such a good experience! Roadway moved my stuff out of my apartment with ease, catalogued and stored all of it for six months, and then the drop off was as easy as 30 minutes of unloading at my new place. Everything was a breeze, the staff is so nice and they made sure I was happy with everything every step along the way! 100% recommend Roadway moving to all!

I am so thankful for roadway moving! Literally the best moving service. They were so careful assembling/disassembling my bed and dresser. They even went above and beyond to wrap all my kitchen stuff and box my clothes for me :) worth every penny!

Too good! After five moves in New York this is the only one I have felt good about. Roadway took care of my items, packed for me and even fixed my vintage dresser. (Within two hours I might add) Alan also made this experience especially good for us. Can't wait to move again and use them!

I've used Roadway twice now to move and am always satifused! Once for a cross-country move and once for an around town move. Both times have been excellent experiences. I have moved 15x and this is the only company I have used more than once. Will use them again for next move! They packed up all my things and everything arrived in tact. The staff was so kind even though it was a 12 hour work day for them. They made me feel relaxed and one member of the team even ran out to get me utensils to eat lunch after they had packed my silverware! 5 stars all the way.

I recently used Roadway moving when I relocated from LA to OC, and I cannot recommend them enough. I had a ton of expensive fragile furniture that I was so afraid to move, and they handled everything with SO much care. They also moved my entire garage gym with full size gym equipment and everything made it safely. The men were SO kind and so efficient, these guys mean business, they move fast but with care. We all know how stressful of a process moving is, and they made the process so stress free. Very grateful I went with them!

I reached out to Roadway for assistance with moving furniture from storage and they absolutely came through to deliver! I was assisted every step of the way, even during the actual move! It’s super helpful especially for someone doing the move by themselves.

Roadway assisted with tape and a few extra boxes just in case I needed which I did so that was very helpful. I thought I would have to help the movers but they actually preferred I didn’t and I didn’t mind haha. They really took care of everything and listened to me which also made things easy.

I love the fact that there are no hidden fees with Roadway, the price you get before the move is what you’ll pay!

I’ve never had a moving job so easily done! I’ll definitely be using these guys again as they get the job done, and swiftly at that!

This was my second time doing a move with Roadway & once again, I was not let down. I moved from Manhattan to Brooklyn with them. They showed up to my apartment promptly & were able to wrap everything up for me & get everything loaded into the moving truck within an hour. Once we got to my new home, the unloading/unwrapping process was just as quick. My move started at 9AM and it was fully completed by 12PM. Richard was absolutely incredible, him and his team were so attentive in terms of making sure everything was taken care of. I would absolutely use Roadway again for my next move!

A++++ Recently moved from California to the East Coast and can’t say enough about how great of an experience I had! They were on time, packed everything up quickly & made sure all was labeled & wrapped well and they were so nice to work with.. Took all the stress out of the move for me. Delivered quickly on East Coast in perfect condition! Had great communication the whole time and no worries at all. 10/10

I cannot believe how fast and efficient these guys were. I opted to have them pack and move our place, and they had everything done within three hours. We received a total inventory sheet and it was so much under budget. I’ll never use anyone else.

To say that roadway is the best moving company I have ever used is an under statement. I have never seen such professional packers, and the team treated my priceless antiques with such care. Moving across country can be very very stressful but I was at ease after seeing how well my furniture was being treated. The team communicated so well with consistent updates about delivery to our new home. I couldn’t recommend the team more even if I tried!! Truly I felt guilty on move day because I didn’t do anything - and they were so fast and thorough it allowed me to enjoy my last days as a California resident.

Roadway Moving helped me move into my one bedroom apartment last year and this year, helped me and my boyfriend move into our very own house. They moved two apartments in 10 hours and even packed, unpacked, set up beds and hung the TV. We were cozied up on the couch that night and it started to feel like home right away. Moving was seamless and stress free. We encountered some unexpected winter weather beforehand and the Roadway team were absolutely accommodating and happy to ensure all of my belongings were packed up and delivered safely. We moved interstate with Roadway and had an unpleasant experience from start to finish. Willing to overlook everything however they lost a box of ours which was very very valuable family heirlooms brought from India decade ago. The box may not have very high monetary value but was the last remnants of my late parents. The company was disorganized from start to finish giving us other people’s things also, but losing this box amongst other boxes has been painful.

