Such an easy experience with roadway moving! I'm so happy I booked with roadway. It truly made the whole move in process soooo easy and stress free. They are really organized so that the day of you can sit back and relax while their team handles everything. All my items were wrapped and taken care off better than I could have asked for. They also divided and conquered which meant they packed up the whole truck in just 20 minutes!! So speedy yet everything done with care. Couldn't recommend them more!

I recently used Roadway Moving for the second time, and honestly I can’t imagine moving with anyone else. This past week they helped us move into our forever home, and they made what could have been such a stressful, emotional day feel completely seamless.
From packing to handling every single item with so much care, their team was incredible. They even brought wardrobe boxes which made moving my gym clothes and filming pieces so much easier (a lifesaver 😅). Everything was organized, efficient, and handled so professionally but what stood out most was how kind and reassuring everyone was throughout the entire process.
Moving is overwhelming, especially when it’s a home that means so much to you, and having a team you truly trust makes all the difference. I’m so grateful for how smooth they made this transition for us.

I had the best experience with Roadway for a local move. Communication pre-move was so easy and reassuring--it's clear that they know what they're doing with the necessary prep work (building access, moving materials, etc.) They fully packed up my apartment as is--I didn't have to do anything to prep. They packaged everything carefully and SO efficiently, and put boxes and furniture exactly where they needed to go in my new apartment. They even disassembled my bed and standing desk and reassembled in the new place. Thank you Roadway for making a move ACTUALLY stress-free and shout out to Elmer and his Bay Area team for going above and beyond with their care--they were amazing!! Definitely recommend, and will be using Roadway for future moves.

The experience was easy and insanely helpful! The team came, did a walkthrough, packed and moved all of my things in just over an hour. They were detail oriented, and made sure to place all of my things where I wanted them. Amazing experience :)

Truly the #1 movers! It was Amy first time working with movers on any of my moves. I felt so pampered. They took care of everything. I was shy because I didn’t finish packing everything but they took care of the unpackaged items and completely finished moving out of my home within 1.5hours. It was incredible! From the beginning, the communication was clear and professional, and on move day I was able to track the movers in real time, which immediately made the whole process feel more organized and stress-free.

The team arrived on time, came in with great energy, and got straight to work. They packed up my entire apartment quickly but so carefully. I had fragile items, my espresso machine, and an 80-inch TV, and they handled everything with so much attention and care. They wrapped and protected everything properly, and nothing was damaged.

They also packed my entire kitchen, labeled items, loaded everything efficiently, transported it safely, and then unloaded at my new place in Los Angeles. What impressed me most is that they didn’t just drop things off — they assembled my furniture and arranged everything exactly how I wanted it - cannot recommend enough and totally worth it!

The entire move — pack, load, transport, unload, and set up — took only 5 hours, which is honestly insane. I didn’t have to lift a finger and I felt supported the whole time.

I can’t recommend Roadway Moving enough! My wife is a professional athlete and over the holidays got traded to a team across the country. We were so stressed with so much to do but Roadway made it so easy. I was able to speak with a rep on the phone and explain everything we had in our apartment that would need to be moved and he gave me a price that day. We just had to pack our clothes and smaller items in boxes and Roadway movers did the rest. They wrapped every piece of furniture and bigger item in blankets and wrap to make sure everything was safe. They label each item with a number and QR code to make sure they are all accounted for at drop off. The company kept me updated every few days of an arrival date with my stuff. They also disassembled all the big furniture and put it back together at drop off. The movers put all of our boxes in the assigned rooms we had for them which made unpacking easier. When we move again we will definitely be using roadway!

Amazing experience with Roadway! It was my first time moving cross country by myself and Roadway made it so easy and stress free. Peter, my estimator, was so patient with me and so helpful. My moving coordinator, Alan, kept me updated every step of the way. All the movers from the pick up destination were so sweet. The movers at the delivery destination delivered my fragile items without even a scratch. They were also able to assemble my furniture without instructions. I’ve heard horror stories about movers and was so nervous and I feel so grateful that my experience was only positive.

Honestly I was very stressed about moving to a new place in such short notice especially with two young kids and having to work full time. But when I found Roadway Movers, they made stress level go down. They helped me make an inventory of all the things we needed to move over and answered any questions I had in regard to the move. I told them I would pack everything but they also offer those services.

On the day of the move, Roadway movers came and just took charge. I literally just sat back and watched them do all the hard work. They dissembled all the big furniture and protected it so it wouldn’t get damaged. Then they assembled everything back when we got to the new place.

Because Roadway Movers were so nice and did the job quickly, it made unpacking so much easier. I was able to unpack the kids room the same day!

I had such an amazing experience using Roadway for our cross-country move. We honestly received our items much quicker than anticipated—they gave us a two-week window, but everything arrived in less than a week. Our foreman, Steve from the New York branch, was incredibly welcoming and made sure all of my questions were answered. He and his partner were so kind and worked efficiently the entire time. The workers truly are the face of the company when they show up at your home. From customer service, to our items being lost or arriving without any damages is a win!

I cannot say enough great things about Roadway Moving. I’ll be the first to admit that moving is a nightmare. The decluttering, packing, moving heavy items, hauling it to the new space, figuring out which box belongs in what room… it’s just not fun. Roadway Moving actually made the move exciting. Marcos and his team were incredible from beginning to end. They showed up charismatic and ready to get to work. They packed everything with the ultimate care, laid out a runway mat to avoid damaging floors while rolling boxing and heavy furniture out, and just all around SO kind and so patient. You can tell they really care about making the customer happy and leaving them stress free. Everything was organized and they were so meticulous and even did a video walk thru at the end to show they packs everything since my boyfriend and I couldn’t be there in person. They genuinely went above and beyond. I can’t imagine ever working with any other moving company again. Roadway Moving is the BEST OF THE BEST.

