What a crazy good experience. Moving is usually horrible, but not this time.

Roadway did the most comprehensive job I’d ever seen. They brought in like 4 dudes and got my living room cleared out in under 40 minutes. They used protective carpeting and brought THEIR OWN BOXES FOR DISHWARE. It’s insane. I can’t imagine ever moving again without a this kind of door to door service.

These guys are AMAZING! This is the 12th time I've moved throughout my life but by far the easiest. They were so careful with not only my furniture and boxes, but with my old and new apartment. There were no scratches on the floor, no dings in the walls, etc. Nothing I boxed up arrived broken, even my super delicate glassware! They were also super creative with figuring out how to get my couch out of the doorway, something my last movers really struggled with and caused damage on my door to do. My roadway team got it out in 5 minutes with zero damage to the door. They completed the entire move in about 3 hours, almost half the time of my last movers. Nothing but great things to say about these guys!

This was my third time moving with them and had never had this before but I was shocked! Be warned!!!

The Roadway Moving team saved me so much time and stress!!!! It was a huge move, and they worked tirelessly from 9am to 6pm. Leading up to the move, they communicated to me exactly what was to be expected on move day, what time they would arrive, and an estimate for when they would complete the move, which took a lot of the "stress of the unknown" off of my shoulders. On moving day, they made sure all of my belongings were completely wrapped and protected (even my VARIOUS cat trees, thanks!!!), and fully helped me unpack at my new place, set up my furniture, and hang my TV! I truly could not have done it without them. I would recommend Roadway to anyone looking for a completely stress-free/hands-off move!

I was really nervous about some of my vintage and expensive furniture with moving it and didn't want to handle it myself, but also was nervous movers would break it. However, the movers with Roadway were AMAZING. They wrapped everything with the utmost care and caution (literally in ways I didn't know was possible) and handled everything so carefully. They took apart my bed and put it back together, and they were so kind and happy as they did so! I can't recommend enough. I will surely use them again next time I move.

As a solo girl, moving can be incredibly stressful with all the heavy lifting, packing, and cleaning. I was so relieved to finally sit back and relax when my Roadway team arrived. I opted for self-boxing to get rid of some things I didn’t want to take with me. I had a couple of items left to pack, and they took all the work out of my hands. They came with extra boxes and supplies I had forgotten, and even relabeled my boxes with their own system, making it easier to identify everything. I am using their storage for the summer, and I am confident my belongings are safe and sound. Only move with them if you want a stress-free moving experience! Thank you, Roadway.

So beyond professional ! Started at 9am, ended at 8pm (I have a lottt of stuff) they took apart and put everything together for me at my old place and new place which is always the most stressful part of moving for me. I’ve done a long distance move and a local move now with roadway and I’m just super impressed. They’re always on time and always have a smile on their faces ! The most efficient. They wrap every single individual piece of furniture/cushions and everything was in perfect condition, even my tvs and massive mirrors and vanity mirror. 10/10 would recommend roadway to anyone who needs a hassle free move!!!

Hired Roadway for the second time after loving their service a few years ago. This time I opted for them to pack all my items as well and WOW did they make this the easiest move ever for me. They somehow carefully packed all my things in just a few hours and made sure nothing would break during transit. By the end of the day I was safely moved into our new home and they even arranged all my furniture exactly where I wanted in each room. Can’t recommend Roadway enough, 100/10 experience!

The last time I moved 10 years ago I didn’t have professional help. I just had my friends family packing their cars and prayinggg we could carry the heavy stuff together. And as if moving isn’t stressful enough, my Father needed to have an emergency surgery the same week as my move. So needless to say I had a lot on my shoulders on top of the decade worth of boxes and emotional weight of change. I really didn’t know how i was going to get through this but Roadway showed up today and lifted all the weight off my shoulders as if they were my family (Carlos, my Dad says thank you) Genuinely I wasn't expecting this level of care but l'm so grateful and relieved that I'm getting emotional writing this lol. They went above and beyond with compassion and professionalism. Hopefully I don’t need to move again soon but if I do, there’s no question of who I’m calling.

I normally hate the process of moving but I recently booked Roadway for a local move & it was such an easy and amazing experience! They arrived right on time & began packing up my apartment. They packed boxes, wrapped my furniture, and even reassembled my bed and couch at my new home. There were a few personal items I wanted to move myself and they even helped carry those items to my car! The 3 men who helped me were genuinely so kind, I truly trusted them with all of my things & they delivered them safely and in tact. I felt like I got the princess treatment because I didnt have to lift a finger, only delegate where I wanted things placed in my new home. I will be using Roadway for every future move and will 100% suggest them to family and friends! 10/10

They were a dream. I'm a musician with a lot of delicate equipment and they handled everything more carefully than i even would have. Literally feels like everything warped from one place to another. Also the whole thing was very fast. Will definitely be calling them for my next move.

Fantastic movers! Roadway is great! The scheduling and setup were thorough and straightforward, and the crew showed up right on time. They were so kind and considerate and thoughtful, especially how well they took care of what needed special handling, like our big TV (they strapped it up in a wooden crate) and our big sectional couch. Everything they disassembled, they reassembled at our new home. They put down floor runners all around both our old and new houses to eliminate tracking in dirt. 10 out of 10 experience. Will definitely be contacting them for any future moves.