So impressed with Roadway Moving! They were punctual, thoughtful with our things, and genuinely just the nicest humans. They even took our boxes after they were unpacked, broke them down and took care of disposing of them for us! Highly recommend.

This is my 2nd time using the company! Both times I have had a great experience. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my move. The team is very communicative, professional, and actually cares about your stuff. I am definitely going to continue to use the company in the future (:

ROADWAY IS THE BEST. Let me just say, I was on the fence whether or not to hire movers, and I could not be happier that I did. They made my moving day so much easier. The roadway guys are so nice (Diego was our main man and was such a great guy), and SO helpful. Since I never hired movers before, I didn't know what to expect and they seriously did everything.

They took care of stuff I had no idea they would (put all of my plants in boxes, wrapped up pots I didn't have time to pack, etc), and packed a 2 bedroom apartment in under 2 hours. When we got to the new place, they made sure EVERYTHING was exactly where I wanted it (checked multiple times to see if the rugs were in the right place), and they made our lives so much easier. Roadway Moving was beyond professional from the very beginning all the way until the end. One thing I loved was the constant text updates the team provides ,notifying you when the team is arriving ,to where they are when moving to new location ect.

We are moving across the country and needed to put all our stuff in storage for a while during the process, and Roadway was so helpful to us in coordinating all of it. Since they have their own storage, we didn't have to worry about organizing two separate moves in order to store our belongings. The move out team was polite and very careful with our things. I have made several long-distance moves and I've never seen movers pack and pad furniture so thoroughly. Highly recommend Roadway!

This is my second time moving with Roadway and yes I keep coming back because they're just SO. GOOD. From the beginning, Roadway was professional and reliable – they showed up right on time (and even ended right on time!). I chose to pack my own boxes, but the Roadway team was extremely careful wrapping up and moving my furniture and art (which I left unpacked). I have very narrow hallway stairs and I was so concerned I wouldn't be able to move my king's size mattress out, but Roadway did it! The guys on the team were so sweet and I definitely felt comfortable enough to leave at intervals to get coffee/lunch. And the day after my move, a representative from Roadway called to make sure everything went all right. The Roadway team really cares about you from start to finish. Never moving without them again!

Just had my move with them over the weekend & I can't think of any complaints! The move from the beginning was stress free, they organized everything for me with the moving list & items that would be boxed. Some of my furniture was extremely heavy, and they moved everything so quickly & smoothly- wrapping up everything with protection- all my furniture made it safely to my new place! The movers were an absolute gem- very kind & professional. everything was soo organized! I added on the Tv mounting service & they put up the tv in my new place in minutes--- without any hassle! 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a super smooth stress free moving experience with a team that makes your move a breeze.

The absolute best! Stop doing unnecessary research, this is the best moving company there is. This was our 2nd move hiring roadway for our parents that were moving from NY to florida - the pricing was extremely competitive but more so then that the service communication and care was really wonderful.

They really make you feel like family from the begining to end, no games no hidden cost no funny business. In fact we had less things then we originally thought and they even lowered the price right before the move. Who does that?

we also had to switch the florida move in dates multiple times and they already picked our stuff up weeks in advance and it was no issue at all to them. “Not even a let me check” was all done easy peasy. Would literally only hire roadway in the future. They pack all of our unwrapped stuff made sure nothing broke really great and professional.

Oh my gosh I cannot say enough good things about Roadway. My fiance and I are both moving from our separate Manhattan apartments into a new condo in Ohio, and they made the entire process SEAMLESS! It truly was so hassle-free. They delivered our boxes right to us. The crew on moving day was SO friendly and FAST -- (and on time!!) Oh my goodness, these guys had both apartments packed up and finished before 3pm, it was amazing. They packed everything so securely -- our art, our big TVs, my fiance's precious Jordans :) - even his oversized, curved home office computer monitor. These guys are the best in the biz - and this is our second time working with them! 10/10 reccomend!

