I had such an amazing experience with Roadway Moving! From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and made the entire process so easy. The movers arrived right on time, handled everything with care, and even helped pack a few of my boxes which took so much of the stress off my shoulders. I could tell they genuinely cared about keeping my belongings safe. I can’t recommend Roadway Moving enough if you’re looking for a seamless and stress-free moving experience!
Actually so amazing! They moved all the things out of my house within an hour and I was moved in at my new place within 2 hours. Very friendly and kind movers. I will 100% be using roadway again
I've seen Roadway Moving trucks around town recently and decided to get a quote from them during our most recent move -- and I was sooo impressed! Their process was so streamlined. Within a week of receiving a quote, they had me set up and ready to move. Their team had all of our furniture packed and moved into the new place in a few hours and they even offer piano moving services, which was amazing because I thought I would have to outsource that. Shoutout to our movers, Robert and his team, who were so cool and helpful!
Excellent moving service. They were fast, friendly, professional and careful with our belongings. Roadway moved everything from a storage unit to a new apartment for us and they made sure to reassemble everything correctly and we were settled in no time at all. Very reliable service we are very pleased.
I used Roadway to move locally in Los Angeles, CA and they did an incredible job! Everything was packed super carefully and they made sure nothing was damaged or impacted during the move, even if it was just down the street. Once we arrived at my new apartment they placed everything how I wanted and even put my clothes in the closet and everything else away for me. Highly recommend if you are looking for a moving company that genuinely cares & takes their time!
Loved my move with Roadway. They gave me an accurate quote (unlike my previous movers who gave me one quote and then charged me thousands over it for random additional fees)
Their team was checking in with me throughout the whole process to make sure everything was going smoothly. The original inventory I gave them consisted only of my big furniture items since I was planning to move the smaller things myself, but the movers were happy to take those smaller things for me as well without additional cost. They moved very quickly and were done in just a few hours. Super friendly and nice people too :) 10/10
A great crew from the inside out. From the moment I spoke to the surveyor, I knew I was in the right hands.
He made sure to detail everything that I had, and because I had started packing before, he still let me know that we would include some wardrobe boxes and other things just in case.
He was also generally just a cool person. Felt a lot less anxious because while we were getting the logistics together, we were able to laugh about our interest.
After they got me a quote, their turnaround time was absolutely mind-boggling. I genuinely was so afraid that I was just gonna have to start from scratch and just avoid the stress. But they made sure they were on top of everything and got back to me in such a timely manner.
In 48 hours they were able to get me a quote, and get the movers at my front door to move me.
On the day of the move all the movers were so kind.They didn’t ask for anything. I was insistent on buying them lunch, but even then they were so chill about it. They worked around my cats that were at my old apartment, we laughed about their cats.
When we made it to the secondary location, they even helped me handle some stressful last-minute problems. Working with their internal team, they all conduct themselves with so much kindness. I hope I don’t have to move for a while, but if I do will definitely reach out again.
I don’t even know where to begin with this review! I’m an extremely particular person — I have delicate, expensive pieces and a very specific way I like things done. I was also highly stressed (because let’s be honest, moving is one of life’s top stressors), and I’ll admit I can be a bit of a cynic.
These guys absolutely blew me away. Their diligence, communication, and the care with which they wrapped and handled my furniture were next level. They hustled, they were kind, and somehow made the whole experience fun.
I initially thought about using another company that was a bit cheaper for the second day of my move, but after seeing Roadway in action, that idea went right out the window. I knew I was sticking with them — no question. While the other company was a bit less expensive, I actually thought that Roadway’s price was quite reasonable, especially given the quality and care with which they handled the entire move.
Rodrigo, the foreman, was phenomenal: organized, patient, and on top of every detail. His crew — Diego, Enrique, Estuardo, and Sylvester — were incredible. Great communication, great energy, and total professionals.
I’ve moved a lot in my life, including internationally with so-called “high-end” companies, and Rodrigo’s team completely outperformed them all.
And one last thing: my belongings were going into storage, and we knew it would be a tight fit. Rodrigo organized that unit like a master Tetris player — it was seriously impressive.
Simply put, Roadway Moving is the real deal!! And whenever I move, this is the call I’m making and this is a crew I want!!!!

Roadway Moving is the BEST moving service I've ever used. After five moves living in LA, this one was by far my BIGGEST yet EASIEST, all thanks to the fantastic, kind, and hardworking crew from Roadway. They were so mindful of protecting my floors and items throughout the journey. All of my paintings and mirrors were pristine. And they wrapped my entire couch AND mattress?!?!? The best part is that they disassembled and reassembled some of my pieces, like my bed frame. I fear I will never use any other moving service again if it ain't Roadway! BRAVO!

My wife and I moved recently leveraged Roadway for our move out of our Calabasas home. When deciding on a moving company we were very selective and did a lot of research to assure that we selected a company that offered great communication, would protect all of our valuables, and would provide us with the best customer experience via their guidance throughout the process. After doing my due diligence, all signs pointed to Roadway. My service representative Will was very helpful in providing me with my estimate, contract, and answering every/all of my questions. We provided me his direct line and was always there for me to assure my needs were met. On moving day - my team showed up and immediately I knew we were in the best hands! They were hard workers, took the extra time to assure our furniture and personal items were 100% protected, and went above and beyond our expectations. The process was smooth and I would (and already have) highly recommend Roadway Moving to anyone looking to have the best experience with their move. Let be honest, moving is never fun and can be stressful, but working with Roadway allowed us to alleviate our stress and have a very positive experience! They are truly the #1 moving company for a reason!
I did not use Roadway Moving but leaving a review because I wish I did use Roadway Moving. They were transparent with me every step of the way and I chose another vendor because they offered a better price. Lesson learned. For any long distance move, consider Roadway as I have many regrets that I did not and the vendor I chose nickel and dimed me in the 48hrs leading up to my move. I even reached back out to Roadway to put together a last minute quote as I was trying to get out of a contract. Good customer service and peace of mind may cost a premium and I wish I listened to my gut and chose Roadway. I will be choosing them for my next move.

