My moving experience was everything I could have asked for. It was so easy and quick. Everyone who helped me move at Roadway was kind and handled all of my belongings with great care. I will definitely be using Roadway for any and all future moves!

I hired Roadway Moving for my first out-of-state long distance move and I could not be more glad that I made this decision. The movers were very communicative, punctual, personable, and professional. I am not lying when I say I didn’t get a single piece of my belongings in broken or damaged condition. I would recommend this company to everyone & I’d hire them again.

I'm very happy that I learned about Roadway. At first I was thinking of trying this myself, but after speaking with them decided to give it a shot. Responsive and thorough customer service that walks you through the steps and constantly communicated, and the moving crew was excellent - fast and efficient, while being cautious with all possesions. I can't believe I've never hired movers before. Roadway helped me out with a stressful and last minute move and lifted a million weights off my shoulders. Roadway has amazing customer service. I was really stressed out about moving but they moved all of my furniture effortlessly. They were super quick and they even packed up some of my delicate items for me like my plant to ensure that it was protected during transit.

I moved with Roadway on friday and it was the easiest move ever. My movers Cesar and Humberto literally zipped around my apartment so fast i basically blinked and they were done. Also when they were rebuilding my furniture they actually fixed one of my drawers that damaged from before this move, they pulled out a giant bag of screws and just fixed it for me which they definitely didn't have to do but they obviously just go above and beyond for their customers. The apartment i moved into was a second floor walk up so i was nervous about how that would go but it seemed like no problem at all for my movers. Honestly i feel like i could go on forever i just have so many good things to say but over all they're the best.

I just moved to NYC from NJ and couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience! Richard and his team did a fantastic job today and carried everything to my apartment safely. The team was very patient and helpful which led to a great move overall. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a smooth move!

The team at Roadway Moving arrived right on time, were friendly, efficient and made the moving day experience essentially stress-free. I’ve used roadway three times and each time has been amazing. The crews are very kind and professional. They wouldn’t let us lift a finger and made sure everything was packed properly to arrive safely at our new apartment. We had them pack up our kitchen since we have a lot of breakable items and everything arrived in mint condition. Would definitely recommend.

I am so glad I decided to have Roadway help me with my move. I had heard so many amazing things about them so was excited to try them out. I can’t imagine doing it on my own. I was doing the move by myself from San Clemente to Studio City and was extremely overwhelmed… until Roadway got to my house. They made it the easiest process ever. I didn’t even have to lift a finger. The men helping me were extremely efficient in every aspect. I honestly could not recommend them more. I've moved 9 times in the past 10 years and this was the best experience I've had moving (despite the fact that it was raining). I was blessed with the sweetest movers from Roadway Moving––Jose, Jariel, Nolberto––who were SO kind and thoughtful. When they came to my studio, I had some boxes already packed but was nowhere near finished. They literally went above and beyond and made sure to pack everything carefully and then unpack and set up my furniture at my new place. I even had eggs in the fridge and I was shocked at the fact that they packed them and none of them broke! If you’re planning a move, you should definitely hire them.

Roadway just moved me across town and I had the absolute best experience working with them. It was raining all day and they carefully covered all of my belongings and kept them dry. They disassembled and reassembled all of my furniture and helped me set things up. The gentlemen were extremely patient and caring towards my things and my move. This is 100% the moving company you want to work with!

Roadway Moving is amazing! The whole process of getting a quote was so easy - they even let me revise the quote when I decided not to move some items. They called and texted me the day before to make sure I was ready and had a contact for anything I needed on my move day.

I had Cesar and Humberto come out to move everything and they were great. Cesar went through all the paperwork with me when they first arrived, and by the time I turned around Humberto had organized all the boxes! They took their time wrapping each piece of furniture and I know that everything will be in great condition when it arrives on the other side! They were super polite and made sure to clean everything up before leaving. A+

Roadway Moving made our cross country move the easiest move I’ve ever experienced (and I have moved A LOT)!