This move went so far above and beyond anything I could have imagined. We moved from a 12th floor NYC apartment to a 4 story home in the suburbs. Our movers were nothing but kind, meticulous, and thorough. They disassembled and reassembled all of our furniture, took extra care with things like our plants, and absolutely ADORED our pup. I was worried about the dog being stressed, but honestly, their kindness and attention to her made it so seamless. 10/10 recommend and would 100% use again.

Roadway Moving made my move from Manhattan to California so easy and stress free! They were constantly in contact with me to make sure everything was going well every step of the process. The movers came on the designated day and moved everything out within 1-2 hours. They even wrapped up all of our furniture to protect them for the drive. It was a breeze and we didn't have to lift a finger. They made sure to take note of every box and piece of furniture, and it all arrived in one piece in a little over 2 weeks! I could not recommend them more, and will definitely hire them to pack my things up next time as well.

I used Roadway Moving for the first time this week and I seriously cannot say enough great things about my entire moving experience from start to finish. Truly the best experience I’ve ever had with moving! What is usually such a stressful day was completely stress free with roadway. Within 6 hours I was completely packed up and moved into my new apartment (all furniture unpacked perfectly and neatly)! Could not recommend enough!! Only using roadway moving forward!!

Roadway Moving absolutely exceeded any expectations I could've had for a moving company. Robert Lopez and his team were very professional. They arrived right on time and started packing away some of the remaining items so fast. I have never had such an easy move. The team took care of wrapping all of our furniture and the packing option we chose for our kitchen wares was expertly done. Really, they wrapped all our items with a lot of care and nothing was damaged. Also, something that was really helpful was any furniture that needed to be disassembled was reassembled in the new room!

Roadway Movers moved me into a new apartment in New York. Moving is so incredibly stressful in the city and they made my experience so seamless and stress free. The movers took the best care of my stuff, protected my walls and my floors and COULD NOT have been nicer, the stuff was very responsive and super accommodating with my last minute plans change. They even sent their handy man to rehang my tv on the wall. 5 star experience here and little details like that go a long way. Can’t recommend Roadway Movers enough!

Roadway moving was the most expensive option from the range of quotes that I received. They were worth every penny. Raz, the foreman, was the kindest, most hardworking mover I've ever met. He was incredibly diligent, set my mind at ease and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

He and his team went above and beyond in our packing and move. Every little thing was packaged thoughtfully and well. Nothing was damaged in the move. Even days later, we'd find a thoughtful detail in the packing. The dude really, really cares about doing a great job. They refused to cut any corners, everything was done right. The Supers from both buildings also said Raz's team was THE best movers they've ever worked with. Those are high praises considering the number of moves they've seen.

This is my 3rd time using Roadway, and they get better each time. The one time I used a different mover, Piece of Cake Movers extorted me for $400 more in the middle of the move. Roadway is the best, by far, and if you're lucky to get Raz, you're set.

Roadway made my move super smooth! They were on top of it from the scheduling process all the way to moving day. Roadway Moving made me realize moving doesn't always have to be a nightmare! We decided to move in the same building, but knew that we wouldn't be able to do it ourselves (especially while I'm pregnant!). I looked around at different companies but eventually found Roadway through other friends in NYC. And all i can say is that Roadway EXCEEDED all expectations!! Even with such a unique, short move! The crew was incredibly nice, showed up ON TIME (so rare these days!) and took care of everything without stress. From vacuuming out the furniture before putting it in the new place to dismounting/remounting the TVs to packing up the closets... the crew went above and beyond. We were so impressed. They even brought us coffee unsolicited!

My experience with Roadway Moving has been quite disappointing. Don’t get me wrong - the movers are generally great who are kind, experienced and considerate. However, the customer service aspect is extremely lacking. It takes more than a week, 5 chases to get a copy of the moving receipt. The way they summarize the amount charged is very disorganized with multiple transaction details void of any description of what the charges are for. If you’re not being careful with their emails, and do not follow up with an itemized receipt (which again could take weeks to be delivered) there could be hidden fees which happened to me. When disputing with customer service, which again inevitably takes multiple attempts, the answer is there’s nothing they can do because it has been communicated to me and listed in the contract (which is just further from the truth). Tl;dr They are nice and responsive before you make the payment and sign the contract. But they really don’t care about you and your concerns post-move.