I moved to our dream home in the middle of the holidays and truly thought I could do it all. Hosting, attending events, packing up an entire apartment, and prepping for a trip to the Philippines all within three weeks. I was fully delusional. It finally hit a point where I was completely overwhelmed, and hiring Roadway Moving ended up being the best decision I made during that season.

I called them, and literally the next day their movers were at our place. From the start, the experience felt seamless and professional. I had a great experience with Roadway and will definitely hire them again! I moved out of downtown and even with the awkward streets they were so efficient. They were super sweet and patient with my cat. I also had a lot of dishes and kitchen supplies and was overwhelmed trying to pack everything carefully but they took care of that and also brought plenty of wardrobe boxes so my closet was ready to go right away. Unpacking was also quick, they disassembled and reassembled my bed and put my desk back together so I could get right back into work in the next couple days. They wrapped all my electronics, cat stuff and furniture and we were done in half a day. Amazing job, thank you again!

Roadway Moving is AMAZING!! I can't even begin to describe how much of a stress free cross country move this was. I have alot of very delicate decorations and tech that I was very concerned about when packing. Roadway got rid of any concern I had. They packed things in a careful organized manner and QR coded every box and kept every room as together as possible. My biggest issue with movers was the lack of organization and shoving things in boxes but with roadway I was so happy to feel like they cared about my stuff as much as I did to properly and carefully package everything. Being a control freak (from bad moving experiences) they were very kind and receptive to any direction I had. this is my second time using Roadway, the previous time was cross country from Texas to california and my experience was so great I had to use them again, this time locally. the crew was right on time and carefully wrapped my furniture and belongings, they even helped back some of my clothing in the wardrobe boxes. they were so diligent and careful with pick and delivery, laying down the blue carpet to protect flooring. I color coded tape on each box based on rooms, I told them once and they were able to put everything where it belongs, even sweet enough to place our furniture in the exact place I wanted instead of jut dumping in a corner of a room. they even took any trash with them. They really are the best experience!

This was truly the best moving experience I’ve ever had! Tomas and his team were so quick yet so careful with our things, the whole process only took a few hours and all of our pieces were delivered in the exact condition that they were packed. It’s rare to find movers that care this much!! Will never use another moving company.

I booked a moving-only service but since it was a last-minute move, I still had a few things that I needed to pack up. I had told the movers not to worry about it since that was not the service that I paid for. However, the movers insisted that they could pack it up for me and they did! This was such a life-saver right before the holidays and for me, this was just above and beyond. My entire house, including all of the things that I planned to manually move myself in the coming days were all packed up and moved in less than seven hours.
On top of that, at the new house, the movers realized that my couch wasn't going to fit in through the front door. Instead of just giving up, they maneuvered it--a six-hundred pound sofa--very carefully through the backyard, through the laundry room and kitchen to get it into my living room. Again, another example of going above and beyond.
The movers were so, so kind and generous with their efforts. Throughout the day, we exchanged bits of conversation and they were genuinely so warm. Prior to this move, I had never used a moving service and don't know what I was thinking now that l've experienced the ease with Roadway. Horrible experience. They moved the date of my move multiple times with VERY little warning and emailed me on Thanksgiving to tell me that they had to change the date of my move. Their team was unpleasant to work with and their PR team tried to take advantage of me by demanding a surplus of social media deliverables for my extremely small-sized move. I would avoid this company but this is also a warning to creators as well!!!

We just had our items arrive from a cross country move (Florida to CA).

It was just a few items that were left from my aunt who passed away that I wanted. 2 antique rocking chairs, vintage china, and some other misc items

Their price was very fair and their service and communication is very organized and top notch. They are the only company I found that seemed honest and weren’t brokers. And also the only company I found that advertised that they handle a small amount of stuff. They even had a section of their website for shipping a few items.

They packed everything and I was worried about the China and the antique rocking chairs but the packing was amazing, each piece of china was wrapped with multiple sheets of paper. Every inch of the chairs was wrapped with plastic and blankets and they even had thick cardboard for all the edges of the chairs.

They definitely are a 5 star company all around from every step of the process. They gave updates along the way and I like that I could call or text someone for each step to communicate. The morning they picked up the items and packed I had the cell number of that person and could text them which was great as I wasn’t at the pick up location.

I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone I know that needs movers whether local or across states.

This is my second move with roadway, this time within California. When I tell you they took this stressed out, anxious and overwhelmed moved and made the process so calm and easy - I can’t even begin to say how deeply grateful I am for the roadway movers. They laughed, packed my entire MESS of an apartment and even played with my chaotic dog. My place was packed and unloaded to my new place in a matter of hours - they even loaded up my closet with all my clothes! This is the only company I’ll ever move with. They are THE BEST!

Roadway moved me from my storage unit, to my apartment, then back to my storage unit. The commute was 30 minutes each way, and they completed the entire move in 3 HOURS!! I was shocked with how efficient and thorough the Roadway team was throughout the entire process. I own a very modern and light aesthetic interior, and nothing was scuffed or tampered with in the process. My apartment is a bit of a trek to get to, and the team did not complain once.
