We loved working with Roadway Movers so much!! Vladimir, Alessandra, Sosa, and Pavle were so so helpful they made sure all of our stuff was properly package to ensure nothing broke!! The team made everything so easy and we could not recommend them enough!!!

We had the best experience with the roadway team today and cannot thank the team in the office and at our apartment enough for helping coordinate this unparalleled experience. Vladimir, Alessandra, Sosa and Pavle were fantastic! The team even found a necklace I had long lost and brought it too me in the process. Cannot thank the entire team enough for taking such good care of me and my stuff and making the process so seamless.

I used Roadway for a move from DC to NYC and Steve and Jonathan could not have been better to work with. They made everything so easy during what is usually an incredible stressful experience. They went above and beyond what I would normally expect (even helped me bring some items to my car I was planning to donate!) and were so communicative and efficient. They were also pros about navigating moving into an NYC apartment building which was a great plus because I knew nothing! This was by far the most stress-free moving experience I’ve had and I would 100% recommend them/use them in the future!

Throughout my career, I have moved countless times and I literally always dreaded it. I am still in awe at the way the Roadway team handled this move. From the very beginning, the Roadway team was clear on pricing, logistics, and their commitment to customer service. Not only did they make you feel supported at every step, but the movers made every moment feel like a VIP experience!! I can hardly believe I’m all moved from Los Angeles to Atlanta, but I could not have done this without the #1 moving company! Thank you all so much for everything!

Roadway just completed my same-day move within Manhattan, and I will absolutely use them again in the future. The duo that completed the job, Steve and Jonathan, were everything you could hope for in a moving team—punctual, professional, very cautious handling all pieces (even boxes), incredibly efficient... And they were fun to spend time around! Roadway had fantastic customer service leading up to the move date as well. 10 out of 10 in every way.

Moving was never this easy! They showed up and packed absolutely EVERYTHING! Very professional, careful and fast within a few hours I was all packed and ready to go I will 100% be using Roadway Moving services for all of my future moves.

Roadway movers were SO good and efficient. I have used a few services in LA and this one was by far the best. They were so kind and communicative the whole time. They helped me figure out what to do when I was confused and needed assistance as well!

I have moved across the country 4 times, and within cities multiple times. My experience with Roadway was by far the most seamless experience ever.

Not only was the team incredibly communicative leading up to my move, they were fantastic day off, and followed up after as well.

The team wrapped our items with so much care. Everything was clearly labeled and packed perfectly. They took such care when unloading and putting furniture back together they had disassembled.

Their team also followed up after the move to ensure everything had gone well. I cannot recommend Roadway Moving enough. I will use them for any future moves.

I had the most amazing experience with Roadway Moving! I’ve used their services twice now in Los Angeles and they made my move so easy. They packed everything in my apartment, delivered it quickly and efficiently, and staged it in my new place. I would highly recommend this service and look forward to moving with them again!

My father and I had an amazing experience with our actual movers, Milan Babaic and Vladimir Stojanomc. They were exceptional. My dad was so impressed by how careful and meticulous Milan was of packing his valuables. (It is not easy to impress my father!) They arrived at my house, so friendly and warm, and were very careful with every thing they moved in and careful of my house. They didn't just want to dump it here and take off like most movers. They wanted to make sure that everything looked good and worked correctly before they left. WOW! When Milan saw that a table was wobbly because of the floor, he put a paper underneath it so that it would be flat. Vladimir assured me that whatever I needed, they would do to make sure I was happy. No amount of work was too much. They took apart my old bed and brought it outside for me--not part of their job. I didn't ask, they just did it as they could see it needed to be done. I can't imagine better movers and I hope they are commended. The only negative was dealing with Alex, in sales. He did not respond much to texts and I had to text him multiple times to learn what time they were coming to my house. Maybe Milan and Vladimir need to be promoted because they definitely know something about quality and service!

Really happy with my move-out with Roadway!! Chose them for a cross-country move and the entire process was seamless and stress free. Lots of communication beforehand answering all of my questions and making sure everything was set up and the movers showed up exactly on time and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for moves in the LA area!

