I cannot recommend RoadWay enough. Hugo Reyes, Noé, and Cristian were not only so efficient at packing and unpacking all of my belongings and handling them with care, but they were also so kind and made what could’ve been a stressful moving day an actually fun day. Couldn’t have done it without such a great team.

Ismael and his team at Roadway Moving were incredible. His team did a great job of managing a high traffic street, promptly moving our boxes, and packing delicate items like art, monitors, and mirrors safely and securely. They went the extra mile to take care of our things, which my wife and I appreciated.

This was the first stress-free move we’ve ever had— I highly recommend.

I had the BEST move ever with Roadway Moving! I have a TON of stuff — art, trinkets, clothes, decor, you name it — and they handled everything so carefully and efficiently. I genuinely didn’t have to lift a finger.

They had a team of 5 movers working on my 2-bedroom apartment, and the entire process felt incredibly organized from start to finish. They disassembled all of my furniture, carefully packed my fragile items, and moved everything seamlessly into my new place.

One thing I especially appreciated while unpacking was how clearly everything was labeled and how thoughtfully they placed boxes in the correct rooms. It made the unpacking process SO much easier and way more organized. Moving is usually insanely stressful, but this was by far the smoothest move I’ve ever had.

Melvin and his team were outstanding. They unloaded and unpacked my 1bedroom apartment & storage unit in under 2 hours. They were professional, quick and cautious with my fragile items. I would highly recommend them to anyone local in Texas or moving cross country like I did from Santa Monica. Excellent value for the level of service that is provided.

Moving is extremely stressful and I needed full white glove service. Luka, Gilberto and Dragic made it is so smooth!! They work soooooooo hard, maintained professionalism and they were super super friendly. They were on time and treated my belongings with care. They came equipped with all the necessary supplies for the job and they got the job done! They were worth every penny. God bless them. I’m soo grateful for their service.

This was by far my most seamless move! The movers arrived right on time and immediately took over with finishing packing. They wrapped all of my fragile items and furniture to ensure no damage. They also provided cardboard to go on the corners of my walls to make sure I get the full security deposit back. Would use them again for sure! The staff were friendly and efficient!

Update: Amazing service on the backend. Stuff was quickly moved into a 3rd floor apartment with care and precision. Extra attention paid to the fact that some stuff was coming into an apartment and the rest was going into a storage unit. The crew was just as good as the packing crew and was thrilled with the service.

Only negative was a lack of communication once the stuff was packed, however, I think there may have been some extenuating circumstances. Either way I will not hesitate to call Roadway in the future!

Amazing. 7th move in 12 years and this was the best experience. From the very start the initial management team was very communicative and helpful. The crew who did the move was amazing, very professional and courteous. No one seemed annoyed to be doing their job. They expected nothing of me and treated my property with the utmost care. Slightly higher price than other movers, but well worth the cost for the work ethic and professionalism.

I had a really great experience with Roadway Moving.

I only had about a week to figure out a long-distance move, which was super stressful, but they made the whole process really easy. They were very responsive from the beginning and gave me a quote that was honestly way better than I expected.

I worked with Eddie to get everything set up, and then John and Alex during the actual move, and they were all great. Everyone was friendly, professional, and just easy to work with.

They showed up on time, packed everything quickly but still really carefully, and I felt good about my stuff the entire time. Everything arrived and was put back together exactly how I wanted.

Roadway Moving is hands-down the BEST moving company in NYC! I had to move very suddenly and didn’t have time to pack, so I opted for their full packing service and do not regret it. BEST. MOVERS. EVER. Look, I've heard some absolute horror stories from people about long-distance moving. I was cautious about hiring any company, but a friend recommended Roadway after they moved from Los Angeles to NY. I thought their price was fair considering I had another set of friends recently move from California to Texas with another national line, and it cost them twice as much as Roadway quoted me for a roughly same-sized apartment. They wrapped up my furniture with great care (blankets, cardboard corners, plastic), protected my floors with rubber mats and covered the edges of main doorways they were moving through. Tons of communication happened prior to the move and after. OH and the best part. Our stuff arrived across the country in exactly one week. UNHEARD OF!