From start to finish, they helped guide us along the entire moving process. A couple of weeks leading up to the big day, we connected with our moving coordinator, Shawnise. She was amazing — she alleviated so much of our stress surrounding the move. She answered any questions that came up, confirmed our moving location logistics, and helped with any last minute changes.

On the actual moving day, a Roadway Moving team of 3 came in to quickly pack up our 2 BR 2 BA apartment. They were super friendly, communicative, and efficient. They treated everything with so much care! We have a custom-made Kumiko bench that was a wedding gift from a friend — and they made sure to secure it well by triple wrapping it and protecting the corners. They also triple wrapped all of our furniture pieces and carefully handled the packing of our more fragile possessions like our paintings, artisan lamps, and some of my framed travel photography pieces.

10/10 would recommend Roadway Moving to anyone who wants a stress-free move. I’m so grateful that we went with them!

Had THE BEST experience with Roadway Moving!! They were on time and this was truly the MOST efficient move I’ve ever had. They packed everything securely and all furniture/valuables were double wrapped for protection. They moved so quickly and made the day feel like a breeze. They took apart big furniture (couch/bed frames/dining tables/tv mounts) and put it all back together on the other end in perfect condition with no missing parts or screws. Could not recommend this company more! 10/10 will use them if I ever move again!

I have never had such a great time moving- Carlos and the whole group were professional, punctual, communicative, STRONG, had amazing attitudes- and best, they were so much fun! They took better care of my things than I do. And pre- move, Joe and the gang were on top of it. Can not recommend them more strongly. A+++++ !!!

Honestly I never hired movers before because I always thought I could just do it my self but that takes DAYS, sweat, blood and tears. With Roadway movers I didn’t have to lift a finger and they did it al within 5 hours and they were super friendly which made everything so much easier and enjoyable. I will always hire movers after this experience and since they are the best in the game it will be with them! Can’t thank them and the team enough for the effortless move!!!!!

Roadway Moving was amazing. I’ve always hated moving and the stress that it causes, but Carlos and his team made the whole process a breeze. We had barely packed anything and they took care of everything and handled everything with extreme care. The house we were moving out of was on a steep hill and an extremely narrow private road and they had no problem backing the truck down the road and navigating the lot. Everything I was stressed about pretty much disappeared the second Carlos walked through the door. The whole team was so kind and considerate it meant we could just continue working while they handled everything. And we had fun! They were great guys with great music and just went above and beyond our wildest expectations of what we were getting. The transition from one house to another was honestly so intimidating and just caused so much anxiety but Roadway made everything so easy I can’t even imagine what we’d do without them or anyone else. I’ll definitely be using Roadway & Carlos for any future move.

Yariel, Norberto in LA are amazing . They did my move FAST and efficient. They built my tv and bed ! Packed everything so securely ! They laid out my new apartment so nicely ! My building has tricky access points of entry , despite only having one key , they did an incredibly fast job !

I’ve now used Roadway Moving for two moves, one local in LA and one longer distance from LA to Palm Springs, and they are the absolute BEST! For this longer distance move we also had them pack for us and WOW was that a game changer - I literally never want to pack myself for a move ever again. They handled everything with such love and care and protective wrapped every little thing with paper and all the larger furniture items in plastic wrap and blankets. I also can’t get over how fast they packed up my entire apartment. I couldn’t have been happier with the service they provided and all of the staff are so friendly and comforting! I’ll definitely be using Roadway for any future moves :)

Moving is hard, emotionally and physically… add to that three kids and an extremely short notice and it turns into a whole different game; A game that felt nearly impossible until the day Roadway Moving arrived on our doorstep, because besides the fact that they came highly recommended by some one who I 100% trust when it comes to this, they made me immediately feel like everything was going to be okay. And okay it was. All throughout the process. From box delivery the day before - we did opt for pre packing some of my wardrobe - to the packing up, unpacking, and care of everything the crew touched. They took care of us, and we took care of them, because quite frankly, I would not have been able to do it without them.