I had such a fantastic move experience with Roadway! I felt bad because my new place involves a ton of stairs but the movers were so nice about it and worked extremely fast. Highly recommend and would use again. They even dismounted my TV as well as packaged everything very carefully to make sure nothing was broken in transit (including a glass table)

We're about to move cross country and decided to use Roadway Moving to make sure all our items arrive in one piece. This was my first time using a full service moving company and I am so impressed. First of all, I compared prices with multiple moving companies and Roadway was the most affordable by almost $1000. Secondly, they arrived on time and worked so efficiently. They took an hour to pack all our furniture and smaller items and everything was wrapped so well (see picture). Can't wait for our items to arrive in a few weeks and I'll definitely use them again for future moves.

Honestly a perfect moving experience. They were on time, friendly, took apart furniture and then put it back together upon arrival. The best part, though, is that I ended up paying EXACTLY what I was quoted for a long distance move. That has never been my moving experience before! They're also extremely communicative and responsive every step of the way.

I cannot recommend Carlos and the entire roadway team enough! It’s obvious how much they care about getting you from point A to point B not matter how far the move. We have moved 7 times in the last 13 years and this way by far our best move. Roadway was absolutely fantastic. Moving can be very overwhelming. I don’t do it very often. But my experience with Roadway Moving changed the game. They took care of everything including prepping, packing and moving. I had SUCH an excellent experience with Roadway Movers! The coordinators were incredibly kind, organized, and helpful. The movers were punctual and very fast at packing everything up. Best moving experience!!! I was dreading this day and honestly, it just was so smooth and stress free. The team was punctual, fast, careful with my homes and furniture (they wrapped everything), they left everything in its room and helped disassemble and assemble the furniture (they even unmounted my TVs). First and foremost, I cannot explain how accommodating Roadway has been throughout this entire process as my plans have changed like 4 times. From the walkthrough to the final box, every item photographed and labeled--my cross country move could not have been in better hands. I wish I had known of Roadway for any prior move! Amazing experience. Steve and Jonathan made the entire process a breeze. My past moving experiences were too time consuming, hectic logistically, and required so much furniture disassembling. Roadway Moving was my first time using a moving company in NYC, and Steve and Jonathan made it worth every penny. As someone with a disability, the thought of moving can be haunting. I called roadway for help and they scheduled my move immediately. They packed everything and handled the upstairs portions on their own and when the move arrived, they unpacked all the heavy stuff and helped me placing everything! I recently used Roadway for a move from Manhattan to Brooklyn. I had a bad experience in the past w/ another company and was a little wary about another move. Right away the foreman Vladimir told me to relax and let them take care of it. Couldn't have asked for a better crew than Vladimir, Julio and Raul. They were so patient, flexible and personable. My condo building had strict moving rules and they worked around them and made sure everything went smooth. Then I met them at my new apartment and they unloaded everything with care. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

From start to finish a great experience. Starting off with Patrick who was so incredibly helpful and responsive. Answering all of our questions and being so patient as things changed on our end. Day of, was a breeze. Cesar, Humberto and Adrian contacted me the morning of with an ETA (they came at the earlier end) and handled everything quickly and professionally. Well worth the price. In fact, I wish I had let them handle more. 10/10

Roadway Moving made my move as seamless as possible. From the initial intake phone call during which Justin walked through my inventory with me in order to determine a very competitive quote, to the helpful reminders and confirmations before my move, to then finally moving day where Cesar and Anahel helped me every step of the way. They brought all of the materials, packed me, loaded and unloaded the truck, and even helped me assemble / arrange furniture - all with a smile and friendly, patient, and kind attitude. Everyone I worked with at Roadway was personable and warm. Moving is usually so stressful for me but they alleviated that stress and delivered a job well done (not a single thing broke during the move!). I highly recommend this all-star team!!