Hands down best movers I’ve had… and I’ve moved a lot. Kept all of my furniture safe with extensive padding. Wrapped all of my glass with protective padding. I moved from Los Angeles to Ohio & every item was labeled with barcodes and scanned upon arrival to ensure that nothing was left behind. Was also very fast… did a cross country move in about a week. 10/10 recommend.

I cannot begin to explain how kind Sergio and his crew were! They were punctual and explained the entire moving process before they began to me, took notes of anything I wanted them to be aware of. Also if you’re a pet owner (i’m a cat mom) they even ask you if there’s anything they could do to make your pets more comfortable! This was the first time I felt like I could trust and sit back while the movers did the moving for me. They disassembled and reassembled all of my furniture that I needed and I was super worried about my white couch but it made it safely without any marks to the new apartment. My husband and I have moved twice in two years, (once across the country and once within LA) which was only made possible and less stressful by how efficient the Roadway team is. There were no questions or confusion in the weeks leading up to the move because of how on-top of communication their team is, and then the day of the move was much faster than we anticipated, given the amount of fragile decor and vintage furniture we have. Their team carefully broke down and reassembled vintage furniture, and all we had to do was point towards where we wanted decor and items newly positioned. Plus, super friendly moving staff.

I’ve moved many times since living in Los Angeles and my experience with Roadway was a game changer. First, their professionalism is unmatched. They were on-time, communicative, and incredibly efficient. I had some leftover items I did not know how to pack and they handled it no problem. I have a lot of stairs in my old and new home, but CJ and his LA team are pros, especially with my heavier items like my dresser, mattresses, etc. Nothing was damaged, which I am so grateful for. They went the extra mile every step of the way. When we arrived at my new home, CJ literally went to the back of the truck to find my vacuum because he knew I wanted to clean before the furniture was placed. It meant so much to me that he made the effort to do that! 10/10.

I just moved from a 2 bed apartment to a townhome after being in my spot for 4 years and Roadway made it a lottt easier. I self packed but I didn't finish because it was a lot, but the crew came in there, finished up the packing and moved everything so fast. they even had a blue rug out on top of the carpet so that I could get my full deposit back. When we got to the new location, they took everything up 3 flights of stairs and finished unloading before I could come back with a smoothie from around the corner! definitely never moving by myself again, this was amazing and easy!

First off, they will hound you, calling and texting from 5 different numbers until you answer. Then they’ll transfer you to a location specialist and give you a crazy estimate with no break down in pricing. Just say, “that’s the price.” I was told to move my 900 sqft condo, it would cost 1300 to go into storage and 3300+ to move it out, PLUS the storage fee of $450+. I’ve called 4 other moving companies and they’re all in the ballpark of 500-600, including storage. Truly psychotic and I would not use this company.

Moving is so stressful, but moving with the help of Roadway is the ultimate moving hack! They made the process really easy. They got to my place 20 minutes ahead of schedule, so I knew it was going to be an easy day, and it was. They were so helpful, wrapped my furniture so nothing would damage on the way to the new home and even boxed some glassware that I forgot to do. And yes, they had boxes and wrapping paper on deck. I was also impressed on how quick they were loading and unloading the truck. When we got to our new place, the unloading took one hour and they were done! Not to mention their customer service was also amazing and the company even followed up after my move to see how everything went. I will absolutely be using them again on the next move.

WE LOVED ROADWAY!!! We moved from California to Tennessee with a NEWBORN and it was fast and easy. It only took 8 days for them to move cross country- that's wild! They packed all of our stuff so tight and well, nothing broke in the entire process. They were also super communicative. I have had horrible experiences with movers in the past and Roadway completely redeemed those.

WOW! Roadway moving truly exceeded my expectations. I honestly didn't even know there was a moving company that would pack your whole kitchen and every item in your entire house, but thats what they did! I RARELY make reviews and this one I couldn’t help but create a review for these guys. Not only was booking with roadway crazy easy, but the process from the time they showed up to the time they left was nothing but absolute bliss which is never something you hear about with moving so let me give you the full run down.

Leading up to this move I was more anxious than I was for any other, I loved my home and neighbors so that had me stressed a ton to leave. From the moment their team showed up they could tell I was stressed and gave me the most amazing pep talk and (like I know that’s not their job to do but it just goes to show the kindness and character of the people they hire and that’s so important when handling your items I think!!) they made me feel like we were a team in the move. They moved HUGE items like my massive vintage dining table, my massive IKEA pax system, my camera equipment, literally everything and I wasn’t worried for a second about any of my stuff. They were so great to be around and I can’t say enough good things about how efficient they were, professional, kind, caring, kind to my dogs, and huge problem solvers. I didn’t have to think about a THING! I was stressed about how my pax system would get out of the tiny room and hall and into the even smaller room and hallway and they did it so quickly. They put the shelf through the window and I didn’t have to stress over it. Truly the greatest moving team and I’m so grateful to roadway that I have a happy moving story.
