Tomas and his crew was absolutely the best moving crew. They were extremely professional and took great care with all my items. They were fantastic! I can’t say enough about how great of a crew they were. Gabriel was my sales rep and was great at the beginning but they right before my move he didn’t return any phone calls and went quiet. I left messages for 3 days without a return call. I finally talked to a guy name Joseph and he was an absolute help and straightened up everything and answered all my questions and addressed the changes I had made to the move. Overall it was a great company with the exception of Gabriel’s non communication. The moving crew went way beyond and I would totally use them again. I can’t say enough great things about their service.

used roadway to move from Baltimore to the Bay, and now to switch apartments, and they are so consistent. broke down and rebuilt all my furniture in a timely fashion. were thorough in making sure I was satisfied with all the placement of my furniture, like I’m sure I’ll use them for every move to come!!!

delivery never showed until i called 3x they could not find my belongings. Finally after 2 weeks after my delivery window my items were delivered today. What a nightmare after $2400 was paid to them and no compensation. I would never use this company it’s over priced and not reliable no compensation on my end and I had to replace the items I paid to move as they never showed up. This company is terrible

Wow. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Currently 8 months pregnant and there’s no way we could’ve done this without help. Picked up everything, went to a storage unit, and then went to the new house and placed each box in its rightful room and then unpacked my clothes…. No words. So grateful.

Roadway Moving made my move SO easy. I didn’t have to lift a finger—they packed up my whole apartment, unmounted my TV, and even labeled everything so unpacking wasn’t a nightmare. Needed to move very quickly from LA to Austin TX and they were very quick to set everything up (about two phone calls). Setting up was very easy. The day of I didn't have to do anything other than point at what is going and they wrapped it all up and loaded it. Had small trouble communicating about the exact day of arrival but the team over the phone was very helpful in resolving it. Unloading everything was very easy and they scan every box they load/unload to make sure you don't miss anything. I would use them again the next time I move.

I can’t recommend Roadway enough! I recently moved from LA to Dallas and they were nothing but helpful. Allen made sure we were taken care of and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and patience (I asked a lot of them haha). Our delivery ended up arriving at the very beginning of our delivery window and the movers were incredibly meticulous with our furniture and boxes and nothing was delivered broken or damaged. 10/10 🤩⭐️

They did such a great job helping me move! Extremely professional, fast and I had a lot of expensive large furniture. The team came on time wrapped everything up in blankets and took away a lot of the garbage left over. Truly the easiest moving process ever.

Pickup Review: Outstanding experience overall! Robert was communicative regarding the process and took time to go over his inventory list at the beginning prior to getting the move started. The whole team worked tirelessly to get things wrapped securely, and moved to the truck. I couldn’t believe how well they wrapped furniture and other delicate items. I’m excited to follow the journey the truck makes to the east coast and I’m so glad I’ve gone with roadway! I’ll update my review after the drop off process.

This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had! The Roadway moving team was amazing. I had to plan a last minute move and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule. The movers themselves did such a great job. They were very prompt, friendly, great with communication, and were extremely careful with all my furniture pieces. Would absolutely recommend Roadway for anyone in need of movers! We recently moved from LA to NYC and had a fantastic experience on both ends. The movers in LA did a great job disassembling and wrapping all of our furniture and the NYC team efficiently moved all of our things in, unwrapped and re-assembled everything we needed. Both teams were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. All of our items arrived in great condition and they were careful to ensure all the furniture was adequately padded and protected for transport. Throughout the move they provided regular updates and were always available for any questions or concerns. They made this cross-country move stress free and we will definitely be using them again for our next move!

What an amazing moving experience! The team and movers were so sweet efficient and organized. They took the stress out of moving and I was able to fully move out of my old place and into my new place in one weekend. The furniture is disassembly an assembly service especially was so helpful!

I decided to go with roadway moving for my cross country move from California to New York and I’m SO HAPPY I did. They are communicative, responsive, and they help you with everything you need. They even took apart my bed and put it back together as well as really secured my desktop, tv, and other valuables that I wasn’t able to secure myself. The movers were quick and swift as well. I 100% recommend them for your next move.