My estimate was done by Juan Aguayo and the move itself by Jonathan and Steve. The entire team worked together to make sure my move went without a hitch . My roommate has moved three or four times and only uses this company and I see why. They work great together, they are efficient, fairly in priced and incredibly accommodating every step of the way. If you need to move and care about your belongings not being damaged, want someone to make it easy for you, this it the right company to work with.

If you’re considering hiring Roadway for your next move, this is your sign to ABSOLUTELY do so. I’ve moved about 11 times in my life (local, long distance, and internationally), and have never had such a seamless and delightful moving experience as I had with Roadway! This is my second time using the service and they are no doubt the best moving company in Los Angeles.

I was offered the full pack and unpack package and Roadway came on time and took care of everything I had. The guys were such a delight even after offering them coffee they politely declined, got to work, and did everything so respectfully and quickly. The whole move took less than expected and they put together everything the way it should have been. I could not ask for a better experience with moving and we all know we want that when the chaos of moving affects our mental. Roadway forever!

My first time using a moving company as my previous moves-I did it myself and it was very stressful and exhausting. I had all my stuff in storage and it was quite a mess and some things were not fully wrapped or packed. The unique thing about this company is that they provide boxes for you and will help you pack on the spot. They will also wrap and put cover protecters for your furniture. They truly took care of my things and made everything so easy and convenient. They also rolled out the “blue carpet” for the floor during the move to prevent scratches. They moved everything so quickly and it was such a stress free day- I would recommend this moving company to everyone!!

I just moved to a new apartment in LA and wow. I was intimidated, but every part of the moving process was EASY, thanks to Roadway. Setting up the move and going over paperwork was seamless. 3 movers (Antonio, Lalo and Rodrigo - so kind and efficient) came and packed up our apartment in less than 2 hours! What I loved most was the way they cared for our furniture, mirrors, and fragile items. Everything was wrapped securely, transported with care, and delivered seamlessly. I will 100% be using Roadway the next time I move. Hopefully we like this new place and don't have to leave it for a few years, but I have already recommended Roadway to a couple friends who are moving soon. 10/10, would gladly work with Roadway again.

I loved Roadway Moving. My family and I had such a great experience with the team. They were on time. Our move into our new home was last minute but without Roadway, we wouldn’t have been able to have a smooth transition. Not only did they pack and move our townhome but our office/Studio as well. I used Roadway for a cross country move from LA to NYC. I had some very fragile and expensive computer towers I needed moved and I was terrified of shipping them on my own. They made the process so easy in a much shorter time than expected. I appreciated how they helped me get everything prepared before the move and the communication they provided on moving day. We had the most incredible experience with Roadway Moving. We are so particular and from the beginning, they were on top of every detail. They set us up with our own account manager that would reach out to us frequently in the weeks leading up to the move to check in. Everything was delivered exactly as promised - our head mover, Diego, was amazing. He came and did a walk through of both of our houses before moving anything to make sure they accounted for any damages. When it came time to move the boxes and furniture, they were extremely professional and efficient. We had all new furniture that we were worried about traveling with but completely covered and wrapped everything. We truly couldn't have had a more positive experience.

Initial meeting was great, salesperson navigated us through the virtual tour. They did forget to add a few things to the invoice but waived 50 dollars from it which was nice.

However they underestimated the invoice by ~200 dollars. During pickup everything went smoothly. However, during dropoff they seemed to be rushing haphazardly through our new house, causing scratches and dents in multiple places. Had to tell them repeatedly that the desk comes apart and to not try to fit it through the door. They ignored me and damaged another wall. They had to then disconnect the legs like I said in the beginning. To top it off, they forgot to drop off our two large indoor garbage/recycle bins. We didn't notice as they rushed through the item inventory check (we had the afternoon slot so it seemed like they were trying to go home), until we started unpacking. I emailed them once we found out, and they never replied. They were receptive during and before the move. I would not recommend.

10/10 service! Everything went very smoothly and the attention to detail was amazing. I did not have to lift anything, felt very comfortable with the movers handling my items and it was very quit and professional. Can't recommend Roadway enough, the best moving company I have ever used and will only use from now on!