I have to say that this was an exceptional moving experience (coming from someone who has had nothing but historically terrible movers). I am moving from NYC to LA and wanted to make sure I found someone reliable and competent. I booked my move with Danny who was extremely responsive and communicative. A few days before my scheduled move, the moving coordinator, Asael, walked me through the entire process and let me know that he would be providing updates every three days. On the day of my move, the three-man team showed up 10 minutes early. Not only were Raz, Yuri and Sergio were so incredibly professional, they treated my goods as if they were their own. Since it’s a transcontinental move, they double wrapped everything. They even filled in the holes in the wall from dismounting the TV and cleaned up after everything was out of the apartment. Excellent team, excellent crew - I wish them all the best.

Hands down the best movers I’ve used in LA. Roadway came highly recommended from friends in NY and their LA location held up to the reputation. The movers (Cesar, Humberto & Anahel) showed up exactly on time, packed everything with notable care and efficiency, and really just made my move as seamless as possible.

Roadway was amazing! We had Osvaldo and his crew and they were a pleasure to work with. They helped us pack the whole apartment from a 2 bedroom to a 3 with tons of baby toys and assorted items and a full storage unit. They were seamless and incredibly efficient. They finished the move in only 6 hours and set up all the furniture where we asked them to (even when it took multiple adjustments). They were friendly and polite and their supervisor checked in a couple of times along the way to see how things were going.

Would highly recommend Roadway and Osvaldo and his crew to anyone!

I seriously could not have been more happy with our move with Roadway! They provided such great service, from start to finish. They treated our valuables with so much respect and care. Very fast, timely and efficient! Not to mention, they are very on top of communicating with you throughout the entire process! I love them so much ❤️

Roadway moving was the best!! We just hired them for our long-distance move from Jersey City to Miami and I couldn't be happier.

They were super communicative, even before our move. The week of, we got a call to let us know what to expect. The morning of, we were sent a tracker, so we could see how far out the team was. And they got to our apartment in Jersey City right on time. The team was kind, professional, organized, and efficient. They carefully wrapped up our bigger items, like our Peloton and TV. And cleaned up after themselves.

A week later our stuff arrived in Miami. The crew there was just as good! They made sure to ask what boxes/furniture went where, which made unpacking super easy.

this was our 2nd time with roadway and we can say hands down, the most stress-free moving experience. if you are wondering if you should have them pack AND move, do not hesitate and go for it! moving is already such an inconvenience, roadway does the work for you! they were such experts at packing, their crew came in and took care of everything! we just went out for breakfast, a workout and met them at our new home to direct where the furniture goes. yes, it was that simple. we will never move without roadway.

Roadway was amazing! They were helpful and responsive leading up to my move and even provided all the boxes and tape I needed. The day-of they took care of everything and were friendly and helpful and as a solo female mover I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend asking for Milos and Vlad- they were great!

I just used Roadway Movers for my recent local move in San Francisco from The Marina to Cole Valley. They were AMAZING. It was door to door service, they came at 9:30am and packed everything up. And when I say everything, I mean everything: closets, kitchen, glasses, artwork, oversized items, etc. They were incredibly careful to put down mats to protect the floors. The RoadWay team took exceptional care with delicate and valuable items, you can see how well they wrapped the golf clubs. They cleaned up after as well and took all of the trash. It was door to door service. We were completely moved into our new house and unpacked by 4:30pm the same day. We didn't have to lift a finger. We both worked the entire day and just hung out. I cannot recommend enough, 100% worth the price and will be using again for our next move!

After reading all the raving reviews from others, I can't help but ask myself, what happened with me? Where did I go wrong? Why was my service SO bad?? I have so many questions and no answers. I moved out of state and my experience was a complete fiasco, from start to finish!!

My price MORE than DOUBLED from my original quote, if I hadn't had a little extra money put to the side, I would have been screwed, literally!! My sales representative turned into a complete jerk after booking a date that was not available, which pushed me out another several days and as a result, I had to fly back into town to meet the movers.