I recently used Roadway Moving for my move in NYC and the experience was honestly seamless from start to finish. This move was very sudden, so I was feeling pretty stressed going into it, but their team was incredibly accommodating even with the short notice, which made such a difference.

The BEST experience !! Roadway was so professional through the entire process. You even get your own moving coordinator assigned so you can text/call whenever questions come up. They did an incredible job packing and securing everything. NOTHING was damaged. I will definitely be using the next time I move!!

Our local move with Roadway Moving exceeded our expectations. The moving team of 5 (two trucks) packed us up and moved us to our new home in 1 day. They were hard working, careful and extremely professional. Our salesperson Belinda was amazing and she even came onsite at the beginning of our move to check in and say hello. We also received a visit from a QC manager midway through the move which was a nice touch. He took pictures, checked in with us to make sure we were happy and then spoke to the moving team. I HIGHLY recommend Roadway Moving and I will be calling them the next time there is a need... Hopefully not too soon!

Abdiel, Manny, Francisco, and Duniesky all did an excellent job on my 2 moves. They made the process as stress free as possible. Abdiel and his team were respectful of my property and home. They packed and delivered everything with care. Will request him and his team again in the future, and would recommend highly to others.

i used roadway after considering between them and another moving company, but i ended up going with roadway since they offered the best deal with full-service packing! they packed and moved everything SO QUICKLY! i couldn't believe how fast they were packing and unbuilding everything. i couldn't recommend roadway enough!!!

I absolutely hate everything about moving, but Roadway made the process so easy for me. They packed and moved all my belongings, and it was the least stressful move I’ve had. They communicated with me from beginning to end to ensure I had all my questions answered. Richard, Jose, and Wilson arrived promptly on move-in day and were so nice during the whole move. I felt so bad that they couldn’t easily access my building entrances because of NYC parking issues, but they never stressed and figured it out. I’ll continue using Roadway for my future moves!

I had an incredible experience with Roadway! They provided both packing and moving services including taking apart and re-assembling my couch and dismounting my TV. It was worth every penny. I couldn’t believe how easy they made the process. Everything made it in one piece undamaged to my new apartment and the team was so pleasant to work with- especially the team lead Lucio!

I used Roadway when I moved from Brooklyn to Madison so I recommended that my mom use them too when she moved to Wisconsin. Jay was great at communicating with her and accommodating her schedule. Filip and his team did an amazing job packing all of her belongings (and she has a lot of little things and dishware and photos, etc.) including her baby grand piano. They were really careful handling everything and were also very friendly! I would definitely recommend Roadway for your moving needs!

A dear friend recommended Roadway Movers to me—he has an incredible collection of high-end furniture and art, so I knew he wouldn’t steer me wrong. As someone who works in ceramics, I have a lot of very fragile pieces, along with delicate plants and some beautiful furniture and artwork. Finding the right movers felt…high stakes.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Roadway Moving. I’ve moved 14 times in the last 10 years, so I feel like I’ve seen it all—and this was, without question, the easiest and best move I’ve ever experienced.

From start to finish, everything felt seamless. The team was incredibly professional, kind, and just so on top of every detail. They worked hard the entire time and didn’t leave until everything was completely done, which meant so much. Not a single thing was broken or damaged, which honestly still feels like a miracle.

One of the most impressive parts was how they handled packing—especially all of our clothes. It was so organized, so efficient, and truly took so much stress off of us. It felt like they anticipated needs before we even had them.

Roadway made my moving experience super seamless and easy. I did not really have time to pack up my apartment myself, so having the packing and moving option was helpful. They worked efficiently and made sure all of my items made it to my new house in excellent condition. Great communication as well.

I would not recommend Roadway Moving. This was a terrible experience, especially for a long-distance move and considering the premium prices they charge and the level of service they claim to provide.