I’ve moved 4 times in my life before this one and each move was so stressful. This time around I am so glad I asked Roadway to help out because I was relocating from one state to another. If moving within a city was already so hard, I can’t imagine doing all that and then driving it for hours to the next location. Roadway was so professional and didn’t waste any time. Once they showed up and had a quick walkthrough of where everything was, they immediately started wrapping every single piece of furniture with blankets and all the smaller pieces of furniture or random bits were taped up into boxes. They were in and out of the house within 3 hours. And they unloaded at the new location the next day in only 2 and a half hours. I've never enjoyed a move this much!

Had an AMAZING experience with Roadway Moving. I did their full-pack service and I would recommend this to everyone. Moving has always been super stressful for me because there’s just so much to do and prepare (buying boxes, packing, organizing transportation, etc)… this was my first time moving with a moving company and it’s a night and day difference vs. moving by myself! The whole process from start to finish was very professional and easy. I scheduled my move with Roadway a week before my move and they were able to accommodate with 3 movers. The movers arrived right on time and got to work right away! It was a whole day process from 9-4 and I’m so thankful they were there to help us move. They moved everything damage free and helped us with dismounting and mounting as well :) highly recommend!

I used Roadway in Los Angeles and did partial moving - they packed our kitchen and moved all large items + rugs - provided boxes for everything else and it was an AMAZING experience. What differentiates Roadway is they have a Foreman who is your point of contact throughout the experience. The pre-move process was seamless, super organized - they didn't miss a detail, nothing broke, they even arrived EARLY (who arrives early) and we ended earlier than anticipated. 5 guys helped us move a 3-bedroom home and I'd recommend them for anyone looking to do a full-service move down to a minimal support move. I'll be using them again and was surprised but loved hearing from a handful of friends that they also used them (local and cross-country) and also loved their experience, so my experience wasn't an anomaly. Highly recommend!

I will never move without Roadway again! The crew was so nice and extra friendly with my dog, which made my life even better. They were really careful with all of my things and worked extremely quickly. I also had them pack up my kitchen which definitely was a game changer for me! Richard, my move coordinator and estimator, was incredibly helpful and patient with my numerous questions. The day of the move was perfect! Cesar and his team managed to move everything into the truck in two hours! They even carefully disassembled my bed and dining table, and did such an amazing job wrapping everything. They were very personable and kind, and made what usually is a stressful time a breeze!

Shout out to packer Fatima:) LA team very fast and careful I can’t remember names they were so fast! Much to my disappointment, 1 box was missing upon arrival in LA. They are still trying to find the box and were very kind to compensate me for the confusion and worry about it. They really are a great moving company, almost perfect:)

What a BEAUTIFUL move experience! My 7-man team of movers was incredible and helped us with a huge move (two apartments, one used as an office) to a new house in the same time. Everything was packed with care and Carlos and his team were amazing. Not one thing got lost or damaged and when I asked where a mattress pad was mid-unloading, they provided it pretty much instantly, which I didn't even expect. 12 out 10!

I simply could not have asked for more. Carlos was my coordinator and checked in multiple times throughout the morning. Eric and his team were fantastic. They wrapped my furniture carefully. Not a single item was damaged. Eric also made some great recommendations on how to stage furniture in my new space. He even tightened the screws on my chairs and helped stabilize my bed. This was a great move and I cannot recommend Roadway Moving more highly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I did a short distance move with roadway about a week ago and let me tell you… I’m never going back. Moving is so stressful, especially as someone with ADHD and they took the biggest mental load off and I could not be more grateful to have found this team.They were very communicative from the beginning and they paid extra attention to my valuables like my inherited artwork. I decided to go with the little things package and if you’re able to, I recommend you do as well! They made moving a breeze, and I don’t think I’ll ever stop talking about. My husband and I recently moved from Los Angeles to New York, and we had such a great experience with Roadway! We were on a tight two-week timeline, and they made everything feel way less stressful.

They handled all our furniture with care, including our white couch & mirror we were nervous about. From packing to loading to unloading, everything was protected and arrived in perfect condition. One thing that really impressed us--they disassembled our bed in LA in like 10 minutes (it took my husband two hours to put together), and then reassembled it in NY in five minutes!

The crew was super professional, quick, and paid attention to every little detail. They were also really respectful of our floors and walls--nothing got scratched or damaged.
