Roadway was amazing! They were professional, clean, neat organized, and efficient. My husband and I were in between companies before choosing Roadway for our move from California to Arizona. We chose Roadway over the other company due to their willingness, availability, price, and the essential perks every move needs. To explain more in-depth the essential perks; they must wrap and label everything they move, disassemble major furniture, mats to protect your floors, storage if needed, and constant communication throughout the move. We had two very large washer and dry units upstairs and furniture upstairs (Murphy bed) that they carried downstairs without breaking a sweat. We had the option of them rebuilding all the furniture they disassembled, or leaving it disassembled. This was such a huge plus for us as we needed to leave it disassembled. Apart from that, the guys could fit half of a truck inside the smallest garage and simply make it work! Thank you Roadway for helping us make what used to be a stressful thing a very easy move.

I recently hired Roadway per my friend’s referral and I’m so glad I did! They took SUCH GREAT CARE of my furniture and special items. I was super impressed with how careful they were with everything while still working efficiently. They were patient with me while I figured out where everything was going to go in my new place. There was a bed they didn’t know if they could get into the new apartment because of the angle, but against all odds, they made it work. The movers were also soooo friendly and seemed trustworthy, making the whole experience even better. They arrived on time and worked so quickly together to get everything packed up and delivered to my new place. They dismounted my TV’s, wrapped all of my furniture, and took apart my bed AND but it back together in my new place.

Roadway Moving was such a dream come true for my family and I. Not only was the team so incredibly sweet, but they also were so good at what they do. We packed some of our house ourselves, but they came in and packed a few rooms along with any extras we had laying around and needed. CROSS COUNTRY MOVE HAS NEVER BEEN SO EASY!

First and foremost, this has made our move from MD to CA so easy and stress free. Roadway came, gently prepped and packed our items and did it FAST too. You can easily tell these guys have been doing this for a while. It was amazing to watch them in action and how easy they made it look.

I felt very comfortable with how careful they were with my valuable items and feel worry-free about them making their way across the country

The movers themselves were some of the most kind, easy going people i’ve ever met. They were very attentive, kept us updated on the process and made everything so easy. We had great conversation with our movers and they were very polite and easy to talk to.

The move-out team had great communication leading up to the move, and promptly (and efficiently) started loading our boxes upon their arrival. All of our larger items and furniture were quickly disassembled and packed, without any issues.

We were given regular updates about the status of our items while they were in transit.

I had a great experience with Roadway. I am moving from LA to Buenos Aires and had to put all of my things into storage! They sent a crew of three guys, Peter, Eliseo, Hubierto . They were so kind and organized. They worked super well together, protected the floors, wrapped all of my furniture in my one bedroom apartment all in about two hours. They then brought it to the storage unit. I was afraid that the unit was too small, but they got it all to fit just perfectly! It was truly a worry free move and I'd definitely request them again.

I have moved dozens of times over the last several decades. I never trusted a moving company before, as I was convinced that my family and friends would do a better job at protecting my things. Not only the family heirlooms and several antique pieces that I have but also things that I’ve collected over a lifetime that I value for sentimental reasons. I could not be happier to say how wrong I was - specifically due to the care and expert professional services I received from the gentleman at Roadway. The movers themselves were so careful and kind, hard-working and diligent. They stayed much longer than I thought that they would, making sure that all of the boxes and furniture were in the rooms that I needed them to be and setting up my bed and other pieces of furniture so that I could have a smooth transition into my new home.
But even before the move, the reception employees went above and beyond to ensure a thorough walk-through at my place to make sure the movers knew what sort of boxes and protective wrap they needed for my artwork, etc. The walk-through was all via FaceTime so I did not have to worry about scheduling. I think that they were fair and reasonable with the pricing and 100% I would use this company - and only Roadway - again for any future move although I hope not for a very long time lol!

Roadway moving and their guys went above and beyond our expectations! Having their extra set of hands tackle all the packing, loading and unloading really freed up me and my husband so that we can manage our two littles!

I have never used movers before and have always been a diy kind of person. When I had a move come up quickly I knew I needed some help. The roadway movers were very communicative and efficient, my whole move took around 4 hours. They even helped with setting up my bed and arranging my furniture at my new place. After using roadway I can confidently say I don’t plan on going back to doing it myself in the future!

Choosing Roadway Moving was the best decision we made for our cross country move. Moving has always been a stressful experience for us, but not this time ;) The Roadway team was a breeze to work with in advance-- they were very organized and responsive and set us up with a same day quote after a quick facetime of our place, where I showed them everything we wanted to bring. They gave us a quote for a full pack & move from CA > NYC and a quote for just the move. We ended up going with the full pack & move, and I'm SO GLAD we did. They packed everything up in 6 hours and had our entire 4 bedroom house loaded safely and securely on the truck in no time. The team was so friendly, nice & attentive. We felt like we were in such good hands. They gave us a window of when our stuff would be delivered in NYC & they even got it there 4 days before the final date! The said they'd be at our new place at 9am and they showed up right on time! They had everything unloaded so quickly, and put all of our furniture back together like a breeze. It was all SO organized with a packing list that corresponded to each box, so when they brought a numbered box in, I knew EXACTLY where to have them place it. This whole experience was an absolute dream & I cannot recommend them more! 10/10!!