As a return customer, I expected professionalism and care, but the experience was the opposite. The crew was clearly rushed, and one of the movers was visibly frustrated and focused on getting to the next job. This resulted in my belongings being handled carelessly. My TV was damaged despite being in good condition prior to the move, and several furniture items were not treated with the level of care you would expect from a company positioning itself as high-end.

The packing process was also mishandled. The movers misplaced the original screws for my desk, and when it was reassembled, incorrect screws were used, leaving it wobbly and unstable. This was completely avoidable and shows a lack of attention to detail.

Overall, this experience fell far below expectations. For the price they charge and the promises they make about quality service, I expected much better. I would not recommend them, especially for long-distance moves.

If there was a way to give them six stars, I would.

I'm in the process of moving from Los Angeles to Washington, DC. I found one company with great ratings, but was charging way too much. Then I found Roadway, who gave me a much better price. Note that they do airline-style pricing, with the cost being cheaper the earlier you book.

From the beginning through my stuff arriving, their communication was excellent. I always knew where I was in the process and got all my questions answered quickly.

Then, when the guys came to load my stuff, they went out of their way: they helped pack some things I hadn't sorted yet. And when I realized that I had forgotten to send my bike (listed on the manifest but I had left it in the garage), I asked if I could drop it off at their storage facility. They said no need, as they had another move nearby the next day and came and picked it up!

The estimate for delivery was up to 19 days but they got it there in ten. Everything was great and I even hired them to remove old furniture in the new home.

These guys were so good that I almost thought it was a scam. But it was all legit and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for movers - local or national - you definitely need to start here.

Eugenio was the Forman of the move. He was kind and communicative and efficient. Juan and Pedro did a great job along with Eugenio packing everything with care and patience. They didn’t rush and took the time to make the move as stress free as possible.. The first person I met was Richard who gave me an estimate and he did a great job explaining how the move will go and has been helpful every step of the way! I highly recommend Roadway Moving!

Dzenis and the team did an AMAZING job. They were able to finish the job a whole 3 hours ahead of schedule and were very flexible. Everyone was great, nice and helpful. We didn't have to touch a single thing and they packed everything within less than 3 hours of arriving. It was a 1bedroom apartment, but they still worked very quickly. Good communication overall from the roadway team as well. This was a local move within NYC.

Excellent moving experience. Hired to move us from Miami Florida back to New York City. The company was professional and made the experience very easy. I had a slight issue at the beginning with a non-responsive agent, but the owner (Ross) and Sales Director (Ben) stepped in and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. We recently used Roadway Moving for our local move and were blown away by their efficiency and care for our belongings! What would typically be a stressful day was so fun and memorable because of Roadway! The crew showed up early and immediately got to disassembling our furniture and packing. At our new place they reassemble our furniture and went above and beyond by placing all of our boxes in the rooms they belonged in. We had a lovely experience with the Roadway team and couldn't be happier!

This year, there’s been a lot of moving for me, and moving is so stressful. I’ve heard great reviews from my nyc friends about roadway moving, so I decided to get a quote from them. After talking to them, I knew I wanted to go with them. Their customer service, attention to details, and organization are 5-star levels. One thing that really stood out to me was that instead of asking me how many boxes I need, they asked me to send them pics of my place and stuff, and they calculated the number of small, medium and large boxes I need. It’s so easy to underestimate and get a different price at the end.

Also, I know I wanted packers because its speeds up the entire process of moving and settling in. I’m so glad I did with Roadway. It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They’re so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition.

It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough. They’re all so polite, friendly and efficient. Within 1 day, I already feel 95% settled in.

Highly recommend! From estimating to packing and loading no issues, no hidden costs, full transparency, full customer support through the entire process. The packing/ loading crew did a great job. Very experienced with wrapping, packing and loading. The crew was very efficient.

Everything was amazing start to finish. The sales rep went over everything with me. Gave me a quote. Told me what to expect. The day of the move, was told would arrive between 9 and 10. Arrived at 905. Finished my whole house by 1230. Got to the new house and finished in about 2 hours. Broke everything down, wrapped it up, transported it and set it up at the new house. Movers were so quick and efficient and professional. Very nice crew.