Edit: A customer service representative reached out immediately after the review was posted. They heard my concerns and offered to make it right. Although frustrating that this was the way to have my concerns heard, I appreciated the quick follow-up and good gesture as well as the desire to fix their internal issues.

First time using movers and will never go back! The gentlemen made this transition SO much easier as I was dealing with the loss of a loved one. They packed the things i could not get and got all of my things moved damaged free! Will recommend to all of my friends and family in the future.

This was my second time moving with Roadway and I am simply blown away with how seamless they made the experience. They are beyond professional and efficient with the way that they work. Full disclosure, being an at-home bartender, I have around 200+ bottles of alcohol and a LOT of glassware that I've collected over the years, and they packed every single glass with such care. Not a single item broke!

Once we got into the new space, they worked so well together as a team, and even switched my couch around to fit better in my new living room.

It was overall just a huge relief to know that my stuff was handled with such immense caution, while working quickly. It was truly amazing, and I couldn't have done it without them!

Roadway came in so clutch and helped me move super last minute. We literally had a few days to get out of our LA apartment and they were so easy to work with. My wife was 3 months pregnant so I told her to let me handle it (bit off more than I could chew) but luckily Roadway helped me out big time. The LA team were dope and took their time making sure our expensive items were wrapped/crates properly. They brought a speaker and played some great music and I ordered pizza and we had a good time altogether! They even made our dogs feel at peace and fed them treats!

I had no worries that everything would be safe in transit. They OVERWRAPPED our items and sure enough, when it arrived. EVERYTHING was in tact!! The drop off team reassembled everything and placed it in its proper area. We also ate some pizza again and had a good time!! Showed Roadway some good ole Southern Hospitality!

When it comes to moving, there is no other option to consider!! 🔥🔥🔥

Roadway was heaven sent! Being 3 months pregnant, the last thing I could imagine doing is moving from Los Angeles to Dallas. So, I flew to Dallas and left my husband to take care of the move. He was very flustered and started looking up moving companies and found Roadway. Roadway literally said “I got you” and knocked out the move so quickly and with much care! All of our items were EXTRA wrapped including our brand new 75” tv, oversized mirrors, and 8’ tall clmbr exercise machine. The Los Angeles team led by Carlos were truly awesome!

Now let’s move onto the drop off! Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Roadway got our furniture here exactly when they estimated it would arrive. The drop off team were all Dominican (as am I) so we immediately hit it off. They literally worked til after dark to ensure everything was setup and assembled.

Roadway was truly a lifesaver.

Went above and beyond standards to ensure that every single possession was transported safely. They double checked what was for transport and what was for disposal. Mr. Valdez even found my lost ear pod, as well as a few stud earrings I lost months ago—all amid the mess of boxes and debris that comes with moving. They carried so much yet paid attention to the tiniest detail. That’s service. 110% recommend.

Roadway Moving did an AMAZING job with our move. The guys who handled our move were punctual and quick to get the job done while being super careful to make sure everything was handled carefully and professionally. They were beyond friendly and professional to make the difficult process of moving so much easier.

The workers were incredibly friendly and took the utmost care of all of me and my roommates belongings. They helped us pack up our last couple of items that we couldn’t do on our own and made sure everything was secure.

On move in date nothing was damaged and boxes were placed in their specific rooms. They were sure to scan everything at each location which was incredible for my peace of mind.

Highly recommend this moving company. They were professional, prompt, friendly, and incredibly careful with our things. We opted to do a full-pack and local move. The pricing is (in my opinion) fair, and representatives contacted me before, during, and after my move. Clay, Sasha, Chaquetta, and Eduardo and his team were all wonderful.

I got estimates from 4 movers before Roadway. The other movers had enough horror story reviews that I was afraid to select them. I discovered Roadway on a TV ad and they had great reviews. Their price was middle of the pack. My video home walk through with John was easy and we set a date for the move

Moving day was amazing. Luis and his crew were on time. Walked in and started work like a tornado. It was interesting how little they needed to talk about what needed to be done. The crew just dove in and each tackled a different task. I packed all of the small things and they packed furniture, electronics and art work. Every piece of furniture was padded, wrapped in plastic, then cardboard then plastic. Very impressive how skilled they were. Art work was wrapped, divided with cardboard and boxed.