*deep sigh* Damaged furniture. Several lost belongings, and, I lost ALOT, ALOT of money in the process!! The amount of ADDITIONAL money that was spent on this move was alloted for something else and was not in the moving budget. My move was extremely stressful and disheartening.

I guess the silver lining is, I did receive my things 2 days later from the quoted two weeks. The movers that delivered my furniture worked a miracle; they were in very large trailer that almost didn't make it onto the apartments property, and If they hadn't figured it out, it would've cost me ANOTHER 500 plus dollars for a smaller truck, that at that point, I just didn't have!!!

I'm disappointed just writing this review and rethinking the events.

Everyone else had a positive experience. Unfortunately, I did not. My move and experience with Roadway was extremely frustrating and stressful.

Luckily for me, I won't be doing another out of state move.

Moving with Roadway movers is the way to go! I don’t think I could move any other way ever again, to be honest! The team is efficient and they move quickly. They took apart the large furniture and set it up at the new home. Carefully wrapped all my dishware and glasses, better than I could have on my own, and transported it with care. The team was communicative and let me know when they were arriving and walked thru with me to ensure everything was packed the way I wanted. When we arrived at the new house they made sure to put down protective carpeting so they didn’t mark the floors and put all the boxes where I needed them to go. Overall it was a great experience and I would work with them again for sure!

Roadway was an absolute blessing when it came to my move and so happy that I chose their services! This is the first time I’ve had to handle a long distance move out of the city by myself and Roadway made it so seamless and effortless. Being in the fashion industry I have a lot of clothes and items in general, and having to tackle the packing by myself was very daunting, but Roadway and their crew handled everything.

The movers were so friendly, efficient, and packed all my items with such care. They even provided wardrobe boxes and even assisted with the disassembly/assembly of furniture as well. They didn’t let me lift a single finger when it came to the entire move. Thank you so so much, Roadway and crew!

The best movers! It’s the first time I’ve ever had a smooth and seamless move. They were excellent, specifically their packing services!—a move game changer. They took my furniture apart and reassembled it perfectly in the new apartment, carried my couch down 8 flights of stairs because it didn’t fit in the elevator and brought up about 20+ boxes by hand in the new apartment when the elevator went out! All with smiles on their faces. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Roadway moving did an excellent job with our move. From start to finish, they were very careful with all of our stuff and took great care of it. They were very professional and would call them in a heartbeat again for any future moves! (This is the second time they’ve helped move our stuff).

Moving is never easy but it's not a bad feeling when you get to sit back and have the team do everything for you. Seriously. And what I was most impressed with was how diligently and carefully packed all the items. The little things like not having to tape boxes was huge for me. The whole move took just over 3 hours.

My roadway moving team was absolutely amazing. I am currently 8 months pregnant and can’t do much myself and they made a day that should have been stressful, not stressful at all. They are so quick and efficient and they pack up everything with so much care as if it were their own home! I can not recommend them enough and never want to use another moving company ever again. Wish I would have hired Roadway for my cross country move, too!

In full transparency, I have PTSD from my last move, when I moved from LA to NYC. The move was ethically and financially completely unjust. It also left me without 50% of my belongings (as they were lost and/or shattered). This being said, I'm sure you can imagine how hesitant I was to move again, albeit only 5 blocks away. I've seen many of my friends use Roadway, and I knew why as soon as I called for a quote. The agent, Nick, was so accommodating and caring to my needs - going as far as notating the most fragile items to be moved, for peace of mind that a terrible move would not happen to me twice!

I am happy to report that my move with Roadway was seamless. It was actually enjoyable! The movers showed up on time, they wrapped everything they could in reusable blankets and recyclable paper (instead of plastic bubble wrap!) and they were very careful with packing. In fact, my coats looked like they were packed by a department store :)

Additionally, I have a broken arm, of which the movers were so supportive. They partially packed my home, labeled all the boxes and fully delivered just like the agent originally slated. They were also super sweet with my dog and a move coordinator checked in with me every step of the way throughout the day.