Roadway movers didn't listen to my repeated instructions and packed kitchen items that needed to be treated for pests in with our other boxes, potentially resulting in contamination in our new apartment. I found the rest of their service to be professional and accommodating, but because of this grievous error, I would never recommend this company to those I know. For the price, you should hire a local company.
Working with Roadway Moving was truly the best moving experience I’ve ever had. I’ve moved a lot and Roadway made this process soooo easy. I cannot recommend Roadway Moving enough! I had the full service packing and moving service and it was awesome. The workers were kind and quick working. They handled all of my belongings with so much care and wrapped everything to ensure nothing was broken. They also labeled boxes and put the boxes in the designated rooms upon delivery! I will be using them in the future for all future moves and will be recommending them to everyone I know!
This was my second move with Roadway. As usual they truly go above and beyond to make moving seamless and as stress free as possible! Their entire team is helpful and so kind. We began the move and packing around 9am and were done by 3pm! Just incredible. They placed all my items in the rooms I wanted and even helped me around the house. This was my third time moving and seriously it was the most seamless and peaceful move z I’ve had in years. I literally did nothing the entire day. Roadway was so intentional and careful with my artwork and furniture. We don’t have an elevator in our new place so I was nervous but they managed to get everything up the stairs with ease. I could not believe how fast Hernan and his team worked! It was my first time working with Roadway Moving and they blew me away with their preparedness and professionalism. The entire process was so easy, I dont think I could ever move again without hiring them. Everything was labeled perfectly and nothing was broken during packing or our multi hour drive to the new house. We just moved from Los Angeles to Maryland and they were the BEST! We were throughly impressed with their attention to detail and how efficient and organized they were. They QR code every single box (we had 214!) with your name and the contents so nothing gets lost. Everything arrived in perfect order. They wrap your furniture and art and everything. They put back together any furniture they disassembled like beds too. Both crews on each coast were so kind too! Amazing experience and can’t recommend them enough!

I used Roadway to make the move from one office space to another. I hadn’t ever seen someone do this type of move so I was pretty lost on where to begin and who to ask for help. Roadway was incredible with the ENTIRE process. First off, they were so thorough on making sure they were prepared on where to go, where to park, instructions day of. Because of that, it was so seamless and literally only took them 1 hour to pack up my entire company. Which is another thing I loved, I didn’t even have to lift a single finger. They packed everything up for me, handled it all with so much care and I was in my new office in half a day. Thank you Roadway!!!

I've only used movers 2 times in my life and I would say if I had to move again I am definitely using Roadway. Not only are they efficient I admire how they take care of your furniture and pack your stuff as if it were theirs. Moving is stressful but it wasn't at all! The movers were personable and friendly. ROADWAY WAS AMAZING! I’ve hired movers before, but never tried packing services—and I’ll never go back. They made the move effortless, and I was completely stress-free. The only thing I’d change? As someone who doesn't handle change well and considers moving the ultimate stressor, I was seriously anxious when I found out I’d be relocating across the country—in August, no less (aka the hottest month of the year in Austin, TX).
In the past, I’ve gone with budget movers and usually regretted it. This time, I chose Roadway Moving—and I’m so glad I did. A couple of friends had raved about their long-distance moves with Roadway from NYC to LA, and spoiler alert: they were right.
The process kicked off with a quick call to inventory what I’d be moving from Texas to California. (You can adjust the list before move-out day, which is super helpful.) I appreciated how communicative the Roadway team was throughout—from texts and emails to actual humans answering the phone when I had questions.
Because this was a long-distance move, I had a pickup window between August 1–5. Roadway gave me 24–48 hours' notice before the foremen arrived, which helped me feel prepped.
On move-out day, I was way less panicked than usual. I didn’t opt for full-service packing, but the crew came with extra boxes, tape, and supplies, and even reinforced a few of my falling-apart boxes—no questions asked. They were efficient, respectful, and so careful with my furniture. All 23 items were packed and loaded in under 30 minutes.
Five days later, everything arrived in LA—intact, including my fragile vintage floor mirror (!!). I even had the same foreman (shoutout to Elad!). I got a heads-up text a few days in advance, plus an exact time window the day before delivery.
I was nervous about the stairs in my new apartment, but the team handled them like total pros. Every item arrived safe, just like they promised.
If you’re looking for movers you can actually trust, I couldn’t recommend Roadway more. This was a huge life transition for me—and thanks to them, the move itself was the one part I didn’t have to stress over.

Roadway made my move soooo stress free. I can't thank them enough. I had a 2 bedroom move and they finished in 3-4 hours. I loved that they wrapped big items like dressers, frames, glass tables etc. They were so efficient, polite, quick, and careful!

I had to move large items that were super important and delicate-- large mirrors and family heirlooms that all made it safely into my new home.
The team that comes over to wrap everything and move it over-- literally try not to bother you except to ask you questions about where things should go-- or which items are going or staying. They feel like family and friends coming to help you. Would 100% work with Roadway again!

Was stressed prior to moving because I have a lot of large furniture pieces also vintage pieces that require a lot of care. They were really gentle and efficient with packing all my things and did all the heavy lifting. Super appreciative for them. They are also super kind, and trustworthy. They are extremely professional, careful, and quick! They started on time and was done before the sun even started to set. I had a few things that still needed to be packed and they handled it.