I put a $29 Apple Air Tag in one of the boxes and was able to follow my goods to the warehouse in the Bronx then across the country to Phoenix. Alejandro, my move coordinator, gave me a delivery estimate when it left the warehouse and I spoke with the driver the day before delivery.

The driver, Sumi, arrived on time and unloaded quickly. The crew put every box in the location requested and gladly moved boxes that were in the wrong room. All furniture was reassembled and placed where I wanted it. The numbered tags they used made sure every item was present. Sumi told me “of course it’s all here. it was counted when they loaded, when it was placed in warehouse, when it was loaded from warehouse and when it was delivered”.

There was one broken item…a cheap plaster statue that I PACKED. Not a nick or a chip on any thing else.

Roadway was AMAZING. I was so stressed by the many bad reviews of other movers…I expected the worst and got nothing but A+ service. I leave you with two words… CALL ROADWAY!!! They are everything they claim to be on their website.

Moving can be one of the most exciting times in life, but it can also be one of the most stressful.

I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing Roadway was. As a teacher, I am all about time management and organization, and these guys checked all boxes. LED by the foreman, Diego, and his associates Patrick and Manuel, these individuals were on time, efficient, and super careful.

They gave every single item in our home the white glove treatment. Even our plants moved in comfort. There was not a single item that was not wrapped, boxed or padded for protection.

Not only was everything packed away and stored safely in the truck, but everything was also unloaded, unpacked, and unwrapped in their proper place in the new home.

Don’t believe all the stellar reviews. Roadway Moving is too expensive without delivering the quality of work they promise. Their packing & delivery teams are decent but when it gets to organization and logistics they are a disaster. You literally cannot rely on anything they tell you. Save yourself a lot of headache and inconvenience. Go with a better company.

I just moved with MUUV, Roadway's sister company and it was a breeze! The moving crew was nice, efficient, and careful with my belongings. If you're a content creator or just like aesthetics, MUUV comes with super cute boxes and a big purple truck, very cute for moving pics! Get MUUVING!

The BEST moving company in LA - hands down. I used them months ago, and I can honestly recommend them to any of my friends. They are hard-working and really do care about your furniture (they double wrap everything in blankets and put your wardrobe items in the boxes for you, too!).

They took such good care of my belongings and carefully wrapped each piece of furniture. I also love that they bring a runner so they don't ruin your floors. Heard lots of great things about Roadway moving so hired them for one of my first moves in LA, and they did not disappoint, They were very communicative from the start! Erica was super helpful and patient with me during the whole process. Roadway moves were super fast and took very good care of all my things. Wardrobe boxes were also offered and were a huge help to easily move my clothes. I will definitely use roadway moving again in the future!

I've moved a billion times in my life and I have never felt as confident and taken care of as I did with Roadway. These guys are LEGIT! My movers (shout out to Lucio) were incredibly kind, worked fast, and wrapped up everything with such careful attention. I had the best experience ever with Roadway from start to finish! When booking the move, they are extremely thorough in planning and coordinating ahead of time. The day of the move, the movers literally arrived early (that's never happened for me, usually movers are super late if anything)! They were beyond kind, especially the foreman who was super communicative, professional and kind. All of my furniture was thoroughly wrapped by them and handled with the utmost care. When they were unpacking everything in my new apartment, Andrew my foreman tightened the screws on my sofa legs because he said they looked loose and even installed my deadbolt for me - talk about going above and beyond. They genuinely care about their customers so much. Before my move, a customer care employee called me to introduce herself and tell me to reach out at any time with questions or concerns and then called me after my move to make sure I had a good experience. Literally the best customer service ever! Which took so much stress off my plate during the move.

This week I moved into my new apartment with the help of Roadway Movers. All of my apprehension was immediately waved by the friendly and assuring attitude of the moving team that helped me! I had to leave the apartment for a couple hours and came back to everything finished with not one single scratch on any of my furniture. Wonderful experience. The team was very nice, respectful, and enjoyed their help. I have very expensive furniture that is very fragile or bright white and the team took amazing care of everything.