I am so grateful for Roadway! 10/10 recommend. My only qualm? The fact that I did not work with Roadway for my cross country move, too! Thank you Roadway, for bringing back support and care to the highly dreaded 'moving day'.

Roadway moving is truly the best! The crew had 3 kind team members who were careful, efficient, and friendly. Jorge was the leader of the team and they had an excellent method to be sure they were moving in a timely manner, in addition to having a crew member always with an eye on the truck and goods being loaded! Between custom wrapping my delicate items and frames, to being sure no hallways or walls were damaged in the process, I can't recommend Roadway enough! Will be using them for all future moves and recommending to friends & family.

Had the best experience yesterday with Roadway. They packed everything for us and were so fast and efficient. The movers were all very kind and professional. I usually hate moving and get stressed about it but they made the whole process so easy. Will definitely be using them again in the future!!

I used Roadway for a recent Manhattan move and they made the move SO seamless! Especially from a walk up unit... The team was on time, so friendly, and efficient. They gave me a call when they were outside my building, came up with all the supplies and got to work! Usually moving is so stressful but it was super easy with Roadway.

Roadway was great. They honestly went above and beyond what I was expecting because the movers were extremely thoughtful and listened to all of my concerns on the day of the move—Carlos and William (based out of LA) were assigned to me and absolutely efficient and focused.
Was concerned with heavy furniture and getting everything out because I was by myself, and they took care of it all, leaving me stress free.

I just used roadway moving for my move from miami to Palm Springs and WOW!! What I thought would be a difficult move turned into such an easy move, THANK YOU roadway moving for being the best and helping me through this move! My husband and I have moved many times and never have we come across a moving company that was as thoughtful as the team at Roadway. The attention to detail in caring for our items was second to none and the digital formatting and cataloging of our items was beyond appreciated with having all of our items going into storage. Each piece was photographed and each box was labeled and stored in the iPad on site. Crates were created for my most valuable possessions and mattresses were not just wrapped in plastic, but rather covered in a custom cardboard box first before being securely wrapped in its wrap. Beyond the care for our pieces, their team was an overall joy to have in our home energetically.

This team is amazing- from the moment you reached out to receive a quote I’ve been so well taken care of. They delivered boxes a week before and on the moving day showed up on time, handheld my items carefully. The mover team was professionals and so kind.

I had the BEST moving experience of my life with Roadway! I’ve moved a lot and there has always been issues with the moving companies I’ve used. Roadway packed and moved me in a day and a half! AMAZING! Roadway Moving is literally the best moving company you could ask for. I've never had movers before and seeing how they work to help make your move so effortless was amazing. I was always nervous hiring someone to help because I didnt want to deal with damages. But oooh man are they prepared!!! From them calling beforehand, being on time, helping breakdown and put your items back together EXACTLY where you want them was amazing! During the move the guys were so friendly and funny to chat with. I didn't even feel like moving was a "task". Before they left they asked if I wanted anything else moved around my new place which I thought was such a nice touch. I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs moving assistance 100%.

This is the second time I've used Roadway Moving in NYC, and everything about the experience went perfectly. I'd like to recognize Steve and Jonathan for their professionalism, efficiency and courtesy; it really was like having two friends help you move. I could not have hoped for a better pair to show up, they are true assets to the company. All of my items were expertly wrapped and the utmost care was taken while loading and unloading.

As far as logistics, Roadway made it seamless and easy to book a move. After filling out a request for a quote online, I was called within the hour. The sales rep I spoke to on the phone, Juan, and the customer service coordinator, Cecelia, were always communicative and prompt. They were very familiar with the insurance paperwork and protective measures my building required, which was a relief. I also appreciated the notifications by text keeping me up to date on location, schedule, etc.

Cesar and Humberto are the best movers you could ever ask for. They treated my belongings with care, and worked QUICK. They made sure everything was 100% and I extremely felt taken care of. I will definitely be using them again my next move. Thank you guys so much!

I seriously can’t stop raving about how great our move went. The team at Roadway Movers made it the most stress-free, seamless move ever. They were on time, efficient and took good care of all our items.
