with Roadway. My move was from NYC to Miami and the process was quite seamless for the most part. There was some confusion on the ETA. My movers, Irahy and Orlando, arrived on time. They were incredibly efficient and professional. Everything was moved/assembled quickly with no problems.

Decided to move with Roadway Moving on my most recent move in NYC. From the beginning to end of the move the movers were thoughtful and thorough with the move. We reviewed all aspects of my furniture and they wrapped each large piece of furniture individually. it took one hour to pack and one hour to unload my 1 bedroom, it was such a quick move! I would highly recommend them to anyone local in Texas or moving cross country like I did from Santa Monica. Excellent value for the level of service that is provided.

Melvin, Samuel and Prieto were phenomenal. Professional, efficient and kind. They handled all of our stuff with care and placed the furniture exactly where we wanted. Even put together our bed! Our stuff arrived earlier than expected as well, which is always a bonus.

Moving from Michigan to NYC, I was naturally overwhelmed by the logistics of everything. But hiring Roadway was the best decision because they handled everything for me. Nothing was damaged, it arrived on time and I didn't have to do anything but open the door! Would highly recommend!

I recently moved from LA to NYC and you can imagine the stress I had about a cross country move. Roadway literally made this process so seamless and alleviated so much stress for this event. Irina was so helpful in assisting me in taking inventory of what I was moving and was flexible as my items changed and even included extra boxes for me the day of the move in case I needed! The movers were absolutely incredible for both pickup and delivery. I didn't have all the tools to take a part my bed frame and they literally brought their tool box and did it for me. My things made it safely across the country in just 8 days and I so appreciate Roadway and would recommend them to anyone!

Literally couldn’t be a better moving experience!!! Melvin and his Dallas team made everything so easy, we have a big town house with lots of narrow halls and stairs, and they handled everything so professionally. We couldn’t recommend them more!

I recently moved with Roadway and could not speak more highly of this moving company. Zero stress on moving day and I was able to work while they packed. The movers were so kind and efficient and I was all moved in well before sunset. Quick and seamless experience!

Update: Amazing service on the backend. Stuff was quickly moved into a 3rd floor apartment with care and precision. Extra attention paid to the fact that some stuff was coming into an apartment and the rest was going into a storage unit. The crew was just as good as the packing crew and was thrilled with the service.

Only negative was a lack of communication once the stuff was packed, however, I think there may have been some extenuating circumstances. Either way I will not hesitate to call Roadway in the future!

Amazing. 7th move in 12 years and this was the best experience. From the very start the initial management team was very communicative and helpful. The crew who did the move was amazing, very professional and courteous. No one seemed annoyed to be doing their job. They expected nothing of me and treated my property with the utmost care. Slightly higher price than other movers, but well worth the cost for the work ethic and professionalism.

I only had about a week to figure out a long-distance move, which was super stressful, but they made the whole process really easy. They were very responsive from the beginning and gave me a quote that was honestly way better than I expected.

I worked with Eddie to get everything set up, and then John and Alex during the actual move, and they were all great. Everyone was friendly, professional, and just easy to work with.

They showed up on time, packed everything quickly but still really carefully, and I felt good about my stuff the entire time. Everything arrived and was put back together exactly how I wanted.

Moving is usually chaotic, but this felt smooth and reliable, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone planning a move.