Great experience using Roadway Moving for my move from San Francisco to Phoenix. They made the move/process as easy as possible for me and the rates were reasonable. I am so happy I decided to go with them as it reduced the burden/stress of an out-of-state move tremendously. Shout out to Jordy and Daniel who moved out all of my things from SF with great care. They shrink wrapped everything so that it would not get damaged in the move. Shout out to Sam and Jose who delivered my things in AZ. They were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond in making sure they could do any and everything to help (they even moved some of the old furniture that was in my home out into the garage to make room for the new items!).

Moving is just not my thing and Roadway made it incredibly easy. This time around I not only moved halfway up the east coast, but I moved an apartment as well as my office.

I seriously can't say enough good things about Roadway Moving. They made the entire process so incredibly seamless. I was in a 5th floor walkup and they took 15+ boxes down all of the stairs within 20 minutes. I was blown away by how fast and efficient they were. They even took the time to wrap things up, used tools to take apart my bed frame, and even took the time to put it back together when they got it to my new apartment. They were all so kind, professional, and so fast. Going to use them for every future move!

Roadway provided me with the absolute best experience with moving I have ever had. I used another company to move me from Alabama to LA and that was a big mistake. A lot of my things went missing and it was just a horrible experience. So this time when I moved locally in LA I hired Roadway and they were AMAZING!

I packed nothing! I woke up like a regular day and it was moving day. They arrived on time and came and packed everything. If I stood still too long I thought they were going to pack me lol! They were so professional and cared about my things and my family. AMAZING! I had no idea how I was going to move all my furniture down a 5th floor walk-up and into another walk-up. Roadway made it look so easy. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail. Not one thing was broken! I also loved their wardrobe boxes—so great if you have a lot of clothes like me. I recently just used Roadway Moving and I kid you not, I have never in my life have had a better experience than I did with this company. Even before my actual move day, I had two company representatives who really guided me through the whole process and made sure I was going to have enough boxes, etc., and that I was comfortable or there to answer any questions. I truly just kept thanking everyone and reiterating I’ve never had a company this organized and helpful. On actual move in day the 4 guys came in and were so nice and respectful and HELPFUL, they packed up my whole kitchen (plates, silverware, etc)- we didn’t touch one thing + they put all my hanging clothes into hanging packing boxes, it was amazing. They had my whole entire apartment packed up in just 3 hours and my new apartment they had everything like my couch, bed, bookshelves all put together and in place and everything moved in just 2 hours. My mom and I were so shocked at how amazing and quick everything was, we actually still are. I would one million percent recommend Roadway Moving to anyone that is moving! I had the absolute best moving experience with Roadway. On the day of the move, the movers came 15mins ahead of time and were able to start right away. The were nice, professional took really great care of my furniture and were done with everything within a reasonable timeframe. I will be definitely using these guys again and highly recommend them.

My fiancé and I used Roadway moving for our massive move cross country and we are so beyond happy we did!! Any move is stressful let alone a cross-country one, however, Roadway put all our worries aside and made the whole process a breeze! They packed and loaded everything so carefully and efficiently. The day of the move we didn’t have to lift a finger. All of our belongings showed up and the movers that day worked so hard carrying everything up the steps and bringing it in for us. The absolute best!! I didn’t know moving could even be like this, it was above and beyond- they packed for me, moved me and then unpacked, re built my stuff and even unpacked! The team was so professional quick and kind I really was blown away, I was so nervious but knowing what I know now I would move again tomorrow if I had them to do it! I had a great experience. I had my Birthday party celebration. Guys had great attitude. Three of them showed up 5 min earlier and helped me to pack everything and to move my furniture. We reorganized my storage and moved everything to the location. I had fun along the way 🤗🫶💕

Got my stuff wrapped up so nicely! Nothing broken, even my concrete table that was super heavy was taken apart slowly and wrapped individually across country. I moved from LA to NY with such ease. Would definitely recommend them if you are in need of movers. Extremely professional. Be sure to tip your movers and drivers this season (and all seasons.) 5 star experience!