Very happy with my experience with Roadway. I did a mid distance move with them and was supported by Monica as we planned my move together, changing the pricing periodically as I made decisions about what items to take and how I needed them moved. It was easy to talk to her and she was so understanding. Elmer lead the moving crews on both ends of my move, working side by side with his team to pack and move my precious things, big and small. He was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond, it really put me at ease. He made sure my precious large plants were taken care of and checked on them overnight when stored in the truck. My fiance and I decided to move within an incredibly tight turnaround time (something any sane person wouldn't dare recommend). With no other help around due to the short notice, we reached out to Roadway and when I tell you they took care of everything, they really took care of everything! I've never moved with movers before so I'm very used to being completely hands the entire time but I didn't lift a finger all day! I sincerely don't know how we would've planned and executed this move without them. The team was very professional, warm and in the best of spirits even while moving items of ours I wouldn't be able to move myself in a million years. Worked with Alex as main point of contact and lead movers Oscar (move into storage) and Marjan (move out or storage). Crews were friendly, attentive and fast. Can highly recommend for moving!

Just had the most painless move thanks to Roadway. My initial call with moving consultant, Ken, was super thorough and he gave incredible advice. The moving consultants checked in on me multiple times throughout the week to see how I was progressing, get my inventory up to date and make everything really smooth. I haven’t packed/moved in a decade and even though I probably made a hash of some of the packing, the movers were perfectly kind, efficient and thoughtful. They went above and beyond on everything! 10/10 would rehire (and let them handle the packing next time). Also the price was the price - no pressure tactics to upsell on the day of.

I hired roadway express to help move some heavy furniture, and appliance. Maybe a total of 20 items. They showed up an hour late. The first thing they were asked to move were my washer and dryer. I informed them that the water had not yet been disconnected. I provided him with a tool to shut off the water. However, he damaged the pipe, resulting in a flood that spread from my third-floor apartment to the second and first floors below. I ran and got maintenance to get the water shut off to the building. While I was cleaning up the water, he and his partner left. They left abruptly and did not say a word or move any furniture.

LOVED my experience with Roadway! Did a big move from my studio apartment into a 2-bedroom and they made sure all my items and furniture was safe and sound.

I even had a last minute change and needed them to pack my entire kitchen area for me instead of packing it myself because I wasn't able to get to it, and they securely packed all my fragile items (plates, bowls, mugs) and transferred it to my new place.

Denis and his crew was truly amazing. They were kind, asked all the right questions and packed things with so much care. They were clear and communicative with every step, and literally instructed me to just sit while they got to work. Amazing experience and will be recommending them to anyone who asks. Moved from NYC to just outside from a walk up to an elevator building which of course goes into the cost but the quote was not far off from what I was expecting and they gave me 15% off as well just because. Shoutout to Semir and Mario as well for assisting in coordinating at every step.

Made my move so easy and seamless! I moved from a 1 bedroom/1bath to 2 bedroom/2 bath and barely lifted a finger. They sent 3 guys and they packed everything for me. They even broke down furniture and dismounted TV’s. They loaded it all into the new place and put all the labeled boxes into the correct rooms. They were so pleasant and quick. We got things from Connecticut then from a location in the Bronx to finally delivering into an apartment in the Bronx that’s a lot and everything was done in less than six hours. Talk about efficient work!

Roadway and the team were seriously amazing. From packing larger items, wrapping literally everything, to even packing up our closets and drawers. This team worked so hard to get it done quickly and were super friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Communication pre-move was so easy and reassuring--it's clear that they know what they're doing with the necessary prep work (building access, moving materials, etc.) They fully packed up my apartment as is--I didn't have to do anything to prep. They packaged everything carefully and SO efficiently, and put boxes and furniture exactly where they needed to go in my new apartment. They even disassembled my bed and standing desk and reassembled in the new place. Thank you Roadway for making a move ACTUALLY stress-free and shout out to Elmer and his Bay Area team for going above and beyond with their care--they were amazing!!