We last minute booked this moving company - I spoke with the salesperson and he was helpful and told me he would be there every step of the way, until he became unresponsive the very next day and I found he had left the company and nobody told me. The 3rd party moving truck arrived - it was clearly outsourced and not associated with Roadway. We called to make sure this was correct. They only brought 2 people which resulted in our small 1 bedroom furniture taking over 4 hours to pack. They gave us a 10 day window of when our things would be delivered and it came on the last possible day which was frustrating but understandable. You have to pay even more money to get your things delivered on a specific day which is outrageous when you are already paying over 5K for this service. Again, they only brought two people and it took them 5 hours to unpack everything. I have only seen 5 star reviews for this company - but I realize you apparently need to be an influencer to receive good service - everyone on TikTok was gushing over how great this service was and I should’ve known that I as a regular person would not receive the same level. Some of our items were damaged as well, I’m happy they paid us to replace them but still frustrating. I will choose a different company next time.

I've moved 6 times in 5 years (yikes!) and this is BY FAR the most satisfied I've been with a moving company. They packed our two-bedroom house furniture in 2 hours flat and then they drove 45 minutes to our new place / completed the unloading before even breaking for lunch. They wrapped everything with care and even disassembled/reassembled the beds. Strongly recommend them!

By far the best moving service I've ever used, especially in LA. They were kind, careful, thorough, and FAST! Our house is over 100 years old and they didn't leave a single mark. All our items arrived in great shape. They were in and out in 4 hours (including a 45 min drive from South Pasadena to the west side)!

We moved in the summer of 2024 from LA to Denver, and we had never before hired a moving company, so we were unsure of any specific reputable companies to work with. Additionally, we had heard through family and friends that moving companies tend to be shady and hire third party companies to move your stuff, and hide surcharges fairly often.

We heard about Roadway through TikTok of all things, as a few influencers had used it with decent success. We reached out for a quote, and a few days later Justin was able to do a video evaluation of our space to quantify how much would be required to move. He was excellent, easy to reach via his phone number, and clearly laid out the cost of our move, with no hidden charges.

The day of the move, we had paid for the full service package, where the movers would package the entirety of our apartment and we essentially could sit back and just watch it all get packed. It really helped remove that unavoidable stress that usually is involved in moving, especially when you have a deadline to meet with making it to your new place in a timely manner.

Jose, Eduardo and Humberto came on time, called me about 30 minutes prior to their arrival and they came prepared. I was very impressed with how efficiently, carefully and quickly they packed up an entire single bedroom apartment! It took them about 4-5 hours total. They gave us an itemized receipt of the number of items packed, so that we would know on our end how many boxes/items we would expect to have arrive at our destination.

On the day of delivery, Jose and Eduardo came on time, and efficiently unpacked all the boxes without issues. Additionally, because they packaged all our belongings so well, not a single item was broken or damaged in the move! The worst thing that happened was a spilt mini bottle of vanilla extract! For a huge move like this, that is a pretty amazing result of not a single permanent item damaged!

My personal belief with hiring a moving service for a big move is that you should reasonable expect a little bit of knicks and bumps on your furniture, etc, which we had to some extent with our bed frame. But that is expected. I would argue that if i attempted to move all that stuff myself, I wouldn;'t be able to package and cushion all my furniture better than they did!

5/5 stars for Roadway, great customer service, great in person service, and I plan to recommend you guys to anyone of my friends that is looking to hire movers in the future. Other companies should probably use them as a template to mold their business around it.

From packing to disassembling AND reassembling, I couldn't believe all their team does! This is my second time using Roadway and I’m still amazed at how fast and efficient they always are! The guys are very helpful and super easy to work with. Never a bad experience tbh! I’ve had bad mover experiences so I was always a little weary of trying a company, but I’m very happy with this one.

After getting multiple quotes for my cross country move from NY to LA, myself and my family decided to go with Roadway based on their seemingly stellar reviews. But as usual things are not what they seem.One of the few boxes The company packed for us was so poorly packed that our very nice coffee machine was crushed and ruined . We informed the movers packing it was a very expensive machine , and they proceeded to throw it in a box with no protection or packaging. When it made it the LA it was ruined . The foreman in LA of the movers (Who were otherwise pretty good) informed us he was in a slack chat with the owner of the company and told us he will take care of the broken machine. He said submit the paperwork for the broken item, which we did. Now the coffee machine is worth $800. In the end the company offered us about 200$. Now while I'd understand if we packed the machine this would be our issue. But the company packed this machine in their box. If you are at all using Roadway , just be aware if they say they are packing something and it's expensive, if anything happens to the item you will be out of Luck

UPDATE. The company has reached out, and is paying for the replacement of the machine.

Amazing experience from beginning to end - the movers were timely and careful with my things; going above and beyond to make the move easy for me, including fixing furniture for me and navigating over sized items. The customer service was also next level!

Roadway moving helped me not just physically move my items but took care of my personal items like beauty area and lighting with care. Moving is typically very transactional but I believe they actually understand the emotional component of moving and take note of the items that are really personal to the person, that’s the most important thing in my opinion.
